A FICTITIOUS KUFR RELIGIOUS BILL – A BLATANT AND A CONFOUNDED LIE OF HENDRICKS AND SALEEM KHAN
In the twaddle statement issued by M.S.Khan, he utters the following calumny:
“There is also the matter of the bill on Muslim and other marriages which you caused to be submitted to Parliament, despite your vociferous protestations against others introducing bills. I repeat that you facilitated the submission of a bill on Muslim and other marriages which is before parliament… What is to become of that bill for the production of which you paid obviously from funds emanating from those who pay you for your activities.”
In the same satanic vein, Hendricks says in a statement dated 30 December 2022:
“The publishers of The Majlis is the first religious body to have submitted a draft interfaith bill to the Presidency and the Department of Home Affairs.”
We reject with disgust and contempt the LIES which these two characters have attributed to The Majlis. We say unequivocally that their claim is a blatant, confounded LIE. It is false. It is a despicable calumny.
At no stage did we ever submit the haraam kufr bill which these two misguided fellows are circulating to spread fitnah. Let these miserable chaps prove their LIE.
We are positive that even our foes cannot ever sincerely believe that The Majlis had even dreamt of other kufr and idolatrous religions being acceptable. The stupid, haraam kufr scrap paper captioned: Recognition of Religious Marriages Bill, which these two miserable, misguided individuals are circulating with their false attribution, was NEVER the work of The Majlis. Whoever makes this egregiously preposterous claim is a CONFOUNDED LIAR.

Furthermore, Mr. Khan if you are in the practice of fleecing the public with fees, be assured that such is not our profession. You must prove your contention to support your haraam buhtaan that we had utilized the money of others to pay for a haraam kufr bill. You come fully within the Qur’aanic stricture that the Curse of Allah is on the Kaathibeen. You are one of them for having uttered this notorious LIE.
