KNB: THE KUFR NIKAH BILL
HONOURABLE ADVOCATE M.S.KHAN EXPURGATE YOURSELF WITH ANOTHER UMRAH
Allah Ta’ala says in the Qur’aan Majeed:
“…Thus, there is no rafath (vulgarity), nor fusooq (flagrant sinning) nor jidaal (disputing) in Hajj.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 197)
Hadhrat Fudhail Bin Iyaadh who was among the illustrious Auliya of the Salafus Saaliheen era, and a contemporary of Imaam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullah alayh), said: “Many people emerge from their bathrooms purified of sin while many return from the Ka’bah loaded with sin.”
Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had said that when a person performs a beautiful Wudhu, his sins fall from his body with the fall of the droplets of water, thus he emerges from the bathroom purified of sins.
While the Muslim is supposed to return from Hajj and Umrah purified of all sin as he was the day his mother gave birth to him, many people due to acting in flagrant violation of the aforementioned Qur’aanic aayat, return from the Ka’bah loaded with sin. And, this is precisely the injustice which Advocate Saleem Khan has rendered himself.
This senior advocate, deemed it appropriate to set aside his intelligence to emotionally support Ganief Hendricks and his kufr nikah bill. In the process of so doing, he failed to understand that he had initiated jidaal in the Holy Land of Makkah Mukarramah with his scandalous diatribe against The Majlis for a purely worldly kufr measure initiated by a man who has an extremely lackadaisical relationship with the Deen. Oblivious of the Holy Land of Makkah and of the Special House of Allah Ta’ala, the Ka’bah, Mr. Saleem Khan ignored the prohibition of engaging in jidaal from that holy Stage. He chose the Venue of the Ka’bah to embark on his nafsaani and satanic jidaal.
This advocate has embarked on a haraam jidaal with The Majlis on a purely false premises which consists of a cocktail of LIES which shall be further pursued in another article, Insha-Allah. In having allowed himself the satanic luxury of falling into the puddle of najaasat and kufr into which Ganief Hendricks has ensnared him, Advocate Saleem Khan has sorely compromised his Imaan. For his own betterment, Mr. Saleem should seek ways of extricating himself from Hendrick’s kufr mess (KNB).
Our advice for Mr.Khan is that whilst he happens to be still in the Holy Land, he should perform another Umrah with the niyyat of Expiation and Repentance. He should not allow the opportunity to slip by. He should go to Tan’eem or Ja’raanah to don Ihraam for Umrah. The Umrah will not be too tedious, perhaps about an hour or so. He should sincerely repent and ensure that he does not leave the Holy Ka’bah loaded with sin as mentioned by Hadhrat Fudhail Bin Iyaadh (Rahmatullah alayh).
Our advice is also that Mr. Saleem Khan should withdraw from the KNB effort of Hendricks. Mr. Khan you are in close proximity of the Qabar and Maut is hovering above your head. Resort to Istighfaar and Taubah, and do not haughtily refuse, for tomorrow when Malakul Maut meets you, regret and tears will be of no avail.
We trust that Mr. Khan shall employ wisdom and sagacity and not succumb to kibr which blinds one to sin and error. The first being who had failed to retract and repent for his sin was Iblees La-een. We hope and make dua that Mr. Advocate Saleem Khan understands and accepts this naseehat which will aid the process of return from the Ka’bah sinless. Finally, Hidaayat comes from only Allah Ta’ala. He guides whomever He wills, and He misleads whomever He wills.
