HENDRICKS! YOUR “INTERIM MUSLIM REGISTRATION” BILL IS KUFR – SCRAP IT!
Continuing with his abortive endeavour to deflect the focus from his false claims, namely:
- Shariah law is recognized by the government
The consequences of Muslim marriages will henceforth be Shariah compliant.
Mr.Hendricks of Al Jahannam party says in his futile response:
“Let me conclude by making mention of the following: I took a political decision to test the waters and prepare my Constituency which is largely the Muslim community for what is to come. I thought I was creative by preparing an interim Muslim Registration Bill. Now that we all have the Concourt judgment, the nikah will have to be registered like all other marital relations in the country.”
On what basis is your kufr bill ‘creative’? Yes, it is a creative shaitaani stunt to pass off kufr as part of the Shariah. Who has mandated you to act as if you are representing the Muslim community or the Ulama?
The Concourt judgment is the judgment of Taaghoot with which you are thrilled. It has no significance for Muslims. Whatever the consequence of this Taaghooti judgment may be, it does not entitle you to submit a bill of kufr and to create the idea that you are doing so on behalf of the Muslim community.
It is extremely deceptive to claim that your constituency is the Muslim community. The handful of Muslims who may have voted for you do not constitute the Muslim community of South Africa. The handful of Muslims who may be supporting you cannot speak on behalf of the Shariah. They all are ignoramuses.
He furthermore says:
“…let it be restated that AL JAMA-AH has launched a toolkit to help ‘Ulama bodies and Muslim community to make further comments on Al JAMA-AH’s Bill to Parliament. The toolkit includes the Bill and this, we ask, should be studied clause-by-clause for further appropriate amendments;”
Your toolkit is likewise a device of Taaghoot. It will not ameliorate the kufr of your KNB. Your toolkit will not help the Ulama. Your KNB has to be necessarily opposed and demolished. Your toolkit is simply elaborates on your kufr. It never makes your KNB compliant with the Shariah. Understand this well.
WHEN THE KUFR BILL IS PUBLISHED FOR COMMENT, IT WILL INCUMBENTLY DEVOLVE ON MUSLIMS TO LODGE THEIR PROTESTS AND THE ULAMA WILL HAVE THE OBLIGATION OF DEMOLISHING ALL THE KUFR PROVISIONS OF THE KUFR NIKAH BILL OF THE AL JAHANNAM PARTY.
