The so-called “Fiqh al-Aqalliyat’- Fiqh for Minorites” frauded and fabricated by Reverend Abraham Bham’s NNB jamiat under the auspices of another bogus entity termed ‘southern africa ulama conference’, is in reality Fiqhul Iblees or the Fiqh of the Devil. A Shaikh has coined another befitting appellation for this-called stupid Devil’s Fiqh’. According to the Shaikh, a befitting name for the satanic ‘fiqh’ is Fiqhu Qiradati Khaasieen,that is Fiqh of the Disgraceful Baboons, the better term for it being Fiqhul Bobejane. Baboon brains inspired by inspiration of Iblees are the source of this jurisprudence of the devil.
These characters are in reality Qiradat Khaasieen (Disgraceful Apes) as mentioned in the Qur’aan Majeed. A community of zindeeqs among the Bani Israaeel of bygone eras was disfigured and transformed into disgraceful apes by Allah Ta’ala for their gross and wanton acts of transgression.
While the reverends and pundits of the NNB jamiat have not as yet been externally – in appearance – defaced and disfigured into baboons, their hearts have nevertheless become the hearts of Qiradat Khaasieen because of their gross and wanton mutilating and disfigurement of the Shariah in which they have become satanic experts.
The satanic objective of this stupidly fabricated idea of ‘fiqh for minorities’, as outlined by the rubbish reverend and pundit scoundrels themselves is to create the impression that a variety of kufr acts and practices are valid and permissible in Islam. Among these acts of kufr which the moron reverends and pundits desire to hoist on the Muslim community in the name of Islam are:
(1) To recognize the kufr devices of MPL, MMB and similar stratagems designed to override the Marriage, Divorce, Custody, etc. laws of the Shariah.
(2) To accord acceptance to the Riba commercial dealings which the capitalist so-called ‘islamic’ banks have fabricated and passed off as ‘shariah compliant’ by means of the cunning and shaitaani use of Islamic terminology to describe their riba products.
(3) To legalize and halaalize bootlicking service to the kuffaar state – to make halaal participation in all the appendages of zulm of governments.
(4) To accept and to accord Shar’i acceptance to the kufr national anthems of countries; to worship the national flag; to engage in kufr voting; to fully participate in all the haraam paraphernalia associated with voting and all kuffaar institutions.
(5) To participate in kuffaar funeral and burial services and customs and to worship in churches and temples.
(6) To perform janaazah Salaat for kuffaar, and to allow kuffaar dignitaries to stand in the Salaat saffs where they stupidly mimic Salaat performance – a farcical pantomime.
(7) To close Musaajid and suspend Jumuah Salaat and Jamaat Salaat at the behest of the kuffaar government.
(8) To halaalize intermingling of the sexes.
(9) To halaalize and make acceptable immoral institutions such as cinemas, television and haraam pictography.
(10) To halaalize kuffaar systems of slaughter and to make halaal the carrion produced by these haraam systems of slaughter.
In a nut shell, the objective of the juhala of Fiqhul Bobajane is a total overhauling of the Shariah – to substitute it with an ideology of kufr, but retaining Islamic nomenclature for disguising the kufr. The satanic plot is to make way for the acceptance of the kufr interfaith movement of the western kuffaar. This is the primary and satanic agenda of fiqhul iblees.
Muslims should not become entrapped by these agents of Iblees who have granted his underlings certificates of qualification in his shaitaani ‘fiqh’ – Fiqhul Iblees which the rubbish reverend and pundits are now attempting to sell to the Muslim community as ‘Fiqh al-Aqalliyat’. But this ‘fiqh’ is nothing but a Snare of Iblees fabricated for scuttling the Shariah of Allah Ta’ala.
Nothing has been left out of this Divine Shariah which will remain vibrant and valid until the Last Day. The suggestion of change and re-interpretation is sareeh (explicit) kufr. If there was the slightest room for change or re-interpretation, Allah Ta’ala would not have terminated the long Chain of Nubuwwat. Just as in former times, the Door of Risaalat would have been left open to make way for new Ambiya. However, the very closure of this Door and termination of Nubuwwat confirm that no change and no re-interpretation are possible. There can be no renaissance in Islam. Islam with its Shariah will perpetually, until the Last Day, remain vibrant and in force. It shall never become antiquated as the devils of Fiqhul Iblees imply.
These Rubbishes and Scoundrels, if they believe themselves to be Muslims, should hang their heads with shame for plotting to alter this Institution of Islam which Allah Azza Wa Jal had completed and perfected during the very age of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), and on the instruction of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) the all-embracing principles (Usool) this Institution were formulated and codified for posterity of all times, thus precluding any change and disfigurement of the Divine Shariah. And, this sacred Task was handed by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to the Fuqaha of the Salafus Saalihiheen epoch. There is therefore absolutely not the slightest scope for acceptance of Fiqhul Iblees – Fiqhul Baboons – Fiqhul Bobajane.
All the frauds who are involved in the fabrication of Fiqhul Iblees are Qirat Khaasieen (Disgraceful Baboons).
