In response to this question, the Darul Ifta of Azaadville said: “If entering the Masjid is permitted for a Kaafir as ex- plained above, there is no harm in them viewing the Masjid particularly when done with the Niyyah of giv- ing them Dawat towards Is- lam. Obviously, giving them Dawat means that we simply invite them towards the one- ness of Allah and the Risaa- lat (prophethood) of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), and not to engage in any sort of interfaith dia- logues as has become rife in various places.” (End of Azaadville’s fatwa) A. In several articles have we explained the impermissibility of allowing non-Muslims into the Musjid. These articles are available on our website. It will suffice here to say that the Darul Ifta has erred in its view. Da‘wat to the kuffaar is never reliant on inviting them to the Musjid. Although the Mufti Sahib says: “not to engage in any sort of interfaith dialogues as has become rife in various places”, he has portrayed short -sightedness and lack of wis- dom. Shaitaan is a cunning ustaadh. He initiates his plot with permissibilities, in fact, with even masnoon acts. Only purified Aql fortified with the noor of Taqwa is able to detect the subtle snares of Iblees. Non-Muslims entering the Musaajid in our era are not ra- re occasions or isolated acts. They are nowadays invading the Musaajid with the consent of the trustees, the ulama-e- soo‘, and short-sighted Muftis, in droves. Tourist buses bring droves of kuffaar wallowing in janaabat and kufr, and dressed lewdly – men and women – to do some sight-seeing in the Musaajid. Instead of giving them da‘wah, the kuffaar give da‘wah of Christianity to Mus- lims right inside the Musjid. This was recently a shaitaani accomplishment in a Musjid in England. Today, branding carrion as haraam, is a ‗taqwa‘ not fatwa for these muftis who have lost the Path – Siraatul Mus- taqeem. Once when Hadhrat Shah Abdul Aziz (Rahmatullah alayh) was giving a bayaan to his mureeds and some Ulama, two persons from the public entered and sought a fatwa. The one said: „Today my friend drank water which was the left-over of an Englishman. What is the fatwa?” Hadhrat Shah Sahib adopting a very sombre attitude said that since this issue was extremely deli- cate, it will take time to search for the fatwa. He told them to return for the fatwa after a couple of days. The audience consisting of Ulama, was sur- prised. The fatwa according to the Shariah is simple. If the kaafir‘s mouth was paak (taahir), the water remains paak, hence there was no con- cern. If his mouth was impure due to liquor or haraam food, then obviously the water was impure. Why did Shah Sahib adopt this strange strategy? But no one had the courage to question him. On the appointed day, the two chaps came for their fat- wa. Shah Sahib said: “The fat- wa is Tajdeed-e-Imaan (i.e. renewal of Imaan. By implica- tion he had become a mur- tadd); Tajdeed-e-Nikah (renewal of his marriage).” Shah Sahib furthermore pre- scribed some penances to be performed as an expiation (kaffarah) for having drunk the water which had touched the lips of the Englishman. The two persons being sincere, were satisfied. They left and observed the prescription and the penalty. When the surprised Ulama questioned Hadhrat Shah Sa- hib, he responded: “By this measure, I have saved their Imaan.” Muftis should reflect, apply their minds and not acquit themselves like morons en- slaved to the nafs. The objec- tive of fatwa is not to ruin the morals of Muslims and to open the avenue for fisq, fujoor, bid‘ah and kufr. A Mufti should be far-sighted. He should be able to fathom the one who poses a question and not pander to the vagaries of people. But bootlicking has become an ingrained disease in the Ulama of today, in even the sincere ones, hence they all are in line for Allah‘s Athaab. Thereupon, he said : He should take hold of his sword and beat its edge with the help of stone and then try to find a way of es- cape.” “Soon there will come a time when the best wealth a Mus- lim will have will be sheep which he will take to the mountain-tops and places where rain falls, fleeing from tribulation for the sake of his Deen .” Answer Yes, for some people the time mentioned in the Hadith has come. If they abstain from Amr Bil Ma‟roof because of real danger, not mere criticism, then they may adopt silence, sabr and dua only. Abstention from Amr Bil Ma‘roof in this scenario will be permissible. The scenario portrayed in the Hadith applies, specifically to countries such as UK and China where the law of Taaghoot is in full operation in brutal, uncivilized ways. If in UK a parent is caught telling his child that homosexuality is haraam, he is liable to be ar- rested and his children taken away from him. In this situa- tion it is incumbent for Mus- lims to migrate from the satan- ic countries, UK and China. However, where there is no fear for life or limb, and the only consequence is to be criti- cized, reviled and insulted, then it will not be permissible to abandon Amr Bil Ma‘roof Nahi Anil Munkar. The natural and logical consequence of Amr Bil Ma‘roof is to be re- viled and criticized. Regarding vilification, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “They (the People of Haqq) do not fear the insults of those who insult.” When the nation of Nabi Yunoos (Alayhis salaam) ob- served the impending Athaab (Punishment), a man from among them stood up and sup- plicated: “O Allah! The abundance of my sins has overwhelmed me. But You are Great and Glori- ous. Therefore, do with us that which Befits Your Splendour, (i.e. Forgiveness) and do not do with us that for which We are deserving (i.e. Punish- ment).” Thus, was the universal (aam) punishment averted from the nation of Nabi Yunoos (Alayhis salaam). AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 10 By Shah Waliyullah (Rahmatullah alayh) Shah Waliyullah (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “Mudaahanat with the perpetrators of haraam is haraam.” Mudaa- hanat is facile hypocrisy. It is the attitude of bootlicking, flattering, diluting the ahkaam of the Shariah for base mo- tives. Mudaahanat is the pri- mary reason for abstention from Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahyi Anil Munkar. In this regard, Shah Waliyullah (Rahmatullah alayh) proffered the following naseehat: ―The gracious Ulama have said that of the obligations of the A‘maal of the Deen and of the Sha-aair (Salient Features) of Islam is to harshly resort to Amr Bil Ma‘roof Nahyi Anil Munkar against those who act in contravention of the Shari- ah, and to dissociate from them, and not to socialize with those who are lax in matters of Deeni concern. Associating with such persons indicates love for them. It is mentioned in the Hadith that the one who has love/ affinity with people, he will be resurrected with them… It is understood from the Hadith in Saheeh Muslim that it is nec- essary to have enmity for the evil-doers when one is unable to prevent them from their evil. This attitude is integral to Imaan. Hadhrat Ibn Mas‘ood (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrated that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that eve- ry Nabi before him had some Hawaari and Ashaab (Companions) who would practically implement the Sun- nah of their Nabi. After them came such villains who would preach without practising, and they would commit such deeds which were not commanded. Whoever physically wages ji- had against them is a Mu‘min; whoever wages jihaad against them with his tongue is a Mu‘min, and whoever wages jihad against them with his heart is a Mu‘min. Beyond this, there remains no Imaan, not even to the extent of a mustard seed. It is thus clear from this Hadith (as well as other narra- tions) that whoever has affec- tion for those who are in con- flict with the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) is very far from Imaan and in close proximity of kufr.‖ (From Al-Balaaghul Mubeen of Shah Waliyullah) Comment Thus, it should be clear that characters such as Reverend Abraham Bham, Solomon Moolla, Solomon Ravat, Menk, Solomon Ghandi and all such villains and bootlick- ers will be resurrected with kuffaar priests, hindu pundits and the atheist politicians whose boots and hinds these agents of Iblees are licking. DISEASES ―As more and more classes of antibiotics become useless, more and more sicknesses are becoming prevalent. In 2000, the USDA estimated the cost from just these five bacterial foodborne pathogens as $6.9 billion, causing 76 million hu- man illnesses, 325,000 hospi- talizations, and 5,200 deaths. In the same year, however, clinics reported cases of 250 foodborne pathogens.‖ (From cairchicago.org – Unwholesome Harvest) THE ERA OF KUFR “An age will dawn when people will gather in their Musaajid and perform Salaat while not a single one of them will be a Mu’min.” (Hadith) Q. Please comment on the stance of the UK Ulama who had participated and promoted the activities associated with the death of the queen. A. We are being overwhelmed by a deluge of kufr promoted by even these agents of Iblees. In the U.K. the condition of the rascal molvis is exceptionally deplorable. They condone and even promote kufr just as some rubbish and trash molvis do here in South Africa and elsewhere. The world today abounds with such scoundrels masquerading as Ulama. The death of the queen has brought out the kufr in their hearts. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 11 TAUBAH Proferring naseehat to the Mujaahideen on a Jihad campaign, Hadhrat Fudhail Bin Iyaadh (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “Resort to Taubah (Repentance) for it will save you from such a calamity from which swords will not be able to save you.” Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali (Rahmatullah alayh) said: ―I always accord priority to the Shariah over expediency. On the occasion of the demise of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), a variety of fitan (anarchy, mischief, rebel- lion) developed. Some tribes refused to pay Zakaat despite claiming to be Muslims. Ha- dhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu) declared Jihad against the deniers of Zakaat. Despite the extremely delicate and dangerous situation, he did not take into consideration any expediency. Even Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) ad- vised that it was not the appro- priate time to fight these re- bels. However, Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu) res- olutely declared that he will wage Jihad even if he has to be alone. Just reflect now on the power of his heart. On this occasion, Madinah was without the protection of the army. Part of the army had been despatched to Shaam and part was in Jihad against the murtaddeen. This was the state of the power of Imaan. Expediencies simply disap- pear in the presence of such spiritual stamina. In reality, people worship ex- pediency, not Allah Ta‘ala. There is no benefit in these expediencies, and this applies specifically to the Ulama. They should never pay heed to expediency.‖ (End of Ha- dhrat Thanvi‟s Malfooth) Hadhrat Maulana Thanvi, in this Malfooth, emphasizes the utmost importance of adher- ence to the Deen. Nothing of the Deen should be diluted or compromised for the sake of satisfying expediency. Such subservience is actually sub- servience to the nafs for the attainment of personal objec- tives. The Haqq of the Deen must be proclaimed and not diluted or compromised to ap- pease opponents, zanaadaqah, munaafiqeen and the kuffaar. IT IS NAPAAKISTAN Q. I would like your opinion on a matter. For the past few years I have been coming across many Pakistani Imams, pseudo intellectuals, academics and others who are telling me that Pakistan is prophesied in the Quran and Hadith. That Pakistan is a Divine state with a glorious future that will lead the world to Islam , that it will dominate the world’s political affairs. Is this even believable? From what I have seen in the country there is so much immorality, filth, sins and haraams of all kinds. I can’t see how or why Pakistanis think so highly of this immor- al region. Is there any truth to what they are saying? A. Far, very far from the truth. Their brains are deranged with all the evil and immorali- ty of that unfortunate land. The appropriate name for the country is NAPAKISTAN (the Land of Impurity). There is not even the slightest refer- ence in the Qur‘aan Majeed to Napakistan. From its very inception, the country was under kufr rule which deteriorated with each successive change of govern- ment until it has reached this current state of being Darul Harb. There was an extremely brief spell of Shariah Law, al- beit of a diluted type, revealed during the rule of Ziyaul Haq. But the country is rotten and stinking to the core. THE SWORD The actual profession of Mus- lims is The Sword (i.e. Jihad). Farming and trade are the oc- cupations of the Hindus. How- ever, there is a natural affinity with the profession of one‘s forefathers. There are some Muslim convert nations whose forefathers were trad- ers/farmers. Therefore, their descendants are experts in the rules of trade and commerce. (Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 12 It is narrated in the Hadith: “The dua of a tax collector is not accepted even in the mid- dle of the night.” Tax collectors are among the worst class of zaalimeen (oppressors) and parasites sucking the blood of people. Their hearts are harder than stone. The Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Then their hearts became hard like stone or even harder, for verily, from stone gush forth rivers. And, some rocks split and springs gush out, and some (boulders) roll from (heights) for the fear of Al- lah.” But the hearts of tax collec- tors remain unmoved by the plight of the people they are cruelly and unjustly oppress- ing by sucking taxes from them. It is haraam for Muslims to work in the tax depart- ments of countries, both kuffaar and Muslim, re- gardless of whatever capaci- ty, be it as a mere sweeper of the floors. CHICKENS FOR QUR’BAANI Q. A sheikh in Cairo’s Al Azhar University called on Muslims to abandon sacrificing sheep and cattle on the annual Qur’baani occasion. Due to the economic crisis, he advises that chick- ens should be sacrificed. Please comment. A. Apart from this being a satanic joke excreted by the mentally deranged moron ‗sheikh‘ of that Institute of the Devil, viz., Al Azhar, it is a step in shaitaan‘s plot to dismantle and destroy Islam, which of course he will not achieve. Nevertheless, there is no dearth of shaitaan‘s followers who will quickly accept the call of the devilish rascal and ‗sacrifice‘ carrion chickens, then still believe that they are Muslims. It is pure satanism. Perhaps SANHA or MJC will be in the field to halaalize the carrion chickens which the illegitimate progeny of Iblees will offer as ‗qurbaani‘. 300,000 Qur’aan copies burnt Acting on this advice, in 1861 the government launched a campaign against the Qur‘aan. 300 000 copies of the Noble Quran were set alight by the government. In an age where foods are created in labs and genetically modified and patented, we are encountering a new scale of issues that de- mands re-examination of our beliefs in light of the Shariah and not FDA regulations (one strong belief now apparently being that if the FDA (which many now call the Faster Death Administration, instead of "Food and Drug") allows things to be put in our foods it must be good for us.‖ (From cairchicago.org –Unwholesome Harvest) MAULANA AH- MADULLAH Holmes in his „History of the Indian Mutiny‟, has spoken of Maulana Ahmadullah in these words: " The most formidable enemy of the British in Northern In- dia." (p. 539). In another book of his 'The Sepoy War‟, he has paid him the following tribute: “A man fitted both by his spir- it and his capacity to support a great cause and to com- mand a army. This was Ah- madullah, the Moulvi of Fai- zabad." Similarly, Malleson has said of him that: " The Moulvi was a true patri- ot. He had not stained his sword with assassination. He had connived at no murders: he had fought manfully, hon- ourably and stubbornly in the battlefield against the strangers who had seized his country, and his memory is entitled to the respect of the brave and the true-hearted of all nations." (Vol. IV, P. 381) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 13 LORD MACAULAYS ADDRESS TO THE BRITISH PARLIA- MENT 2 FEBRUARY 1985 ―I have travelled across the length and breadth of India and I have not seen one per- son who is a beggar, who is a thief, such wealth I have seen in this country, such high moral values, people of such calibre that I do not think we would ever conquer this coun- try, unless we break the very backbone of this nation which is her spiritual and cultural heritage, and there- fore I propose that we re- place her old and ancient education system, her cul- ture, for if the Indians think all that is foreign and English is good and greater than their own, they will lose their self- esteem, their native culture and they will become what we want them, a truly dominated nation.‖ (End of the chap‘s speech) His proposal was imple- mented and given practical effect. The old Maktab system was smashed just as the mor- on, deviated molvis of our time have done to the old Maktab system substituting it with haraam, immoral so- called ‗islamic‘ schools where the children are indoctrinated with interfaith ideas and Tashabbuh bil Kuffaar. The first step the British rulers of India had instituted was to send young men and women to England for kufr secular education. In England their morals and their Imaan were destroyed. They became fornicators and worse – they became zanaadaqah finding fault in all the Ahkaam of the Shariah. While they retained their Muslim names and professed to be Muslim, at heart they were heretics and munaafiqs. This is the satanic intelligent- sia which is in domination to- day in every Muslim land without exception. The kuffaar have made us an Um- mah of bootlickers. The next step in the process of producing zindeeqs and munaafiqs was the establish- ment of the Aligarh university which excelled in the satanic art of zandaqah, kufr, fisq and fujoor. Genocide of Islamic Schol- ars by British Rulers An English historian, Mr. Thompson writes in his mem- oirs: ―From 1854 to 1857, the Brit- ish government firmly re- solved to eradicate all the Ule- ma of India. These three years are one of the most heart- wrenching periods of Indian history. The British hanged 14000 ulema to death. From Chandi Chowk of Delhi up to Khaibar not a single tree was spared the neck of the ulema. The ulema were wrapped in pig- skin and buried alive in blaz- ing furnaces. Their bodies were branded with hot copper rods. They used to be made to stand on the backs of ele- phants and tied to high trees. The elephants would then be driven away and they would be left hanging by their necks. A makeshift gallow was set up in the courtyard of the Shahi Mosque of Lahore and each day up to eighty ulema were hanged. The ulema were at times wrapped up in sacks and dumped into the Rawi river of Lahore after which a hail of bullets would be pumped into each sack.‖ Thompson writes further: ―As I got into my camp at Del- hi, I perceived a stench of pu- trefied flesh. As I stepped out and went behind my camp, I saw a blazing fire of live coals. I saw a group of forty naked ulema being led into the fire. As I was witnessing this sce- ne another group of forty ule- ma were brought onto the field. Right before my eyes, their clothes were taken off their bodies. The English com- mander addressed them thus: “O Moulvis! Just as these (Continued on page 14) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 14 ulema are being roasted over this fire, you will also be roasted. To save yourselves, just one of you must proclaim that you were not part of the the 1857 uprising for free- dom. I will release all of you the moment I hear just one of you affirming this.” Thompson writes: “By the Lord who has created me! Not one of the ulema said any such thing. All of them were roasted over the fire and another group was also brought and roasted over the blazing fire. Not a single alim (Islamic Scholar) surrendered to the demands of the Brit- ish.” Comment Such mindboggling forti- tude and determination are pure bestowals of Allah Azza Wa Jal. No human being can ever bear to suffer such hor- rendous, brutal torture as was meted out to thousands of Ulama of the Indo-Pak sub- continent. The wondrous demonstra- tion of courage, fortitude and sacrifice was reminiscent of the brutality which the Saa- hireen (magicians) and Ha- dhrat Aasiyah (Rahmatullah alayha) had suffered at the hands of Fir‘oun. They were impaled on trees. Metal pegs were knocked through their bodies, but they did not flinch. They defiantly proclaimed their Imaan de- spite the permissibility of con- cealing one‘s Imaan and ver- bally uttering kufr when under such horrendous brutality and torture. They did not renounce their Imaan. The demonstration of Imaan of the Ulama who were roast- ed alive by the British barbar- ians, is reminiscent of the Imaan of the Sahaabah. It is only the Unseen Aid of Allah, The Most Merciful One, that had sustained these noble, illustrious Men of Allah to sacrifice their lives without groaning and wailing while being roasted. Indeed it is only the pure Rahmat of Allah Ar- hamur Raahimeen that had sustained them. (Continued from page 13) EXTREME CRUELTY AND DESTRUCTION BY BRITISHERS IN DELHI As the victorious British ar- my entered the city of Delhi the terrible havoc it wrought there provided eloquent com- mentary to the Qur‘aanic verse: “In fact when the kings enter a town, they put it to disorder and put its honourable citizens to disgrace, and this is how they normally do.” (27:34) The troops were given a free hand to plunder the city for three days and they made use of the opportunity with such (brutal and savage) enthusi- asm that an English officer Lord Lawrence, felt compelled to write to General Penny, who was the General-in- Command, in such strong words about the whole affair: “1 believe we shall lastingly and indeed justly be abused for the way in which we have despoiled all classes without distinction.” For three days death and de- struction (and brutality and savagery) reigned supreme in Delhi. People were slain indis- criminately, shops were loot- ed, and houses were burnt. Men, women and children fled the town in thousands. In the end, Delhi the city which till yesterday was the seat of Mus- lim splendour was reduced to shambles. (Yes, Allah Azza Wa Jal snatched it away from the Muslims – Al-Haq) A graphic account of the general ruin and spallation is furnished in his memoirs by Lord Roberts who had led the English army from Kanpur to Delhi. This entry bears the date, September 24, 1857, which means that it was made soon after the Red Fort of Del- hi had fallen to the British. Lord Roberts writes: (Continued on page 15) DESTRUCTION OF THE MADAARIS By 1867 not a single Islamic institute remained. One would be quite astonished to realize that in 1601 when the British arrived in India for trade, there were a thousand Islamic Insti- tutes in Delhi alone. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 15 NAKED HATRED OF THE BRITISH The British made no attempt to conceal their ill-will against the Muslims. They caught hold of them at the slightest excuse and showed no mercy. They waged a fierce war against the small band of Mujahids (Crusaders) beleaguered in the tribal belt of the North-West. Whoever was suspected by them to be in league with the Mujahids or with the party of Syed Ahmed Shaheed was ar- rested and legal proceedings were started against him. Innu- merable religious leaders, mer- chants and noblemen were tried on these grounds at Pat- na, Thanesar and Lahore, and sentenced to heavy terms of imprisonment. Some of them were branded as Wahabis and punished on that account. Symptomatic of the bound- less British hatred towards the Muslims was the judgement delivered by an English judge while condemning the three alleged Wahabi leaders, Mau- lana Yahya Ali, Mohammad Jafar Thanesari and Moham- mad Shafi Lahori to death. The learned (Satanist) judge, in the course of his judgement remarked: “You will he hanged till death; your properties will be confiscated and your corpses will not be handed over to your relatives. Instead, you will be buried contemptuously in the jail compound.” After the sentence of death had been passed, parties of English men and women visit- ed the jail to see the con- demned prisoners in their cells and take delight in their sighs and groans (which these bar- barians had expected). But when they found that these prisoners instead of being sad and dejected, were actually exulting in their state and looking forward expectantly to the martyrdom that had so blissfully fallen to their lot, they felt cheated and urged up- on the government for the re- vision of their sentence to one of life-imprisonment. Ultimately, it was announced by the Deputy Commissioner of Ambala to the unfortunate men that the Chief Court had altered the death penalty passed against them to trans- portation for life. He said: "You rejoice over the sentence of death and look upon it as martyrdom. The Government therefore, have decided not to award you the punishment you like so much. The death sen- tence passed against you has been changed to that of trans- (Continued on page 16) “That march through Delhi in the early morning light was a gruesome proceeding. Our way by the Lahore Gate from the Chandi Chawk led through a veritable city of the dead; not a sound was to be heard but the falling of our own footsteps, not a living creature was to be seen. Dead bodies were strewn in all directions, in every attitude that the death struggle had caused them to assume, and in every stage of decomposi- tion. We marched in silence or involuntarily spoke in whispers, as though fearing to disturb those ghastly remains of humanity. The sights we encountered were horrible and sickening to the last degree. Here a dog gnawed at an uncovered limb, there a vulture disturbed by our approach from its loath- some meal, but too completely gorged to fly, fluttered away to a safer distance. In many instances, the posi- tions of the dead bodies were appallingly life-like. Some with their arms uplifted as if beckoning and indeed, the whole scene went weird and terrible beyond description. Our horses seemed to feel the horror of it as much as we did, for they shook and snort- ed in evident terror. The at- mosphere was unimaginably disgusting, laden as it was with the most noxious and sickening odours." (Continued from page 14) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 16 portation or life.‖ The three prisoners along with two others, Maulana Ah- madullah Azimahadi and Molvi Abdul Rahman Sadiqui were then deported to the An- damans in 1865 where Maula- na Yahya Ali and Maulana Ah- madullah died. The entire property of the family of Sadiqpur in Patna was seized by the Government, their houses were ploughed down and official buildings were constructed on their sites. The tombs of their ancestors were demolished. All this was done to quench the mad thirst for vengeance. Several other noted Ulema were sent to the Andaman Is- lands to serve life-sentences in banishment. These included Maulana Fazle-Huq Khaira- badi, Mufti Inayat Ahmad Ka- korwi and Mufti Mazhar Ka- rim Daryabadi, of whom Mau- lana Fazle-Huq met his death in exile while the other two returned home on completing their sentences. (Continued from page 15) After Delhi had been sub- dued and the British control was firmly established over it, there began the public execu- tions. Scaffolds were built on the thoroughfares and such places were treated as centres of entertainment by the Eng- lishmen. They would collect there in groups to enjoy the executions. Several localities of Mus- lims were totally wiped out. "Twenty-seven thousand Muslims were executed, to speak nothing of those killed in the general massacre. It seemed that the British were determined to blot out of existence the entire Muslim race. They killed the children and the way they treated the women simply belies descrip- tion. It rends the heart to think of it.‖ Lord Roberts writing to his mother on June 21,1857 re- marked: ―The death that seems to have the greatest effect is be- ing blown from a gun. It is ra- ther a horrible sight but in the- se times we cannot be particu- lar.‖ The purpose of this ‗business‘ was to show these rascally Musalmans that, with God‘s help, Englishmen will still be the masters of India.‖ IT WAS A JIHAD! INDIAN WAR OF INDE- PENDENCE WAS AN IS- LAMIC REVOLUTION It was indeed a general mas- sacre but the wrath seemed to be directed particularly against the Muslims, for many among the higher British authorities associated the uprising with an Islamic Jihad and believed that the moving spirit behind it were Muslims. To quote Hen- ry Mead: " This rebellion, in its present phase, cannot be called a se- poy Mutiny. It did begin With the sepoys, but soon its true nature was revealed. It was an Islamic revolt." Another narrator of the dreadful drama says: “An English officer had made it a principle to treat every Muslim as a rebel. He would enquire from everyone he saw if he was a Hindu or a Muslim, and would shoot him dead right there if he turned out to be a Muslim.” The plots of Yahood and Nasaara to eliminate Islam will not come to an end. This dunya is the arena of conflict created by Allah Ta‘ala for the confrontation of Haqq and Baatil. Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “Numerous from the Ahl-e- Kitaab (Yahood and Nasaara) yearn to return you to being kuffaar after your Imaan. (They have this yearning) be- (Continued on page 17) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 17 During the struggle for free- dom, the severest loss in terms of life and property was suf- fered by the Mopla Muslims of Malabar. Provoked by unmiti- gated tyranny and coercion, the Mopals rose in armed re- volt against the British Gov- ernment on August 21,1921. The rebellion which lasted for a little over six months, as- sumed such massive propor- tions that the Government had to call even a warship to deal with it and fifty one lakhs of rupees were spent by them on its suppression from August to December alone. Thousands of Moplas were killed. As an instance of the ghast- ly atrocities perpetrated by the British, Mopla prisoners were herded together like cattle in the compartments of a railway train which three doctors had unanimously declared unfit for human transport, with the re- sult that a great many of them perished in the way. The British paid no heed to their loud cries of anguish and pathetic requests for water. The detained people were kept under strict vigilance and sub- jected to all kinds of humilia- tion after the rebellion had been quelled and for a long time the Moplas in general, were denied the enjoyment of ordinary civil liberties. The Committee of Inquiry appointed in 1922 by the Spe- cial Commissioner of Malabar reported that: ―There are at least 35,000 Mopla women and children whose condition is extremely miserable and unless proper measures are taken for their relief, many of them are likely to die of disease and starva- tion." Say (to them, O Muhammad!): Verily, Guid- ance is only the Hidaayat of Allah. Should you ever follow their vain desires after Knowledge (of Islam) has come to you, then you will have neither a protector nor a friend.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 120) Warning us to be alert and not to become entangled in the tentacles of Iblees via the evil avenue of interfaith kufr, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “And, if you follow the kuffaar, they will return you on your heels (to become mur- taddeen). Then you will be- come the losers. In fact only Allah is your Friend and the Best of helpers.” (Continued from page 16) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 18 “Verily, We have revealed the THIKR (the Qur’aan), and verily, We shall protect it.” (Qur’aan) The British Barbarians had left no stone unturned in the execution of their satanic service of eliminating the Muslim Ummah of the Indian subcontinent, and in the ef- facement of Islam which had been their pernicious plot and agenda since the inception of the crusader wars many cen- turies ago. In pursuit of their vile goal, the British Savages had in- cinerated hundreds of thou- sands of copies of the Qur‘aan Majeed, horribly murdered thousands of Ulama in the most horrendous forms of torture, and had perpetrated genocide of Muslims by mass massacres, etc. All the Madaaris and Khaanqahs were destroyed, and all the Auqaaf properties established by the former Muslim rulers were confiscated by the ruth- less barbarians. But Allah Az- za Wa Jal declares repeatedly in His Glorious Kalaam: “They plot and Allah too plots, and Allah is the best of plotters.” Then Allah Azza Wa Jal says: “They conspire to extinguish the Light (Qur’aan/Deen) of Allah with their mouths while Allah will complete His Noor even though the kaafiroon abhor it.” This Aayat as well as simi- lar other Aayaat bring within their purview all the enemies of the Deen such as Ghengis Khaan of former times, the British Barbarians, other devils of the same ilk, and the inter- faithers of the current era. Despite all their satanic ef- forts and plots, the Barbarians miserably failed. The Ulama without any state aid, despite their worldly poverty and for- lornness, re-established the Madaaris and Khaanqas in India. Despite eliminating almost all the Qur‘aan copies available, they miserably failed to eradicate the Qur‘aan Majeed which was embedded in the hearts of thousands of Huffaaz. There is no country which can so proudly present tens of thou- sands of Huffaaz such as In- dia and Pakistan. The Qur‘aan Majeed and the Deen of Islam, despite be- ing engulfed by numerous en- emies and devils of a variety of breeds, will remain intact until the Day of Qiyaamah. For the protection of the Qur‘aan and the Deen, Allah Ta‘ala has created two Institu- tions, namely the Institution of the Huffaaz to guard the Qur‘aanic Text, and the Insti- tution of the Ulama-e-Haqq to guard the Qur‘aanic Mean- ing. Indeed, most fortunate are the members of these two sacred Institutions. The methodology of inviting the kuffaar to Islam has been expounded with the greatest clarity in the Qur‘aan Majeed. It is a method which ex- cludes every vestige of boot- licking and currying favour with the kuffaar. Allah Ta‘ala says in this regard: “O People of the Kitaab (Yahood and Nasaara)! Be- lieve in that which has been revealed (the Qur‟aan), which verifies that which is with you (the Tauraah) before We disfigure (your) faces and turn them upside down or We curse them as We have cursed the people of the Sabbath (who were disfigured and transformed into apes).” (An-Nisaa‟, Aayat 47) “(O Muhammad!) Say to the Ahl-e-Kitaab: „You have en- mity for us only because we believe in Allah and in that which has been revealed to us and that which was revealed before, and (you hate us) be- cause most of you are faasiqoon.” Say (to them): „Should I in- form you of something worse than this as punishment by Al- lah? (It is) those whom Allah has cursed and His Wrath was on them and He made from them apes and pigs whilst they worshipped the Devil. Indeed, they are the worst category (of humanity) and the most deviated from the Straight Path.” (Al-Maaidah, 59 & 60) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 19 “We informed Bani Israaeel in the Kitaab (the Tauraah): Most certainly you will spread mischief (fitnah and fasaad) on earth twice and perpetrate great rebellion. Then, when the first of the two Promises came, We sent against you such of Our serv- ants who were powerful in warfare. Then they penetrated (your cities and homes). In- deed it was a promise which was fulfilled… Then, when the second Prom- ise came (it was) to (enable your enemies) to disfigure your faces and so that they penetrate the Musjid (i.e. Musjidul Aqsa), and so that they utterly destroy whatever they overrun.” (Bani Israaeel) The horrendous calamities which befell the Ummah in India under the British reign, as well as the calamities which overtake segments of the Ummah from time to time in different lands, must be viewed intelligently. We do make emotional comments when Muslims suffer, and this is an attitude of Imaan, for Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The Muslimoon (the Ummah of Muslims) are like one man. If the eye pains, the whole body is affected, and if the head pains, the whole body is pained.” Nevertheless, our emotions, as much as they are justified and acceptable, should not blur our intelligence. It is necessary to view the horrendous up- heavals in the cold light of rea- son and reality. It should be understood and remembered that there are no accidents in the creation of Allah Ta‘ala. Everything, down to the most infinitesimal particle, operates under the command of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth (underground) nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Kitaab.” “Nothing is hidden from your Rabb, be it the tiniest particle nor anything smaller or big- ger, but it is (stated) in a Clear Kitaab.” Even the maut (death) of a leaf is decreed by Allah Azza Wa Jal. The breaking of a cup is its maut decreed by Allah Ta‘ala. Thus, the Mu‘min recites “Inna lillaahi wa inna ilayhi raaji-oon” regardless of the seeming insignificance of the ‗mishap‘, for he knows that it is also the effect of Divine Decree. In the aforementioned Aayaat of Bani Israaeel, Allah Azza Wa Jal describes the kuffaar who had pillaged, plundered and destroyed Jerusalem, Mus- jidul Aqsa and the Muslim Ummah of that era. Allah Ta‘ala says that they are „Our servants‟. Then Allah Ta‘ala clarifies that “We sent them against you to disfigure, pil- lage, plunder and destroy you”. Thus, it is by the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal that segments of the Muslim Um- mah are subjugated to kuffaar domination and brutality. These calamities which settle on Muslims are the Athaab (Punishment) of Allah Azza Wa Jal for Muslims who have transgressed all bounds of crime, villainy, fisq, fujoor and kufr. When Muslims practically abandon the Deen in entirety, then the Athaab becomes halaal for them. Al- lah Ta‘ala punishes only when Muslims have no intention of Taubah and reformation. The Qur‘aan Majeed says: “Verily, Allah does not change the condition of a nation until they change the condition within themselves.” (Ar-Ra‟d, Aayat 11) The good and favourable con- ditions of life are snatched away only when Muslims recklessly embrace villainy and evil and wantonly trample on the Deen with their trans- gression. Allah Ta‘ala then removes the Malaaikah who protect Muslims. Then He sends the kuffaar to pillage, plunder and destroy us. This is his Athaab. (Continued on page 20) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 20 Allah Ta‘ala does not deal un- justly with us. We are the vil- lains who rebel against Him. When Muslims close all ave- nues of self-reformation, the universal and dreadful chas- tisement becomes halaal. Al- lah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “Your Rabb does not destroy cities unjustly while their in- habitants engage in Islaah (moral reformation).” (Hood, Aayat 117) The British victory in India and their brutality were of this category of Athaab – the kind of Athaab Allah Ta‘ala had inflicted on Bani Israaeel when the kaafir king Bukht Nasar (Nebuchadnezzar) of Babylon was despatched by Allah Ta‘ala to uproot and punish the then Muslim Um- mah. Then there is no help for Muslims as the Qur‘aan states: “When Allah intends to punish a nation, then they will have no helper besides Allah.” The one and only cause for kuffaar domination over Mus- lims, is rebellion against Allah Ta‘ala. Our tirades and diatribes di- rected to the kuffaar should not blind our intelligence and divert our minds from the actual causes of the calamities settling on us, and from Allah Azza Wa Jal Who is the One who is punishing us with one of His armies. The kuffaar are among the armies of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Qur‘aan states: “No one but Allah knows His armies.” The Muslim response to ca- lamities must necessarily be Inaabat ilallaah, i.e. to turn unto Allah Ta‘ala with sin- cere Taubah and to resolve sincerely to reform ourselves. This is the only solution. There is no other way for Muslims. “Turn (inaabat) to your Rabb and submit (fully) to Him be- fore there comes to you the Athaab, then you will not be helped.” (Az-Zumar, Aayat 54) And, follow the most beautiful Deen which has been re- vealed to you from your Rabb before there suddenly comes to you the Punishment whilst you do not even realize (expect it to strike).” (Az-Zumar, Aayat 55) (Continued from page 19) “Remember when Ibraa- heem said to his father, Azar: „Do you take idols as gods. Verily, I see you and your community in manifest devia- tion.” (Al-An‟aam, Aayat 74) “Remember when he (Ibraaheem) said to his fa- ther: „O my father! Why do you worship that (idols) which do not hear nor see nor benefit you in anything? O my father! There has come to me such Knowledge which has not come to you. There- fore, follow me and I shall guide you to the Straight Path.” (Maryam, 42 & 43) “O my father! Do not worship shaitaan, for verily, shaitaan was sinful to Ar-Rahmaan. O my father! Verily, I fear that the Punishment of Ar- Rahmaan will afflict you, then you will become a friend for shaitaan.” (Maryam, 44 & 45) “He (Ibraaheem and his Mus- lim followers) said to their people: „Verily, we dissociate from you and from that (idols) which you worship besides Allah. We reject you. Hatred and enmity have developed be- tween us and you (and this will continue) until you believe in The One Allah….” (Al-Mumtahinah, Aayat 4) The methodology of Da‘wat and Tableegh is explained very clearly in the Qur‘aan. The methods employed by the bootlicking so-called ‗daaees‘ (propagators) are in- (Continued on page 21) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 21 spirations from shaitaan. In the methodology explained in the Qur‘aan – the methodology of all the Ambiya – the call to Tauheed was direct and bereft of ambiguity and flattery. The kuffaar were not flattered by the Ambiya. There was no semblance of bootlicking. Their idols and false gods were denounced and they were told that the only Straight Path was Islam. The alterna- tive to Islam was the Fire of Jahannam. The Call of Tau- heed knows of no compro- mise. There is no ‗middle‘ path between Haqq and Baatil. It is either Imaan or Kufr. The methodology of the rev- erends and pundits parading as ‗muslims‘ is the ta‘leem of Iblees. It is a methodology which effaces the Imaan of those who claim that they are practicing tolerance. Such tol- erance is shaitaaniyat. Their brand of tolerance culminates in the effacement of Imaan. (Continued from page 20) “Allah has promised those who believe among you and practice virtuous deeds that He will assuredly establish you on earth as He had es- tablished those before you…” (An-Nur, Aayat 55) Muslims are entitled to power and sovereignty on earth only on the basis of Imaan and A‘maal-e-Saalihah. In the ab- sence of any one of these two fundamental requisites, Muslims will be the serfs of the kuffaar. The elevation and domination of this Ummah are attainable only by means of the Edifice of A‘maal-e- Saalihah structured on the Foundations of Imaan. Today, the vast majority of the Ummah is bereft of both these fundamental requisites of Islam, hence Muslims have become the poodles and boot- lickers of the kuffaar. But, de- spite all their bootlicking and subservience to the kuffaar, they are humiliated and tram- pled on by the very kuffaar whom they bootlick. “If Allah helps you, then no one can defeat you, and if He withholds assistance from you, then who is there to help you? Thus, the Mu‟mineen should repose trust on only Allah.” (Aal Imraan, Aayat 160) In the Haryana province of India, hundreds of Muslim homes, shops, etc. have been bulldozed by Hindu idol- worshippers and cow urine drinkers in consonance with the policy of the current cow-manure eating Hindu BJP government. The stated policy of these Hindu thugs and barbarians is to forcibly convert all Muslims to Hin- duism and to transform all Musaajid into idol temples. There is horrific Hindu re- pression and brutality being meted out to Muslims in In- dia. Yet Muslims hitherto have failed to understand why Allah Ta‘ala is not pro- tecting them against the filthy Hindu idol and cow worship- ping savages. Muslims need to reflect and understand that the yoke of Hindu oppression is in fact the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal for the oppression which Muslims are inflicting on themselves and on the Deen with their evil, villainy, fisq, fujoor and kufr. The on- ly solution is Inaabat ilallaah – to turn unto Allah Ta‘ala with repentance and obedi- ence – to abandon emulation of the kuffaar – to adopt Sabr, Taa-at and Ibaadat. Then Al- lah Ta‘ala will turn the tables and obliterate the filthy cow and idol worshippers. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 22 (Extracts from a bayaan of Hadhrat Maulana Maseehullah Rahmatullahi Alayh) Now look at secular education, the institutions and centres where this education is im- parted. Carefully examine this scenario. Look, and look carefully! Look over and over again! Make a thorough in- spection…….. You will find indulgence and engrossment with fervour and frenzy to attain the base ob- jectives of carnal desires, self- honour, status, power, glam- our, comfort, wealth, luxury, pleasure, name, fame, leader- ship. You will find them en- grossed in these thoughts and dreams day and night, morning and evening, whilst sleeping and whilst awake. Now, it is clear, and abundant- ly clear that besides egotism, self-interest, sensual pleasures, selfishness, insensitivity, crime, anarchy, ruin and de- struction, nothing of the higher moral and spiritual goals fea- ture in any way in the pursuit of this education of crass ma- terialism. … It is for this reason that as this kind of education and its im- moral institutions expand and increase, crime and anarchy too increase uncontrollably. Every sort of danger is acceler- ated to the extent that thinkers, intellectuals and governments are helpless and powerless to curb the deluge of anarchy stemming from the material- istic nourishment of these colleges and universities. (Comment: In fact todays ‗thinkers‘, ‗intellectuals‘ and governments are in fact the promoters of obscenity, filth, crime and anarchy. In fact, they are all participants in the culture of Dajjalism. They are not thinkers and intellectuals. They are inhuman Satanists. – Al-Haqq) Leaving the portals of these institutions, becoming posted to some office and gaining some sort of authority, leaves them with access to pleasures and wealth, name and fame which they zealously and am- bitiously pursue. They loudly pronounce their authority. In this case there is no question of them having any regard for the responsibilities on their shoulders and sparing any thought for the problems and difficulties encountered by the general public and creation. They have nothing to do with sufferings of the populace. (Comment: This is extremely conspicuous today. Govern- ments are the worst scoun- drels, frauds and highway robbers. They loot the wealth of the people, and they extract blood from stones with oppres- sive taxation. With the looted funds of the public, they lose themselves in drunken stupors of immorality, obscenity, ex- travagance and crime while the people languish under the grinding yoke of oppression. In this era of obscenity, im- morality, crime and anarchy, governments, kings and rulers are the creators of evil and vil- lainy with their laws of besti- ality and carnality designed for the specific purpose of looting the public treasury and oppressing the citizens. There is no longer any doc- trine of meliorism to guide the Satanist governments. Their very being is repulsive in the extreme. In bygone times even kuffaar kings acquitted them- selves with considerable be- nevolence and effort to make life better for their subjects. But today it is the reign of ty- rants and scoundrels of the worst order. These scoundrels are among the Signs of Qiyaamah. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that among these Signs is that the people will appoint evil persons to be leaders/ rulers. In such scenarios in which we find ourselves today, we should intellectually reconcile our frustration with the Hadith which informs us: “Your deeds are your rulers.” That is: Allah Ta‘ala appoints rul- ers in accordance with the moral and spiritual conditions of the people. For a criminal, disobedient people, there will be tyrannical rulers, and for pious and obedient people, Allah Ta‘ala will appoint be- nevolent rulers. Thus, these scoundrel governments are actually the reflections of the scoundrel population. – Al- Haqq) (Continued on page 23) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 23 Continuing his bayaan Hadhrat Masihullah (Rahmatullah alayh) said: They are perennially engaged in acquiring the latest and the best for themselves and at most, for those close to them. They think only about them- selves and their close ones. In this state of affairs it is obvi- ous that in acquiring, securing and fulfilling their goals and ambitions they are insensitive and indifferent to the suffer- ing or comfort of others. (Comment: Governments are at the forefront of this horrible culture of bestiality nurtured and promoted by western edu- cation. May Allah Ta'ala pro- tect us.-Al-Haqq) Continuing, Hadhrat Masihul- lah said: They have absolutely no con- cern for that. Even if they ren- der some meagre service, it is either due to some fleeting exi- gency or personal benefit, or staving off criticism or the ac- quisition of huge bribes. Hoarding money is their high- est goal. Besides accumulation of wealth and glory they have no care in the least for the peo- ple whom they oppress and who languish in distress. (Comment: From the highest to the lowest, from the top to the lowest level of govern- ment, all are grovelling drunkenly in this money- corruption. The public coffers from top to bottom, are stripped bare by wholesale and shameless looting of bil- lions. The country which is rich, extremely rich, in all kinds of natural wealth, has been reduced to a level far far below the level of what is known as banana republics. Every department of service has collapsed in anarchy, cor- ruption and bankruptcy. Meanwhile the yoke of op- pressive taxation grinds hard- er and harder.– Al-Haqq) Hadhrat Masihullah said: What is the reason for this ruin and rot nowadays? The (ostensible) reason is this sys- tem of western education. Peo- ple are being trained from the age of discretion in the arts of bestiality, materialism, immo- rality and obscenity. The ob- jectives are all of a sensual and material nature. No one showed them even a sign of cultured human behaviour. Thus they are deprived of lofty human attributes and traits. How will they ever be- come proper human beings? And how are the dark tides of injustice and oppression going to be stemmed? How will peace, order, safety and tran- quillity settle in the land and on earth? How is salvation from local and global prob- lems and disturbances going to be attained? Indeed when this trend of un- controllable bestiality, barbari- ty, satanism and gross human rights abuses, injustice, usur- pation of rights, vices and ig- norance become widespread then this world will be a spec- tacle of Hell. Life here will be pervaded with much anxiety, misery and profound bitter- ness. (Comment: In fact this pic- ture is a stark reality right now. It is the reign of the worst kind of bestiality which has effaced all vestiges of humanity. –Al-Haqq) The clamour nowadays is for western education and culture to be established in every big and small, major and minor town, village, settlement, city and all classes of the social strata and to every person, male and female. In this satan- ic process the lofty goals and standards of proper human be- haviour are completely extin- guished. This is manifest proof of this western culture and its education being mere hollow terms bearing no sub- stance and essence of humani- ty. The westernized so-called ‗intelligentsia‘ have not even dreamt of true education and culture. Thus, the one and only conclu- sion we come to is that the ed- ucation and the environment of these colleges and universi- ties are satanistic concoctions of progress in self-interests, perfection in self- aggrandizement and pecuniary carnal desires and incitement to haughtiness and proudful- (Continued from page 22) (Continued on page 24) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 68 Page 24 ness. For this filling one‘s belly, pampering one‘s body, adorning one‘s body and name, fame and acclaim are key requisites which are the fountainheads of viola- tion of human rights. There- fore, instead of peace, crime and corruption are the order of the day as a result of the- se colleges, universities and this satanist ‗education‘. These are the effects and fruits of this satanically con- cocted concept of ‗education‘. (Continued from page 23) Q. What is the status of a Muslim who dies after par- ticipating in a political hun- ger strike? A. Hunger strike is akin to suicide. If the person dies as a result of this, he dies an evil death. Q. I live in a European country where Hijab is banned. Muslims are viewed with suspicion and scorn. Will this country be classified as Daarul Harb? A. All kuffaar countries are Daarul Harb even if Muslims are not persecuted. Inviting the kuffaar to the Deen is not an idle, pass-time hobby. It is the most serious profession and the objective of the mission of all the Ambiya (Alayhimus salaam). Inviting non-Muslims to Islam is not a merrymaking function where niceties in the name of some corrupt, deceptive concept of tolerance are exchanged - where dining and wining takes place – where stupid candle- light satanism is practiced. Inviting them is to state the Haqq of Tauheed and the baatil of their creeds of kufr and shirk. The Qur‘aan Majeed and the Sunnah explain the methodology of Da‘wat and Tableegh. The kuffaar have to be informed of the falsity of their beliefs which will deposit them into Jahannam. They have to be incumbently explained that the one and on- ly Absolute Truth is Islam. Islam is the sole repository of Truth and Salvation. All other religions and ideologies are satanic and lead to everlast- ing perdition in the Hereafter. Compromise with kufr is di- lution of the uncompromising rigidity of Tauheed. A discus- sion with non-Muslims on re- ligious issues which does not highlight their deviation, kufr and shirk, is an accursed trick of Iblees. Under guise of ‗tolerance‘, shaitaaniyat, kufr and shirk are elevated by either ignorant Muslims or by the Munaafiqeen in our midst. THE PROFILE OF A MUSLIM ―Verily, the Mu‘minoon are victorious. They are those who are humble (and fearful) in Salaat. They are those who turn away from futility. They are those who pay Zakaat. They are those who guard their chastity … They are those who fulfil their trusts and pledges. They are those who guard their Salaat. Indeed they will be the inheritors of (Jannatul) Firdaus Therein shall they dwell forever.‖ (Surah Al-Mu‟minoon) THE REFORMATION OF ALL “And turn (with repentance) unto Allah in unison (all of you), O Mu’minoon! So that you are victorious.” (An-Nur, Aayat 31) Without the reformation of the vast majority of the Ummah, Muslims will remain the contemptible slaves of the Yahood and Nasaara. Allah Ta‘ala will not save us from the depreda- tions and oppressions of the kuffaar.

One of the leading politicians of India, Doctor William Vur submitted a report to the viceroy. He wrote: "Of the entire population of India, the Muslims are the most spirited and vigilant. They lack the ability of applying the mind, and that is because they have hitherto failed to understand the meaning of Taqwa for themselves. Today, branding carrion as haraam, is a 'taqwa' not fatwa for these muftis who have lost the Path – Siraatul Mustaqeem. Once when Hadhrat Shah Abdul Aziz (Rahmatullah alayh) was giving a bayaan to his mureeds and some Ulama, two persons from the public entered and sought a fatwa. The one said: 'Today my friend drank water which was the left-over of an Englishman. What is the fatwa?" Hadhrat Shah Sahib adopting a very sombre attitude said that since this issue was extremely delicate, it will take time to search for the fatwa. He told them to return for the fatwa after a couple of days. The audience consisting of Ulama, was surprised. The fatwa according to the Shariah is simple. If the kaafir's mouth was paak (taahir), the water remains paak, hence there was no concern. If his mouth was impure due to liquor or haraam food, then obviously the water was impure. Why did Shah Sahib adopt this strange strategy? But no one had the courage to question him. On the appointed day, the two chaps came for their fatwa. Shah Sahib said: "The fatwa is Tajdeed-e-Imaan (i.e. renewal of Imaan. By implication he had become a murtadd); Tajdeed-e-Nikah (renewal of his marriage)." Shah Sahib furthermore prescribed some penances to be performed as an expiation (kaffarah) for having drunk the water which had touched the lips of the Englishman. The two persons being sincere, were satisfied. They left and observed the prescription and the penalty. When the surprised Ulama questioned Hadhrat Shah Sahib, he responded: "By this measure, I have saved their Imaan." It is mentioned in the Hadith that the one who has love/ affinity with people, he will be resurrected with them… It is understood from the Hadith in Saheeh Muslim that it is necessary to have enmity for the evil-doers when one is unable to prevent them from their evil. This attitude is integral to Imaan. Hadhrat Ibn Mas'ood (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrated that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that every Nabi before him had some Hawaari and Ashaab (Companions) who would practically implement the Sunnah of their Nabi. After them came such villains who would preach without practising, and they would commit such deeds which were not commanded. Whoever physically wages jihad against them is a Mu'min; whoever wages jihaad against Q. Please comment on the stance of the UK Ulama who had participated and promoted the activities associated with the death of the queen A. We are being overwhelmed by a deluge of kufr promoted by even these agents of Iblees. In the U.K. the condition of the rascal molvis is exceptionally deplorable. They condone and even promote kufr just as some rubbish and trash molvis do here in South Africa and elsewhere. The world today abounds with such scoundrels masquerading as Ulama. The death of the queen has brought out the kufr in their hearts. "An age will dawn when people will gather in their Musaajid and perform Salaat while not a single one of them will be a Mu'min." (Hadith) Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "I always accord priority to the Shariah over expediency. On the occasion of the demise of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), a variety of fitan (anarchy, mischief, rebellion) developed. Some tribes refused to pay Zakaat despite claiming to be Muslims. Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu) declared Jihad against the deniers of Zakaat. Despite the extremely delicate and dangerous situation, he did not take into consideration any expediency. Even Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) ad- vised that it was not the appropriate time to fight these rebels. However, Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu) resolutely declared that he will wage Jihad even if he has to be alone. Just reflect now on the power of his heart. On this occasion, Madinah was without the protection of the army. Part of the army had been despatched to Shaam and part was in Jihad against the murtaddeen. This was the state of the power of Imaan. Expediencies simply disappear in the presence of such spiritual stamina. In reality, people worship ex- pediency, not Allah Ta'ala. There is no benefit in these expediencies, and this applies specifically to the Ulama. They should never pay heed to expediency." (End of Hadhrat Thanvi's Malfooth) Hadhrat Maulana Thanvi, in this Malfooth, emphasizes the utmost importance of adherence to the Deen. Nothing of the Deen should be diluted or compromised for the sake of satisfying expediency. Such subservience is actually subservience to the nafs for the attainment of personal objectives. The Haqq of the Deen must be proclaimed and not diluted or compromised to appease opponents, zanaadaqah, munaafiqeen and the kuffaar. Q. I would like your opinion on a matter. For the past few years I have been coming across many Pakistani Imams, pseudo intellectuals, academics and others who are telling me that Pakistan is prophesied in the Quran and Hadith. That Pakistan is a Divine state with a glorious future that will lead the world to Islam, that it will dominate the world's political affairs. Is this even believable? From what I have seen in the country there is so much immorality, filth, sins and haraams of all kinds. I can't see how or why Pakistanis think so highly of this immoral region. Is there any truth to what they are saying? A. Far, very far from the truth. Their brains are deranged with all the evil and immorality of that unfortunate land. The appropriate name for the country is NAPAKISTAN (the Land of Impurity). There is not even the slightest reference in the Qur'aan Majeed to Napakistan. From its very inception, the country was under kufr rule which deteriorated with each successive change of government until it has reached this current state of being Darul Harb. There was an extremely brief spell of Shariah Law, albeit of a diluted type, revealed during the rule of Ziyaul Haq. But the country is rotten and stinking to the core. The actual profession of Muslims is The Sword (i.e. Jihad). Farming and trade are the occupations of the Hindus. However, there is a natural affinity with the profession of one's forefathers. There are some Muslim convert nations whose forefathers were traders/farmers. Therefore, their descendants are experts in the rules of trade and commerce. (Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) Proferring naseehat to the Mujaahideen on a Jihad campaign, Hadhrat Fudhail Bin Iyaadh (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "Resort to Taubah (Repentance) for it will save you from such a calamity from which swords will not be able to save you." It is narrated in the Hadith: "The dua of a tax collector is not accepted even in the middle of the night." Tax collectors are among the worst class of zaalimeen (oppressors) and parasites sucking the blood of people. Their hearts are harder than stone. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "Then their hearts became hard like stone or even harder, for verily, from stone gush forth rivers. And, some rocks split and springs gush out, and some (boulders) roll from (heights) for the fear of Allah." But the hearts of tax collec- tors remain unmoved by the plight of the people they are cruelly and unjustly oppressing by sucking taxes from them. It is haraam for Muslims to work in the tax departments of countries, both kuffaar and Muslim, regardless of whatever capacity, be it as a mere sweeper of the floors. Q. A sheikh in Cairo's Al Azhar University called on Muslims to abandon sacrificing sheep and cattle on the annual Qur'baani occasion. Due to the economic crisis, he advises that chickens should be sacrificed. Please comment A. Apart from this being a satanic joke excreted by the mentally deranged moron 'sheikh' of that Institute of the Devil, viz., Al Azhar, it is a step in shaitaan's plot to dismantle and destroy Islam, which of course he will not achieve. Nevertheless, there is no dearth of shaitaan's followers who will quickly accept the call of the devilish rascal and 'sacrifice' carrion chickens, then still believe that they are Muslims. It is pure satanism. Perhaps SANHA or MJC will be in the field to halaalize the carrion chickens which the illegitimate progeny of Iblees will offer as 'qurbaani'. Acting on this advice, in 1861 the government launched a campaign against the Qur'aan. 300 000 copies of the Noble Quran were set alight by the government. Thereafter, they made a resolution to eradicate the Ulema. MAULANA AH- MADULLAH Holmes in his 'History of the Indian Mutiny', has spoken of Maulana Ahmadullah in these words: " The most formidable enemy of the British in Northern India." (p. 539). In another book of his 'The Sepoy War', he has paid him the following tribute: "A man fitted both by his spirit and his capacity to support a great cause and to command a army. This was Ah- madullah, the Moulvi of Faizabad." Similarly, Malleson has said of him that: " The Moulvi was a true patriot. He had not stained his sword with assassination. He had connived at no murders: he had fought manfully, honourably and stubbornly in the battlefield against the strangers who had seized his country, and his memory is entitled to the respect of the brave and the true-hearted of all nations." (Vol. IV, P. 381) "It is bad enough that hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup, even the sweetener that kills rats called aspartame, among many other artificially lab-created food ingredients that are proven health hazards and none of which have nutritional benefits, are currently considered 'halal'! Basically, anything that clears the no-alcohol or pork threshold is halal, even genetically modified foods that most of the rest of the world is fighting against. In an age where foods are created in labs and genetically modified and patented, we are encountering a new scale of issues that demands re-examination of our beliefs in light of the Shariah and not FDA regulations (one strong belief now apparently being that if the FDA (which many now call the Faster Death Administration, instead of "Food and Drug") allows things to be put in our foods it must be good for us." (From cairchicago.org –Unwholesome Harvest) Genocide of Islamic Scholars by British Rulers An English historian, Mr. Thompson writes in his memoirs: "From 1854 to 1857, the British government firmly resolved to eradicate all the Ulema of India. These three years are one of the most heartwrenching periods of Indian history. The British hanged 14000 ulema to death. From Chandi Chowk of Delhi up to Khaibar not a single tree was spared the neck of the ulema. The ulema were wrapped in pig- skin and buried alive in blazing furnaces. Their bodies were branded with hot copper rods. They used to be made to stand on the backs of elephants and tied to high trees. The elephants would then be driven away and they would be left hanging by their necks. A makeshift gallow was set up in the courtyard of the Shahi Mosque of Lahore and each day up to eighty ulema were hanged. The ulema were at times wrapped up in sacks and dumped into the Rawi river of Lahore after which a hail of bullets would be pumped into each sack." Thompson writes further: "As I got into my camp at Delhi, I perceived a stench of putrefied flesh. As I stepped out and went behind my camp, I saw a blazing fire of live coals. I saw a group of forty naked ulema being led into the fire. As I was witnessing this scene another group of forty ulema were brought onto the field. Right before my eyes, their clothes were taken off their bodies. The English commander addressed them thus: "O Moulvis! Just as these ulema are being roasted over this fire, you will also be roasted. To save yourselves, just one of you must proclaim that you were not part of the the 1857 uprising for freedom. I will release all of you the moment I hear just one of you affirming this." Thompson writes: "By the Lord who has created me! Not one of the ulema said any such thing. All of them were roasted over the fire and another group was also brought and roasted over the blazing fire. Not a single alim (Islamic Scholar) surrendered to the demands of the Brit- ish." Comment Such mindboggling fortitude and determination are pure bestowals of Allah Azza Wa Jal. No human being can ever bear to suffer such horrendous, brutal torture as was meted out to thousands of Ulama of the Indo-Pak subcontinent. The wondrous demonstration of courage, fortitude and sacrifice was reminiscent of the brutality which the Saahireen (magicians) and Hadhrat Aasiyah (Rahmatullah alayha) had suffered at the hands of Fir'oun. They were impaled on trees. Metal pegs were knocked through their bodies, but they did not flinch. They defiantly proclaimed their Imaan despite the permissibility of concealing one's Imaan and verbally uttering kufr when under such horrendous brutality and torture. They did not renounce their Imaan. The demonstration of Imaan of the Ulama who were roasted alive by the British barbarians, is reminiscent of the Imaan of the Sahaabah. It is only the Unseen Aid of Allah, The Most Merciful One, that had sustained these noble, illustrious Men of Allah to sacrifice their lives without groaning and wailing while being roasted. Indeed it is only the pure Rahmat of Allah Arhamur Raahimeen that had sustained them. LORD MACAULAYS ADDRESS TO THE BRITISH PARLIAMENT 2 FEBRUARY "I have travelled across the length and breadth of India and I have not seen one person who is a beggar, who is a thief, such wealth I have seen in this country, such high moral values, people of such calibre that I do not think we would ever conquer this country, unless we break the very backbone of this nation which is her spiritual and cultural heritage, and therefore I propose that we replace her old and ancient education system, her culture, for if the Indians think all that is foreign and English is good and greater than their own, they will lose their selfesteem, their native culture and they will become what we want them, a truly dominated nation." (End of the chap's speech) His proposal was implemented and given practical effect. The old Maktab system was smashed just as the moron, deviated molvis of our time have done to the old Maktab system substituting it with haraam, immoral socalled 'islamic' schools where the children are indoctrinated with interfaith ideas and Tashabbuh bil Kuffaar. The first step the British rulers of India had instituted was to send young men and women to England for kufr secular education. In England their morals and their Imaan were destroyed. They became fornicators and worse – they became zanaadaqah finding fault in all the Ahkaam of the Shariah. While they retained their Muslim names and professed to be Muslim, at heart they were heretics and munaafiqs. This is the satanic intelligentsia which is in domination today in every Muslim land without exception. The kuffaar have made us an Ummah of bootlickers. The next step in the process of producing zindeeqs and munaafiqs was the establishment of the Aligarh university which excelled in the satanic art of zandaqah, kufr, fisq and fujoor. EXTREME CRUELTY AND DESTRUCTION BY BRITISHERS IN DELHI As the victorious British army entered the city of Delhi the terrible havoc it wrought there provided eloquent commentary to the Qur'aanic verse: "In fact when the kings enter a town, they put it to disorder and put its honourable citizens to disgrace, and this is how they normally do." (27:34) The troops were given a free hand to plunder the city for three days and they made use of the opportunity with such (brutal and savage) enthusiasm that an English officer Lord Lawrence, felt compelled to write to General Penny, who was the General-inCommand, in such strong words about the whole affair: "1 believe we shall lastingly and indeed justly be abused for the way in which we have despoiled all classes without distinction." For three days death and destruction (and brutality and savagery) reigned supreme in Delhi. People were slain indis- criminately, shops were looted, and houses were burnt. Men, women and children fled the town in thousands. In the end, Delhi the city which till yesterday was the seat of Muslim splendour was reduced to shambles. (Yes, Allah Azza Wa Jal snatched it away from the Muslims – Al-Haq) A graphic account of the general ruin and spallation is furnished in his memoirs by Lord Roberts who had led the English army from Kanpur to Delhi. This entry bears the date, September 24, 1857, which means that it was made soon after the Red Fort of Delhi had fallen to the British. Lord Roberts writes: "That march through Delhi in the early morning light was a gruesome proceeding. Our way by the Lahore Gate from the Chandi Chawk led through a veritable city of the dead; not a sound was to be heard but the falling of our own footsteps, not a living creature was to be seen. Dead bodies were strewn in all directions, in every attitude that the death struggle had caused them to assume, and in every stage of decomposition. We marched in silence or involuntarily spoke in whispers, as though fearing to disturb those ghastly remains of humanity. The sights we encountered were horrible and sickening to the last degree. Here a dog gnawed at an uncovered limb, there a vulture disturbed by our approach from its loathsome meal, but too completely gorged to fly, fluttered away to a safer distance. In many instances, the positions of the dead bodies were appallingly life-like. Some with their arms uplifted as if beckoning and indeed, the whole scene went weird and terrible beyond description. Our horses seemed to feel the horror of it as much as we did, for they shook and snorted in evident terror. The atmosphere was unimaginably disgusting, laden as it was with the most noxious and sickening odours." THE MADAARIS By 1867 not a single Islamic institute remained. One would be quite astonished to realize that in 1601 when the British arrived in India for trade, there were a thousand Islamic Institutes in Delhi alone. NAKED HATRED OF THE BRITISH The British made no attempt to conceal their ill-will against the Muslims. They caught hold of them at the slightest excuse and showed no mercy. They waged a fierce war against the small band of Mujahids (Crusaders) beleaguered in the tribal belt of the North-West. Whoever was suspected by them to be in league with the Mujahids or with the party of Syed Ahmed Shaheed was arrested and legal proceedings were started against him. Innumerable religious leaders, merchants and noblemen were tried on these grounds at Patna, Thanesar and Lahore, and sentenced to heavy terms of imprisonment. Some of them were branded as Wahabis and punished on that account. Symptomatic of the boundless British hatred towards the Muslims was the judgement delivered by an English judge while condemning the three alleged Wahabi leaders, Maulana Yahya Ali, Mohammad Jafar Thanesari and Mohammad Shafi Lahori to death. The learned (Satanist) judge, in the course of his judgement remarked: "You will he hanged till death; your properties will be confiscated and your corpses will not be handed over to your relatives. Instead, you will be buried contemptuously in the jail compound." After the sentence of death had been passed, parties of English men and women visited the jail to see the condemned prisoners in their cells and take delight in their sighs and groans (which these barbarians had expected). But when they found that these prisoners instead of being sad and dejected, were actually exulting in their state and looking forward expectantly to the martyrdom that had so blissfully fallen to their lot, they felt cheated and urged upon the government for the revision of their sentence to one of life-imprisonment. Ultimately, it was announced by the Deputy Commissioner of Ambala to the unfortunate men that the Chief Court had altered the death penalty passed against them to transportation for life. He said: "You rejoice over the sentence of death and look upon it as martyrdom. The Government therefore, have decided not to award you the punishment you like so much. The death sentence passed against you has been changed to that of transportation or life." The three prisoners along with two others, Maulana Ahmadullah Azimahadi and Molvi Abdul Rahman Sadiqui were then deported to the Andamans in 1865 where Maulana Yahya Ali and Maulana Ahmadullah died. The entire property of the family of Sadiqpur in Patna was seized by the Government, their houses were ploughed down and official buildings were constructed on their sites. The tombs of their ancestors were demolished. All this was done to quench the mad thirst for vengeance. Several other noted Ulema were sent to the Andaman Islands to serve life-sentences in banishment. These included Maulana Fazle-Huq Khairabadi, Mufti Inayat Ahmad Kakorwi and Mufti Mazhar Karim Daryabadi, of whom Maulana Fazle-Huq met his death in exile while the other two returned home on completing their sentences. INDIAN WAR OF INDEPENDENCE WAS AN ISLAMIC REVOLUTION It was indeed a general massacre but the wrath seemed to be directed particularly against the Muslims, for many among the higher British authorities associated the uprising with an Islamic Jihad and believed that the moving spirit behind it were Muslims. To quote Henry Mead: " This rebellion, in its present phase, cannot be called a sepoy Mutiny. It did begin With the sepoys, but soon its true nature was revealed. It was an Islamic revolt." Another narrator of the dreadful drama says: "An English officer had made it a principle to treat every Muslim as a rebel. He would enquire from everyone he saw if he was a Hindu or a Muslim, and would shoot him dead right there if he turned out to be a Muslim." The plots of Yahood and Nasaara to eliminate Islam will not come to an end. This dunya is the arena of conflict created by Allah Ta'ala for the confrontation of Haqq and Baatil. Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan Majeed: "Numerous from the Ahl-e- Kitaab (Yahood and Nasaara) yearn to return you to being kuffaar after your Imaan. (They have this yearning) be- cause of their envy for you even after the Truth has been made manifest for them." (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 109) "Never will the Yahood nor the Nasaara be pleased with you (and they will be satisfied with you only) if you follow their religion. Say (to them, O Muhammad!): Verily, Guidance is only the Hidaayat of Allah. Should you ever follow their vain desires after Knowledge (of Islam) has come to you, then you will have neither a protector nor a friend." (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 120) Warning us to be alert and not to become entangled in the tentacles of Iblees via the evil avenue of interfaith kufr, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "And, if you follow the kuffaar, they will return you on your heels (to become murtaddeen). Then you will become the losers. In fact only Allah is your Friend and the Best of helpers." After Delhi had been subdued and the British control was firmly established over it, there began the public executions. Scaffolds were built on the thoroughfares and such places were treated as centres of entertainment by the Englishmen. They would collect there in groups to enjoy the executions. Several localities of Muslims were totally wiped out. "Twenty-seven thousand Muslims were executed, to speak nothing of those killed in the general massacre. It seemed that the British were determined to blot out of existence the entire Muslim race. They killed the children and the way they treated the women simply belies description. It rends the heart to think of it." Lord Roberts writing to his mother on June 21,1857 remarked: "The death that seems to have the greatest effect is being blown from a gun. It is rather a horrible sight but in these times we cannot be particular." The purpose of this 'business' was to show these rascally Musalmans that, with God's help, Englishmen will still be the masters of India." During the struggle for freedom, the severest loss in terms of life and property was suffered by the Mopla Muslims of Malabar. Provoked by unmitigated tyranny and coercion, the Mopals rose in armed revolt against the British Government on August 21,1921. The rebellion which lasted for a little over six months, assumed such massive proportions that the Government had to call even a warship to deal with it and fifty one lakhs of rupees were spent by them on its suppression from August to December alone. Thousands of Moplas were killed. As an instance of the ghastly atrocities perpetrated by the British, Mopla prisoners were herded together like cattle in the compartments of a railway train which three doctors had unanimously declared unfit for human transport, with the result that a great many of them perished in the way. The British paid no heed to their loud cries of anguish and pathetic requests for water. The detained people were kept under strict vigilance and subjected to all kinds of humiliation after the rebellion had been quelled and for a long time the Moplas in general, were denied the enjoyment of ordinary civil liberties. The Committee of Inquiry appointed in 1922 by the Special Commissioner of Malabar reported that: "There are at least 35,000 Mopla women and children whose condition is extremely miserable and unless proper measures are taken for their relief, many of them are likely to die of disease and starvation." 1. But Allah Azza Wa Jal declares repeatedly in His Glorious Kalaam: "They plot and Allah too plots, and Allah is the best of plotters." Then Allah Azza Wa Jal says: "They conspire to extinguish the Light (Qur'aan/Deen) of Allah with their mouths while Allah will complete His Noor even though the kaafiroon abhor it." This Aayat as well as similar other Aayaat bring within their purview all the enemies of the Deen such as Ghengis Khaan of former times, the British Barbarians, other devils of the same ilk, and the interfaithers of the current era. Despite all their satanic efforts and plots, the Barbarians miserably failed. The Ulama without any state aid, despite their worldly poverty and forlornness, re-established the Madaaris and Khaanqas in India. Despite eliminating almost all the Qur'aan copies available, they miserably failed to eradicate the Qur'aan Majeed which was embedded in the hearts of thousands of Huffaaz. There is no country which can so proudly present tens of thousands of Huffaaz such as India and Pakistan. The Qur'aan Majeed and the Deen of Islam, despite being engulfed by numerous enemies and devils of a variety of breeds, will remain intact until the Day of Qiyaamah. For the protection of the Qur'aan and the Deen, Allah Ta'ala has created two Institutions, namely the Institution of the Huffaaz to guard the Qur'aanic Text, and the Institution of the Ulama-e-Haqq to guard the Qur'aanic Meaning. Indeed, most fortunate are the members of these two sacred Institutions. The methodology of inviting the kuffaar to Islam has been expounded with the greatest clarity in the Qur'aan Majeed. It is a method which excludes every vestige of bootlicking and currying favour with the kuffaar. Allah Ta'ala says in this regard: "O People of the Kitaab (Yahood and Nasaara)! Be- lieve in that which has been revealed (the Qur'aan), which verifies that which is with you (the Tauraah) before We disfigure (your) faces and turn them upside down or We curse them as We have cursed the people of the Sabbath (who were disfigured and transformed into apes)." (An-Nisaa', Aayat 47) "(O Muhammad!) Say to the Ahl-e-Kitaab: 'You have en- mity for us only because we believe in Allah and in that which has been revealed to us and that which was revealed before, and (you hate us) be- cause most of you are faasiqoon." Say (to them): 'Should I inform you of something worse than this as punishment by Al- lah? (It is) those whom Allah has cursed and His Wrath was on them and He made from them apes and pigs whilst they worshipped the Devil. Indeed, they are the worst category (of humanity) and the most deviated from the Straight Path." (Al-Maaidah, 59 & 60) "We informed Bani Israaeel in the Kitaab (the Tauraah): Most certainly you will spread mischief (fitnah and fasaad) on earth twice and perpetrate great rebellion. Then, when the first of the two Promises came, We sent against you such of Our serv- ants who were powerful in warfare. Then they penetrated (your cities and homes). Indeed it was a promise which was fulfilled… Then, when the second Prom- ise came (it was) to (enable your enemies) to disfigure your faces and so that they penetrate the Musjid (i.e. Musjidul Aqsa), and so that they utterly destroy whatever they overrun." (Bani Israaeel) The horrendous calamities which befell the Ummah in India under the British reign, as well as the calamities which overtake segments of the Ummah from time to time in different lands, must be viewed intelligently. We do make emotional comments when Muslims suffer, and this is an attitude of Imaan, for Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "The Muslimoon (the Ummah of Muslims) are like one man. If the eye pains, the whole body is affected, and if the head pains, the whole body is pained." Nevertheless, our emotions, as much as they are justified and acceptable, should not blur our intelligence. It is necessary to view the horrendous upheavals in the cold light of reason and reality. It should be understood and remembered that there are no accidents in the creation of Allah Ta'ala. Everything, down to the most infinitesimal particle, operates under the command of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth (underground) nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Kitaab." "Nothing is hidden from your Rabb, be it the tiniest particle nor anything smaller or bigger, but it is (stated) in a Clear Kitaab." Even the maut (death) of a leaf is decreed by Allah Azza Wa Jal. The breaking of a cup is its maut decreed by Allah Ta'ala. Thus, the Mu'min recites "Inna lillaahi wa inna ilayhi raaji-oon" regardless of the seeming insignificance of the 'mishap', for he knows that it is also the effect of Divine Decree. In the aforementioned Aayaat of Bani Israaeel, Allah Azza Wa Jal describes the kuffaar who had pillaged, plundered and destroyed Jerusalem, Musjidul Aqsa and the Muslim Ummah of that era. Allah Ta'ala says that they are 'Our servants'. Then Allah Ta'ala clarifies that "We sent them against you to disfigure, pillage, plunder and destroy you". Thus, it is by the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal that segments of the Muslim Ummah are subjugated to kuffaar domination and brutality. These calamities which settle on Muslims are the Athaab (Punishment) of Allah Azza Wa Jal for Muslims who have transgressed all bounds of crime, villainy, fisq, fujoor and kufr. When Muslims practically abandon the Deen in entirety, then the Athaab becomes halaal for them. Allah Ta'ala punishes only when Muslims have no intention of Taubah and reformation. The Qur'aan Majeed says: "Verily, Allah does not change the condition of a nation until they change the condition within themselves." (Ar-Ra'd, Aayat 11) The good and favourable conditions of life are snatched away only when Muslims recklessly embrace villainy and evil and wantonly trample on the Deen with their transgression. Allah Ta'ala then removes the Malaaikah who protect Muslims. Then He sends the kuffaar to pillage, plunder and destroy us. This is his Athaab. Allah Ta'ala does not deal unjustly with us. We are the villains who rebel against Him. When Muslims close all avenues of self-reformation, the universal and dreadful chastisement becomes halaal. Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan Majeed: "Your Rabb does not destroy cities unjustly while their in- habitants engage in Islaah (moral reformation)." (Hood, Aayat 117) The British victory in India and their brutality were of this category of Athaab – the kind of Athaab Allah Ta'ala had inflicted on Bani Israaeel when the kaafir king Bukht Nasar (Nebuchadnezzar) of Babylon was despatched by Allah Ta'ala to uproot and punish the then Muslim Ummah. Then there is no help for Muslims as the Qur'aan states: "When Allah intends to punish a nation, then they will have no helper besides Allah." The one and only cause for kuffaar domination over Muslims, is rebellion against Allah Ta'ala. Our tirades and diatribes directed to the kuffaar should not blind our intelligence and divert our minds from the actual causes of the calamities settling on us, and from Allah Azza Wa Jal Who is the One who is punishing us with one of His armies. The kuffaar are among the armies of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Qur'aan states: "No one but Allah knows His armies." The Muslim response to calamities must necessarily be Inaabat ilallaah, i.e. to turn unto Allah Ta'ala with sincere Taubah and to resolve sincerely to reform ourselves. This is the only solution. There is no other way for Muslims. "Turn (inaabat) to your Rabb and submit (fully) to Him be- fore there comes to you the Athaab, then you will not be helped." (Az-Zumar, Aayat 54) And, follow the most beautiful Deen which has been revealed to you from your Rabb before there suddenly comes to you the Punishment whilst you do not even realize (expect it to strike)." (Az-Zumar, Aayat 55) "Remember when Ibraaheem said to his father, Azar: 'Do you take idols as gods. Verily, I see you and your community in manifest deviation." (Al-An'aam, Aayat 74) "Remember when he (Ibraaheem) said to his fa- ther: 'O my father! Why do you worship that (idols) which do not hear nor see nor benefit you in anything? O my father! There has come to me such Knowledge which has not come to you. There- fore, follow me and I shall guide you to the Straight Path." (Maryam, 42 & 43) "O my father! Do not worship shaitaan, for verily, shaitaan was sinful to Ar-Rahmaan. O my father! Verily, I fear that the Punishment of ArRahmaan will afflict you, then you will become a friend for shaitaan." (Maryam, 44 & 45) "He (Ibraaheem and his Mus- lim followers) said to their people: 'Verily, we dissociate from you and from that (idols) which you worship besides Allah. We reject you. Hatred and enmity have developed be- tween us and you (and this will continue) until you believe in The One Allah…." (Al-Mumtahinah, Aayat 4) The methodology of Da'wat and Tableegh is explained very clearly in the Qur'aan. The methods employed by the bootlicking so-called 'daaees' (propagators) are inspirations from shaitaan. In the methodology explained in the Qur'aan – the methodology of all the Ambiya – the call to Tauheed was direct and bereft of ambiguity and flattery. The kuffaar were not flattered by the Ambiya. There was no semblance of bootlicking. Their idols and false gods were denounced and they were told that the only Straight Path was Islam. The alternative to Islam was the Fire of Jahannam. The Call of Tauheed knows of no compromise. There is no 'middle' path between Haqq and Baatil. It is either Imaan or Kufr. The methodology of the reverends and pundits parading as 'muslims' is the ta'leem of Iblees. It is a methodology which effaces the Imaan of those who claim that they are practicing tolerance. Such tolerance is shaitaaniyat. Their brand of tolerance culminates in the effacement of Imaan. In the Haryana province of India, hundreds of Muslim homes, shops, etc. have been bulldozed by Hindu idolworshippers and cow urine drinkers in consonance with the policy of the current cow-manure eating Hindu BJP government. The stated policy of these Hindu thugs and barbarians is to forcibly convert all Muslims to Hinduism and to transform all Musaajid into idol temples. There is horrific Hindu repression and brutality being meted out to Muslims in India. Yet Muslims hitherto have failed to understand why Allah Ta'ala is not protecting them against the filthy Hindu idol and cow worshipping savages. Muslims need to reflect and understand that the yoke of Hindu oppression is in fact the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal for the oppression which Muslims are inflicting on themselves and on the Deen with their evil, villainy, fisq, fujoor and kufr. The only solution is Inaabat ilallaah – to turn unto Allah Ta'ala with repentance and obedience – to abandon emulation of the kuffaar – to adopt Sabr, Taa-at and Ibaadat. Then Allah Ta'ala will turn the tables and obliterate the filthy cow and idol worshippers. "Allah has promised those who believe among you and practice virtuous deeds that He will assuredly establish you on earth as He had es- tablished those before you…" (An-Nur, Aayat 55) Muslims are entitled to power and sovereignty on earth only on the basis of Imaan and A'maal-e-Saalihah. In the absence of any one of these two fundamental requisites, Muslims will be the serfs of the kuffaar. The elevation and domination of this Ummah are attainable only by means of the Edifice of A'maal-eSaalihah structured on the Foundations of Imaan. Today, the vast majority of the Ummah is bereft of both these fundamental requisites of Islam, hence Muslims have become the poodles and boot- lickers of the kuffaar. But, despite all their bootlicking and subservience to the kuffaar, they are humiliated and trampled on by the very kuffaar whom they bootlick. "If Allah helps you, then no one can defeat you, and if He withholds assistance from you, then who is there to help you? Thus, the Mu'mineen should repose trust on only Allah." Carefully examine this scenario. Look, and look carefully! Look over and over again! Make a thorough inspection…….. You will find indulgence and engrossment with fervour and frenzy to attain the base objectives of carnal desires, selfhonour, status, power, glamour, comfort, wealth, luxury, pleasure, name, fame, leadership. You will find them engrossed in these thoughts and dreams day and night, morning and evening, whilst sleeping and whilst awake. Now, it is clear, and abundantly clear that besides egotism, self-interest, sensual pleasures, selfishness, insensitivity, crime, anarchy, ruin and destruction, nothing of the higher moral and spiritual goals feature in any way in the pursuit of this education of crass materialism. … It is for this reason that as this kind of education and its immoral institutions expand and increase, crime and anarchy too increase uncontrollably. Every sort of danger is accelerated to the extent that thinkers, intellectuals and governments are helpless and powerless to curb the deluge of anarchy stemming from the material- istic nourishment of these colleges and universities. (Comment: In fact todays 'thinkers', 'intellectuals' and governments are in fact the promoters of obscenity, filth, crime and anarchy. In fact, they are all participants in the culture of Dajjalism. They are not thinkers and intellectuals. They are inhuman Satanists. – Al-Haqq) Leaving the portals of these institutions, becoming posted to some office and gaining some sort of authority, leaves them with access to pleasures and wealth, name and fame which they zealously and ambitiously pursue. They loudly pronounce their authority. In this case there is no question of them having any regard for the responsibilities on their shoulders and sparing any thought for the problems and difficulties encountered by the general public and creation. They have nothing to do with sufferings of the populace. (Comment: This is extremely conspicuous today. Governments are the worst scoundrels, frauds and highway robbers. They loot the wealth of the people, and they extract blood from stones with oppressive taxation. With the looted funds of the public, they lose themselves in drunken stupors of immorality, obscenity, extravagance and crime while the people languish under the grinding yoke of oppression. In this era of obscenity, im- morality, crime and anarchy, governments, kings and rulers are the creators of evil and villainy with their laws of bestiality and carnality designed for the specific purpose of looting the public treasury and oppressing the citizens. There is no longer any doctrine of meliorism to guide the Satanist governments. Their very being is repulsive in the extreme. In bygone times even kuffaar kings acquitted themselves with considerable benevolence and effort to make life better for their subjects. But today it is the reign of tyrants and scoundrels of the worst order. These scoundrels are among the Signs of Qiyaamah. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that among these Signs is that the people will appoint evil persons to be leaders/ rulers. In such scenarios in which we find ourselves today, we should intellectually reconcile our frustration with the Hadith which informs us: "Your deeds are your rulers." That is: Allah Ta'ala appoints rulers in accordance with the moral and spiritual conditions of the people. For a criminal, disobedient people, there will be tyrannical rulers, and for pious and obedient people, Allah Ta'ala will appoint benevolent rulers. Thus, these scoundrel governments are actually the reflections of the scoundrel population. – AlHaqq) Continuing his bayaan Hadhrat Masihullah (Rahmatullah alayh) said: They are perennially engaged in acquiring the latest and the best for themselves and at most, for those close to them. They think only about themselves and their close ones. In this state of affairs it is obvious that in acquiring, securing and fulfilling their goals and ambitions they are insensitive and indifferent to the suffering or comfort of others. (Comment: Governments are at the forefront of this horrible culture of bestiality nurtured and promoted by western education. May Allah Ta'ala protect us.-Al-Haqq) Continuing, Hadhrat Masihullah said: They have absolutely no concern for that. Even if they render some meagre service, it is either due to some fleeting exigency or personal benefit, or staving off criticism or the acquisition of huge bribes. Hoarding money is their highest goal. Besides accumulation of wealth and glory they have no care in the least for the people whom they oppress and who languish in distress. (Comment: From the highest to the lowest, from the top to the lowest level of government, all are grovelling drunkenly in this moneycorruption. The public coffers from top to bottom, are stripped bare by wholesale and shameless looting of billions. The country which is rich, extremely rich, in all kinds of natural wealth, has been reduced to a level far far below the level of what is known as banana republics. Every department of service has collapsed in anarchy, corruption and bankruptcy. Meanwhile the yoke of oppressive taxation grinds harder and harder.– Al-Haqq) Hadhrat Masihullah said: What is the reason for this ruin and rot nowadays? The (ostensible) reason is this system of western education. People are being trained from the age of discretion in the arts of bestiality, materialism, immorality and obscenity. The objectives are all of a sensual and material nature. No one showed them even a sign of cultured human behaviour. Thus they are deprived of lofty human attributes and traits. How will they ever become proper human beings? And how are the dark tides of injustice and oppression going to be stemmed? How will peace, order, safety and tranquillity settle in the land and on earth? How is salvation from local and global problems and disturbances going to be attained? Indeed when this trend of uncontrollable bestiality, barbarity, satanism and gross human rights abuses, injustice, usurpation of rights, vices and ignorance become widespread then this world will be a spectacle of Hell. Life here will be pervaded with much anxiety, misery and profound bitterness. (Comment: In fact this picture is a stark reality right now. It is the reign of the worst kind of bestiality which has effaced all vestiges of humanity. –Al-Haqq) The clamour nowadays is for western education and culture to be established in every big and small, major and minor town, village, settlement, city and all classes of the social strata and to every person, male and female. In this satanic process the lofty goals and standards of proper human behaviour are completely extinguished. This is manifest proof of this western culture and its education being mere hollow terms bearing no substance and essence of humanity. The westernized so-called 'intelligentsia' have not even dreamt of true education and culture. Thus, the one and only conclusion we come to is that the education and the environment of these colleges and universities are satanistic concoctions of progress in self-interests, perfection in selfaggrandizement and pecuniary carnal desires and incitement to haughtiness and proudfulness. For this filling one's belly, pampering one's body, adorning one's body and name, fame and acclaim are key requisites which are the fountainheads of violation of human rights. Therefore, instead of peace, crime and corruption are the order of the day as a result of these colleges, universities and this satanist 'education'. These are the effects and fruits of this satanically concocted concept of 'education'. "Verily, the Mu'minoon are victorious. They are those who are humble (and fearful) in Salaat. They are those who turn away from futility. They are those who pay Zakaat. They are those who guard their chastity … They are those who fulfil their trusts and pledges. They are those who guard their Salaat. Indeed they will be the inheritors of (Jannatul) Firdaus Therein shall they dwell forever." (Surah Al-Mu'minoon) Inviting the kuffaar to the Deen is not an idle, pass-time hobby. It is the most serious profession and the objective of the mission of all the Ambiya (Alayhimus salaam). Inviting non-Muslims to Islam is not a merrymaking function where niceties in the name of some corrupt, deceptive concept of tolerance are exchanged - where dining and wining takes place – where stupid candlelight satanism is practiced. Inviting them is to state the Haqq of Tauheed and the baatil of their creeds of kufr and shirk. The Qur'aan Majeed and the Sunnah explain the methodology of Da'wat and Tableegh. The kuffaar have to be informed of the falsity of their beliefs which will deposit them into Jahannam. They have to be incumbently explained that the one and only Absolute Truth is Islam. Islam is the sole repository of Truth and Salvation. All other religions and ideologies are satanic and lead to everlasting perdition in the Hereafter. Compromise with kufr is dilution of the uncompromising rigidity of Tauheed. A discussion with non-Muslims on religious issues which does not highlight their deviation, kufr and shirk, is an accursed trick of Iblees. Under guise of 'tolerance', shaitaaniyat, kufr and shirk are elevated by either ignorant Muslims or by the Munaafiqeen in our midst. "And turn (with repentance) unto Allah in unison (all of you), O Mu'minoon! So that you are victorious." (An-Nur, Aayat 31) Without the reformation of the vast majority of the Ummah, Muslims will remain the contemptible slaves of the Yahood and Nasaara. Allah Ta'ala will not save us from the depredations and oppressions of the kuffaar. Q. What is the status of a Muslim who dies after participating in a political hunger strike? A. Hunger strike is akin to suicide. If the person dies as a result of this, he dies an evil death. Q. I live in a European country where Hijab is banned. Muslims are viewed with suspicion and scorn. Will this country be classified as Daarul Harb? A. All kuffaar countries are Daarul Harb even if Muslims are not persecuted.
