And, lo, it (baatil) sud- denly disappears.” (Qur’aan) THE BAND OF HAQ “There will ever remain a band from my Ummah fighting on the Haq until the Day of Qiyaamah. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them.” (Hadith) QUESTION Asalaamu Alaykum Wa Rah- matullahi Wa Barakatuhu Yesterday, the Muslim Per- sonal Law Board held a meeting in Hyderabad (India) related to the Babri Masjid and they con- cluded that they won't compro- mise on the land of Babri Masjid and they will fight the case in the courts. On the contrary Maulana Sal- man Nadwi after meeting with a kaafir boet (idol) pujari endorses that there should be an "out of court" settlement, and even if it means that we should compro- mise on the land of the Babri Masjid for the sake of a temple, we should do so, so that we can build another Musjid "in a land allotted somewhere else". There has been a huge uproar in the Media and the Muslims are divided in their own opinion. While some supporting the stance of Maulana Salman Nadwi, others are supporting the stance of the Muslim personal law board. Please comment on this issue. What is the actual stance of the Shariah? ANSWER The stance of the Shariah on the issue of Musjids is clearer than daylight at the zenith. A Musjid is termed, The House of Allah. Once a land has been made Waqf for a Musjid, it will remain a Musjid even after the Day of Qiyaamah. All the plots of land on which Musjids have been built will be incorporated into the land of Jannat. There is absolutely no way of desanctifying and de- Musjidizing a Musjid. It will remain a Musjid forever even if a temple or a brothel has been built on it by the worshippers of Shaitaan. A Musjid can nev- er ever be sold or bartered away or alienated in any way whatsoever. What the character Salman Nadwi disgorged about an ‘out of court settlement’ to make way for the construction of an abode for idol-worship – for kufr and shirk, is pure, unadul- terated bootlicking – licking the boots of the Hindu boet- pujaaris. Whatever this chap’s satanic motive for his bootlick- ing stupidity may be, is known to only Allah Ta’ala. If he is a ‘maulana’, he appears lamenta- bly stupid for disgorging the haraam flotsam of exchanging the Babri Musjid for land somewhere else. The worst sa- tanistic aspect of his stupid ‘fatwa’ is that he agrees for constructing a temple to wor- ship idols on the Musjid’s site. He appears to be a hidden Hin- du. A Musjid built on any other allotted land will be a new Musjid. It will not be the Babri Musjid which the idol- worshippers have usurped by force and violence with the ac- tive connivance of India’s Hin- du government. These worship- pers of Satan have forcibly usurped and wrenched the Babri Musjid from the Muslim community. Although this was a punishment from Allah Ta’ala for Muslims, we are not in a position to comment on that aspect. Our comments are restricted to the ostensible law of the Shariah. It is the incumbent obligation of the down-trodden, weak and morally degenerate Muslim community of India to adopt all lawful methods, such as the courts, in a bid to reclaim the Babri Musjid land. There should be absolutely no com- promise. It is haraam to accept (Continued on page 5) WOMEN in refugee camps found themselves having to of- fer sexual favours in return for aid from the United Nations, a report has alleged. In the latest accusation to hit the aid sector, humanitarian workers were ac- cused of harassing and abusing women in Syria, to the point where some stopped asking for aid. The allegations were pub- lished by the UN Population Fund (UNFPA), which investi- gated gender-based violence in the region last year and found aid was often being exchanged for sex. The report said: “Examples were given of women or girls marrying officials for sexual ser- vices to receive meals, distribu- tors asking for phone numbers of women and girls or obtaining distributions for services, such as spending a night with them.” The UN was warned three years earlier but, the report sug- gests the abuse continued until the end of last year. The report said aid distribu- tion sites dominated by men had become perceived by wom- en as no-go areas. A teenage girl from Idlib in northern Syria said: “The more the girl gives to the distributor, the more aid she would re- ceive.” The Herald 1-Mar-2018 (End of report) Before embarking on their American ‘jihad’, did the Muja- hideen not understand the horri- ble consequences which their U.S. inspired ‘jihad’ would bring in its wake? The fact that they were wholly reliant on the kuffaar for weaponry, funds and even training speaks volumes for their impotency – an impo- tency which resulted in these atrocities. Besides the satanism of the UN aid workers, thou- sands of Muslim women were raped by the anti-Assad kuffaar rebel group called the Free Syri- an Army as well as by some oth- er evil rebel groups. It is haraam to expose the ci- vilian Muslim population to these horrendous atrocities. ‘Mujahideen’ lacking in Taqwa, have no hope of protecting the civilian population. Their only achievements are defeat and hu- miliation at the hands of the kuffaar, and genocide for the Muslim population. Much has been written about the ‘glory’ of Muslim rule in Spain. While Muslims had ruled Spain for several centuries, it cannot be said that genuine Shariah Law had prevailed. It was a regime of worldly pomp and splendour which had made Muslims com- pletely oblivious of the Aakhirat which was furthest from their minds. The pomp, splendour, wealth, comforts and luxuries of the dunya had made them totally oblivious of the objective of man’s temporary sojourn on this ephemeral worldly abode. They ignored this objective stated in many Aayaat of the Qur’aan: “The life of this world is but play and amusement whilst the Abode of the Aakhirat is best for those who have Taqwa. What! Have you no intelli- gence?” Yes, the Muslims of Spain lacked intelligence, hence they sowed the seeds of their de- cline and destruction from the very inception of their rule. While Spain was a province of the Islamic Empire during the tenure of the Khilaafate of Bani Umayyah, it broke away in the year 128 Hijri when the Abbaasi Khilaafate replaced the reign of Bani Umayya. In 138 Hijri, Abdur Rahmaan, the grandson of the tenth Kha- lifah, Hishaam of the Umayyah Dynasty, managed to escape (Continued on page 12) Al Haq Bulletin 56 Page 2 The western system of democra- cy is in total conflict with the Islamic system of government. In the Islamic system of Khilaafat, the ruler is one man whose function it is to govern in accordance with the Qur’aan and the Sunnah, i.e. the Shariah. The duty of the Islamic government headed by a pious, benign auto- crat, is to enforce the laws which have already been divinely promulgated. SHURAA Shuraa or consultation is a Sunnah practice which the Kha- lifah adopts. But he is not con- strained to succumb to the advic- es and decisions of those with whom he consults. In the ulti- mate end, the decision is made by only him. Some misguided Muslims en- amoured by westernism, are at pains to find Shar’i accommoda- tion for western democracy in the Qur’aanic aayat which orders Shuraa. They fallaciously cite the Shuraa verse in substantia- tion of their belief that Islam ac- cepts the western system of de- mocracy. In this aayat, Allah Ta’ala says: “And, consult with them in affairs. Then when you (the Khalifah) have resolved (to adopt a particular course), re- pose trust on Allah.” The resolution and final deci- sion are the prerogatives of the Khalifah. The Islamic system precludes any parliament or leg- islative body from enforcing its decisions by majority vote on the Khalifah. He is fully empowered by the Qur’aan and Sunnah to act in accordance with his own determination. The purpose of consultation is to discuss and explore all angles of an issue. By mutual consulta- tion with men of experience, knowledge and piety, all angles and aspects of a matter are high- lighted. This allows the Khalifah to form a balanced and the cor- rect decision. Those with whom the Khalifah consults act in only an advisory capacity. They have absolutely no legislative power. If the Kha- lifa’s view is in conflict with the unanimous opinion of all his ad- visors, the Shariah does not bind him to accept such consensus. The Qur’aan vests him with all the authority to make decisions alone and to adopt his own view even if in opposition to what the entire nation believes is right. THE FORUM For acting in accordance with the Qur’aanic order of consulta- tion, the Khalifah is not required to establish a formal forum or a formal body of counsellors. The obligation of Shuraa is dis- charged by the Khalifah consult- ing on an informal basis with whomever he wishes, whenever he wishes, and wherever he wishes. The concept of Shuraa does not envisage the establishment of a forum like a parliament or any other legislative body. The Kha- lifah discussing with one or two persons at his home, at the Mus- jid, outside the Musjid or any- where else, satisfies the require- ment of Shuraa. It is also not a requirement that there be particular and perma- nent members whom the Kha- lifah has to consult. He is free to consult with anyone. Commenting on the un-Islamic system of democracy, Hakimul Ummat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (rahmatullah alayh) said: “As evidence for their idea of the validity of democracy, they (its votaries) present the aayat, “Consult with them in affairs”. But, I refute their contention with this very same aayat. While this aayat orders mashwarah (consultation), it should be un- derstood that consultation does not mean democracy. You (i.e. the votaries of democracy) re- gard yourselves to be wise men while in reality you are bereft of understanding. You should first prove that even one of the four righteous Khulafa or the government of the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum) was a democracy (in the western concept). The Khulafa were nev- er bound and subservient to the advices/decisions of their advi- sors (with whom they would con- sult). According to the Shariah, the government of the individual is the rule. When the supporters of democ- racy cite the aayat of Shuraa, they stop midway, without recit- ing the whole aayat. They con- veniently omit: “Then, when you (the Ruler) have finally decided (a matter), repose your trust in Allah (and act accordingly).” They either conveniently over- look this decisive portion of the aayat or they lack the ability to understand it.” Thus, the concept of democra- cy or majority rule has absolute- ly no validity in the Shariah. De- mocracy is the system of juhala. Hadhrat Rabeeah Bin Aamir (radhiyallahu anhu) was sent as an emissary to the camp of the Christian army of Heraculus, the emperor of the Eastern Roman empire. The emperor had sent with the army a priest, called Saqeelah who was an expert of the Christian Scripture and a good debater. In the Christian camp, the commander, Jarjees requested Saqeelah to engage Hadhrat Aamir in a religious discussion. Saqeelah: "O my Arab brother! It is recorded in our Scripture that Allah will raise an Arab Na- bi in the Quraish tribe from the clan of Banu Hashim. A sign of his prophethood will be that Al- lah will call him to the heavens. Did such an event happen to your Nabi? Hadhrat Aamir: Yes, Allah Ta'ala called our Nabi to the heavens. The Qur'aan states in this regard: "Glory unto Allah Who took His slave by the night journey from Musjidul Haraam to Musjidul Aqsa whose sur- roundings We have blessed." Saqeelah: It is stated in our Scripture that a month of fasting will be ordained on that Nabi and his Ummah. The name of that month will be Ramadhaan. Hadhrat Aamir: It is correct. The Qur'aan says: ''The month of Ramadhaan in which was re- vealed the Qur'aan." It is also mentioned: "Fasting has been decreed for you as it was decreed for those before you." Saqeelah: "It is written in our Scripture that a person of his Ummah will be rewarded tenfold for a single good act, but only one deed will be recorded if he commits evil." Hadhrat Aamir: This is men- tioned in our Kitaab as follows: "Whoever does a good deed, for him (will be recorded) ten deeds like it. Whoever commits an evil, will not be punished, but for one deed." Saqeelah: "It is recorded in our Scripture that Allah will com- mand his Ummah to recite salu- tations on him." Hadhrat Aamir: In this regard the Qur'aan says: "Verily, Allah and His Angels send salutations on the Nabi. O Believers! Recite salutations on him." Saqeelah, the priest was aston- ished at the answers. Addressing the commander of the army, the priest said: "The truth is with these people." The commander of the Christian army overcome with wrath drew his sword and was about to strike Hadhrat Aamir (radhiyallahu an- hu), but the Sahaabi was alert. With one blow of his sword, Jar- jees fell to the ground. The Romans swooped on Ha- dhrat Aamir who valiantly de- fended and loudly proclaimed the slogan of Jihad which the nearby Muslim army heard. Ha- dhrat Yazeed Bin Abi Sufyaan (radhiyallahu anhu), the com- mander of the Muslim army un- derstood that the Christians had committed treachery. He imme- diately ordered a full-scale at- tack. The historian, Waaqidi, narrating the events of this battle, said that not one of the 8,000 Christians escaped. Everyone was put to the sword on that day. It was a glori- ous victory for the Muslim army which consisted of 2,000 Muja- hideen. Al Haq Bulletin 56 Page 3 The armies of Islam, in particular the armies of the Sahaabah, nev- er relied on superiority in num- bers and weapons. The reliance was always on Allah Ta’ala. His- tory bears ample testimony to the glory in which the battles of the Sahaabah basked. In this regard the Battle of Mootah has special significance. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had initiated the pro- gram of Tabligh to the Christians and Persians by sending letters with emissaries. One such letter of invitation to Islam was sent to the Kaisar (emperor) of the east- ern wing of the Christian empire. At the time the Kaiser was cele- brating his victory over the Per- sians in Jerusalem. The Chris- tians, in addition to rejecting the invitation maltreated the emis- saries in violation of prevailing international law. When the emissaries of Islam were returning, the Christians of Syria looted whatever provisions they had. Shurahbeel Bin Amr was the Christian appointed gov- ernor of Basra. When Rasulullah’s letter of Da’wat reached him, the tyrant put to death the emissary, Haarith Bin Umair (radhiyallahu anhu) in fla- grant violation of the accepted international law. To avenge the killing of the em- issary, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) despatched an army of 3,000 Sahaabah to pun- ish the Christians for their treachery. This was the memora- ble Battle of Mootah in which the relatively tiny band of Mu- jaahideen confronted the huge Christian army of 200,000 (two hundred thousand). Many senior Sahaabah were martyred in this battle in the year 8 Hijri. Hadhrat Zaid Bin Haarithah (radhiyallahu anhu) was appointed the com- mander of this army. On this oc- casion, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) gave the fol- lowing instructions and advice to the departing army: ♦ You will find in the Land of Shaam (Syria) monks living in isolation in their monasteries. Do not inter- fere with them. ♦ Do not kill any females. ♦ Do not harm any child. ♦ Do not hurt any aged per- son. ♦ Do not (unnecessarily) cut down any tree. The Israeli and western barbari- ans can learn much from this golden advice and instruction of Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), the Nabi and Com- mander-in-Chief of the armies of the Sahaabah. In this is also a lesson for the jaahil, morally decadent foot-soldiers of the American-created ‘jihaadi’ out- fits. MOOTAH When the small army of Sahaa- bah reached Mootah in Syria, they were met by a massive Christian army of 200,000.But by the fadhl and nusrat of Allah Azza Wa Jal, the Christians were decisively defeated in this battle. 3,000 Sahaabah fighting the over -whelming superior Christian army of 200,000 is an irrefutable historical fact. The victory of the Muslims was undoubtedly by the aid of Allah Ta’ala. There is no logical explanation for the glori- ous victory at Mootah. During the battle at Khaibar when the Sahaabah mentioned that a certain person was mar- tyred, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) denied that he was martyred. When the Sahaa- bah insisted that he was indeed martyred, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) forcefully said that he was not martyred and that he was in Jahannum. This information caused con- siderable grief to the Sahaabah. They could not understand how a Mujaahid who was slain on the battle field could have been as- signed to the Fire. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) ex- plained that he had committed khiyaanat (abuse of trust) in the booty. When the Sahaabah searched his belongings they found a small golden necklace among his items. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) commented that the necklace was the cause of his assignment to the Fire. Abuse of trust funds is nowa- days widely committed by those who handle such monies. One of the signs of Qiyaamah is the abuse of Amaanat. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When amaanat is destroyed, then await the hour.” U.S. MUJAHIDEEN “In 2013 the CIA began a covert programme to arm, fund and train rebel (‘mujahid’) groups opposing Assad, but the programme was later shut down after it was revealed that the CIA had spent $500 million but only trained 60 fighters.” (Al-Jazeera) When Naadir Shah invaded In- dia, he let loose a reign of terror and killing. He ordered a general massacre of the people in the city of Delhi. The people asked a Buzrug (Sage) of that time: “Why did Allah Ta’ala impose on us such a cruel king as Naadir Shah?” The Buzrug explained: “Just as pious deeds assume an external form, so too do evil deeds.” Naadir Shah was thus the ex- ternal manifestation of the evil deeds of the people. When the evil of the people transgresses all bounds and there remains no longer hope for their refor- mation, Allah Ta’ala transforms their evil into a variety of forms for punishing them. Sometimes their transgression assumes the form of a natural disaster, e.g. floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc. Sometimes the evil is trans- formed into a cruel tyrant who oppresses and persecutes the people over whom he has been imposed. In Qiyaamah too, our deeds will assume different forms. For example, according to the Had- ith, the wealth of the miser will be transformed into a huge poi- sonous serpent which will coil around his neck, biting him and exclaiming: “I am your treasure. I am your wealth.” This will transpire throughout the age of Reckoning in Qiyaamah. One Buzrug was standing at a graveside after the burial of a man. After all the people had departed, he heard a loud explo- sion inside the grave which sud- denly split open, and a huge, black dog jumped out and began running away. The Buzrug ex- claimed: “May Allah destroy you. What are you?” The dog responded: “I am the evil deeds of the mayyit.” The Buzrug said: “‘What was that loud sound.?” The dog replied: “I intended to bite and torture the mayyit. But then suddenly his Qur’aan Tilaawat appeared and struck me. That is the sound you heard, and I am therefore fleeing.” There are innumerable epi- sodes which testify that our deeds assume some material form. This occurs in this world, in the grave as well as in Qiyaamah. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Listen (attentively)! Have you heard that soon after me there will be rulers (evil tyrants). Whoever visits them (associates with the oppressors), acknowl- edges their lies, aids them in their zulm (oppression), he is not of me, and I am not of him, and he will not even approach the Haudh (Haudh-e-Kawthar in Qiyaamah).” This Hadith states the status of those molvis and sheikhs of the evil MJC and the evil NNB ja- miat, who crawl into the ‘lizard’s hole’ behind the rulers and political leaders, licking their impure boots and dancing obsequiously like apes to their tunes of jahaalat and kufr. These molvis and sheikhs are in fact worse than the actual tyrants and oppressors. They are the agents of Iblees misleading the juhala in the community, undermining Islam and digging up the foun- dations of the Deen. They are not Muslims. They have no relationship whatsoever with Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). They are the Kilaab (DOGS) of Hell-Fire. They will not be allowed a drop of the pure water of Haudh-e- Kawthar. In fact, they will be buffeted away like filth. Al Haq Bulletin 56 Page 4 The concept of the independence of the judiciary is as old as Is- lam. Many, many centuries be- fore the west began to theorize this concept, the courts of Islam acted independently of the exec- utive. This concept is grounded in the Qur‘aanic command of justice. The Qur’aan Majeed commands: “O People of Imaan! Become the establishers of justice, witnesses for Allah even though it be against yourselves or your par- ents or your relatives. If he be a wealthy or a poor person, then (know that) Allah is closer to both of them. Therefore, do not follow (your) desire in (the mat- ter of) enforcement of jus- tice.” (Surah Nisaa, Aayat 135) The Rulers of Islam (the Khulafa and the Sultans) had practically demonstrated the independence of Islam’s judicial system. Be- sides the Khulafa-e-Raashideen, even worldly kings and Sultans upheld the principle of justice. Mighty rulers of Islam would immediately submit to the sum- mons of the Qaadhi (Judge) and unhesitatingly stand trial in ex- actly the same way as an ordi- nary citizen would. The follow- ing episode illustrates the Islam- ic system of justice and the inde- pendence which the judiciary enjoyed from the very inception of Islam. HADHRAT UMAR Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu an- hu) is no stranger to even non- Muslims. The two superpowers of the age – the Roman and Per- sian empires – were defeated and brought to their knees by Ha- dhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu). His very name would send shiv- ers down the spines of emperors and kings. The home of Hadhrat Abbaas (radhiyallahu anhu), the paternal uncle of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was adjacent to Musjid-e-Nabawi. Water from the gutter would splash into the Musjid causing distress to the musallis. During his Khilaafat, Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu an- hu) ordered the removal of the gutter. The gutter was removed during the absence of Hadhrat Abbaas (radhiyallahu anhu). THE COURT On his return to Madinah, when he saw what had happened, Ha- dhrat Abbaas (radhiyallahu an- hu) was furious. He hastened to the court of the Qaadhi and com- plained about the action of Ameerul Mu’mineen, Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu). Hadhrat Ubay Bin Ka’b (radhiyallahu anhu) was the Chief Qaadhi. He immediately summoned Hadhrat Umar to court to answer the charge. On the appointed day, Hadhrat Umar, the Ruler of the Islamic Empire, attended the Qaadhis court with profound humility and simplicity. On his arrival at the c o u r t , H a d h r a t U m a r (radhiyallahu anhu) had to wait outside for quite some time due to the Qaadhis other engage- ments. THE TRAIL F i n a l l y H a d h r a t U ma r (radhiyallahu anhu) was called inside. Hadhrat Umar on enter- ing attempted to say something, But the Qaadhi silenced him. Qaadhi: It is the right of the plaintiff to speak and present his case. Be silent. Hadhrat Abbaas: My home from the very beginning was adjacent to Musjid Nabawi during the time of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) as well as dur- ing the Khilaafat of Hadhrat Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu). But now Ameerul Mu’mineen has demolished the gutter and threw it away. I am considerably dis- tressed by this action. I want jus- tice. Qaadhi: Ameerul Mu’mineen! What have you to say? Hadhrat Umar: Undoubtedly, I had it removed. I am responsible for it. Qaadhi: You were supposed to refrain from such unjust interfer- ence in the home of another per- son without his consent. Why did you do it? Hadhrat Umar: Your honour, sometimes water from the gutter would splash in the Musjid caus- ing distress and inconvenience to the musallis. I therefore ordered its removal. I am of the opinion that I had acted correctly. I did not commit any crime. Qaadhi: (Addressing Hadhrat Abbaas): What do you say in re- sponse? Hadhrat Abbaas: Your honour, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had himself, marked out the foundations of my home with his knife. After the house was built, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) ordered that the gutter be fixed in the very place where it was. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) in- structed me to mount on his blessed shoulders and attach the gutter. Inspite of my refusal out of respect, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) vehemently in- sisted. In compliance I stood on the blessed shoulders of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and did as he had commanded. I attached the gutter on the position from where Ameerul Mu’mineen had or- dered its removal. Qaadhi: Do you have any eye witnesses? Hadhrat Abbaas: Not only one or two, but many. (Continued on page 5) With 80% or more of the country under Taliban control, the U.S. is increasingly sinking further into the quagmire of its own-making. Whilst the U.S. has some control in a handful of cities, there is an almost total lack of American presence in the greater part of the country. In Kabul, the capital city, with the strongest U.S. defences, there is a reign of chaos. Military and puppet government targets are attacked and bombed with dev- astating consequences on a regu- lar basis by the Taliban. Despite all the American defences, the Taliban attacks are on the in- crease. The Afghan U.S. surrogate president in Afghanistan, Ashraf Gani, said that without U.S. sup- port “the country would collapse within six months”. What he meant is that his puppet govern- ment and shadow ‘control’ will disappear. Other experts say that whilst there is currently “controlled chaos” in the cities, there will be total chaos if the U.S. withdraws. “Total chaos” in their understanding is total Tali- ban control. There is no hope for peace in Afghanistan. The prognosis for the U.S. is exceptionally grim. One analyst observed: “...in the majority of the country, it is far worse than it was when the US and NATO came in. So one could say, 70 per cent of the country, which is rural, it has definitely been a negative for them, not a positive.” Even western experts say that the U.S. cannot turn the tide, that “it is next to impossible”. Five years ago, at its peak, NATO alone had 150,000 soldiers in Af- ghanistan. This is besides the American and the Afghan surro- gate forces. When they were then defeated, there is no possibility of gaining victory against the Taliban by the substantially de- pleted invading forces. The Tali- ban are increasingly taking more territory. Although Allah Ta’ala is not granting complete victory to the Taliban, at the same time He is not allowing the US kuffaar to defeat the Taliban. Despite all their Deeni weaknesses, the Tali- ban is still the best Muslim group in the world. We can safely say that they are Muslims, whilst every other government and re- gime in all Muslim countries without exception are kuffaar and spineless lackeys of the West, especially of the U.S.A. It is the dua of all sincere Muslims that Allah Ta’ala sus- tains the Taliban and inflicts to- tal defeat on the U.S. Allah Ta’ala says in the Qur’aan Majeed: “And aid is from only Allah, The Mighty, The Wise.” “If He helps you, then no one can defeat you. (Consider the destruction of the homes and relics of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) – and the Sahaabah sacrilegiously perpetrated by the Saudi regime which tram- ple on the rights of people by usurping their lands and pay- ing them a pittance, then sell- ing the usurped land for exor- bitant prices to the wealthy members of the family. – Al- Haq) Hadhrat Umar: Amends could be made by you mounting onto my shoulders and replacing the gutter on its original position. Qaadhi: Yes, O Ameerul Mu’mi- neen! This is the demand of jus- tice. You have to do this. Soon the people saw the power- ful Khalifah who had defeated Qaisar and Kisra (the Roman and Persian emperors), standing by the wall with Hadhrat Abbaas (radhiyallahu anhu) mounted on his shoulders fixing the gutter to its position. After completing the work of the gutter, Hadhrat Abbaas (radhiyallahu anhu) alighted and pleaded: “O Ameerul Mu’mi- neen! What has transpired was to reclaim my right. Now that I have acquired my right as a re- sult of your love for justice, I seek forgiveness from you for this disrespect. I wholeheartedly give as Waqf my house in the Path of Allah Ta’ala. You have the right to demolish it and in- clude it in the Musjid. May Allah Ta'ala accept my contribution.” THE EMPTY SLOGANS OF DEMOCRACY Independence of the judiciary from the executive is largely an empty slogan of the votaries of western democracy. In the annals of history there is no example to compare with this episode. Islam has practically demonstrat- ed the meaning of equality in front of the law. No monarch, government, ruler, president, prime minister, cabinet minister, etc. could be ushered to court to stand as an ordinary citizen in front of the judge in the manner in which the Rulers of the Islam- ic Empire had demonstrated. Ha- dhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) was not an isolated case. Islamic history bears ample testimony to the fact that even not so pious Muslim monarchs answered the summons of the Qaadhi without hesitation and stood on the same level as the plaintiff. WESTERN DEMOCRACY Those who pipe the tune of west- ern democracy in which the inde- pendence of the judiciary is sup- posed to be a fundamental princi- ple cannever hope to present the glittering examples of justice by Islamic autocracy known as Khilaafat. Despite the slogan, it is a mo- mentous struggle for an ordinary citizen to succeed in hauling a high government official of the democratic system to court. Pub- lic outcries and media pressure may succeed in activating the principle of the independence of the judiciary and that all men are equal in front of the law. But in a democracy, this is not normal nor in any other system of govern- ment. It is only Islamic Autocra- cy which can be proud of the dis- tinction of the true independence of the judiciary – a system in which true justice and fair play reign. DIVINE The Islamic autocratic system is divine. In a true Islamic system of government, fear for Allah Ta‘ala permeates the administra- tion. The Ruler is not the maker of laws. He merely dispenses the divine laws of Allah Ta’ala. He is not an unjust despot like the pres- idents of democracies. Although it is claimed that the president is ‘democratically’ elected, he is far from being a ‘democrat’. A glance at the presidents of the ‘democratic’ countries will con- vince the keen observer that all presidents of republics and de- mocracies are cruel, unjust des- pots who are at the helm for per- sonal glory and monetary gain. COURT Notwithstanding the flowery lan- guage which adorns constitutions and preambles, the irrefutable fact is that while the law will prosecute an ordinary citizen for a crime, cast him into a squalid cell, and haul him to court, simi- lar treatment cannot be meted out to Mr. President of a ‘democratic republic’ irrespective of the noto- riety of the crime which the des- pot may commit. The hollowness of the slogans of democracy is manifest in practical everyday life. Children belonging to the Hui ethnic Muslim community have been banned from attending any religious events over the winter break in China. The announcement was made by a district educational bureau in Gansu province, and school students were notified that they should not enter religious buildings, nor read scriptures in class. Although restrictions of this na- ture are already in place in Xin- jiang, Muslims in other parts of Chi- na have thus far remained largely free. These new restrictions are a result of the increased fear of the Muslim influence in China, poten- tially due to violent uprisings by the Uyghurs in Western China. Xinjiang has seen an increase in violence in recent years due to ten- sions between the majority Muslim Uyghurs, native to the region, and the Han Chinese, who the Govern- ment has been increasingly reset- tling in the region. Xinjiang, a large region in Western China, is home to abundant natural resources, in- cluding oil and gas, making it a re- gion of particular interest to Beijing. Government policies have been seeing an increasing erosion of both religious and cultural freedoms for the Uyghur population in Xin- jiang, and the official line claims that such policies are necessary to tackle the ‘terrorism’ in the region. Experts recognise that the resent- ment among the locals and the re- sulting violence is an obvious result of the Government’s hard-line poli- cies that are seeing the lives of Uy- ghurs suppressed. The Hui and Uyghur minorities are among the ten ethnic Muslim minority groups in China, which recognises a total of 55 ethnic groups after the majority Han Chi- nese. While the Uyghurs are similar in appearance, culture and language to their Turkic neighbours, the Hui community more closely resembles the Han majority. Their physical, cultural and linguistic assimilation makes them difficult to distinguish from a Han Chinese and has left them largely free to practice Islam. Gansu, a province neighbouring Xinjiang, is home to approximately 1.6million Hui Muslims but has now come under scrutiny as the authori- ties fear the rising influence of Is- lam in China. The notification was posted online by the education bureau of Linxia, a district within Gansu, and authorities added that teachers and pupils should work to strengthen political ideology and propaganda. The reality of the clamour and ‘emotions’ of modernists who raise stupid slogans is deception. They deceive the ignorant ones to gain attainment of their pernicious motives of fame and monetary gain. However, the consequences of boycotting China is substantial monetary loss. Chinese junk goods are cheap and promise lu- crative profits, hence everyone is silent about raising any criticism against the pork-guzzlers. On the other hand, there is no loss for these idiotic opportunists in a silly boycott of a non-entity such as Woolworths for example. But it attracts some stupid publicity for the opportunists riding the decep- tive Palestinian bandwagon. Another exceptionally vile atti- tude of Muslims is the eagerness with which they seek admission to Chinese universities. These Mus- lims should hang their heads in shame. Despite being fully aware of the religious restrictions which the Chinese authorities place even on them (the foreign Muslim stu- dents), they most dishonourably creep into the ‘pork-hole of these oppressors. The pursuit of worldly goals has become of such impera- tive importance to these Muslim students that extinguishing the Imaani emotional feelings for the brutalized and oppressed Chinese Muslims is considered tolerable and acceptable. In fact, this atti- tude is indicative of the kufr lurk- ing in the hearts of these students. The Kalimah of Islam no longer has meaning for Muslims at large. This is the era of the predomi- nance of KUFR in the ranks of the Ummah. Maulana Salim Sahib (Rahimahullah) was living in Makkah Mukarramah. During the Zionist Revolution the Jews had taken control of some areas of Egypt and of Masjid al Aqsa as well. He narrated an incident of a person that came from Egypt when Gaza was taken over by the Jews. The Muslims fled from there to Egypt to save their lives and honour. A poor old scholar also left with his wife. They had no conveyance, so they travelled on foot, struggling for 30 to 40 kilometres to Al Arīsh. From there, the border of Egypt was closed. The Jews then captured him. From the opposite side, a Jeep of one of the Jewish commanders was coming. The scholar was holding the hands of his children. The commander had took pity on him due to his old age. He stopped his Jeep and asked, “Who are you?” He said his name. “Where do you want to go?” He replied, “Cairo.” “Why?” “There is unrest here.” The commander said, “Have you no transport?” The old scholar replied, “No, I do not have transport. There was a revolution and the Jews took control.” The Jewish commander said, “I pity your old age. Sit in my car; I shall take you to the border. Where will you take your wife and weak children? It is forty miles from here.” At first, the old scholar was apprehensive, fearing that this person had ill designs for him and his family. The commander then assured him of safety. “Please be convinced, I shall take you there.” He took the family to an Egyptian camp which the Jews had taken control of. The commander took him to a tent, left him there saying, “Rest for a while. Rest, I shall bring food. You eat, and then I shall take you.” He made the old man sit on a sofa, while the commander sat on the ground. The commander said, “You should be aware of Umar (radhiyallahu anhu)?” The old man said, “What! He is a Sahabi and a great Khalifah of Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam).” The commander said, “Can you mention some of his qualities?” The old man replied, “Yes.” He then began to mention the vir- tues, status, and perfection of Sayyidunā Umar (radhiyallahu anhu). After attentively listening, the Jewish commander said, “Are these the qualities of Umar (radhiyallahu anhu)?” He said, “Yes.” The commander said, “When these qualities were in the Mus- lims, then we, the Jews, were in subjugation at their feet. What is your condition today? The room that I have seated you in, it is the room of an Egyptian Lieutenant. Yesterday, twenty five soldiers were under him. This is his tent. Bottles of liquor are lined in it. There are couches here. Lawful women (wives) and unlawful women (prostitutes) were with him. Yet he came to fight the Jews. So why should the Jews not overpower and defeat him? When the qualities of Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) were present, the Jews were beneath your feet. Why are you grieving?” The scholar was now silent. What answer should he give? It is reality. The commander said: “I only wanted to show you this (i.e.. the immoral condition of the Muslim army). Now come, I shall take you.” He took the scholar in his Jeep and left him at the border of Cairo. The scholar thanked him. The commander said, “We do not oppose your religion, we oppose you people. You do not follow your religion or our religion. You indulge in liquor, immorality and amuse- ment, so why should we not fight you? Why should we not assert control over you?” Al Haq Bulletin 56 Page 7 THE NAJDI REGIME SETS TO DEROGATE SALAAT As a prelude to curb the perfor- mance of Salaat with Jamaa’t, Saudi zindeeq ‘intellectuals’ and satanic ‘luminaries’ instigated by the current kufr Najdi regime, has initiated discussion and argu- ment for abolition of the Shari- ah’s law which required shops and businesses to close for the daily five Salaat to enable the people to attend the Musaajid for Jamaa’t Salaat. These moron ‘intellectuals’ paving the way for the tyrannical regime to tamper and minimize the extreme importance of Ja- maa’t Salaat have presented six absolutely stupid reasons for their satanic stance. One of their stupidities is the shaitaani claim that the Shariah does not require shops to close for the daily Sa- laat. This argument has no Shar’i validity. It only portrays the compound jahaalat of the jaahil ‘sheikh’ who disgorged this sa- tanic nonsense. The very first Waajib obliga- tion of the state is to enforce the performance of Salaat with Ja- maa’t. Commanding this, the Qur’aan Majeed says: “When We establish them (grant them power) on earth, they establish Salaat, pay Zakaat, command virtue and prohibit vice.” It is the Waajib obligation of the state to ensure and enforce Salaat with Jamaa’t. Performing Salaat with Jamaa’t is compulso- ry. It is not an optional or Nafl act. Neglect of this Waajib requi- site is a punishable offence. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had even expressed the desire to burn down the hous- es of those who perform Salaat at home, for no valid reason. The argument of the loss of money/income due to closing shops at Salaat times, is abso- lutely and satanically putrid. It is bereft of the slightest Shar’i va- lidity. Allah Ta’ala created us and sent us to this world not to hoard money and not to be lost in pursuing ways of gaining per- fection in mundane occupations. The Qur’aan states: “What! Do you construct mansions as if you are going to live forever (in this world)?” Muslims are required to achieve perfection in the Deen in preparation for the Meeting with Allah Ta’ala and for the everlast- ing life of happiness, comfort and bliss in Jannat. This dunya is jeefah (carrion), said Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Only those whose brains are de- ranged and corrupted with kuffaar thinking sacrifice the Aakhirat for this worldly carrion. Rizq is predestined. Every per- son will acquire only the amount of Rizq Allah Ta’ala has or- dained for him/her. Closing of shops for the daily Salaat will not decrease anyone’s Rizq. For decades since the inception of the Najdi regime, everyone was making much money despite the Law of Salaat being enforced strictly. Now, Trump’s serf, the present jaahil king, who has re- nounced Islam by implication is dancing to the kaafir’s tune to de -Islamize and ultimately abolish Islam in Najd. The shaitaani morons have not advanced a single cogent reason for the contemplated act of kufr which the Najdi regime is plan- ning to introduce. Q. I have a question which I will be glad you could answer: Will we be judged and held ac- countable for the suffering that our brethren are facing in Syr- ia and around the world? Will Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala punish us for not doing enough to end their misery? There are countless brothers and sisters who, due to height- ened emotions, proclaim in videos and messages that the Ulama and the Ummah are sleeping and not doing enough. They put forward emotional arguments such as "Brothers and Sisters! Our brethren are being annihilated so what have you done about it? What an- swer will you give to Allah when He will ask you why you didn't assist your brethren? What answer will you give?" Are these brothers and sis- ters correct in what they say? Please comment. A. No one can end the suffering except Allah Ta’ala. What has befallen the Ummah is Allah’s Athaab. The emotional cries in videos, etc. are baseless calls of the ignorant who lack Deeni un- derstanding. They stupidly ex- pect more than a billion Mus- lims of this Ummah to all con- verge in Syria to rescue them from Allah’s Athaab. Even if the billion wish to go into the battle- field, do the logistics and the brains permit it? However, Muslims in general are not even making dua sincerely for their suffering brothers and sisters. They refrain from assist- ing in ways in which they are capable of due to niggardliness and shaitaaniyat. They have no true brotherly feelings for the suffering Muslims. They pretend to be concerned with hollow displays of public ‘dua’, mock qunoot-e-naazilah, etc., whilst they indulge in all the filth and khuraafaat of the dunya in total obliviousness of the hor- rendous suffering of the Ummah. They eat gluttonously like beasts, waste and make merry whilst the Muslims elsewhere are being plundered and pillaged. We may be asked or even pun- ished for not assisting sufficient- ly the suffering masses of Mus- lims all over the world. Allah Ta’ala has blessed the Muslim community of South Africa and of other countries with consider- able wealth. But they squander their money satanically in haraam functions, haraam wed- ding feasts, haraam Madrasah jalsahs, haraam tours such as nafl umrah and hajj, palatial man- sions, Musjid buildings of riya and takabbur, shaitaani holiday cruisers, haraam holidays to visit Jerusalem and justifying it in the name of Musjid Aqsa, mass mock i’tikaafs, ladies tabligh ex- cursions, etc., etc. Whilst millions of Muslims are suffering and struggle for daily food and shelter, the Muslim Ummah squanders the Amaanat of wealth in haraam and shai- taani expenditure. For this, most certainly there will be a terrible sequel in Qiyaamah which will be regretted when it is too late to regret. SIX ACCURSED Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Six persons are accursed. Allah and every Nabi who came cursed them. 1. The one who adds to A l l a h ’ s K i t a a b (Qur’aan, Tauraah, In- jeel, Zaboor, etc.) 2. The one who denies Al- lah’s Qadar 3. The one who rules with tyranny. He honours the one whom Allah has debased, and he dishon- ours the one whom Al- lah has honoured. 4. The one who halaalizes Allah’s prohibitions. 5. The one from my Fami- ly who halaalizes Al- lah’s prohibitions. 6. The one who abandons my Sunnah. According to the UN Refugee Agency horrendous toll of the American ‘jihad’ in Syria is over 5.5 million Syrian refugees from Syria. Further- more, 6.5 million are internally dis- placed within Syrian borders. An imperative attribute for an Aalim is khashiyat for Allah Ta’ala. The vast majority of the molvis and sheikhs of this era are of the ulama-e-soo’ fra- ternity who act as agents of Iblees – Al-Haq) Today, I beg you from the bot- tom of my heart to answer that call. Forget for a second about whether this fatwah is correct or not and look at the larger picture in the ummah. (What call and what fatwa are you talking about? Do not speak in riddles. State clearly what you mean by this.- Al-Haq) The masses of the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaa'ah are being slaughtered by the thou- sands. Syria, Palestine, Rohing- ya, Yemen, Iraq, Kashmir...the list goes on. (The masses of this fallen Ummah are no longer the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama’ah. They are deviates, kuffaar boot- lickers, immoral modernists, lapping up the najaasat of the western kuffaar, emulating eve- ry stupidity and immorality of the western kuffaar. They are all anti-Islam whilst they pro- fess to be Muslims. They are kuffaar of the zindeeq class. They are being slaughtered and massacred at the command of Allah Azza Wa Jal just as the Muslim Ummah of Bani Is- raaeel was slaughtered by Fir’oun. Regarding this imposi- tion of Athaab on them, the Qur’aan Majeed states: “And (remember) when We saved you from the people of Fir’oun who inflicted on you a terrible punishment. They slaughtered your sons and spared your females (baby daughters). Indeed that was a great trial from your Rabb. (Baqarah, Aayat 49) Understand well that what is being enacted in Syria today and elsewhere – the massacres and horrific hardships by the kuffaar are in reality the decree of Allah Ta’ala. No one can move a dot without His inter- vention and command. Thus, the Qur’aan states: “Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware.” When it is the time for the demise of a leaf, it is decreed by Allah Ta’ala and it drops from the tree. There are no ac- cidents in Allah’s creation. Eve- rything down to the minutest speck is under His control and command. Do understand from the afore- mentioned Qur’aanic Aayat and many Ahaadith that the slaugh- tering of the babies of the Mus- lims by Fir’oun was by Allah’s command, hence the Qur’aan states with clarity and emphasis: “... a great trial from your Rabb.” It is therefore only Allah Azza Wa Jal Who can bring about a cessation of the Punish- (Continued on page 9) Al Haq Bulletin 56 Page 9 who accused him and his family of eating and storing beef. (End of report) Commenting on heinous de- velopments in the Ummah of this kind, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that the time will dawn when the kuffaar nations of the world will unite in coalitions to devour the Ummah. In aston- ishment, a Sahaabi asked: “O Rasulullah! Will this be on ac- count of the paucity of our numbers on that day?” Our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) responded: “On the contrary, you will be innumera- ble. But you will be ghutha (flotsam/waste matter) just as the flotsam of floodwaters. Most assuredly, Allah will elimi- nate from the hearts of your en- emies fear for you, and He will most assuredly cast wahan in your hearts.” The Sahaabi asked: “What is wahan, O Rasulullah! (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam)?” Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Love of the world and dislike for Maut (death).” With over 200 million Mus- lims in this Hindu state of mushrikeen, India has most probably the largest Muslim population in the world. Despite these innumerable numbers of the Ummah, all of them are part of the ghutha mentioned by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). It is unintelligent and unpro- ductive, in fact negative, to rail against the cow- worshippers and the consum- ers of cow urine and cow dung for whatever villainy they are conspiring for the Muslims of India. Shaitaan diverts the Muslim focus from the reality of the causes which lead to the consequences of Muslim humil- iation, misery and destruction. While Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Qur’aan Majeed explicitly mention the causes which lead to kuffaar domination over us, shaitaan succeeds to convince Muslims to revile their own shadows and reflections. Thus, Muslims fail to understand what is happening to them and what has caused such destruc- tive occurrences such as por- trayed in this article and such as those being played out in Burma, Syria and elsewhere. Muslims in India by their own actions have hinduized themselves. Just as Muslims in the West have westernized themselves, so too have Mus- lims in India adopted hindu culture. Abandonment of Is- lamic culture, i.e. the Sunnah, has created a vacuum which is being filled by the filthy cult of the cow-worshippers in whose religion the primary cardinal of faith is consuming cow urine and dung and wor- shipping idols of stone which they manufacture with their own wretched hands. It is a massive satanic conspiracy in which the ignorant foot-soldiers are dwell- ing in confusion believing that they are fighting a valid Shar’i Jihad when in effect they are the cause of the large-scale hor- rors being inflicted on the mil- lions who have been compelled to flee the atrocities. They are the primary sufferers. They suf- fer as a consequence of the stu- pid ‘jihad’ of the ignorant ‘mujahideen’ fighting Ameri- ca’s ‘jihad’, just as the Afghans had fought the ‘jihad’ of the U.S.A. who had planned and executed the ‘jihad’ solely to gain its objective of the expul- sion of the Russians who had caused the defeat and expulsion of the U.S. in Vietnam. In that American ‘jihad’, Usama Bin Ladin was one of the kingpins of America. Sister, your call to the Ulama is nonsense. The Ulama and the entire Ummah can do nothing to save the destruction, pillage and plunder of Muslims taking place all over the world. Firstly today 99.9% of those believed to be Ulama belong to the ulama-e -soo’ category. They are all the followers of lust and Shaitaan has fielded them for attaining his objectives. Any call of Haqq for them falls not only on their deaf ears, but they are scornful of the Haq and actively conspire and connive with the kuffaar to stifle and obliterate the Haq. They are swirling in the vortex of nafsaaniyat and shaitaaniyat. Secondly, the couple of Ulama -e-Haq in this world today – you can count them on the fingers of your one hand – are diligent- ly executing the obligation of Amr Bil Ma’roof. They are not in need of your childish ‘naseehat’. You do not under- stand head or tail of the reality of the conflagration and the rot in which this Ummah is today sinking. That is why you are barking up the wrong tree. You neither under- stand the cause of the diseases of the Ummah nor its remedy. It serves no beneficial purpose barking like a stupid mongrel dog at a shadow which can bring no succour. You are too blind to see the rot of the Um- mah around you. You lack valid Islamic Knowledge, hence you fail to understand that it is Al- lah Azza Wa Jal Who is punish- ing the Muslims of Syria, Bur- ma, Kashmir, Palestine, etc. Without Muslims understand- ing their rebellion and trans- gression against Allah Ta’ala and then repenting and obeying Him, the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal will not cease. It will run its ordained course. The Qur’aan mentions this explicit- ly.- Al-Haq) For years since the end of the Ottoman khilaafah when Sultan Abdul Hamid Khan was re- moved from his position, the um- mah has been yearning for a leader. (It was Allah Azza Wa Jal Who removed the morally sick and spiritually degenerate Sultan and abolished the mock ‘khilafate’. Sister, if you have any knowledge of the Qur’aan, then make a perusal of Aayat 26 of Surah Aal-e-Imraan. In this Aayat, Allah Ta’ala says: “He grants mulk to whomever He wills and He snatches away mulk from whomever He wills....” Similar Aayaat are elsewhere in the Qur’aan Majeed. If you reflect on what Allah Ta’ala Himself says, then you will not bark like a mongrel dog up the wrong tree, and if your Imaan is intact, then you will implicitly believe in the truth of Allah’s declarations. You may not fob off these ex- plicit Divine Statements. Don’t seek to interpret them away to justify your silly call to the Ula- ma, for in so doing, it will be at the peril of losing your Imaan. – Al-Haq) It reached a point where youngsters, out of desperation to see the golden era of Islam re- vived, hastened to join the group called the Islamic state or ISIS. Their desperation to assist the ummah blinded them to the reali- ty of the group and their failed attempts at getting the ulama in- volved in the distress of the um- mah made them write off the sin- cerity of the ummah. May Allah guide all of them whose inten- tions were sincere. (You are just as blind as those stupid young- sters who joined ISIS and just as stupid and blind as the youngsters who have joined the other American ‘jihadi’ outfits, for you too, have ignorantly joined one of these outfits with- out being able to distinguish be- tween light and darkness, left and right. These fellows did not join out of ‘desperation’ nor out of any Islamic altruism. They joined on the basis of a misguid- ed concept of adventure. The average mujahid is almost total- ly bereft of Taqwa and Deeni Ilm. While they have tons of time listening to emotional nasheeds and nazams and while they have all the time to squan- der hours talking nonsense and fantasizing about stupidities, they have ‘no time’ for perform- ing Nawaafil, Tahyatul Wudhu, Awwaabeen, Ishraaq, etc. They have “no time” for implement- ing the Sunnats of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) whilst they have considerable time for watching haraam vide- os of their own exploits of the American ‘battlefields’, then acquit themselves arrogantly and flamboyantly. Study the lives of the Sahaabah on the battlefield and during their Ji- had campaigns. You will not find them lacking in the strictest observance of the Sunnah. Their ibaadat –Nawaafil – and Thikrullah during the nights during Jihad campaigns con- strained a Bishop to say to the Roman emperor: “They (the Sa- haabah) are monks at night, and expert horseman and fight- ers by day.” Sister, improve your knowledge of Islam, then you will not acquit yourself childishly making futile and sil- ly calls to shadows and reflec- tions.—Al-Haq) We cannot allow our little chil- dren to continue being massa- cred. (So do your best and fight the barbarians. You, and the whole rotten Ummah of this era cannot thwart the Athaab of Al- lah Azza Wa Jal. – Al Haq) My son burnt with hot water (a household burn) and it pains me to see him in ICU. (May Allah Ta’ala grant your son a kaamil shifa’. And may Allah Ta’ala grant you kaamil Sabr. – Al- Haq) How can the ulama who are the inheritors of the prophets al- low the mothers to continue see- ing their babies torn limb from limb? (On the Day of Qiyaamah you may ask Allah Ta’ala why He had allowed Fir’oun to hor- rendously slaughter the babies of the Muslims of Bani Israaeel. You may ask Allah Azza Wa Jal why He had ‘continued watch- ing this slaughter of babies from limb to limb’. Do you be- lieve in the existence of Allah Ta’ala? Do you understand an- ything of the Sifaat of Allah Ta’ala? Do you understand an- ything of the Warnings of Allah Ta’ala in the Qur’aan and the Ahaadith? If you had a bit of understanding of these issues, you would not have posed this stupid question. What can the Ulama do? What do you expect them to do? Hadhrat Nabi Mu- sa (Alayhis salaam) despite having the Mu’jizah of the Ser- pent and the Radiant Hand which rendered Fir’oun and all his men powerless, could not do anything to save his people from the torture, slaughter and perse- cution of Fir’oun. Fir’oun was unable to even touch and harm Nabi Musa (Alayhis salaam) who moved around in the open, but he (Nabi Musa) could not utilize the miraculous powers Allah Ta’ala bestowed to him to protect his people. These were exclusively for his protection because Allah Ta’ala had de- creed that Bani Israaeel must be punished severely. Hadhrat Aasiya (Alayhas sa- laam) was brutally put to death by Fir’oun. Metal bolts were driven through her body and she was smashed with a huge rock. She and other sincere Muslims did not bellow stupid calls such as the drivel piped by this Sister. The only option she and others had was Sabr and Dua. Allah Ta’ala allowed the torture to be inflicted on her. The kuffaar in Bani Israaeel had slaughtered countless Am- biya (Alayhimus Salaam). Allah Ta’ala did not send His aid to save them. His Wisdom de- manded condonation of the bru- tality which was being inflicted on His Ambiya. No one has the right to question Allah Azza Wa Jal. He does as He pleases, and whatever He ordains is in our best interests although we are unable to fathom His mysteries and operations. In response to the heart- breaking cries of agony of his people who were brutalized by Fir’oun, Hadhrat Musa (Alayhis salaam) said to them: “O my People! If you truly have Imaan on Allah, then re- pose trust on Him, if indeed you are Muslimeen.” (Yoonus, Aayat 84) When Allah’s Athaab overtakes a nation, even the Ambiya are helpless. Now what should the couple of Ulama-e-Haqq do in the hor- rendous scenario which in reali- ty is Allah’s Athaab? Their only function is to fulfil their duty of Amr Bil Ma’roof. Alham- dulillaah! They are not failing in this duty. Are we only concerned with ourselves? As long as we can continue living our lives in com- fort, let our brothers and sisters suffer? Where has our honour gone? (They brought the suffer- ing upon themselves with their rebellion against Allah Ta’ala. The American ‘jihadi’ outfits brought the suffering on the millions, and the actual reality is that Allah Azza Wa Jal has caused this suffering, and no one can do anything about it. Allah Ta’ala makes it very clear in the Qur’aan Majeed that it is only the sufferers themselves who can bring about a cessation of this Athaab, and this they have to do by means of Taubah and Inaabat Ilallaah.- Al-Haq) I beg you, o ulama: make an effort to change this. (Please ex- plain your plan for bringing about the desired change. Spell it out clearly and provide the logistical details for the execu- tion of whatever ‘jihad’ plan you have in mind for the .001% Ulama-e-Haqq who may still be existing. –Al-Haq) Organise ulama seminars, first within your own country and then internationally. Choose a representative in your country and forget petty differences for a second in order to solve this is- sue. (What are the seminars to discuss? Seminars are merry- making functions where they blow a lot of stupid hot air, eat gluttonously even carrion and defecate. For a moment let us forget the reality of Allah’s Athaab having overtaken the Muslims in several countries. Let us focus on your stupid and puerile call. How do you pro- pose the .001% Ulama-e-Haqq to provide assistance? What is your understanding of assis- tance? While you have quoted a Qur’aanic Aayat without under- standing it, you forget or are ignorant that Allah Ta’ala says about assistance in the Qur’aan Majeed: “If Allah assists you, then no one can defeat you, and if He withholds aid, then who besides Allah can help you.?” He also says: “If you aid (the Deen of) Allah, He will aid you and plant your feet firmly (against your enemy).” Take a moment and ask yourself: if Allah asks you on the day of Qiyaamah: 'I appointed you as the inheritor of my prophet; what did you do to solve the distress of his ummah?' What will you say? (Did Jibraeel-alayhis sa- laam – descend upon you with wahi? Why do you fabricate falsehood on Allah Ta’ala? It is shaitaan who has whispered in you this silly question. About the devil’s whispers and inspira- tions, the Qur’aan Majeed warns us: “Do not follow in the footsteps of shaitaan, for verily he is your avowed enemy. He instructs you with only immorality and evil and that you fabricate on Allah what you know not.” Don’t fab- ricate and fraud in the Name of Allah Ta’ala thereby becoming an accomplice of Shaitaan. – Al -Haq) I sincerely pray that you will be able to give an active answer. When Fir’oun was slaughtering the males of Bani Israeel, they cried to Hadhrat Musa (Alayhis salaam) for suc- cour as this sister is crying to the Ulama. Hadhrat Musa (Alayhis salaam) responded: “Musa said to his people: ‘Seek aid from Allah (not from phantoms) and have Sabr (Don’t panic and don’t bark up the wrong trees.). Verily, the earth belongs to only Allah. He bestows it to whomever He wills of His servants. (whether these servants are Muslims or kuffaar). And, the ultimate vic- tory is for the Muttaqeen.” When Nabi Musa (Alayhis salaam) advised them to adopt this prescription and solution, they reacted like the South Afri- can Sister from Syria, and they retorted with contempt: “We were persecuted before you came to us (as the Nabi) and after you came to us (as the Nabi),” This is precisely what the Sister is saying to the Ula- ma-e-Haqq. Nabi Musa (Alayhis salaam) responded: “Perhaps soon will your Rabb destroy your enemy and grant you power on earth (i.e. elimi- nate the U.S.A., Russia, Assad and the like). Then He (Allah) will watch how you acquit your- selves (whether with Taa-at and Ibaadat, or with fisq, fujoor, bid’ah and kufr).” (Surah Al- A’raaf, 128 and 129) (Continued from page 10) THE largest convoy yet of rebel fighters and civilians evac- uated from Eastern Ghouta ar- rived in northwestern Syria yes- terday, further emptying the one- time opposition bastion. Government troops, backed by Russia and loyalist militia, launched a ferocious assault more than a month ago to retake the enclave on the outskirts of Damascus. They have recaptured more than 90% of it and are draining the last rebel-held pockets through negotiated withdrawals brokered by Russia. Two deals have already seen thousands of rebels, their rela- tives and other civilians bused out of bombed out Ghouta dis- tricts to the northwestern prov- ince of Idlib, most of which es- capes government control. The group reached a deal with Moscow on Friday and its imple- mentation began on Saturday with nearly 1 000 people board- ing buses and leaving. The numbers have grown steadily since, with the biggest convoy yet departing in the early hours of yesterday with more than 6 700 people. If the eye pains, the entire body is affected, and if the head pains, the entire body is affect- ed.” There are many lessons which those who plunge stupidly into just any call of ‘jihad‘ can learn from the Syrian-Iraqi fiasco and disasters. “If Allah aids you, no one can vanquish you, and if He with- holds His aid, then who can help you besides Him?” “And, there is no help except from Allah, The Mighty, The Wise.” “O People of Imaan! If you help (the Deen of) Allah, He will help you and plant your feet firmly (against your enemies).” “Allah suffices for the Mu’mi- neen in war.” (Qur’aan) It is moronic and the denial of reality to fail to understand that this Nusrat (Aid) which Allah Ta’ala promises the Mu’mineen in the Qur’aan and Hadith is de- nied to Muslims of this era. In fact, the Ummah has been de- prived of Allah’s Nusrat for many centuries. Only morons- those who are spiritually blind and deaf – fail to understand the causes for the humiliation and defeat of the Ummah, and only morons fail to understand the solution for the problems beset- ting the Ummah. While all the liberal and mod- ernist ‘reformers’ of this age, in- cluding moron molvis and maajin muftis look askance in bootlicking fashion at western technology and material ad- vancement for success, they mis- erably remain blind to the fact that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Whatever is by Allah is not ob- tainable except with obedience.” Therefore, reflect and ponder. On the contrary Maulana Salman Nadwi after meeting with a kaafir boet (idol) pujari endorses that there should be an "out of court" settlement, and even if it means that we should compromise on the land of the Babri Masjid for the sake of a temple, we should do so, so that we can build another Musjid "in a land allotted somewhere else". There has been a huge uproar in the Media and the Muslims are divided in their own opinion. While some supporting the stance of Maulana Salman Nadwi, others are supporting the stance of the Muslim personal law board. Please comment on this issue. What is the actual stance of the Shariah? ANSWER The stance of the Shariah on the issue of Musjids is clearer than daylight at the zenith. A Musjid is termed, The House of Allah. Once a land has been made Waqf for a Musjid, it will remain a Musjid even after the Day of Qiyaamah. All the plots of land on which Musjids have been built will be incorporated into the land of Jannat. There is absolutely no way of desanctifying and deMusjidizing a Musjid. It will remain a Musjid forever even if a temple or a brothel has been built on it by the worshippers of Shaitaan. A Musjid can nev- er ever be sold or bartered away or alienated in any way whatsoever. What the character Salman Nadwi disgorged about an 'out of court settlement' to make way for the construction of an abode for idol-worship – for kufr and shirk, is pure, unadulterated bootlicking – licking the boots of the Hindu boetpujaaris. Whatever this chap's satanic motive for his bootlicking stupidity may be, is known to only Allah Ta'ala. If he is a 'maulana', he appears lamentably stupid for disgorging the haraam flotsam of exchanging the Babri Musjid for land somewhere else. The worst satanistic aspect of his stupid 'fatwa' is that he agrees for constructing a temple to worship idols on the Musjid's site. He appears to be a hidden Hindu. A Musjid built on any other allotted land will be a new Musjid. It will not be the Babri Musjid which the idolworshippers have usurped by force and violence with the active connivance of India's Hindu government. These worshippers of Satan have forcibly usurped and wrenched the Babri Musjid from the Muslim community. Although this was a punishment from Allah Ta'ala for Muslims, we are not in a position to comment on that aspect. Our comments are restricted to the ostensible law of the Shariah. It is the incumbent obligation of the down-trodden, weak and morally degenerate Muslim community of India to adopt all lawful methods, such as the courts, in a bid to reclaim the Babri Musjid land. There should be absolutely no compromise. It is haraam to accept any other land in exchange for the Babri Musjid land. That Land will remain a Musjid and shall, Insha-Allah, reclaim its status in Jannat. If the community fails in its bid in the court, they should accept it as Allah's Decree, increase Istighfaar and Taubah, and reform their absolutely rotten moral condition, and this has greater applicability for the Ulama. If Muslims are unable to reclaim the Babri Musjid by lawful means, let the followers of the Devil keep it. But never should Muslims settle and compromise. Salman Nadwi, the Hindu bootlicker should hang his head in shame. If he happens to be associated with a Madrasah, the authorities should give him the boot for his Hindu-bootlicking. WOMEN in refugee camps found themselves having to offer sexual favours in return for aid from the United Nations, a report has alleged. In the latest accusation to hit the aid sector, humanitarian workers were accused of harassing and abusing women in Syria, to the point where some stopped asking for aid. The allegations were published by the UN Population Fund (UNFPA), which investigated gender-based violence in the region last year and found aid was often being exchanged for sex. The report said: "Examples were given of women or girls marrying officials for sexual services to receive meals, distributors asking for phone numbers of women and girls or obtaining distributions for services, such as spending a night with them." The UN was warned three years earlier but, the report suggests the abuse continued until the end of last year. The report said aid distribution sites dominated by men had become perceived by women as no-go areas. A teenage girl from Idlib in northern Syria said: "The more the girl gives to the distributor, the more aid she would receive." In the Islamic system of Khilaafat, the ruler is one man whose function it is to govern in accordance with the Qur'aan and the Sunnah, i.e. the Shariah. The duty of the Islamic government headed by a pious, benign autocrat, is to enforce the laws which have already been divinely promulgated. Shuraa or consultation is a Sunnah practice which the Khalifah adopts. But he is not constrained to succumb to the advices and decisions of those with whom he consults. In the ultimate end, the decision is made by only him. Some misguided Muslims enamoured by westernism, are at pains to find Shar'i accommodation for western democracy in the Qur'aanic aayat which orders Shuraa. They fallaciously cite the Shuraa verse in substantiation of their belief that Islam accepts the western system of democracy. In this aayat, Allah Ta'ala says: "And, consult with them in affairs. Then when you (the Khalifah) have resolved (to adopt a particular course), re- pose trust on Allah." The resolution and final decision are the prerogatives of the Khalifah. The Islamic system precludes any parliament or legislative body from enforcing its decisions by majority vote on the Khalifah. He is fully empowered by the Qur'aan and Sunnah to act in accordance with his own determination. The purpose of consultation is to discuss and explore all angles of an issue. By mutual consultation with men of experience, knowledge and piety, all angles and aspects of a matter are highlighted. This allows the Khalifah to form a balanced and the correct decision. Those with whom the Khalifah consults act in only an advisory capacity. They have absolutely no legislative power. If the Khalifa's view is in conflict with the unanimous opinion of all his advisors, the Shariah does not bind him to accept such consensus. The Qur'aan vests him with all the authority to make decisions alone and to adopt his own view even if in opposition to what the entire nation believes is right. For acting in accordance with the Qur'aanic order of consulta- tion, the Khalifah is not required to establish a formal forum or a formal body of counsellors. The obligation of Shuraa is discharged by the Khalifah consulting on an informal basis with whomever he wishes, whenever he wishes, and wherever he wishes. The concept of Shuraa does not envisage the establishment of a forum like a parliament or any other legislative body. The Khalifah discussing with one or two persons at his home, at the Musjid, outside the Musjid or anywhere else, satisfies the requirement of Shuraa. It is also not a requirement that there be particular and permanent members whom the Khalifah has to consult. He is free to consult with anyone. Commenting on the un-Islamic system of democracy, Hakimul Ummat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (rahmatullah alayh) said: "As evidence for their idea of the validity of democracy, they (its votaries) present the aayat, "Consult with them in affairs". But, I refute their contention with this very same aayat. While this aayat orders mashwarah (consultation), it should be understood that consultation does not mean democracy. You (i.e. the votaries of democracy) regard yourselves to be wise men while in reality you are bereft of understanding. You should first prove that even one of the four righteous Khulafa or the government of the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum) was a democracy (in the western concept). The Khulafa were never bound and subservient to the advices/decisions of their advisors (with whom they would consult). According to the Shariah, the government of the individual is the rule. When the supporters of democracy cite the aayat of Shuraa, they stop midway, without reciting the whole aayat. They conveniently omit: "Then, when you (the Ruler) have finally decided (a matter), repose your trust in Allah (and act accordingly)." They either conveniently overlook this decisive portion of the aayat or they lack the ability to understand it." Thus, the concept of democracy or majority rule has absolutely no validity in the Shariah. Democracy is the system of juhala. Hadhrat Rabeeah Bin Aamir (radhiyallahu anhu) was sent as an emissary to the camp of the Christian army of Heraculus, the emperor of the Eastern Roman empire. The emperor had sent with the army a priest, called Saqeelah who was an expert of the Christian Scripture and a good debater. In the Christian camp, the commander, Jarjees requested Saqeelah to engage Hadhrat Aamir in a religious discussion. Saqeelah: "O my Arab brother! It is recorded in our Scripture that Allah will raise an Arab Nabi in the Quraish tribe from the clan of Banu Hashim. A sign of his prophethood will be that Allah will call him to the heavens. Did such an event happen to your Nabi? Hadhrat Aamir: Yes, Allah Ta'ala called our Nabi to the heavens. The Qur'aan states in this regard: "Glory unto Allah Who took His slave by the night journey from Musjidul Haraam to Musjidul Aqsa whose surroundings We have blessed." Saqeelah: It is stated in our Scripture that a month of fasting will be ordained on that Nabi and his Ummah. The name of that month will be Ramadhaan. Hadhrat Aamir: It is correct. The Qur'aan says: ''The month of Ramadhaan in which was revealed the Qur'aan." It is also mentioned: "Fasting has been decreed for you as it was decreed for those before you." Saqeelah: "It is written in our Scripture that a person of his Ummah will be rewarded tenfold for a single good act, but only one deed will be recorded if he commits evil." Hadhrat Aamir: This is mentioned in our Kitaab as follows: "Whoever does a good deed, for him (will be recorded) ten deeds like it. Whoever commits an evil, will not be punished, but for one deed." Saqeelah: "It is recorded in our Scripture that Allah will command his Ummah to recite salutations on him." Hadhrat Aamir: In this regard the Qur'aan says: "Verily, Allah and His Angels send salutations on the Nabi. O Believers! Recite salutations on him." Saqeelah, the priest was astonished at the answers. Addressing the commander of the army, the priest said: "The truth is with these people." The commander of the Christian army overcome with wrath drew his sword and was about to strike Hadhrat Aamir (radhiyallahu anhu), but the Sahaabi was alert. With one blow of his sword, Jarjees fell to the ground. The Romans swooped on Hadhrat Aamir who valiantly defended and loudly proclaimed the slogan of Jihad which the nearby Muslim army heard. Hadhrat Yazeed Bin Abi Sufyaan (radhiyallahu anhu), the commander of the Muslim army understood that the Christians had committed treachery. He immediately ordered a full-scale attack. The historian, Waaqidi, narrating the events of this battle, said that not one of the 8,000 Christians escaped. Everyone was put to the sword on that day. It was a glorious victory for the Muslim army which consisted of 2,000 Mujahideen. , in particular the armies of the Sahaabah, never relied on superiority in numbers and weapons. The reliance was always on Allah Ta'ala. History bears ample testimony to the glory in which the battles of the Sahaabah basked. In this regard the Battle of Mootah has special significance. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had initiated the program of Tabligh to the Christians and Persians by sending letters with emissaries. One such letter of invitation to Islam was sent to the Kaisar (emperor) of the eastern wing of the Christian empire. At the time the Kaiser was celebrating his victory over the Persians in Jerusalem. The Christians, in addition to rejecting the invitation maltreated the emis- saries in violation of prevailing international law. When the emissaries of Islam were returning, the Christians of Syria looted whatever provisions they had. Shurahbeel Bin Amr was the Christian appointed governor of Basra. When Rasulullah's letter of Da'wat reached him, the tyrant put to death the emissary, Haarith Bin Umair (radhiyallahu anhu) in flagrant violation of the accepted international law. To avenge the killing of the emissary, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) despatched an army of 3,000 Sahaabah to punish the Christians for their treachery. This was the memorable Battle of Mootah in which the relatively tiny band of Mujaahideen confronted the huge Christian army of 200,000 (two hundred thousand). Many senior Sahaabah were martyred in this battle in the year 8 Hijri. Hadhrat Zaid Bin Haarithah (radhiyallahu anhu) was appointed the commander of this army. On this occasion, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) gave the following instructions and advice to the departing army: ♦ You will find in the Land of Shaam (Syria) monks living in isolation in their monasteries. Do not interfere with them. ♦ Do not kill any females. ♦ Do not harm any child. ♦ Do not hurt any aged person. ♦ Do not (unnecessarily) cut down any tree. The Israeli and western barbarians can learn much from this golden advice and instruction of Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), the Nabi and Commander-in-Chief of the armies of the Sahaabah. In this is also a lesson for the jaahil, morally decadent foot-soldiers of the American-created 'jihaadi' outfits. When the small army of Sahaabah reached Mootah in Syria, they were met by a massive Christian army of 200,000.But by the fadhl and nusrat of Allah Azza Wa Jal, the Christians were decisively defeated in this battle. 3,000 Sahaabah fighting the over -whelming superior Christian army of 200,000 is an irrefutable historical fact. The victory of the Muslims was undoubtedly by the aid of Allah Ta'ala. There is no logical explanation for the glorious victory at Mootah. During the battle at Khaibar when the Sahaabah mentioned that a certain person was martyred, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) denied that he was martyred. When the Sahaabah insisted that he was indeed martyred, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) forcefully said that he was not martyred and that he was in Jahannum. This information caused considerable grief to the Sahaabah. They could not understand how a Mujaahid who was slain on the battle field could have been assigned to the Fire. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) explained that he had committed khiyaanat (abuse of trust) in the booty. When the Sahaabah searched his belongings they found a small golden necklace among his items. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) commented that the necklace was the cause of his assignment to the Fire. Abuse of trust funds is nowadays widely committed by those who handle such monies. One of the signs of Qiyaamah is the abuse of Amaanat. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "When amaanat is destroyed, then await the hour." When Naadir Shah invaded India, he let loose a reign of terror and killing. He ordered a general massacre of the people in the city of Delhi. The people asked a Buzrug (Sage) of that time: "Why did Allah Ta'ala impose on us such a cruel king as Naadir Shah?" The Buzrug explained: "Just as pious deeds assume an external form, so too do evil deeds." Naadir Shah was thus the external manifestation of the evil deeds of the people. When the evil of the people transgresses all bounds and there remains no longer hope for their reformation, Allah Ta'ala transforms their evil into a variety of forms for punishing them. Sometimes their transgression assumes the form of a natural disaster, e.g. floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc. Sometimes the evil is transformed into a cruel tyrant who oppresses and persecutes the people over whom he has been imposed. In Qiyaamah too, our deeds will assume different forms. For example, according to the Hadith, the wealth of the miser will be transformed into a huge poisonous serpent which will coil around his neck, biting him and exclaiming: "I am your treasure. I am your wealth." This will transpire throughout the age of Reckoning in Qiyaamah. One Buzrug was standing at a graveside after the burial of a man. After all the people had departed, he heard a loud explosion inside the grave which suddenly split open, and a huge, black dog jumped out and began running away. The Buzrug exclaimed: "May Allah destroy you. What are you?" The dog responded: "I am the evil deeds of the mayyit." The Buzrug said: "'What was that loud sound.?" The dog replied: "I intended to bite and torture the mayyit. But then suddenly his Qur'aan Tilaawat appeared and struck me. That is the sound you heard, and I am therefore fleeing." There are innumerable episodes which testify that our deeds assume some material form. This occurs in this world, in the grave as well as in Qiyaamah. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Listen (attentively)! Have you heard that soon after me there will be rulers (evil tyrants). Whoever visits them (associates with the oppressors), acknowledges their lies, aids them in their zulm (oppression), he is not of me, and I am not of him, and he will not even approach the Haudh (Haudh-e-Kawthar in Qiyaamah)." This Hadith states the status of those molvis and sheikhs of the evil MJC and the evil NNB jamiat, who crawl into the 'lizard's hole' behind the rulers and political leaders, licking their impure boots and dancing obsequiously like apes to their tunes of jahaalat and kufr. These molvis and sheikhs are in fact worse than the actual tyrants and oppressors. They are the agents of Iblees misleading the juhala in the community, undermining Islam and digging up the foundations of the Deen. They are not Muslims. They have no relationship whatsoever with Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). They are the Kilaab (DOGS) of Hell-Fire. They will not be allowed a drop of the pure water of Haudh-eKawthar. In fact, they will be buffeted away like filth. "In 2013 the CIA began a covert programme to arm, fund and train rebel ('mujahid') groups opposing Assad, but the programme was later shut down after it was revealed that the CIA had spent $500 million but only trained 60 fighters." (Al-Jazeera) The concept of the independence of the judiciary is as old as Islam. Many, many centuries before the west began to theorize this concept, the courts of Islam acted independently of the executive. This concept is grounded in the Qur'aanic command of justice. The Qur'aan Majeed commands: "O People of Imaan! Become the establishers of justice, witnesses for Allah even though it be against yourselves or your parents or your relatives. If he be a wealthy or a poor person, then (know that) Allah is closer to both of them. Therefore, do not follow (your) desire in (the matter of) enforcement of justice." (Surah Nisaa, Aayat 135) The Rulers of Islam (the Khulafa and the Sultans) had practically demonstrated the independence of Islam's judicial system. Besides the Khulafa-e-Raashideen, even worldly kings and Sultans upheld the principle of justice. Mighty rulers of Islam would immediately submit to the summons of the Qaadhi (Judge) and unhesitatingly stand trial in exactly the same way as an ordinary citizen would. The following episode illustrates the Islamic system of justice and the independence which the judiciary enjoyed from the very inception of Islam. Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) is no stranger to even nonMuslims. The two superpowers of the age – the Roman and Persian empires – were defeated and brought to their knees by Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu). His very name would send shivers down the spines of emperors and kings. The home of Hadhrat Abbaas (radhiyallahu anhu), the paternal uncle of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was adjacent to Musjid-e-Nabawi. Water from the gutter would splash into the Musjid causing distress to the musallis. During his Khilaafat, Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) ordered the removal of the gutter. The gutter was removed during the absence of Hadhrat Abbaas (radhiyallahu anhu). On his return to Madinah, when he saw what had happened, Hadhrat Abbaas (radhiyallahu anhu) was furious. He hastened to the court of the Qaadhi and complained about the action of Ameerul Mu'mineen, Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu). Hadhrat Ubay Bin Ka'b (radhiyallahu anhu) was the Chief Qaadhi. He immediately summoned Hadhrat Umar to court to answer the charge. On the appointed day, Hadhrat Umar, the Ruler of the Islamic Empire, attended the Qaadhis court with profound humility and simplicity. On his arrival at the court, Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) had to wait outside for quite some time due to the Qaadhis other engagements. Finally Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) was called inside. Hadhrat Umar on entering attempted to say something, But the Qaadhi silenced him. Qaadhi: It is the right of the plaintiff to speak and present his case. Be silent. Hadhrat Abbaas: My home from the very beginning was adjacent to Musjid Nabawi during the time of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) as well as during the Khilaafat of Hadhrat Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu). But now Ameerul Mu'mineen has demolished the gutter and threw it away. I am considerably distressed by this action. I want justice. Qaadhi: Ameerul Mu'mineen! What have you to say? Hadhrat Umar: Undoubtedly, I had it removed. I am responsible for it. Qaadhi: You were supposed to refrain from such unjust interference in the home of another person without his consent. Why did you do it? Hadhrat Umar: Your honour, sometimes water from the gutter would splash in the Musjid causing distress and inconvenience to the musallis. I therefore ordered its removal. I am of the opinion that I had acted correctly. I did not commit any crime. Qaadhi: (Addressing Hadhrat Abbaas): What do you say in response? Hadhrat Abbaas: Your honour, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had himself, marked out the foundations of my home with his knife. After the house was built, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) ordered that the gutter be fixed in the very place where it was. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) instructed me to mount on his blessed shoulders and attach the gutter. Inspite of my refusal out of respect, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) vehemently insisted. In compliance I stood on the blessed shoulders of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and did as he had commanded. I attached the gutter on the position from where Ameerul Mu'mineen had ordered its removal. Qaadhi: Do you have any eye witnesses? Hadhrat Abbaas: Not only one or two, but many. Qaadhi: Present them now so that this matter could be resolved. WITNESSES Hadhrat Abbaas (radhiyallahu anhu) went outside and after sometime returned with several witnesses from among the Ansaar. They all testified that they were eye witnesses to the episode. Meanwhile the greatest Ruler on earth, Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) stood humbly staring at the ground. Then he spoke. Hadhrat Umar: O Abul Fadhl (Hadhrat Abbaas)! For Allah's sake forgive me. I was totally unaware that Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) himself had ordered the construction of the gutter in its position. If I had been aware, I would not have ordered the removal of the gutter even by error. What right do I have to remove the gutter which Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) himself had ordered? (Consider the destruction of the homes and relics of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) – and the Sahaabah sacrilegiously perpetrated by the Saudi regime which trample on the rights of people by usurping their lands and paying them a pittance, then selling the usurped land for exor- bitant prices to the wealthy members of the family. – AlHaq) Hadhrat Umar: Amends could be made by you mounting onto my shoulders and replacing the gutter on its original position. Qaadhi: Yes, O Ameerul Mu'mineen! This is the demand of justice. You have to do this. Soon the people saw the powerful Khalifah who had defeated Qaisar and Kisra (the Roman and Persian emperors), standing by the wall with Hadhrat Abbaas (radhiyallahu anhu) mounted on his shoulders fixing the gutter to its position. After completing the work of the gutter, Hadhrat Abbaas (radhiyallahu anhu) alighted and pleaded: "O Ameerul Mu'mineen! What has transpired was to reclaim my right. Now that I have acquired my right as a result of your love for justice, I seek forgiveness from you for this disrespect. I wholeheartedly give as Waqf my house in the Path of Allah Ta'ala. You have the right to demolish it and include it in the Musjid. May Allah Ta'ala accept my contribution." With 80% or more of the country under Taliban control, the U.S. is increasingly sinking further into the quagmire of its own-making. Whilst the U.S. has some control in a handful of cities, there is an almost total lack of American presence in the greater part of the country. In Kabul, the capital city, with the strongest U.S. defences, there is a reign of chaos. Even western experts say that the U.S. cannot turn the tide, that "it is next to impossible". Five years ago, at its peak, NATO alone had 150,000 soldiers in Afghanistan. This is besides the American and the Afghan surrogate forces. When they were then defeated, there is no possibility of gaining victory against the Taliban by the substantially depleted invading forces. The Taliban are increasingly taking more territory. It is the dua of all sincere Muslims that Allah Ta'ala sustains the Taliban and inflicts to- tal defeat on the U.S. Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan Majeed: "And aid is from only Allah, The Mighty, The Wise." "If He helps you, then no one can defeat you. But if He withdraws His help from you, then who is there besides Him to help you?" In 1982, the Butcher, Bashr Assad's father had massacred tens of thousands of Sunni Muslims in the Sunni City of Hama alone. The current Butcher Assad, has surpassed his evil father in the arts of murder, torture, brutality and genocide. Much of the City was flattened. Independence of the judiciary from the executive is largely an empty slogan of the votaries of western democracy. In the annals of history there is no example to compare with this episode. Islam has practically demonstrated the meaning of equality in front of the law. No monarch, government, ruler, president, prime minister, cabinet minister, etc. could be ushered to court to stand as an ordinary citizen in front of the judge in the manner in which the Rulers of the Islamic Empire had demonstrated. Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) was not an isolated case. Islamic history bears ample testimony to the fact that even not so pious Muslim monarchs answered the summons of the Qaadhi without hesitation and stood on the same level as the plaintiff. Those who pipe the tune of western democracy in which the independence of the judiciary is supposed to be a fundamental principle cannever hope to present the glittering examples of justice by Islamic autocracy known as Khilaafat. Despite the slogan, it is a momentous struggle for an ordinary citizen to succeed in hauling a high government official of the democratic system to court. Public outcries and media pressure may succeed in activating the principle of the independence of the judiciary and that all men are equal in front of the law. But in a democracy, this is not normal nor in any other system of government. It is only Islamic Autocracy which can be proud of the distinction of the true independence of the judiciary – a system in which true justice and fair play reign. The Islamic autocratic system is divine. In a true Islamic system of government, fear for Allah Ta'ala permeates the administration. The Ruler is not the maker of laws. He merely dispenses the divine laws of Allah Ta'ala. He is not an unjust despot like the presidents of democracies. Although it is claimed that the president is 'democratically' elected, he is far from being a 'democrat'. A glance at the presidents of the 'democratic' countries will convince the keen observer that all presidents of republics and democracies are cruel, unjust despots who are at the helm for personal glory and monetary gain. Notwithstanding the flowery language which adorns constitutions and preambles, the irrefutable fact is that while the law will prosecute an ordinary citizen for a crime, cast him into a squalid cell, and haul him to court, similar treatment cannot be meted out to Mr. President of a 'democratic republic' irrespective of the notoriety of the crime which the despot may commit. The hollowness of the slogans of democracy is manifest in practical everyday life. The high sounding phrases of human rights, equality, justice and the like are designed for public consumption at forums of hypocritical display. Children belonging to the Hui ethnic Muslim community have been banned from attending any religious events over the winter break in China. The announcement was made by a district educational bureau in Gansu province, and school students were notified that they should not enter religious buildings, nor read scriptures in class. Although restrictions of this nature are already in place in Xinjiang, Muslims in other parts of China have thus far remained largely free. These new restrictions are a result of the increased fear of the Muslim influence in China, potentially due to violent uprisings by the Uyghurs in Western China. Xinjiang has seen an increase in violence in recent years due to tensions between the majority Muslim Uyghurs, native to the region, and the Han Chinese, who the Government has been increasingly resettling in the region. Xinjiang, a large region in Western China, is home to abundant natural resources, including oil and gas, making it a region of particular interest to Beijing. Government policies have been seeing an increasing erosion of both religious and cultural freedoms for the Uyghur population in Xinjiang, and the official line claims that such policies are necessary to tackle the 'terrorism' in the region. Experts recognise that the resentment among the locals and the resulting violence is an obvious result of the Government's hard-line policies that are seeing the lives of Uyghurs suppressed. While the Uyghurs are similar in appearance, culture and language to their Turkic neighbours, the Hui community more closely resembles the Han majority. Their physical, cultural and linguistic assimilation makes them difficult to distinguish from a Han Chinese and has left them largely free to practice Islam. Gansu, a province neighbouring Xinjiang, is home to approximately 1.6million Hui Muslims but has now come under scrutiny as the authorities fear the rising influence of Islam in China. He narrated an incident of a person that came from Egypt when Gaza was taken over by the Jews. The Muslims fled from there to Egypt to save their lives and honour. A poor old scholar also left with his wife. They had no conveyance, so they travelled on foot, struggling for 30 to 40 kilometres to Al Arīsh. From there, the border of Egypt was closed. The Jews then captured him. From the opposite side, a Jeep of one of the Jewish commanders was coming. The scholar was holding the hands of his children. The commander had took pity on him due to his old age. He stopped his Jeep and asked, "Who are you?" He said his name. "Where do you want to go?" He replied, "Cairo." "Why?" "There is unrest here." The commander said, "Have you no transport?" The old scholar replied, "No, I do not have transport. There was a revolution and the Jews took control." The Jewish commander said, "I pity your old age. Sit in my car; I shall take you to the border. Where will you take your wife and weak children? It is forty miles from here." At first, the old scholar was apprehensive, fearing that this person had ill designs for him and his family. The commander then assured him of safety. "Please be convinced, I shall take you there." He took the family to an Egyptian camp which the Jews had taken control of. The commander took him to a tent, left him there saying, "Rest for a while. Rest, I shall bring food. You eat, and then I shall take you." He made the old man sit on a sofa, while the commander sat on the ground. The commander said, "You should be aware of Umar (radhiyallahu anhu)?" The old man said, "What! He is a Sahabi and a great Khalifah of Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam)." The commander said, "Can you mention some of his qualities?" The old man replied, "Yes." He then began to mention the virtues, status, and perfection of Sayyidunā Umar (radhiyallahu anhu). After attentively listening, the Jewish commander said, "Are these the qualities of Umar (radhiyallahu anhu)?" He said, "Yes." The commander said, "When these qualities were in the Muslims, then we, the Jews, were in subjugation at their feet. What is your condition today? The room that I have seated you in, it is the room of an Egyptian Lieutenant. Yesterday, twenty five soldiers were under him. This is his tent. Bottles of liquor are lined in it. There are couches here. Lawful women (wives) and unlawful women (prostitutes) were with him. Yet he came to fight the Jews. So why should the Jews not overpower and defeat him? When the qualities of Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) were present, the Jews were beneath your feet. Why are you grieving?" The scholar was now silent. What answer should he give? It is reality. The commander said: "I only wanted to show you this (i.e.. the immoral condition of the Muslim army). Now come, I shall take you." He took the scholar in his Jeep and left him at the border of Cairo. The scholar thanked him. The commander said, "We do not oppose your religion, we oppose you people. You do not follow your religion or our religion. You indulge in liquor, immorality and amusement, so why should we not fight you? Why should we not assert control over you?" These moron 'intellectuals' paving the way for the tyrannical regime to tamper and minimize the extreme importance of Jamaa't Salaat have presented six absolutely stupid reasons for their satanic stance. One of their stupidities is the shaitaani claim that the Shariah does not require shops to close for the daily Salaat. This argument has no Shar'i validity. It only portrays the compound jahaalat of the jaahil 'sheikh' who disgorged this satanic nonsense. The very first Waajib obligation of the state is to enforce the performance of Salaat with Jamaa't. Commanding this, the Qur'aan Majeed says: "When We establish them (grant them power) on earth, they establish Salaat, pay Zakaat, command virtue and prohibit vice." It is the Waajib obligation of the state to ensure and enforce Salaat with Jamaa't. Performing Salaat with Jamaa't is compulsory. It is not an optional or Nafl act. Neglect of this Waajib requisite is a punishable offence. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had even expressed the desire to burn down the houses of those who perform Salaat at home, for no valid reason. The argument of the loss of money/income due to closing shops at Salaat times, is absolutely and satanically putrid. It is bereft of the slightest Shar'i validity. Allah Ta'ala created us and sent us to this world not to hoard money and not to be lost in pursuing ways of gaining perfection in mundane occupations. The Qur'aan states: "What! Do you construct mansions as if you are going to live forever (in this world)?" Muslims are required to achieve perfection in the Deen in preparation for the Meeting with Allah Ta'ala and for the everlasting life of happiness, comfort and bliss in Jannat. This dunya is jeefah (carrion), said Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Only those whose brains are deranged and corrupted with kuffaar thinking sacrifice the Aakhirat for this worldly carrion. Rizq is predestined. Every person will acquire only the amount of Rizq Allah Ta'ala has ordained for him/her. Closing of shops for the daily Salaat will not decrease anyone's Rizq. For decades since the inception of the Najdi regime, everyone was making much money despite the Law of Salaat being enforced strictly. Now, Trump's serf, the present jaahil king, who has renounced Islam by implication is dancing to the kaafir's tune to de -Islamize and ultimately abolish Islam in Najd. The one who denies Allah's Qadar 3. The one who rules with tyranny. He honours the one whom Allah has debased, and he dishonours the one whom Allah has honoured. 4. They put forward emotional arguments such as "Brothers and Sisters! Our brethren are being annihilated so what have you done about it? What answer will you give to Allah when He will ask you why you didn't assist your brethren? What answer will you give?" Are these brothers and sisters correct in what they say? Please comment A. No one can end the suffering except Allah Ta'ala. What has befallen the Ummah is Allah's Athaab. The emotional cries in videos, etc. are baseless calls of the ignorant who lack Deeni understanding. They stupidly expect more than a billion Muslims of this Ummah to all converge in Syria to rescue them from Allah's Athaab. Even if the billion wish to go into the battlefield, do the logistics and the brains permit it? However, Muslims in general are not even making dua sincerely for their suffering brothers and sisters. They refrain from assisting in ways in which they are capable of due to niggardliness and shaitaaniyat. They have no true brotherly feelings for the suffering Muslims. They pretend to be concerned with hollow displays of public 'dua', mock qunoot-e-naazilah, etc., whilst they indulge in all the filth and khuraafaat of the dunya in total obliviousness of the horrendous suffering of the Ummah. They eat gluttonously like beasts, waste and make merry whilst the Muslims elsewhere are being plundered and pillaged. We may be asked or even punished for not assisting sufficiently the suffering masses of Muslims all over the world. Allah Ta'ala has blessed the Muslim community of South Africa and of other countries with consider- able wealth. But they squander their money satanically in haraam functions, haraam wedding feasts, haraam Madrasah jalsahs, haraam tours such as nafl umrah and hajj, palatial mansions, Musjid buildings of riya and takabbur, shaitaani holiday cruisers, haraam holidays to visit Jerusalem and justifying it in the name of Musjid Aqsa, mass mock i'tikaafs, ladies tabligh excursions, etc., etc. Whilst millions of Muslims are suffering and struggle for daily food and shelter, the Muslim Ummah squanders the Amaanat of wealth in haraam and shaitaani expenditure. Singh selected 2024 as the year for India's official conversion into a Hindu nation to mark RSS' centenary in 2025. The RSS, a militant Hindu supremacist and chauvinist organisation, has been banned three times in post-Independence India and the BJP is its political wing. Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, began his career in the RSS, his hard-line belief in the ideology helped him quickly rise in the ranks. Regarding this imposition of Athaab on them, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "And (remember) when We saved you from the people of Fir'oun who inflicted on you a terrible punishment. (Baqarah, Aayat 49) Understand well that what is being enacted in Syria today and elsewhere – the massacres and horrific hardships by the kuffaar are in reality the decree of Allah Ta'ala. Most assuredly, Allah will eliminate from the hearts of your enemies fear for you, and He will most assuredly cast wahan in your hearts." The Sahaabi asked: "What is wahan, O Rasulullah! (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam)?" Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Love of the world and dislike for Maut (death)." With over 200 million Muslims in this Hindu state of mushrikeen, India has most probably the largest Muslim population in the world. Secondly, the couple of Ulama -e-Haq in this world today – you can count them on the fingers of your one hand – are diligently executing the obligation of Amr Bil Ma'roof. They are not in need of your childish 'naseehat'. You do not understand head or tail of the reality of the conflagration and the rot in which this Ummah is today sinking. Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan Majeed: "And, if He withdraws His aid from you, then who is there besides Him to help you?" You and all those who think like you lack intelligence. That is why you are barking up the wrong tree. You neither understand the cause of the diseases of the Ummah nor its remedy. It serves no beneficial purpose barking like a stupid mongrel dog at a shadow which can bring no succour. You are too blind to see the rot of the Ummah around you. You lack valid Islamic Knowledge, hence you fail to understand that it is Allah Azza Wa Jal Who is punishing the Muslims of Syria, Burma, Kashmir, Palestine, etc. Without Muslims understanding their rebellion and transgression against Allah Ta'ala and then repenting and obeying Him, the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal will not cease. It will run its ordained course. If you reflect on what Allah Ta'ala Himself says, then you will not bark like a mongrel dog up the wrong tree, and if your Imaan is intact, then you will implicitly believe in the truth of Allah's declarations. You may not fob off these explicit Divine Statements. Don't seek to interpret them away to justify your silly call to the Ulama, for in so doing, it will be at the peril of losing your Imaan. – Al-Haq) It reached a point where youngsters, out of desperation to see the golden era of Islam revived, hastened to join the group called the Islamic state or ISIS. Their desperation to assist the ummah blinded them to the reality of the group and their failed attempts at getting the ulama involved in the distress of the ummah made them write off the sincerity of the ummah. The average mujahid is almost totally bereft of Taqwa and Deeni Ilm. While they have tons of time listening to emotional nasheeds and nazams and while they have all the time to squander hours talking nonsense and fantasizing about stupidities, they have 'no time' for performing Nawaafil, Tahyatul Wudhu, Awwaabeen, Ishraaq, etc. They have "no time" for implementing the Sunnats of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) whilst they have considerable time for watching haraam videos of their own exploits of the American 'battlefields', then acquit themselves arrogantly and flamboyantly. Study the lives of the Sahaabah on the battlefield and during their Jihad campaigns. You will not find them lacking in the strictest observance of the Sunnah. Their ibaadat –Nawaafil – and Thikrullah during the nights during Jihad campaigns constrained a Bishop to say to the Roman emperor: "They (the Sahaabah) are monks at night, and expert horseman and fighters by day." Sister, improve your knowledge of Islam, then you will not acquit yourself childishly making futile and silly calls to shadows and reflections.—Al-Haq) We cannot allow our little children to continue being massacred. (On the Day of Qiyaamah you may ask Allah Ta'ala why He had allowed Fir'oun to horrendously slaughter the babies of the Muslims of Bani Israaeel. You may ask Allah Azza Wa Jal why He had 'continued watching this slaughter of babies from limb to limb'. Do you believe in the existence of Allah Ta'ala? Do you understand anything of the Sifaat of Allah Ta'ala? Do you understand anything of the Warnings of Allah Ta'ala in the Qur'aan and the Ahaadith? If you had a bit of understanding of these issues, you would not have posed this stupid question. What can the Ulama do? What do you expect them to do? Hadhrat Nabi Musa (Alayhis salaam) despite having the Mu'jizah of the Serpent and the Radiant Hand which rendered Fir'oun and all his men powerless, could not do anything to save his people from the torture, slaughter and persecution of Fir'oun. Fir'oun was unable to even touch and harm Nabi Musa (Alayhis salaam) who moved around in the open, but he (Nabi Musa) could not utilize the miraculous powers Allah Ta'ala bestowed to him to protect his people. These were exclusively for his protection because Allah Ta'ala had decreed that Bani Israaeel must be punished severely. Hadhrat Aasiya (Alayhas salaam) was brutally put to death by Fir'oun. Metal bolts were driven through her body and she was smashed with a huge rock. She and other sincere Muslims did not bellow stupid calls such as the drivel piped by this Sister. The only option she and others had was Sabr and Dua. Allah Ta'ala allowed the torture to be inflicted on her. The kuffaar in Bani Israaeel had slaughtered countless Ambiya (Alayhimus Salaam). Allah Ta'ala did not send His aid to save them. His Wisdom demanded condonation of the brutality which was being inflicted on His Ambiya. No one has the right to question Allah Azza Wa Jal. He does as He pleases, and whatever He ordains is in our best interests although we are unable to fathom His mysteries and operations. In response to the heartbreaking cries of agony of his people who were brutalized by Fir'oun, Hadhrat Musa (Alayhis salaam) said to them: "O my People! If you truly have Imaan on Allah, then repose trust on Him, if indeed you are Muslimeen." (Yoonus, Aayat 84) When Allah's Athaab overtakes a nation, even the Ambiya are helpless. Now what should the couple of Ulama-e-Haqq do in the horrendous scenario which in reality is Allah's Athaab? Their only function is to fulfil their duty of Amr Bil Ma'roof. Alhamdulillaah! They are not failing in this duty. Are we only concerned with ourselves? As long as we can continue living our lives in comfort, let our brothers and sisters suffer? Where has our honour gone? (They brought the suffering upon themselves with their rebellion against Allah Ta'ala. The American 'jihadi' outfits brought the suffering on the millions, and the actual reality is that Allah Azza Wa Jal has caused this suffering, and no one can do anything about it. Allah Ta'ala makes it very clear in the Qur'aan Majeed that it is only the sufferers themselves who can bring about a cessation of this Athaab, and this they have to do by means of Taubah and Inaabat Ilallaah.- Al-Haq) I beg you, o ulama: make an effort to change this. (Please explain your plan for bringing about the desired change. Spell it out clearly and provide the logistical details for the execution of whatever 'jihad' plan you have in mind for the .001% Ulama-e-Haqq who may still be existing. –Al-Haq) Organise ulama seminars, first within your own country and then internationally. Choose a representative in your country and forget petty differences for a second in order to solve this issue. (What are the seminars to discuss? How do you propose the .001% Ulama-e-Haqq to provide assistance? What is your understanding of assistance? While you have quoted a Qur'aanic Aayat without understanding it, you forget or are ignorant that Allah Ta'ala says about assistance in the Qur'aan Majeed: "If Allah assists you, then no one can defeat you, and if He withholds aid, then who besides Allah can help you.?" He also says: "If you aid (the Deen of) Allah, He will aid you and plant your feet firmly (against your enemy)." Take a moment and ask yourself: if Allah asks you on the day of Qiyaamah: 'I appointed you as the inheritor of my prophet; what did you do to solve the distress of his ummah?' What will you say? (Did Jibraeel-alayhis salaam – descend upon you with wahi? Why do you fabricate falsehood on Allah Ta'ala? It is shaitaan who has whispered in you this silly question. About the Ulama. Hadhrat Musa (Alayhis salaam) responded: "Musa said to his people: 'Seek aid from Allah (not from phantoms) and have Sabr (Don't panic and don't bark up the wrong trees.). Verily, the earth belongs to only Allah. He bestows it to whomever He wills of His servants. (whether these servants are Muslims or kuffaar). And, the ultimate victory is for the Muttaqeen." Only moronsthose who are spiritually blind and deaf – fail to understand the causes for the humiliation and defeat of the Ummah, and only morons fail to understand the solution for the problems besetting the Ummah. While all the liberal and modernist 'reformers' of this age, including moron molvis and maajin muftis look askance in bootlicking fashion at western technology and material advancement for success, they miserably remain blind to the fact that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Whatever is by Allah is not obtainable except with obedience." The evil deeds of the Saudi Najdi regime, the kuffaar governments of the Arab states in general and their links and cooperation with Israel have been known for decades. It will however not be amiss to say that all the fitnah and fasaad occurring in the Middle East and elsewhere is the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Qur'aan Majeed confirms this fact. Q. Is it permissible to go on a hunger strike for political pur- poses? A. A hunger strike – abstention from food – which leads to death or such weakness which prevents from fulfilment of Ibaadat, is haraam. This is a kuffaar tactic. For achieving valid goals, Muslims are required to adopt Sabr, increase Istighfaar, morally reform themselves and submit fully to the Shariah. That is the Islamic solution, not the ways of the kuffaar. Q. Jihad is integral to Islam. How and where can a Muslim become engaged in jihad today? Whom do we join? Syria is all messed up. Only Allah Ta'ala can create the circumstances and harness us into whatever activity He decrees. Without His intervention we are all helpless. The mess and the misery in Syria have been caused by the so-called 'mujahideen' who are the creation of America. They all are fighting an American 'jihad'. There is no valid Jihad in that arena. We are all utterly helpless. Allah's Nusrat is not with us. We shall put you into a secret. In a battle against the British when they had conquered India, despite many great Ulama fighting desperately and bravely in the battle, an Aalim saw one of the great Ulama fleeing from the battlefield. When the Aalim reprimandingly questioned the Wali who was fleeing, he (the Wali) responded: "What can I do, Khidhr (alayhis salaam) is fighting on the other side." The Muslims were defeated in this battle. Brother, Allah Ta'ala decrees. He decides the issues. Our obligation is to reform our degraded rotten moral condition. Only then will Allah Ta'ala create the circumstances for a valid Jihad.
