But there is a downside to this historic visit, the ticket sales for both match- es are very slow. This will be a huge embarrassment and a ma- jor negative impact on the Soli- darity campaign for Palestine, in essence a slap in the face. This will totally demoralise the Palestinian team and we can't allow that given all the support we have provided to them in the last 126 days. These tickets are NOT about a soccer match, they are about SOLIDARITY with a nation that has suffered death and se- vere injury totalling 110 000 civilians, they are living through a genocide and the to- tal destruction of their infra- structure with 2 million people internally displaced, with no accommodation, no warm clothes nor blankets in freezing cold. They have lived and died through 75 years of occupation. They've come as guests to our door but we can't even wel- come them with our presence at the stadium. Who is not in pain and who does not sympathize with those afflicted with the prob- lems? This sympathy has pressed me to diagnose the disease and present the reme- dy. It is therefore submitted that the luxury, pleasure, tranquil- lity and comfort which Mus- lims are in search of today, and the road they wish to fol- low, and the remedy they wish to adopt, can never be found under the guidance of the doc- tors, professors and scientists of the west. Muslims are not befooled by „solidarity‟ slogans and by the stupid idea of these footballers serving any good cause for the Palestinians on whom the Athaab of Allah Ta‟ala is cur- rently unfolding. Supporting them in any way whatsoever is HARAAM. Supporting them is to support Kufr in flagrant defi- ance of the Prohibition stated by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). While Palestine is ablaze with the misery and hardship of Divine Chastisement, these fussaaq footballers have fled cowardly from Palestine to bask in luxury, comfort, fisq and fu- joor in other countries, and at the same time deceive stupid people of their being ambassa- dors of Palestine. Only morons, zanadaqhah and murtaddeen are so blocked and dim in the brains to swallow this type of stupidi- ty. Among the worst cowards are those who flee from the Bat- tlefield of Jihaad. Allah Ta‟ala states in the Qur‟aan Majeed: “O People of Imaan! When you clash with the Kuffaar in battle, then do not turn your backs to them (to flee from the Battle- field). Whoever turns his back to them, except as a stratagem for Qitaal (Fighting) or to link up with another group (of Mu- jaahideen), then verily he has invoked the Wrath of Allah, and his abode will be Jahannam. Indeed, vile is that abode.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 15 and 16) Here we have these cowards who were supposed today to have been in Rafa‟ or in the Tunnels or in some Battlefield of Jihaad, are romping, dancing, wining, dining, and prancing like apes, basking in gluttonous, haraam luxury and lying in bed with the kuffaar enemy while their mothers, sisters and chil- dren are being massacred. From this type of activity one can readily comprehend the cause for the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Palestinian rulers are all complicit in the fisq, fujoor and kufr in which their population has been in- dulging in for the past 80 years. Instead of the hardships bring- ing them closer to Allah, it has distanced them incrementally from Allah Ta‟ala. Now that they had crossed the line of re- demption, they are suffering the Athaab. Allah Ta‟ala has warned them and is warning the entire Ummah in the Qur‟aan Shareef: “We shall certainly cause them to taste (firstly) of the lesser Punishment, not the greater punishment, for perhaps they will return (to the Path of Recti- tude and Obedience).” Since the „lesser punish- ment” (Athaab-e-Adnaa) has been scurrilously and rebel- liously ignored by the Palestini- ans, they are now experiencing the Athaab-e-Akbar (the Great- er Punishment). While all true Muslims are emotionally pained by the suffering which Allah‟s Athaab is inflicting on them, we dare not delete Allah Azza Wa Jal from the equation. To do so, is tantamount to kufr – Kufr which deracinates Imaan. Understand well that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that if all man- kind (and jinnkind) unite to grant us any benefit, they will succeed only to the degree Al- lah Ta‟ala has decreed. Con- versely, if all mankind (and jinnkind) unite to cause us harm, the harm will be to the degree decreed by Allah Ta‟ala. Sounding the alarm, and warning us of His Wrath, the Qur‟aan Majeed states: “Turn unto your Rabb (with re- pentance) and submit fully unto Him (with Obedience and Ibaadat) before the Athaab be- falls you, for then you will not be aided. And, follow the Beau- tiful (Shariah) revealed to you from your Rabb before the Athaab suddenly apprehends you without you even realizing (or expecting) it.” (Az-Zumar, 54 and 55) Having ignored these Qur‟aanic warnings and lapping up the filth of western culture thereby abolishing the Shariah, the Muslims of Palestine are now suffering the Divine Penalty. There is no succour other than Allah Ta‟ala. “If He abandons you, then who is there besides Him to help you?” (Qur‟aan). The Taliban had also released a short video clip wherein one of their senior leadership, "Molvi Muttaqi", is speaking to the Shias and assuring them that they will be accepted. I have transcribed this clip and have attached it to this email for Maulana as a PDF. As more and more proofs emerge, I will share those as well, In Shaa Allaah. The Taliban leader, Molvi Muttaqi further made the fol- lowing grotesque false claim: We are pleased to announce that Alhamdulillah, you Ahle Tashayyu (Shias) respect all Sahaabah, Ummahaatul Mu‟mineen and respect all Khulafaa-e-Raashideen. (End of the Brother‟s disserta- tion) Undoubtedly, the Taliban have strayed and have abandoned the Path of the Sunnah. Today they have embraced all the en- emies of Islam after Allah Ta‟ala had sustained them in the war against the superpow- ers of the world. They are to- day in the lap of the U.S., In- dia, China and Iran. The Taliban has embraced these enemies of Muslims, bootlicking them for the jeefah (carrion) of the dunya. For the sake of the monetary and wheat crumbs the enemies are providing, the Taliban have abandoned the Sunnah and the Shariah. Implementation of the Sha- riah is not confined to haphaz- ard whipping and making a pretence of Purdah. The very first fundamental requisite de- manded by Allah Ta‟ala from the Islamic Khilaafate is the Establishment of Salaat. Thus the Qur‟aan Majeed states: “When We grant them power (sovereignty/political power) on earth, they establish Salaat and Zakaat, and they com- mand virtue and prohibit evil.” The Taliban have betrayed Al- lah Ta‟ala, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), Islam and the Ummah. It has no claim to being a Shariah government. The stupid slogans, the hypo- critical clamours of support and solidarity, the fun-shows, the United Nations and all the statements of support of the kuffaar regimes currently in- stalled in the Lands of Islam are of no avail. The only way of gaining Divine Aid and the de- feat of the enemy is Inaabat illallaah. But the irtidaad has extinguished taufeeq of Inaabat, Taubah and under- standing. May Allah Ta‟ala have mercy on us all – on this Ummah sink- ing incrementally in the quag- mire of degradation, disgrace and destruction created by our own fisq, fujoor and kufr. (Continued from page 2) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 4 A Brother from U.S.A., commenting on the Mujahi- deen fighting in Gaza says: “I have a question regard- ing the current situa- tion unfolding in the Gaza Strip. It makes me extremely hap- py to see the filthy Yahood pigs being dispatched to Ja- hannum on a daily basis by the resistant fighters. I know that striving in Allah Ta‟ala‟s path is the key to success. But how should it be done is my question? As far as the dressing is concerned, I am of the opin- ion that a Mujaahid has to be dressed in Sunnah style - a Kurta, Topi/Amaamah and Trousers well above the An- kles. But what we see in Ga- za is quite the opposite. We see clean-shaven brothers with tight jeans and T-Shirts running around with arms taking videos of their achievements as if they are in some Hollywood movie. Allah Ta‟ala forgive me for being judgmental here, but I doubt the Sahaabah ev- er fought in Battle without their Amaamahs , beautiful Kurtahs/Tunics, etc. The Taliban, a prime ex- ample of modern times, also never gave up the Sunnah garb until they fully came into power. Only now are they allowing anyone to join their ranks and have even given their soldiers specific kyffar-style uniforms - uniforms that are not the Sunnah. Maaf if my email does not make sense but I‟m having a hard time trying to make a heads and tail out of this. Obviously we support any- one who stands up to those Yahudi Shayaateen and gives them a hiding. Please comment if my judgment is right or is it like someone just recently told me to keep my mouth shut and be ashamed of my self for criticizing the Mujahi- deen.? JazakAllaah (End of the Brother‟s letter) Our Comment Your concern is valid. The conundrum is perplex- ing. The best is to make dua for the Mujahideen and to leave the incongruen- cies to Allah Ta‟ala. He knows best. Nevertheless, from the Is- lamic perspective, some ex- planation is required for the doubts which the incongru- ency creates. The Palestini- an Muslims were raised and nutured in a culture of crass jahaalat and westernism with it concomitant evils. The Muslims of Palestine as well as the vast majority of the Ummah, were born into a civilization of Ignorance. There was and is practically no Islam, almost nothing of the Shariah, in their lives. They were nutured in the western civilization of fisq, fujoor and kufr. They only knew that they are Muslims. This awareness is the be-all of their Islam. If a Palestinian Muslim stands alongside a Yahoodi, no one can differentiate between the two. Everything outward- ly and practically is the same. It will be no exagger- ation to say that they were born in jeans and t-shirts. No one ever educated them regarding the Sunnah. The vast majority cannot even recite the Qur‟aan Majeed. The Shariah has absolutely no role for them in practical life. In fact, even theoreti- cally, they are ignorant of the Shariah. There are no Ulama-e- Haqq to guide and educate them. The handful of sheikhs in their midst are scholars of the dunya. The Aakhirat is the furthest from their minds. Despite their mas- sive jahaalat, we believe that these Mujahideen are sincere. On the basis of their Ikhlaas, they are receiving limited aid from Allah Ta‟ala to inflict substantial losses and damage to the Yahoodi military. The de- sired Nusrat (Divine Aid) necessary for a resounding victory, is not forthcoming. Such Nusrat is reserved for only the Muttaqeen about whom the Qur‟aan Majeed states: “And, Allah is the Friend of the Muttaqeen” Drowned in jahaalat, their Imaani culture has been de- racinated. They therefore cannot and will not under- stand the Shariah‟s rulings (Continued on page 5) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 5 In his kitaab Bathlul Ma‟oon Fi Fadhlit Taa-oon, Haafiz Ibn Hajar (Rahmatullah alayh) narrates: The Plague of 449 Hijri In the month of Rabi‟ul Aw- wal people came together (in Damascus) to recite Bukhaari and they read Surah Nuh by the Mihraab of the Sahaabah 3363 times according to the dream which someone saw, and they made du‟aa for the removal of the plague. But it (the plague) became more se- vere. (Haafiz Ibn Haajar in Bathlul Ma‟oon Fee Fadhlit Ta‟oon, P. 381) (End of Ibn Hajar‟s comment) The amal of Khatm Bu- khaari and reciting Surah Nooh 3363 to combat the plague has no basis in the Sun- nah. There were plagues dur- ing the times of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Sahaabah, but they had no „special‟ amal other than filling the Musaajid and making dua. In 449 Hijri the bid‟ah amal innovated on the basis of someone‟s dream did not prove beneficial. On the con- trary the plague became severer. Instead of being contented with the method of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Sahaabah, people incline to bid‟ah methods and dreams. This in- clination is actually the effect of an attitude of lack of con- fidence in the methods and Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Sahaabah. Also, why would people re- sort to Khatm of Bukhaari when Khatm of the Qur‟aan Majeed is infinitely superior? Furthermore, khatm of Bu- khari is not an Ibaadat, while khatm of the Qur‟aan Majeed is an ibaadat of the highest merit. Generally the brains of bid‟atis grovel below their nafs, hence they fail to dis- cern the value of superior and Masnoon acts. They derive pleasure in bid‟ah. In times of calamity, people should perform Nafl Salaat, recite the Qur‟aan Majeed and engage in sincere and fervent dua. Everything should be done individually and silent- ly, not congregationally with ostentation. “YOU HAVE NO CHOICE” In the Battle of Uhd, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was seriously in- jured. On this occasion Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) commented: “How can people who draw blood from the face of their Nabi who calls them to Allah, ever be successful?” Allah Ta‟ala then revealed: “You (O Muhammad!) have no choice in the matter. If He wills, he shall forgive them or punish them, for veri- ly they are oppressors.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 128) This Aayat is a reprimand and a reminder of the fact that Allah Ta‟ala is in control. He decrees as He deems appro- priate. No one has the right to complain. Allah Ta‟ala had forgiven even great oppres- sors who then became cham- pions of Islam. pertaining to pictures and dress. In fact, nowadays, most senior Ulama of Deo- band who are supposed to be of the orthodox-Sunnah class, and who proclaim the hurmat of pictures, also indulge in a wholesale manner in videos and haraam internet media such as facebook. What can now be expected from those who never had the benefit of an Islamic back- ground? We can only make dua that Allah Ta‟ala guides the Ummah and protect us all against the kuffaar who are posed to swallow us all. May Allah Ta‟ala forgive the Mujahideen and grant them a resounding victory over the Yahoodi devils. (Continued from page 4) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 6 “DO NOT GRIEVE” Providing solace for the Mut- taqeen, Allah Ta‟ala affection- ately says to them: “Do not be discouraged and do not grieve, for (in the end) you shall be victorious if in- deed you are Mu‟mineen.” Those who claim to be Mus- lims, should examine them- selves to understand if they are indeed Mu‟mineen. The end result for true Mu‟mi- neen will be success and vic- tory.” On the occasion of the prel- ude to the destruction of Bani Israaeel and Musjidul Aqsa, Allah Ta‟ala revealed to His Nabi Armiya (Alayhis sa- laam): “Their Ahbaar (Ulama) and Ruhbaan (Buzrugs/ Sheikhs) have gathered My servants around them. They (the people of Bani Israaeel) are worshipping their Ulama and Buzrugs. Despite having My Kitaab (the Tauraah), they (the Ahbaar and Ruhbaan) have kept the masses in igno- rance. They have induced the people to be forgetful of My remembrance (Thikr). They have cast the people into deception regarding Me. Thus they (the Ulama and Sheikhs) have made My serv- ants who were supposed to worship only Me, to worship them. They (the masses) read (of the Kitaab) whatever their learned ones want them to read. They (the ulama) tag along (bootlick) behind the kings. Thus do they entrap the people in bid‟at and tahreef (interpolation). These learned ones sinning against Me, follow the kings. They observe their pledges to the kings and violate their pledge to Me. Despite being aware of this, they act igno- rantly. They do not derive ben- efit from Ilm. The progeny of the Ambiya is involved in (acts which in- vite) My Wrath and Punish- ment. They are reckless (in their perpetrations) then they expect My aid such as I had bestowed to their pious an- cestors. … What! Are they mocking Me? Are they deceiving Me? Are they flaunting bravery against Me? I take an oath by My Honour that I shall appre- hend them in such fitnah (punishment) which will diso- rient even the wise ones… I shall impose on them the domination of such cruel kings whose hearts will be filled with terror and oppression. I shall remove affection and mercy from their hearts… They will plunder and pillage and transform populated cities into desolation and destruc- tion, and they will spread anar- chy in the land. They will de- stroy and spread bloodshed. Their hearts will be solid stone. They will not think nor delay (in destruction) nor have any mercy. They will not heed anyone‟s cries. They will strut arrogantly screaming and shouting in the market places like roaming lions roar- ing. I take oath by My Glory! I shall make their homes devoid of My Kitaab and My Tasbeeh, and I shall make their gatherings bereft of My Words and devoid of lessons, and I shall make their Mu- saajid desolate, and these buildings (the Musaajid) will remain only for tourists and be adorned for beings other than Allah. The Musaajid will be used for spending the nights (in sleep). They will ac- quire knowledge of the Deen for worldly objectives. Ilm will not be acquired for Amal (practical implementation). I shall then humiliate their rul- ers (the rulers of Muslims). I shall replace peace with fear…” (End of the Wahi) The description of the Ulama and Buzrugs of Bani Israaeel depicted in this Revelation of Allah Ta‟ala aptly fits the Ulama-e-Soo‟ and Buzrugs of this Ummah in this era in which we are. The evils which were the causes for the de- struction of Bani Israaeel are today the causes for the hu- miliation and destruction of the Muslim Ummah. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 7 Hadhrat Zunnun Misri (Rahmatullah alayh), the fa- mous Wali of the 3rd century, said that the basis of the Tareeq (Tasawwuf) consists of four ingredients: 1. Love for the Greatest Be- ing (Allah Ta‟ala) 2. Hatred for the most con- temptible (i.e. the world). 3. Obedience to the Qur‟aan Majeed 4. Fear for one‟s condition (of goodness) changing. Imaan is suspended be- tween fear and hope. No one knows what the morrow holds for him. The Hadith emphasiz- es that “this world is jeefah (carrion)”. Without the Su- hbat of the Saalihoon, the Ummah has become vultures feasting on this earthly jeefah, hence our downfall, humilia- tion and grovelling to lick the boots of the enemies of Allah Ta‟ala, the enemies of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the enemies of Islam. Without Islaah of the Nafs, we will be the victims of the Wahan of which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) warned us. In regard to this, our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “A time will dawn when the (kuffaar) nations will form co- alitions to devour you (Muslims).” When asked if this will be due to the paucity of our number, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “On the contrary, you will be numerous, but you will be Ghutha (muck / flotsam / rub- bish) such as the Ghutha of floodwaters. Allah will elimi- nate from the hearts of your enemies fear for you, and He will instil WAHAN in your hearts.” Asked about the meaning of wahan, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “It is love for the dunya and an aversion for Maut.” For the elimination of wahan Islaah of the Nafs is the funda- mental requisite. DIVINE DISPOSSESSION “Many were the orchards and fountains which they left, and also the plantations and pala- tial homes, and the bounties which they enjoyed. Thus did we make another nation the successors (and owners) to these (bounties). Neither the sky nor the earth wept for them (the dispossessed ones) nor were they granted any reprieve (by Allah Ta‟ala).” (Ad-Dukhaan 26 – 29) WHO IS THE OWNER OF A COUNTRY? “Verily, the earth belongs to Allah. He bestows (its rule and ownership) to whomever He wills. And the ultimate result (of victory) is for the Mut- taqeen.” (Ak-A‟raaf 128) “Say (O Muhammad): „O Al- lah! Owner of Sovereignty, You bestow sovereignty (political domination) to whomever You will, and You snatch away sovereignty from whomever You will.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 26) A country belongs to the nation who conquers it and who asserts its control and domination in the land. A country does not belong to a people by virtue of it having been their birthplace or home- land or ancestral land. It is Allah Azza Wa Jal who snatches away a country from a nation to hand it over to another people who gains control by force of arms. This is the Plan of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It is the way of Allah Ta‟ala to remove one nation from the control of a country and to hand it to another na- tion. This change of regimes is by means of war. It is the divine system for which there is no change. The Qur‟aan Majeed states: “Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Al- lah.” In terms of this law of Al- lah Ta‟ala, ownership and sovereignty of Gazza/Palestine will belong to the people who clinch victory in this war. Only Allah Azza Wa Jal will decree this issue. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 8 “If Allah aids you, none can defeat you. But, if He aban- dons you, then who is there besides Him who can help you?” The modernist „mujaahideen‟ struggling against the kuffaar should understand this Aayat well. They should ruminate on its Message and understand that minus obedience to His Shariah and adoption of the Sunnah, there is no succour and no such Divine Aid which is imperative for a clear victory against the forc- es of the kuffaar coalitions. Bootlicking the American appendage called United Na- tions and the numerous so- called „supporters‟ of the so- called „free world‟ is satanic, deceptive and humiliating for Muslims. Turn truthfully and truly unto Allah Ta‟ala, and this means Inaabat and Itaa-at – Repentance and Obedience, then the tables will be turned. Allah Ta‟ala guides whomev- er He wills. KUFFAAR “O People of Imaan! Do not take your fathers and Your brothers as friends if they pre- fer kufr over Imaan. Whoever befriends them, verily, they are the zaalimoon (oppressors).” (At-Taubah, Aayat 23) While being of service to one‟s kuffaar parents and bretheren is permissible, and while it is necessary to dis- play good moral conduct to- wards them, it is haraam to befriend them. Muwaalaat (friendship) with the kuffaar is haraam. The Qur‟aan Majeed describes as Zaali- moon those who establish friendship with even kuffaar parents and brothers. Thus, Allah Ta‟ala forbade Nabi Ib- raaheem (Alayhis salaam) from supplicating to Allah Ta‟ala for his father who had remained a kaafir. “When it became clear to him (Ibraaheem) that his father was the enemy of Allah, he (Ibraaheem) exonerated him- self from him (his father).” (At-Taubah, Aayat 114) SAYS THE COW- WORSHIPPER Modi, the prime minister of India, the worshipper of idols and drinker of cow-urine, in his speech in parliament and to his cow-worshipping com- patriots and mushrikeen, dis- gorged the following anti- Muslim diatribe: Narendra Modi, the Elected Prime Minister of India ad- dressed the Nation, & Indian Parliament-and gave a speech about the tensions with minor- ities in India in passing CAA Citizen Amendment Act: "In India , live like Indian Hindu. Any minority, from anywhere, if they want to live in India, to work and eat in In- dia , They should speak An Indian Language like Hin- di Gujdrati , Punjabi, Bengali any South Indian language and should respect the Indian Laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, and live the life of Mus- lim's then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law. "India does not need Mus- lim minorities. Such Minori- ties need India, and we will not grant them special privi- leges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'. We will not tolerate disrespect of our Ve- dic HiduSanatan culture. We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland, and France, and the Kashmir - Jammu haulocast of Kashmiri Pundits, if we are to survive as a nation. The Muslims are tak- ing over those countries and they will not take over any part of India. We have shared our land in 1947, creating West & East Pakistan. The In- dian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of Sharia Law and Muslims. "When this honorable legis- lative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the Indian national inter- est first, observing that the Muslims Minorities are not Indians." The politicians in the Indian Parliament gave PM Modi a five minute standing ovation.” AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 9 If Muslims of that largest and filthiest country of idola- ters can find another land to migrate to, then Hijrat is Waajib. However, for obvious reasons, this is not an option for the hundreds of millions of Muslims of India. So what are they supposed to do to counter the looming threat of their identity as Muslims and Believers in Islam being extin- guished? It is essential for Muslims to search for solutions and remedies in the Qur‟aan and Sunnah, not elsewhere, not in bootlicking exercises which can never solve the problems caused by Hindu oppression and brutality. Bani Israaeel, the Muslim Ummah of bygone times, had to suffer greater oppression and brutality than Muslims of today. Fir‟oun, the king of Egypt had ordered the massa- cre and genocide of all male babies – each and every – male infant of Bani Israaeel. Furthermore, they were not allowed to perform Salaat. Referring to the oppression, brutality and mass murder per- petrated by Fir‟oun, the Qur‟aan Majeed states: “Remember when We saved you from the people of Fir‟oun who inflicted a horrendous persecution (punishment) on you. They slaughtered your sons and kept alive your women. In this was a great tri- al from your Rabb.” (Baqarah, Aayat 49, and in a number of other Aayaat) The brutality of Fir‟oun was most horrendous. But, it was a “trial” from Allah Ta‟ala – a punishment for the horren- dous treachery, kufr, fisq and fujoor of Bani Israaeel. It was infinitely worse than the bru- tality with which the Hindu mushrikeen are today threat- ening Muslims in India, and worse than the Yahood brutal- ity currently underway in Pal- estine. The solution for the misery of these calamities which had settled on Bani Israaeel is stat- ed by Allah Ta‟ala in many Verses of the Qur‟aan Majeed. “And We revealed to Musaa and his Brother: „Construct houses for your people in Egypt and make your homes (to face) the Qiblah, and es- tablish Salaat. And give glad tidings (of ultimate victory) to the Mu‟mineen.” (Yoonus, Aayat 87) Currently, the Hindu mush- rikeen are threatening to con- vert the Musaajid in India into temples of idolatry and to compel Muslims to abandon Islam and become Hindu cow -urine drinkers and worship- pers of Hindu idols. Fir‟oun had demolished all the Musaajid of Bani Israaeel to prevent them from performing Salaat. The response of Allah Ta‟ala commanded that they should perform Salaat in their homes and that their homes should face the Qiblah. Whilst in Egypt the Qiblah of Bani Israaeel was the Baitullah in Makkah, and that was the Qiblah of all the Ambiya. Should the Hindu khanaazeer mushrikeen ban Salaat in the Musaajid, it will devolve on Muslims to perform Salaat in their homes. Salaat may not be abandoned. The brutal persecution by Fir‟oun and his people, con- strained Bani Israaeel to complain to Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam). The re- sponse of Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) was: “Fir‟oun said: „Soon shall we kill their sons and keep alive their daughters. Verily, we have power over them.‟ Musa said to his people: „Seek aid from Allah and adopt Sabr (be patient in these trials). Verily, the earth be- longs to Allah. He bestows it to whomever He wills of His servants. (However), the ulti- mate result (of victory) shall be for the Muttaqeen.” (Al-A‟raaf, 127 and 128) This was the solution provided by Allah Ta‟ala, and which Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) prescribed for Bani Israaeel. “Seek help from Allah and adopt Sabr.” Kuffaar meth- ods and bootlicking kuffaar are not the solution. The ways of kuffaar adopted by Muslims will only engender further sinking into the quagmire of degradation prepared by Mus- (Continued on page 10) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 10 lims themselves with their gross disobedience and treach- ery against Allah Ta‟ala. When Bani Israaeel continued with their complaining, Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) said: “Soon will your Rabb destroy your enemy and grant you (power and rule) on earth. Then He will watch how you are conducting (yourselves).” (Al-A‟raaf, Aayat 129) In these Qur‟aanic verses as well as in the Ahaadith is the lesson for Muslims who are suffering under the yoke of kuffaar persecution and op- pression. The only solution is that provided by the Qur‟aan and Hadith, namely: Seek aid from Allah with Sabr and Sa- laat. There is no other way - no other remedy and no other solution for Muslims. Inaabat ilallaah - turning to Allah Ta‟ala with repentance and the renewal of the pledge of Obe- dience, is the only solution. “Verily, Allah is with the Mut- taqeen.” (Qur‟aan) “There is no help except from Allah, the Powerful, the Wise.” (Qur‟aan) “If Allah helps you, no one can defeat you. But if Allah abandons you, then who is there besides Him who can help you?” (Qur‟aan) (Continued from page 9) HINDUS WORSHIP IN INDIA MUSJID “Members of a Hindu priest's family did puja ritu- als in the basement of the Gyanvapi mosque in Vara- nasi, Uttar Pradesh, follow- ing a court order granting permission to worship. Hindutva Rashtriya Hindu Dal members were also ob- served pasting "temple" la- bels on mosque signs. The court order was a re- sult of a plea filed last year, claiming that Hindu priest SomnathVyas had offered prayers there until Decem- ber 1993. Muslims disput- ed the claims, stating that no idols existed in the cellar and the basement was in the possession of the Masjid Committee. However, after the court permitted the Archaeologi- cal Survey of India (ASI) to survey the Gyanvapi mosque complex, "debris" from Hindu idols was re- portedly found, leading to the court's conclusion that a large Hindu temple existed on the site before the mosque was built. The report suggested that during Aurangzeb's reign in the 17th century, the pre- existing temple was de- stroyed, and elements were reused in the mosque's con- struction, including pillars and sculptures found buried in a cellar.” (End of report) Comment: The Hindu de- filement of the Musjid is the consequence of the Curses of the Musjid. When Mus- lims violate the Huqooq of the Musjid, it invokes the La‟nat of Allah Ta‟ala for the evil community. This defilement of the Musjid is a form of Allah‟s punish- ment for Muslims. NASEEHAT FOR THE MUTTAQEEN The Naseehat which is pro- vided in these pages is the echo of the Qur‟aan Majeed. Allah Ta‟ala mentions in His Qu‟raan Majeed: “This Bayaan (advice/ discourse) is for mankind, and it is a guidance and a lesson for the Mutaqeen.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 138) Those who lack Taqwa will not heed the advice of Allah Ta‟ala. Their lack of under- standing is the effect of dark- ened souls – darkened by gross sin and transgression. They will continue to wallow in abject disgrace, bootlicking and confusion. Describing such people of intransigence, the Qur‟aan Majeed says that they are “like animals” or even “worse than animals.” AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 11 A Brother writes: “I would like to share my ex- perience that we had in Pales- tine. A few years ago, some time before COVID, our Jamaat spent some time in the Pales- tine region. We happened to be there during the month of Ramadhan. I have noticed, apart from the Tableeghi Murkaz and maybe one or two more masaajid, we never found any masjid reading full 20 rakaats of taraweeh, nor did any masjid have a com- plete khatam of Quraan in Ta- raweeh. But what seemed to trouble me the most was the norm in Pal- estine that takes place in most areas during the month of Ramadhan. Every day at the time of iftaar the norm is, the muezzin gives the adhaan and everyone has their iftaar feast at home but no one comes to the masjid for Maghrib, not even the imaam sometimes. Some masaajid that we stayed in, even the muezzin after giv- ing the adhaan proceeds home for his iftaar feast, without performing the salaah in ja- maat in the masjid. Maghrib salaah with jamaat was almost non-existent throughout the month of Ramadhan.” (End of letter) The wholesale destruction of numerous Musaajid in Gaz- za by the Yahood of Israel is a sequel, more appropriately an Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal, which has occurred after a res- pite of about 75 years. Kuffaar are able to physi- cally destroy Musaajid only after Muslims themselves have spiritually destroyed the Mu- saajid. Musaajid are dedicated for the Ibaadat of Allah Ta‟ala. When this sole objective is abandoned – when Muslims no longer fulfil the Huqooq (Rights) of the Musaajid – when Muslims convert the Musaajid into tourist attrac- tions for the invasion of kuffaar wallowing in najaasat and janaabat – when Muslims equate the Musaajid to tem- ples, then there is no longer justification for the existence of the Musaajid. When such a lamentable state prevails in the Muslim community regarding the Mu- saajid, then the Athaab of Al- lah Azza Wa Jal comes in the form of kuffaar desecrating, pillaging, defiling and physi- cally destroying the Musaajid in the manner in which the Ya- hood are currently doing with the Permission of Allah Ta‟ala. Musjidul Aqsa was handed to the kuffaar seven times by Allah Ta‟ala to punish Mus- lims for having polluted and defiled this Sacred Citadel of Islam. Referring to two such occasions of destruction, the Qur‟aan Majeed says: “And, when the second Promise came, so that they (the kuffaar) disfigure your faces and so that they pene- trate the Musjid (Musjidul Aqsa) as they had entered the first time, and so that they ut- terly destroy whatever they overrun.” (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 7) Bukht Nasar (Nebucanezzar) – the Fire-Worshipper – was the first kaafir king to pillage and plunder Bani Israaeel. With his army he invaded Jerusalem and utterly defiled and de- stroyed Musjidul Aqsa and Jerusalem. The second conqueror was Khardoosh, The Greek. Jaaloot (Goliath) had also de- stroyed Musjidul Aqsa. The massive upheaval cur- rently occurring in Palestine is a recurrence of the Athaab of Allah Ta‟ala. Today the kuffaar of Bani Israaeel have been empowered by Allah Ta‟ala to pillage and plunder the Muslims of Palestine and to destroy the Musaajid which Muslims themselves had first spiritually destroyed. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “There will dawn an age when nothing will remain of Islam but its name; nothing will re- main of the Qur‟aan but its text. The Musaajid will be ornate structures bereft of Hidaayat.” We are now in that age. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 12 ons are the bootlickers of their western masters – Al-Haq) Following in their footsteps, adopting and affiliating with their political stunts will not provide the desired solution and remedy to the ills of the Ummah. As a matter of fact, the correct cure, the right road, the proper diagnosis of the causes, the prescription and the medicine is the Kitaab of Allah (the Qur‟aan and Shariah) which the Greatest Physician, the Master Hakeem, the Gracious Rasool (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) came with. Only that (the Kitaab of Allah) can diagnose our sicknesses and explain its causes. Its prescrip- tions can eliminate the viruses, and by virtue of it (the Qur‟aan) we can live a life of peace even in this dunya. The reason for the above is that just as every person‟s dis- position is different and hence his treatment differs. Similarly the disposition of every nation differs and the sickness and treatment for every nation are therefore respectively differ- ent. Thus, if any nation can attain the pinnacle of progress on earth through self- centredness and ostentation, and that nation can find pleas- ure and happiness in idol- worship, it is not conceivable for the Muslim Nation to choose, Allah forbid, such a course of action and adopt such ways to achieve glory and comfort in this world. In fact, even if such actions and ways are antidotes for oth- er nations then the same is poi- sonous for the Muslim Nation. (Here Hadhrat Masihullah – Rahmatullah alayh – is draw- ing our attention to the stupid „remedy‟ which the western bootlickers offer. For them success and glory are to be found in western technology and mundane progress. Whilst these are the tools for the suc- cess of the kuffaar, the success of the Ummah is reliant on something else as Hadhrat Masihullah explains further on – Al-Haq) The Book of Cure, the Qur‟aan Kareem has diag- nosed our sickness in this manner: “Whoever turns away from My remembrance and obedi- ence then truly his life in this world will become misera- ble.” (Surah Taha, Aayat 124) The Tafseer of this is that the one punishment for sinning is indolence and lethargy which will overcome one in Ibaadat, one‟s life will become stressed out and one will look for pleasure but will not find it. Furthermore: “When you (O Muslims) were overcome with the misfortune of defeat (in the Battle of Uhud), whereas they (the dis- believers) were hit with double the misfortune (at Badr), then you (O Muslims!) said: „What has happened!‟ Say (O Mu- hammad): „It is on account of your erroneous judgement (of abandoning the mountain pass against the instructions of the Rasool Sallallahu alayhi_wa- sallam).” (Surah Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 165) The diagnosis reveals that the cause of the disease is thus sin and transgression. Now, the Qur‟aan prescribing the only cure, states: “Whoever is obedient to Allah and His Rasool, most certainly he has attained a magnificent success.” (Surah Ahzaab, Aayat 71) Thus, Haq Ta‟ala has inextri- cably interwoven the glory and victory of this Ummah in this world, as well as everlasting pleasure, success and salvation in the Aakhirat in His Taa‟at (submission and obedience to Him). Sin and transgression are le- thal poisons for the disposition of the Muslim Nation. The on- ly treatment and medication for all our sicknesses and for the obtainal of complete divine help and victory are Taubah and Itaa‟at (contrition and sub- mission). (Inaabat ilal laah – to turn un- to Allah Ta‟ala in repentance and obedience which envisage adoption of the Sunnah and following the Shariah meticu- lously – is the one and only solution and remedy for the ills, misery and humiliation in which the Ummah grovels to- (Continued from page 1) (Continued on page 13) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 13 day – Al-Haq) “O Believers! Turn to the Doors of Allah with sincere contrition.” (Surah Tahreem, Aayat 8) It should be noted that it is the obligatory duty of every Mus- lim to protect the Shi‟aar of Islam (the Salient Features of Islam) and it devolves as a first responsibility upon Mus- lim leaders to strive and drive tirelessly and relentlessly to protect and preserve the Fea- tures of Islam. (Alas! For us, today, this is a pipe dream. The preponderance of boot- licking molvis, fake sheikhs, juhhaal, fussaaq and fujjaar leaders confirms that the reformation of this Ummah is now left to Imaam Mahdi – alayhis salaam). If, Allah Ta‟ala forbid, any- thing unfavourable emanates from the authorities then bring this to their attention through repeated correspondence. If unsuccessful, then never adopt an anarchical approach. (i.e. Do not embark on „jihad‟ pro- grams orchestrated by the likes of the C.I.A. of America and the IS of Pakistan. These „jihad‟ programs are pure an- archy – Al-Haq). Adopt Sabr and Dua, and dili- gently engage in moral refor- mation. Supplicate to Allah Ta‟ala. The One Who holds absolute power and Who is the True Benefactor will grant you succour in your hour of need just as it transpired in the inci- dent of the As-haab Feel (Army of the Elephants). It is His promise: “Surely We shall help Our Messengers and the Believers, in this world and on the Day of Qiyaamat.” (Surah Mu-min, Aayat 51) Furthermore, He proclaims: “Besides that (i.e. the Garden of Paradise), there is some- thing else which you love, (O Muslims!). Listen to this won- derful news: the Help of Allah (is with you) and also immi- nent victory.” (Surah Saff, Aayat 13) (But this Nusrat and Fatah are totally reliant on an Ummah who has cultivated a high degree of morality and spiritual stamina – Al-Haq) Again, Allah Ta‟ala says: “Don‟t lose courage and don‟t grieve. You will be dominant if you are True Believ- ers.” (Surah Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 139) (The imperative requisite for this Victory is to become “True Mu‟mineen”. This can- not be achieved by means of western technology. The Path- way for its acquisition is in the spirituality and simplicity which radiantly shone from the Cave of Hira – Al-Haq) (Continued from page 12) Reports in the Indian press state: “UttarakhandWaqf Board says its madrasas will begin teach- ing deity Ram‟s story from March. The board‟s chairper- son said that Indian Muslims „should follow Ram because we are not Arabs‟. The UttarakhandWaqf Board has said that madrasas under it will teach the story and values of Hindu deity Ram to stu- dents, The Indian Express re- ported on Monday. The move is said to be a part of a drive to modernise mad- rasas and introduce the sylla- bus of the National Council of Educational Research and Training in the institutions. UttarakhandWaqf Board chairperson Shadab Shams said the change will first be implemented in one madrasa each in Dehradun, Haridwar, Udham Singh Nagar and Nain- ital in March and later extend- ed to other institutions. There are 415 madrasas in Uttarakhand, of which 117 are under the state Waqf Board, according to Dainik Jagran. “The way the entire country is celebrating the consecration of Shri Ram in Ayodhya, we thought we should teach Shri Ram in the four modern mad- rasas we are starting from the March session,” Shams, a for- mer BharatiyaJanata Party spokesperson in the state, said. “There is even a quote attribut- (Continued on page 14) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 14 Along the route during the Expedition of Tabook, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) with his army passed by the destroyed towns of the nation of Thamud. The name of this re- gion was Hijr. When they reached this region Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) instructed the army to recite Istighfaar in abundance and to exit from this accursed place with extreme haste. They were not permitted to drink from the water of this region. Due to circumstances, they had to camp one night in this area. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) ordered that no one should venture out alone from the camp. When Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) passed by the ruins of the buildings of Thamud, he covered his face with his shawl, and spurred his mount to move swiftly from the ac- cursed place. Then Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When you pass by the settle- ments of oppressors and trans- gressors (who had been destroyed by the punishment of Allah Ta‟ala), then run and recite Istighfaar to avoid us also become afflicted sudden- ly with a similar calamity.” Cover your faces, run, flee and recite Istighfaar was the command of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), but today Muslims spend huge sums of money to go sight-seeing the accursed re- gion of the Dead Sea where the homosexual nation of Na- bi Loot (Alayhis salaam) was utterly destroyed by the Pun- ishment of Allah Ta‟ala. ed to [poet and philosopher] Allama Iqbal in which he re- fers to Lord Ram as Imam-e- Hind [Leader of India].” The state Waqf Board chief added: “Indian Muslims should follow Ram because we are not Arabs. The avenue has been thrown wide open for shirk and idol- atry even in the countries which were previously Lands of Islam. Today all these countries, without a single exception, have become Daarul Harb. (Continued from page 13) There are different reasons for misfortunes and calamities befalling people. Hadhrat Shaikh Abdul Qaadir Jeelani (Rahmatullah alayh) explained that sometimes the reason is to compensate for sins committed and sometimes the hardships are for elevation of ranks. The sign of a calamity be- ing a punishment is lack of Sabr (patience), frustration, despondency and complaining to others. The sign of a calam- ity being a compensation (kaffaarah) for sins is that the person is granted taufeeq of Sabr Jameel (Beautiful Pa- tience). There is no complaint, no frustration and no de- spondency. Furthermore there is no lethargy in fulfilling obli- gations and ibaadat. The sign of a calamity be- ing for elevation of ranks is Ridha bil Qadha, i.e. content- ment with the decree of Allah Ta‟ala. One is at peace and tranquillity. This remains the state until the elimination of the calamity. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 15 In the year 1258 AD (675 A.H), there lived a tyrant Mongolian leader by the name of Hulagu Khan (Halaku), who invaded Baghdad and killed thousands of Muslims. This paved the way for Christian missionaries to preach Christi- anity and convert Muslims openly. Hulagu himself was married to a Christian woman. One day, a delegation of the most notable Christians head- ed for Baghdad to attend a grand party to celebrate the conversion of a key Mongoli- an leader to Christianity. The Mongolian leader had his fa- vourite hunting dog on a leash nearby. One of the Christians then be- gan congratulating the Mongo- lian leader on his wise deci- sion and then proceeded to re- vile the blessed character of our Beloved Rasul (sallallahu alayhi wasallam [Supposedly in order to discourage them from accepting Islam]. The dog started acting violent- ly and jumped on the Chris- tian, scratching him badly. It took several men to make the dog let go of the Christian. One of the attendees turned to the Christian and said, “The dog did this because of what you said about Muhammad (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).” The Christian brushed aside the man‟s comment and arro- gantly said, “No, that was not the reason for the dog‟s reac- tion. When I was speaking, I pointed with my hand and the dog thought that I was going to hit him.” The Christian appeared un- moved by the incident and continued to insult the Holy Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). At that time the dog, in such a rage, cut itself loose, jumped on the Christian and sank its molars in the man‟s neck. It snatched his throat out and the man died immediately. This incident caused 40,000 Mongolians who were present there to embrace Islam. [Ad-Durar Al- Kaaminah, Vol.2, p. 202] [The commander here was Berke Khan Rahimahullah, who after accepting Islam, de- feated many hordes of his Mongol cousins and freed many Muslim lands]. Thus does Allah cast filth on those who have no Imaan.” (Al-An‟aam, Aayat 125) Hidaayat (Guidance) is from only Allah Ta‟ala. A person will accept Imaan only if Allah Ta‟ala has de- creed it for him. Nothing can guide someone destined for Jahannam. DUA OF THE MALAAIKAH “The Malaaikah who bear the Arsh (Throne) and the Malaaikah floating around it glorify Him and they recite the praises of their Rabb. They believe in Him and they seek forgiveness for the Mu‟mineen. They (supplicate): „Our Rabb! Your Mercy and Knowledge en- compass everything. Forgive those who repent and follow Your path, and save them from the punishment of the scorching blaze (Jahannam).” (Al-Mu‟min, Aayat 7) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 16 “Those who believed that they will be meeting Allah, said: „Many were the small groups which had defeated large armies with the permis- sion of Allah. And, Allah is with the Saabireen.‟ (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 249) Montenegro is a small re- gion/province in former Yu- goslavia. There are many Mus- lim villages in Montenegro. Islam was introduced here by Turkey during the Ottoman Khilaafate. Some time prior to 1900, after the Turks were defeated and expelled from this coun- try, the Christian king, Nicho- las having resolved to perpe- trate genocide to exterminate the Muslim community, dis- patched a large army. The Muslims of the towns Plav, Gusinje and other sur- rounding villages decided to give battle to the Christians. A small army of these Mus- lims, taking the Name of Allah Ta‟ala, set out to confront the large Christian army which vastly outnumbered the group of Mujaahideen. As usual the Christian army was vastly superior in military equip- ment. Alhamdulillah, the small Muslim „army‟ did not wait for the kuffaar to enter the villages. They met and clashed with the kuffaar long before the Christians reached the villages. A fierce battle took place. Innumerable kuffaar soldiers were killed and wounded while only a handful of Muslims gained Shahaadat. The Christian army was de- cisively routed. The battle was alongside a river which had become red with the blood of the kuffaar killed by the Muslims. They fled like dogs with tails between the legs. Alhamdulillah, this small Taaifah of Muslims gained a resounding victory by the per- mission and Nusrat of Allah AzzaWaJal. The Christian king was ap- palled and shocked when his severely mauled army returned defeated. He went into a fit of rage screaming that they had disgraced him. The soldiers informed the king: “We could not win. We saw such horses with one jaw on the earth and another jaw in the sky. There were men wearing white tur- bans on horses with whips. They struck their whips which cut our heads.” To this day these villages are Muslims although not of the quality of the Mujaahi- deen who had routed the Christians with the permission of Allah Ta‟ala. This information has been provided by a Montenegro Muslim Sister who has set- tled in the U.S.A. She also commented as follows: “Alhamdulillah, even before I knew about The Majlis, the Islam you teach was in my veins. I had understood this Islam which you teach, from my father and from my socie- ty. If I did not stumble on The Majlis, I could not have adhered to pure Islam. It is lost and people would say that I am insane. If it was not for the Haqq you are teaching, Nauthubil- lah, I would have been on social media and all its evils. The Majlis has saved my soul, Jazaakallah khayran katheeran.” THE NUSRAT OF ALLAH “Does it not suffice for you that your Rabb aids you with three thousand Malaaikah (specially) dispatched (to rein- force and aid you)?” “Certainly! If you have Sabr and adopt Taqwa, and the ene- my attack you this instant, your Rabb shall aid you with five thousand marked Angels (in heavenly battledress)…so that He may destroy a division of the kuffaar or disgrace them, and that they return (flee) as losers (defeated).” (Aal-e-Imraan 124 – 127) In the Battle of Badr, the Malaaikah had white turbans. In the Battle in Montenegro, the Malaaikah also donned white turbans. The Nusrat of Allah Ta‟ala which is denied to the Palestinians, is reliant on Taqwa. And, Taqwa is the effect of total submission to the Shariah which is the very antithesis of bootlicking the kuffaar – the disease in which Muslims are wallowing in to- day. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 17 The illustrious Sultan Mahmood Ghaznawi, the king of India during the 4th Islamic era, was famous for destroying idols. The chief Hindu idol god was called Somnaat. Somnaat was the almighty deity of the Hindus. Its size was 4.5 me- ters. The Hindu king who ruled a region of India had made the most elaborate ar- rangements for the upkeep of Somnaat. The income of about 2000 towns was dedicated for the maintenance of Somnaat. 2000 priests were stationed in the temple housing the idol. Five hundred singing girls and 300 men lived in the temple to serve this idol. When the Sultan was in- formed of Somnaat, he re- solved to destroy the idol. He set off with his army and en- gaged the enemy in battle. By the grace of Allah Ta‟ala he was victorious. When he was about to destroy the idol, the Hindus desparetly pleaded with him to spare the idol. In lieu they would pay a huge amount of wealth. The Sultan consulted with his advisers. All of them ad- vised to accept the large amount of wealth offered. They were of the opinion that sparing one idol will not harm the Muslims in any way while the wealth will be of consider- able benefit. However, Sayyid Mas‟ood Ghazi (Rahmatullah alayh) rejected this opinion. Sparing the idol is akin to idol worship, he said. The Sultan is famed for breaking idols. If he succumbs to the advice of the advisers, he will become known as a seller of idols. Although the advice of Say- yid Mas‟ood appealed to him, he was still hesitant. That same afternoon in his sleep he saw himself in a dream on the Plains of Qiyaamah being dragged to Jahannam by an Angel who proclaimed: “This man is an idol-seller!”. Another Angel appeared and said: “No! He is an idol destroyer.” The Sultan‟s eyes opened. He immediately is- sued the command for the idol to be destroyed. It was then that he discovered that the in- terior of the idol was filled with precious stones. Thus, Sultan Mahmood (Rahmatullah alayh) profusely expressed Shukr to Allah Ta‟ala for having saved him from being an idol-seller. Islam came to destroy idolatry. Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis sa- laam) was the first destroyer of idols. The mission of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Sahaabah was the destruction of idols. Thus, the very first act on the occasion of the Conquest of Makkah was the destruction of the 360 idols which were housed in the Ka‟bah. There is no crime and vil- lainy more abhorrent to Allah Azza Wa Jal than the shirk of idolatry. The Qur‟aan Majeed is replete with the theme of the abhorrent shirk of idola- try. Thus, even pictures of an- imate objects are not tolerat- ed by Islam. But today we find Arabs promoting the ac- cursed shirk of idolatry. The Arab American backyard sur- rogates – the Gulf States – are forging ahead by leaps and bounds to lick the filthy cow (Continued on page 18) Principles of the Shariah Concerning Practices Hazrat Maulana Masihullah (Rahmatullahi alaih) said: “If something is permissible, however if there is fear of dis- grace and insult in doing it, then abstain from that permis- sible act. In like manner, if some- thing is Mustahab, but it is beset with makrooh and munkar factors (i.e. that which are reprehensible and abhor- rent in the Shariah) then ab- stain from such a Mustahab act. If, however, the act is among the Waajibaat (the ob- ligatory acts) and makroohaat and munkaraat have set in then the makroohaat and mun- karaat shall be eliminated. The waajib act shall not be discarded. These are Shar‟i Principles which should be remembered and implemented. If you im- plement these, you will never grind to a halt in confusion.” AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 18 “O Ibraaheem! Refrain from this. Verily, the Command (of punishment) of your Rabb has been decreed. Verily, there shall come to them a punishment which cannot be warded off.” (Hood, Aayat 76) Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis sa- laam), Khaleelullah (The Friend of Allah) supplicated for the punishment to be averted from the nation of Na- bi Loot (Alayhis salaam). The Malaaikah ordered him to desist from his effort of dua for the people earmarked for destruction. Despite his rank and proximity to Allah Ta‟ala, his supplications could not turn the course of the Decree of Athaab. The Punishment was already decreed, hence it will run its course. The same applies today to Palestine. Our duas will not cancel the Athaab. The Athaab is the Decree of Allah Ta‟ala, and it will run its pre- scribed course. Every person killed, every person wounded and every building demolished are all the effects of the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. “Our Punishment cannot be averted from a nation of criminals.” (Yusuf, Aayat 111) -manure boots of the Hindus of India. (Continued from page 17) Question It's reported that during the persecution of the Muslims in Spain, two fatwas from Algeri- an Maliki Ulama were issued at that time. One fatwa known as the Al - Wahrani Fatwa stated that Muslims can stay in Spain if they are unable to migrate. It continues to state that Muslims can drink and eat pork to save their lives (when forced to) provided they don't say it's ha- laal. In their minds and hearts they should know and believe drinking alcohol is haraam. This fatwa even allowed Muslims to prostrate to the statues of Jesus and Mariam if asked to do so as a test (to save their lives). But it added they must have in their hearts and niyyah and consciousness that they are making sujood to Allah Ta'ala, and not to the statues ,i.e. they can control your body but cannot control your mind. The fatwa of Al - Wansharisi, on the other hand, did not allow Muslims to stay in Spain and made Hi- jrat mandatory (to save their Imaan and Islam). Eventually, however, the Muslims were finally expelled from Spain. Is it correct that both fatwas could be valid today and prac- ticed by Muslims facing perse- cution? Those who cannot mi- grate follow Al Wahrani and those who could migrate fol- low Al Wansharisi? Answer Both fatwas are correct. These evils will become permissible only if there is no option of escape. Eating pork and prostrating to idols are not permissible in the scenarios of persecu- tion prevailing today. No one is forced today by the enemy to prostrate to idols. The ene- my kills Muslims because they are Muslim. Neverthe- less, if there is such a situation where Muslims are forced to consume haraam and wor- ship idols to save their lives, then it will be permissible. An Israeli military analyst was cited by Al-Jazeera as making the following assessment of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza: “In the 2006 war with Hezbollah in Lebanon, we found the forest, but we did not find the trees, but when we entered the Gaza Strip, we did not find the forest or the trees”. Indeed, in the 157 days of a most destructive war on the tiny and besieged Strip, neither a forest nor a tree have been found. But what is the logical explanation of this? In short, „passive de- fense‟. What is Passive Defense? The basic definition of passive defense, according to Merriam- Webster, is “a defense designed solely to resist in place or mini- mize the effects of an attack against a specified area, position, or front.” When this principle is applied in the military field, it looks some- thing like this: “A set of measures taken to reduce vulner- ability and minimize the poten- tial damage caused by the attack of enemy forces”. If the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation on October 7 was indeed, as many analysts, including Israe- lis, agree, “the largest strategy deceptive operation” ever suf- fered by the Israeli army, leading the country‟s “largest intelli- gence failure”, then the war which followed is the greatest passive defense operation ever carried in any Middle Eastern war. Change of Tactics Not only did the Palestinian re- sistors in Gaza manage to absorb the initial shock of unprecedent- ed firepower ever used by any standing army in decades, but it also managed to lure the Israeli army into numerous ambushes, leading to the destruction of an unprecedented number of Merkava tanks and other mili- tary vehicles. Thousands of Israeli soldiers must have been killed and wounded in these televised at- tacks, though Israel only admits to a much smaller number. And it seems that whatever the Israeli army does to change tac- tics, thus regaining the initiative, the outcome is the same, simply because the Resistance, too, con- stantly changes its tactics. Aid trucks and people seeking food from these trucks are fired on and mowed down by the bru- tal Israeli soldiers. Now some have been killed by „aid- food‟ dropped by the U.S. Satan. Al Jazeera reporting from Rafah, says: “There are reports of at least five people being crushed to death after being hit by aid packages airdropped to Gaza. The parachute that was used to airdrop the aid did not open, causing the boxes to fall on people who were gathering in large numbers to collect the aid, the correspondent said. Two people were killed on the spot while three were severely injured and later died at Kamal Adwan Hospital, according to initial reports.” If it was not for the grue- some reality of the conflagra- tion in Palestine, the dropping of aid from the sky by the US would have been a comi- cal stupidity and shrugged off as nonsense. In fact despite the current suffering and brutality in which the Palestin- ians are languishing, this US „aid‟ program is a stupid, but cruel programme. The aid-dropping is a silly, ugly cosmetic on the ugly U.S. face to deceive stupid people into believing that it engages in humanitarian ac- tivities and that it is con- cerned with the mammoth and heart-rending problems of the Palestinians who are be- ing hourly massacred by the U.S surrogate, Israel. On the one hand the US drops from the air some crumbs of carrion and poison as food for the starving mass- es, and on the other hand it (the US) is arming and fully supporting Israel in executing the ongoing crime of mass murder and genocide. The genocide is in all reality the plot of the US. While both the US and the Yahood of Israel are the engineers of the geno- cide, the US pretends to be a „peacemaker‟ when in reality this brutal war is executed and sustained by only the US. Israel by itself is a piece of nonsense. Today, the US is the only so -called „superpower‟. It has over a hundred military bases all over the world. Only those who are extremely dim or be- reft of even a vestige of intel- ligence will believe that the US is unable to open up a land corridor for the safe en- try and distribution of food in Gaza. But this satanic „superpower‟ pretends to be impotent against its puny sur- rogate Israeli entity. Currently in India there is considerable oppression and persecution of Muslims. In the light of the recent conversion of a large Musjid into a tem- ple of idolatry by the cow- dung and urine consumers, Pundit Arshad having lost his Imaani bearings, and has drifted far from the Deen. In- ordinate fear had blinded him into stupidity and ranting nonsense. Instead of turning to Allah Ta‟ala with Is- tighfaar, Inaabat and Ibaadat, the miserable Pundit Arshad deemed it honourable to lick the filthy cow-dung-cow urine boots of the mushrik Hindus. There was no need for the chap to have commented. Si- lence would have been best. Silence in the face of Hindu brutality is understandable and acceptable. Speaking rub- bish in order to bootlick is never acceptable. His stupid, baseless comment was de- signed purely for appeasing the dung and urine idolaters. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 22 “There is no aid except from Allah, The Mighty, The Wise.” (Qur‟aan) This is the reality and the truth which Muslims fail to understand, hence they lick the boots of the kuffaar for help, and despite all the hu- miliating bootlicking, aid is still not forthcoming from the kuffaar. The current genocide in Gazza has more than ade- quately confirmed the veracity of the Qur‟aan which declares: “If Allah helps you, no one can vanquish you, and if He abandons you, then who is there besides Him to help you?” (Qur‟aan) The entire world looks on and spectates the brutal geno- cide being executed by a tiny Yahoodi copro-entity. With staggering impotency all the countries of the entire world sit as idle spectators witness- ing the brutal extermination of a whole nation. Muslims today are only Muslim by birth. But there is no Imaan in their hearts. That is why the Qur‟aan Majeed is meaningless and has be- come for them antique. We are in the age regarding which the Hadith says: “A time will dawn when the people (so-called Muslims) will gather in their Musaajid and perform Salaat while not a single one will be a Mu‟min.” An Imaam/Shaikh in Rafah laments: “Gaza receives Ramadan with „grief, starvation and blood‟: Imam in Rafah Nader Abu Sharekh, an Islamic preacher, has told Al Jazeera from Rafah that “the whole world has for- saken” Gaza. “We address Muslims in every corner of the world. How can you accept seeing Gaza people suffer in this holy month,” he said. Abu Sharekh said Gaza‟s resi- dents are “forsaken, left with nothing, not even potable wa- ter”, adding that “people in the north of Gaza are forced to eat animal fodder”. “Israel is slaughtering our peo- ple, innocent women and chil- dren … There is not a single house that is not mourning the loss of loved ones. And above all, we are starving to death,” he said. “The Gaza people are receiv- ing Ramadan, the holy month, with grief, sadness, starvation and blood,” he conclud- ed.” (End of report) Advice for the Imam and for all Muslims of like- thinking From the spiritual perspec- tive, the lament of the Imam is tantamount to shirk. The Imam appears to be unaware of the teachings of the Qur‟aan Majeed. The people of the world have forsaken the Ummah of Gazza because Allah Ta‟ala has abandoned them. The Athaab of Allah Ta‟ala has struck, hence no one is able to thwart the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The punishment will run its prescribed course. Instead of taking lesson from the mammoth catastro- (Continued on page 23) UMAR & THE YAHOODI ONCE HADHRAT UMAR (Radhiyallahu anhu) saw an old blind man begging. He asked the man: “Who are you?” The Man: “I am a Yahudi”. Hadhrat Umar: “What has driven you to begging?” Yahudi: “Payment of Jizyah, the need for food and old age.” This grieved Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu). He took the Yahudi affection- ately by the hand and led him to his (Umar‟s) home where he presented to him whatever he had. Then he instructed the keeper of the Baitul Maal: “Investigate this person and other needy ones of this class. By Allah! It is not justice that whilst the Zimmis are young, we impose Jizyah on them. But when they are old and in- firm, we leave them to beg.” Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) ordered that the Jizyah be waived from poor Zimmis. He further ordered monthly stipends to be paid to them. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 23 HADHRAT KHU- ZAAI'S KARAAMAT The cruel tyrant, Khalifah Waathiq of the Abbaasi Dyn- asty had personally executed Hadhrat Ahmad Bin Nasr Khu- zaai (rahmatullah alayh) for his resolute proclamation of the Haqq regarding the question of Khalq-e-Qur'aan (i.e. whether the Qur'aan is a created object or not). When the Ulama-e- Soo' (evil scholars) who were the lackeys of Waathiq, the Khalifah, had pronounced the decree of kufr, then Waathiq himself cut off the blessed head of Hadhrat Khuzaai (rahmatullah alayh). The Khalifah ordered that his body be hung up for public display as a lesson to those who denied the official bid'ah version promoted by the Mu'tazili sect. The blessed head was sent to Baghdad and put up for display. It remained on public display for two years. The mubaarak head did not deteriorate. Instead, a won- derful karaamat (miracle) was manifested. From the moment his head was severed, the Tilaawat of the Qur'aan could be heard emanating from it. This Tilaawat continued as long as the head was up for public display. The new Khalifah, Muta- wakkil billaah who was a staunch follower of the Sun- nah, ordered the body and the head to be buried with honour. He apprehended the Ulama-e- Soo' who were responsible for this perfidy and brutality, and had them executed. phe of this Athaab and turn- ing unto Allah Ta‟ala with Taubah and Taa-at, the Imaam and generally all Muslims are looking askance at the kuffaar, begging and bootlicking the enemies of Allah Ta‟ala. But all their bootlicking yields no good results. The kuffaar cannot allevi- ate the starvation, they cannot stop the murder, massacres and genocide. Only Allah Az- za Wa Jal can turn the tables. Whatever is happening is by the decree of Allah Ta‟ala. The solution is not bootlick- ing the kuffaar. The solution is Inaabat ilallaah which en- tails Taubah, Taa-at and Ibaadat. (Continued from page 22) KHILAAFAT Q. Many times we hear from Ulama and some senior Ula- ma as well, that we are living in and experiencing a con- strained situation like that of the Meccan period during the time of our Prophet alayhi as- salaam. This is the main rea- son why we cannot establish the Islamic Khilafah system with Islamic judiciary and counsel. On the hand we are told that how fortunate we are that we enjoy such freedoms in South Africa that cannot even be found in Muslim countries. We have freedom of religion which cannot be found else- where. Are we in an era such as the Meccan period? A. The comments of the Ula- ma which you have mentioned are nonsensical. They are far, very far from the mark. We are not in the „Meccan‟ peri- od. Khilaafate can be estab- lished only by the Sword of Jihad. But the Ummah has become spineless, hopeless and treacherous. Muslims nowadays excel in the art of bootlicking the kuffaar. This is the problem. In the Meccan period there was no bootlicking. On the contrary, Muslims were tor- tured and killed for their Imaan. How can we be in the „Meccan‟ period when these same molvis say that „we have freedom of religion‟? Q. I recently came across information in an article where a Mufti equates the Khilafah ruling to Zakaah. He says it’s just a part of Is- lam and its existence is not of importance. A. We do not know what the Mufti means by equating Khilaafat to Zakaat. In fact, it is of a lower status than Zakaat. Zakaat is Fardh. Deni- al of Zakaat renders one a Murtad. Khilaafat despite its extreme importance is Waajib, not Fardh as is Zakaat. We do not understand the understatement of „just a part of Islam‟. Every part of Islam is of extreme im- portance. It is stupid and disgusting to say that Khilaafat is „not of importance‟. Since he has equated Khilaafat to Zakaat, it follows on the basis of his logic that Zakaat too is not of im- portance. Such a belief is kufr. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 70 Page 24 Q. Should Muslims boycott Jewish businesses? All of them are financially support- ing Israel. A. In general, it is correct to abstain from aiding and deal- ing with those kuffaar who are oppressing and persecuting Muslims. The fatwa states on- ly this fact. However, such boycotting should not be done selectively to peddle some insincere motive. It should not be directed solely to Jew- ish businesses. The boycotters should include in their boy- cott list all American, Chi- nese, and Indian businesses, especially all the banks. Then there will be consistency in their call. Minus this, their call for boycotting entities such as Woolworths and Pick & Pay are hollow, insincere and stupid. Q. A Muslim became a mur- tad. After a year he regretted, repented and renewed his Kalimah. During the time he was a murtad, he had com- mitted many sins. Does his re -entry into Islam cancel out these sins? A. No! Embracing Islam eliminates all the sins of a kaafir, not of a murtad. He has to actively make Taubah for the sins he had committed during his era of irtidaad. Q. In Saudi Arabia, there are public announcements of sa- laah for rain and eclipses pri- or to congregational prayer being held in the Haram and at local KSA Musjids. Why don't similar procedures and congregational prayers take place in South Africa? A. Saudi Arabia is now Daarul Harb. We follow the Shariah, not the morons of Saudi Arabia. As far as I am aware he did not caution re- garding the incorrect or prob- lematic aspects of Iqbal‟s thought. Please comment. A. There is no „glory‟ in or about Iqbal, the poet. He was a faasiq. The venerable Mau- lana Nadwi (Rahmatullah alayh) had grievously erred by praising a faasiq whose be- liefs were also ambiguous. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When a faasiq is praised, the Arsh of Allah shudders.” According to the Qur‟aan Majeed, poets generally dwell and wander in valleys of deception. Undoubt- edly, Iqbal was an „allamah‟ of jaahiliyat and hallucina- tion. Q. While India is destroying masaajid of the Muslims and building temples in their place, UAE is facilitating the building of Hindu temples in Abu Dhabi. What should be the reaction of the Muslims to these painful current events? A. Currently Muslim reaction is only to cry, wail, lament and make dua. The Ummah is impotent, disgracefully lick- ing the boots of the kuffaar. The actual and only response for what is happening in India and the temple-building Mus- lim states is the Sword of Ji- had. But, Alas! Muslims are today worse than toothless dogs. Even barking is not pos- sible today. Q. Are the Tabligh Jamaat, NNB jamiat, MJC and simi- lar other bodies among the baatil sects doomed for Ja- hannam? A. We are averse to traverse beyond such criticism of per- sons/organizations which we publish for the benefit of Muslims by way of Naseehat. Thus, we say that such and such act is kufr without the need to resort to takfeer (declaring a person to be kaafir). Takfeer is only when there is an absolute need for it. For example, a Muslim prays in a church under cross- es; a Muslim walks around a Hindu fire chanting prayers, etc. Such a need is constrained by flagrant kufr blatantly ad- vocated or perpetrated.

Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them." (Hadith) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Every sport of the Mu'min is HARAAM." Commenting on the lack of Muslim support for the Fussaaq, possibly Kuffaar, Palestinian football team, which has darkened the shores of this country, one Murtad says: "The Western Cape Government provided Athlone Stadium and expensive security at no cost. Political parties and the public received them at the air- port with great fanfare, jubilation and euphoria exhibiting love and care. But there is a downside to this historic visit, the ticket sales for both matches are very slow. This will be a huge embarrassment and a major negative impact on the Solidarity campaign for Palestine, in essence a slap in the face. This will totally demoralise the Palestinian team and we can't allow that given all the support we have provided to them in the last 126 days. This support will amount to nothing if the stadiums are empty, it will be a huge indictment on our community and the enemies will be partying. Had two English Premier League sides arrived the match would have been sold out at a premium within minutes. These tickets are NOT about a soccer match, they are about SOLIDARITY with a nation that has suffered death and severe injury totalling 110 000 civilians, they are living through a genocide and the total destruction of their infrastructure with 2 million people internally displaced, with no accommodation, no warm clothes nor blankets in freezing cold. They have lived and died through 75 years of occupation. They've come as guests to our door but we can't even welcome them with our presence at the stadium. That's a tragedy. …" (End of the lament of the Murtad) From the Islamic perspective, it is absolutely appalling that while the Muslims in Palestine are being massacred on a daily basis, a group of fussaaq purporting to be a 'Palestinian' football team fleeing from the Battlefield and coming to South Africa to indulge in haraam obscenities, comfort and luxury. Muslims are not befooled by 'solidarity' slogans and by the stupid idea of these footballers serving any good cause for the Palestinians on whom the Athaab of Allah Ta'ala is currently unfolding. Supporting them in any way whatsoever is HARAAM. Supporting them is to support Kufr in flagrant defiance of the Prohibition stated by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). While Palestine is ablaze with the misery and hardship of Divine Chastisement, these fussaaq footballers have fled cowardly from Palestine to bask in luxury, comfort, fisq and fujoor in other countries, and at the same time deceive stupid people of their being ambassadors of Palestine. Only morons, zanadaqhah and murtaddeen are so blocked and dim in the brains to swallow this type of stupidity. Among the worst cowards are those who flee from the Battlefield of Jihaad. Allah Ta'ala states in the Qur'aan Majeed: "O People of Imaan! When you clash with the Kuffaar in battle, then do not turn your backs to them (to flee from the Battlefield). Whoever turns his back to them, except as a stratagem for Qitaal (Fighting) or to link up with another group (of Mu- jaahideen), then verily he has invoked the Wrath of Allah, and his abode will be Jahannam. Indeed, vile is that abode." (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 15 and 16) Here we have these cowards who were supposed today to have been in Rafa' or in the Tunnels or in some Battlefield of Jihaad, are romping, dancing, wining, dining, and prancing like apes, basking in gluttonous, haraam luxury and lying in bed with the kuffaar enemy while their mothers, sisters and children are being massacred. From this type of activity one can readily comprehend the cause for the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Palestinian rulers are all complicit in the fisq, fujoor and kufr in which their population has been indulging in for the past 80 years. Instead of the hardships bringing them closer to Allah, it has distanced them incrementally from Allah Ta'ala. Now that they had crossed the line of redemption, they are suffering the Athaab. Allah Ta'ala has warned them and is warning the entire Ummah in the Qur'aan Shareef: "We shall certainly cause them to taste (firstly) of the lesser Punishment, not the greater punishment, for perhaps they will return (to the Path of Recti- tude and Obedience)." Since the 'lesser punishment" (Athaab-e-Adnaa) has been scurrilously and rebelliously ignored by the Palestinians, they are now experiencing the Athaab-e-Akbar (the Greater Punishment). While all true Muslims are emotionally pained by the suffering which Allah's Athaab is inflicting on them, we dare not delete Allah Azza Wa Jal from the equation. To do so, is tantamount to kufr – Kufr which deracinates Imaan. Understand well that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that if all mankind (and jinnkind) unite to grant us any benefit, they will succeed only to the degree Allah Ta'ala has decreed. Conversely, if all mankind (and jinnkind) unite to cause us harm, the harm will be to the degree decreed by Allah Ta'ala. Sounding the alarm, and warning us of His Wrath, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "Turn unto your Rabb (with repentance) and submit fully unto Him (with Obedience and Ibaadat) before the Athaab be- falls you, for then you will not be aided. And, follow the Beau- tiful (Shariah) revealed to you from your Rabb before the Athaab suddenly apprehends you without you even realizing (or expecting) it." (Az-Zumar, 54 and 55) Having ignored these Qur'aanic warnings and lapping up the filth of western culture thereby abolishing the Shariah, the Muslims of Palestine are now suffering the Divine Penalty. There is no succour other than Allah Ta'ala. "If He abandons you, then who is there besides Him to help you?" (Qur'aan). By Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Masihullah Khan (Rahmatullahi Alaih) "Whatever misfortune afflicts you is on account of your sins." (Surah Shoora, Aayat 30) Who is oblivious of the waves of anxiety crashing down upon Muslims in these times? Who is not in pain and who does not sympathize with those afflicted with the problems? This sympathy has pressed me to diagnose the disease and present the remedy. It is therefore submitted that the luxury, pleasure, tranquillity and comfort which Muslims are in search of today, and the road they wish to follow, and the remedy they wish to adopt, can never be found under the guidance of the doctors, professors and scientists of the west. (All of these morons are the bootlickers of their western masters – Al-Haq) Following in their footsteps, adopting and affiliating with their political stunts will not provide the desired solution and remedy to the ills of the Ummah. As a matter of fact, the correct cure, the right road, the proper diagnosis of the causes, the prescription and the medicine is the Kitaab of Allah (the Qur'aan and Shariah) which the Greatest Physician, the Master Hakeem, the Gracious Rasool (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) came with. Only that (the Kitaab of Allah) can diagnose our sicknesses and explain its causes. Its prescriptions can eliminate the viruses, and by virtue of it (the Qur'aan) we can live a life of peace even in this dunya. The reason for the above is that just as every person's disposition is different and hence his treatment differs. Similarly the disposition of every nation differs and the sickness and treatment for every nation are therefore respectively different. Thus, if any nation can attain the pinnacle of progress on earth through selfcentredness and ostentation, and that nation can find pleasure and happiness in idolworship, it is not conceivable for the Muslim Nation to choose, Allah forbid, such a course of action and adopt such ways to achieve glory and comfort in this world. In fact, even if such actions and ways are antidotes for other nations then the same is poisonous for the Muslim Nation. (Here Hadhrat Masihullah – Rahmatullah alayh – is drawing our attention to the stupid 'remedy' which the western bootlickers offer. For them success and glory are to be found in western technology and mundane progress. Whilst these are the tools for the success of the kuffaar, the success of the Ummah is reliant on something else as Hadhrat Masihullah explains further on – Al-Haq) The Book of Cure, the Qur'aan Kareem has diagnosed our sickness in this manner: "Whoever turns away from My remembrance and obedience then truly his life in this world will become miserable." (Surah Taha, Aayat 124) The Tafseer of this is that the one punishment for sinning is indolence and lethargy which will overcome one in Ibaadat, one's life will become stressed out and one will look for pleasure but will not find it. Furthermore: "When you (O Muslims) were overcome with the misfortune of defeat (in the Battle of Uhud), whereas they (the disbelievers) were hit with double the misfortune (at Badr), then you (O Muslims!) said: 'What has happened!' Say (O Muhammad): 'It is on account of your erroneous judgement (of abandoning the mountain pass against the instructions of the Rasool Sallallahu alayhi_wasallam)." (Surah Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 165) The diagnosis reveals that the cause of the disease is thus sin and transgression. Now, the Qur'aan prescribing the only cure, states: "Whoever is obedient to Allah and His Rasool, most certainly he has attained a magnificent success." (Surah Ahzaab, Aayat 71) Thus, Haq Ta'ala has inextricably interwoven the glory and victory of this Ummah in this world, as well as everlasting pleasure, success and salvation in the Aakhirat in His Taa'at (submission and obedience to Him). Sin and transgression are lethal poisons for the disposition of the Muslim Nation. The only treatment and medication for all our sicknesses and for the obtainal of complete divine help and victory are Taubah and Itaa'at (contrition and submission). (Inaabat ilal laah – to turn unto Allah Ta'ala in repentance and obedience which envisage adoption of the Sunnah and following the Shariah meticulously – is the one and only solution and remedy for the ills, misery and humiliation in which the Ummah grovels today – Al-Haq) "O Believers! Turn to the Doors of Allah with sincere contrition." (Surah Tahreem, Aayat 8) It should be noted that it is the obligatory duty of every Muslim to protect the Shi'aar of Islam (the Salient Features of Islam) and it devolves as a first responsibility upon Muslim leaders to strive and drive tirelessly and relentlessly to protect and preserve the Features of Islam. (Alas! For us, today, this is a pipe dream. The preponderance of bootlicking molvis, fake sheikhs, juhhaal, fussaaq and fujjaar leaders confirms that the reformation of this Ummah is now left to Imaam Mahdi – alayhis salaam). If, Allah Ta'ala forbid, anything unfavourable emanates from the authorities then bring this to their attention through repeated correspondence. If unsuccessful, then never adopt an anarchical approach. (i.e. Do not embark on 'jihad' programs orchestrated by the likes of the C.I.A. of America and the IS of Pakistan. These 'jihad' programs are pure anarchy – Al-Haq). Adopt Sabr and Dua, and diligently engage in moral reformation. Supplicate to Allah Ta'ala. The One Who holds absolute power and Who is the True Benefactor will grant you succour in your hour of need just as it transpired in the incident of the As-haab Feel (Army of the Elephants). It is His promise: "Surely We shall help Our Messengers and the Believers, in this world and on the Day of Qiyaamat." (Surah Mu-min, Aayat 51) Furthermore, He proclaims: "Besides that (i.e. the Garden of Paradise), there is something else which you love, (O Muslims!). Listen to this wonderful news: the Help of Allah (is with you) and also imminent victory." (Surah Saff, Aayat 13) (But this Nusrat and Fatah are totally reliant on an Ummah who has cultivated a high degree of morality and spiritual stamina – Al-Haq) Again, Allah Ta'ala says: "Don't lose courage and don't grieve. You will be dominant if you are True Believers." (Surah Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 139) (The imperative requisite for this Victory is to become "True Mu'mineen". This cannot be achieved by means of western technology. The Taliban leader, Molvi Muttaqi further made the following grotesque false claim: We are pleased to announce that Alhamdulillah, you Ahle Tashayyu (Shias) respect all Sahaabah, Ummahaatul Mu'mineen and respect all Khulafaa-e-Raashideen. (End of the Brother's dissertation) Undoubtedly, the Taliban have strayed and have abandoned the Path of the Sunnah. Today they have embraced all the enemies of Islam after Allah Ta'ala had sustained them in the war against the superpowers of the world. They are today in the lap of the U.S., India, China and Iran. The Taliban has embraced these enemies of Muslims, bootlicking them for the jeefah (carrion) of the dunya. For the sake of the monetary and wheat crumbs the enemies are providing, the Taliban have abandoned the Sunnah and the Shariah. Implementation of the Shariah is not confined to haphazard whipping and making a pretence of Purdah. The very first fundamental requisite demanded by Allah Ta'ala from the Islamic Khilaafate is the Establishment of Salaat. Thus the Qur'aan Majeed states: "When We grant them power (sovereignty/political power) on earth, they establish Salaat and Zakaat, and they command virtue and prohibit evil." The Taliban have betrayed Allah Ta'ala, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), Islam and the Ummah. It has no claim to being a Shariah government. The stupid slogans, the hypocritical clamours of support and solidarity, the fun-shows, the United Nations and all the statements of support of the kuffaar regimes currently installed in the Lands of Islam are of no avail. The only way of gaining Divine Aid and the defeat of the enemy is Inaabat illallaah. But the irtidaad has extinguished taufeeq of Inaabat, Taubah and understanding. May Allah Ta'ala have mercy on us all – on this Ummah sinking incrementally in the quagmire of degradation, disgrace and destruction created by our own fisq, fujoor and kufr. Sunnah. Maaf if my email does not make sense but I'm having a hard time trying to make a heads and tail out of this. Obviously we support anyone who stands up to those Yahudi Shayaateen and gives them a hiding. He knows best. Nevertheless, from the Islamic perspective, some explanation is required for the doubts which the incongruency creates. The Palestinian Muslims were raised and nutured in a culture of crass jahaalat and westernism with it concomitant evils. The Muslims of Palestine as well as the vast majority of the Ummah, were born into a civilization of Ignorance. There was and is practically no Islam, almost nothing of the Shariah, in their lives. They were nutured in the western civilization of fisq, fujoor and kufr. They only knew that they are Muslims. This awareness A Brother from U.S.A., commenting on the Mujahideen fighting in Gaza says: "I have a question regarding the current situation unfolding in the Gaza Strip. It makes me extremely happy to see the filthy Yahood pigs being dispatched to Jahannum on a daily basis by the resistant fighters. I know that striving in Allah Ta'ala's path is the key to success. But how should it be done is my question? As far as the dressing is concerned, I am of the opinion that a Mujaahid has to be dressed in Sunnah style - a Kurta, Topi/Amaamah and Trousers well above the Ankles. But what we see in Gaza is quite the opposite. We see clean-shaven brothers with tight jeans and T-Shirts running around with arms taking videos of their achievements as if they are in some Hollywood movie. Allah Ta'ala forgive me for being judgmental here, but I doubt the Sahaabah ever fought in Battle without their Amaamahs, beautiful Kurtahs/Tunics, etc. The Taliban, a prime example of modern times, also never gave up the Sunnah garb until they fully came into power. Only now are they allowing anyone to join their ranks and have even given their soldiers specific kyffar-style uniforms - uniforms that are not the is the be-all of their Islam. If a Palestinian Muslim stands alongside a Yahoodi, no one can differentiate between the two. Everything outwardly and practically is the same. It will be no exaggeration to say that they were born in jeans and t-shirts. No one ever educated them regarding the Sunnah. The vast majority cannot even recite the Qur'aan Majeed. The Shariah has absolutely no role for them in practical life. In fact, even theoretically, they are ignorant of the Shariah. There are no Ulama-eHaqq to guide and educate them. The handful of sheikhs in their midst are scholars of the dunya. The Aakhirat is the furthest from their minds. Despite their massive jahaalat, we believe that these Mujahideen are sincere. On the basis of their Ikhlaas, they are receiving limited aid from Allah Ta'ala to inflict substantial losses and damage to the Yahoodi military. The desired Nusrat (Divine Aid) necessary for a resounding victory, is not forthcoming. Such Nusrat is reserved for only the Muttaqeen about whom the Qur'aan Majeed states: "And, Allah is the Friend of the Muttaqeen" Drowned in jahaalat, their Imaani culture has been deracinated. They therefore cannot and will not understand the Shariah's rulings pertaining to pictures and dress. In fact, nowadays, most senior Ulama of Deoband who are supposed to be of the orthodox-Sunnah class, and who proclaim the hurmat of pictures, also indulge in a wholesale manner in videos and haraam internet media such as facebook. What can now be expected from those who never had the benefit of an Islamic background? We can only make dua that Allah Ta'ala guides the Ummah and protect us all against the kuffaar who are posed to swallow us all. May Allah Ta'ala forgive the Mujahideen and grant them a resounding victory over the Yahoodi devils. In his kitaab Bathlul Ma'oon Fi Fadhlit Taa-oon, Haafiz Ibn Hajar (Rahmatullah alayh) narrates: The Plague of 449 Hijri In the month of Rabi'ul Awwal people came together (in Damascus) to recite Bukhaari and they read Surah Nuh by the Mihraab of the Sahaabah 3363 times according to the dream which someone saw, and they made du'aa for the removal of the plague. But it (the plague) became more severe. (Haafiz Ibn Haajar in Bathlul Ma'oon Fee Fadhlit Ta'oon, P. 381) (End of Ibn Hajar's comment) The amal of Khatm Bukhaari and reciting Surah Nooh 3363 to combat the plague has no basis in the Sunnah. There were plagues during the times of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Sahaabah, but they had no 'special' amal other than filling the Musaajid and making dua. In 449 Hijri the bid'ah amal innovated on the basis of someone's dream did not prove beneficial. On the contrary the plague became severer. Instead of being contented with the method of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Sahaabah, people incline to bid'ah methods and dreams. This inclination is actually the effect of an attitude of lack of confidence in the methods and Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Sahaabah. Also, why would people resort to Khatm of Bukhaari when Khatm of the Qur'aan Majeed is infinitely superior? Furthermore, khatm of Bukhari is not an Ibaadat, while khatm of the Qur'aan Majeed is an ibaadat of the highest merit. Generally the brains of bid'atis grovel below their nafs, hence they fail to discern the value of superior and Masnoon acts. They derive pleasure in bid'ah. In times of calamity, people should perform Nafl Salaat, recite the Qur'aan Majeed and engage in sincere and fervent dua. Everything should be done individually and silently, not congregationally with ostentation. In the Battle of Uhd, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was seriously injured. On this occasion Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) commented: "How can people who draw blood from the face of their Nabi who calls them to Allah, ever be successful?" Allah Ta'ala then revealed: "You (O Muhammad!) have no choice in the matter. If He wills, he shall forgive them or punish them, for veri- ly they are oppressors." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 128) This Aayat is a reprimand and a reminder of the fact that Allah Ta'ala is in control. He decrees as He deems appropriate. No one has the right to complain. Allah Ta'ala had forgiven even great oppressors who then became champions of Islam. On the occasion of the prelude to the destruction of Bani Israaeel and Musjidul Aqsa, Allah Ta'ala revealed to His Nabi Armiya (Alayhis salaam): "Their Ahbaar (Ulama) and Ruhbaan (Buzrugs/ Sheikhs) have gathered My servants around them. They (the people of Bani Israaeel) are worshipping their Ulama and Buzrugs. Despite having My Kitaab (the Tauraah), they (the Ahbaar and Ruhbaan) have kept the masses in ignorance. They have induced the people to be forgetful of My remembrance (Thikr). They have cast the people into deception regarding Me. Thus they (the Ulama and Sheikhs) have made My servants who were supposed to worship only Me, to worship them. They (the masses) read (of the Kitaab) whatever their learned ones want them to read. They (the ulama) tag along (bootlick) behind the kings. Thus do they entrap the people in bid'at and tahreef (interpolation). These learned ones sinning against Me, follow the kings. They observe their pledges to the kings and violate their pledge to Me. Despite being aware of this, they act ignorantly. They do not derive benefit from Ilm. The progeny of the Ambiya is involved in (acts which invite) My Wrath and Punishment. They are reckless (in their perpetrations) then they expect My aid such as I had bestowed to their pious ancestors. … What! Are they mocking Me? Are they deceiving Me? Are they flaunting bravery against Me? I take an oath by My Honour that I shall apprehend them in such fitnah (punishment) which will disorient even the wise ones… I shall impose on them the domination of such cruel kings whose hearts will be filled with terror and oppression. I shall remove affection and mercy from their hearts… They will plunder and pillage and transform populated cities into desolation and destruction, and they will spread anarchy in the land. They will destroy and spread bloodshed. Their hearts will be solid stone. They will not think nor delay (in destruction) nor have any mercy. They will not heed anyone's cries. They will strut arrogantly screaming and shouting in the market places like roaming lions roaring. I take oath by My Glory! I shall make their homes devoid of My Kitaab and My Tasbeeh, and I shall make their gatherings bereft of My Words and devoid of lessons, and I shall make their Musaajid desolate, and these buildings (the Musaajid) will remain only for tourists and be adorned for beings other than Allah. The Musaajid will be used for spending the nights (in sleep). They will acquire knowledge of the Deen for worldly objectives. Ilm will not be acquired for Amal (practical implementation). I shall then humiliate their rulers (the rulers of Muslims). I shall replace peace with fear…" (End of the Wahi) The description of the Ulama and Buzrugs of Bani Israaeel depicted in this Revelation of Allah Ta'ala aptly fits the Ulama-e-Soo' and Buzrugs of this Ummah in this era in which we are. The evils which were the causes for the destruction of Bani Israaeel are today the causes for the humiliation and destruction of the Muslim Ummah. GRIEVE" Providing solace for the Muttaqeen, Allah Ta'ala affectionately says to them: be discouraged and do not grieve, for (in the end) you shall be victorious if in- deed you are Mu'mineen." Those who claim to be Muslims, should examine them- selves to understand if they are indeed Mu'mineen. The end result for true Mu'mineen will be success and victory." Hadhrat Zunnun Misri (Rahmatullah alayh), the famous Wali of the 3rd century, said that the basis of the Tareeq (Tasawwuf) consists of four ingredients: 1. Love for the Greatest Being (Allah Ta'ala) 2. Hatred for the most contemptible (i.e. the world). 3. Obedience to the Qur'aan Majeed 4. Fear for one's condition (of goodness) changing. Imaan is suspended between fear and hope. No one knows what the morrow holds for him. The Hadith emphasizes that "this world is jeefah (carrion)". Without the Su- hbat of the Saalihoon, the Ummah has become vultures feasting on this earthly jeefah, hence our downfall, humiliation and grovelling to lick the boots of the enemies of Allah Ta'ala, the enemies of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the enemies of Islam. Without Islaah of the Nafs, we will be the victims of the Wahan of which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) warned us. In regard to this, our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "A time will dawn when the (kuffaar) nations will form co- alitions to devour you (Muslims)." When asked if this will be due to the paucity of our number, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "On the contrary, you will be numerous, but you will be Ghutha (muck / flotsam / rub- bish) such as the Ghutha of floodwaters. Allah will elimi- nate from the hearts of your enemies fear for you, and He will instil WAHAN in your hearts." Asked about the meaning of wahan, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "It is love for the dunya and an aversion for Maut." For the elimination of wahan Islaah of the Nafs is the fundamental requisite. WHO IS THE OWNER OF A COUNTRY? "Verily, the earth belongs to Allah. He bestows (its rule and ownership) to whomever He wills. And the ultimate result (of victory) is for the Mut- taqeen." (Ak-A'raaf 128) "Say (O Muhammad): 'O Al- lah! Owner of Sovereignty, You bestow sovereignty (political domination) to whomever You will, and You snatch away sovereignty from whomever You will." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 26) A country belongs to the nation who conquers it and who asserts its control and domination in the land. A country does not belong to a people by virtue of it having been their birthplace or homeland or ancestral land. It is Allah Azza Wa Jal who snatches away a country from a nation to hand it over to another people who gains control by force of arms. This is the Plan of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It is the way of Allah Ta'ala to remove one nation from the control of a country and to hand it to another nation. This change of regimes is by means of war. It is the divine system for which there is no change. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Al- lah." In terms of this law of Allah Ta'ala, ownership and sovereignty of Gazza/Palestine will belong to the people who clinch victory in this war. Only Allah Azza Wa Jal will decree this issue. "Many were the orchards and fountains which they left, and also the plantations and pala- tial homes, and the bounties which they enjoyed. Thus did we make another nation the successors (and owners) to these (bounties). Neither the sky nor the earth wept for them (the dispossessed ones) nor were they granted any reprieve (by Allah Ta'ala)." (Ad-Dukhaan 26 – 29) "If Allah aids you, none can defeat you. But, if He aban- dons you, then who is there besides Him who can help you?" The modernist 'mujaahideen' struggling against the kuffaar should understand this Aayat well. They should ruminate on its Message and understand that minus obedience to His Shariah and adoption of the Sunnah, there is no succour and no such Divine Aid which is imperative for a clear victory against the forces of the kuffaar coalitions. Bootlicking the American appendage called United Nations and the numerous so- called 'supporters' of the socalled 'free world' is satanic, deceptive and humiliating for Muslims. Turn truthfully and truly unto Allah Ta'ala, and this means Inaabat and Itaa-at – Repentance and Obedience, then the tables will be turned. Allah Ta'ala guides whomever He wills. "O People of Imaan! Do not take your fathers and Your brothers as friends if they prefer kufr over Imaan. Whoever befriends them, verily, they are the zaalimoon (oppressors)." (At-Taubah, Aayat 23) While being of service to one's kuffaar parents and bretheren is permissible, and while it is necessary to display good moral conduct towards them, it is haraam to befriend them. Muwaalaat (friendship) with the kuffaar is haraam. The Qur'aan Majeed describes as Zaalimoon those who establish friendship with even kuffaar parents and brothers. Thus, Allah Ta'ala forbade Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) from supplicating to Allah Ta'ala for his father who had remained a kaafir. "When it became clear to him (Ibraaheem) that his father was the enemy of Allah, he (Ibraaheem) exonerated him- self from him (his father)." (At-Taubah, Aayat 114) SAYS THE COW- WORSHIPPER Modi, the prime minister of India, the worshipper of idols and drinker of cow-urine, in his speech in parliament and to his cow-worshipping compatriots and mushrikeen, disgorged the following antiMuslim diatribe: Narendra Modi, the Elected Prime Minister of India addressed the Nation, & Indian Parliament-and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in India in passing CAA Citizen Amendment Act: "In India, live like Indian Hindu. Any minority, from anywhere, if they want to live in India, to work and eat in In- dia, They should speak An Indian Language like Hindi Gujdrati, Punjabi, Bengali any South Indian language and should respect the Indian Laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, and live the life of Muslim's then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law. "India does not need Muslim minorities. Such Minorities need India, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'. We will not tolerate disrespect of our Vedic HiduSanatan culture. We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland, and France, and the Kashmir - Jammu haulocast of Kashmiri Pundits, if we are to survive as a nation. The Muslims are taking over those countries and they will not take over any part of India. We have shared our land in 1947, creating West & East Pakistan. The Indian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of Sharia Law and Muslims. "When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the Indian national interest first, observing that the Muslims Minorities are not Indians." The politicians in the Indian Parliament gave PM Modi a five minute standing ovation." If Muslims of that largest and filthiest country of idolaters can find another land to migrate to, then Hijrat is Waajib. However, for obvious reasons, this is not an option for the hundreds of millions of Muslims of India. So what are they supposed to do to counter the looming threat of their identity as Muslims and Believers in Islam being extinguished? It is essential for Muslims to search for solutions and remedies in the Qur'aan and Sunnah, not elsewhere, not in bootlicking exercises which can never solve the problems caused by Hindu oppression and brutality. Bani Israaeel, the Muslim Ummah of bygone times, had to suffer greater oppression and brutality than Muslims of today. Fir'oun, the king of Egypt had ordered the massacre and genocide of all male babies – each and every – male infant of Bani Israaeel. Furthermore, they were not allowed to perform Salaat. Referring to the oppression, brutality and mass murder perpetrated by Fir'oun, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "Remember when We saved you from the people of Fir'oun who inflicted a horrendous persecution (punishment) on you. They slaughtered your sons and kept alive your women. In this was a great tri- al from your Rabb." (Baqarah, Aayat 49, and in a number of other Aayaat) The brutality of Fir'oun was most horrendous. But, it was a "trial" from Allah Ta'ala – a punishment for the horrendous treachery, kufr, fisq and fujoor of Bani Israaeel. It was infinitely worse than the brutality with which the Hindu mushrikeen are today threatening Muslims in India, and worse than the Yahood brutality currently underway in Palestine. The solution for the misery of these calamities which had settled on Bani Israaeel is stated by Allah Ta'ala in many Verses of the Qur'aan Majeed. "And We revealed to Musaa and his Brother: 'Construct houses for your people in Egypt and make your homes (to face) the Qiblah, and establish Salaat. And give glad tidings (of ultimate victory) to the Mu'mineen." (Yoonus, Aayat 87) Currently, the Hindu mushrikeen are threatening to convert the Musaajid in India into temples of idolatry and to compel Muslims to abandon Islam and become Hindu cow -urine drinkers and worshippers of Hindu idols. Fir'oun had demolished all the Musaajid of Bani Israaeel to prevent them from performing Salaat. The response of Allah Ta'ala commanded that they should perform Salaat in their homes and that their homes should face the Qiblah. Whilst in Egypt the Qiblah of Bani Israaeel was the Baitullah in Makkah, and that was the Qiblah of all the Ambiya. Should the Hindu khanaazeer mushrikeen ban Salaat in the Musaajid, it will devolve on Muslims to perform Salaat in their homes. Salaat may not be abandoned. The brutal persecution by Fir'oun and his people, constrained Bani Israaeel to complain to Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam). The response of Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) was: "Fir'oun said: 'Soon shall we kill their sons and keep alive their daughters. Verily, we have power over them.' Musa said to his people: 'Seek aid from Allah and adopt Sabr (be patient in these trials). Verily, the earth belongs to Allah. He bestows it to whomever He wills of His servants. (However), the ulti- mate result (of victory) shall be for the Muttaqeen." (Al-A'raaf, 127 and 128) This was the solution provided by Allah Ta'ala, and which Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) prescribed for Bani Israaeel. "Seek help from Allah and adopt Sabr." Kuffaar methods and bootlicking kuffaar are not the solution. The ways of kuffaar adopted by Muslims will only engender further sinking into the quagmire of degradation prepared by Muslims themselves with their gross disobedience and treachery against Allah Ta'ala. When Bani Israaeel continued with their complaining, Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) said: "Soon will your Rabb destroy your enemy and grant you (power and rule) on earth. Then He will watch how you are conducting (yourselves)." (Al-A'raaf, Aayat 129) In these Qur'aanic verses as well as in the Ahaadith is the lesson for Muslims who are suffering under the yoke of kuffaar persecution and oppression. The only solution is that provided by the Qur'aan and Hadith, namely: Seek aid from Allah with Sabr and Salaat. There is no other way - no other remedy and no other solution for Muslims. Inaabat ilallaah - turning to Allah Ta'ala with repentance and the renewal of the pledge of Obe- dience, is the only solution. "Verily, Allah is with the Mut- taqeen." (Qur'aan) "There is no help except from Allah, the Powerful, the Wise." (Qur'aan) "If Allah helps you, no one can defeat you. But if Allah abandons you, then who is there besides Him who can help you?" (Qur'aan) HINDUS WORSHIP IN INDIA MUSJID "Members of a Hindu priest's family did puja rituals in the basement of the Gyanvapi mosque in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, following a court order granting permission to worship. Hindutva Rashtriya Hindu Dal members were also observed pasting "temple" labels on mosque signs. The court order was a result of a plea filed last year, claiming that Hindu priest SomnathVyas had offered prayers there until Decem- ber 1993. Muslims disputed the claims, stating that no idols existed in the cellar and the basement was in the possession of the Masjid Committee. However, after the court permitted the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to survey the Gyanvapi mosque complex, "debris" from Hindu idols was reportedly found, leading to the court's conclusion that a large Hindu temple existed on the site before the mosque was built. The report suggested that during Aurangzeb's reign in the 17th century, the preexisting temple was destroyed, and elements were reused in the mosque's construction, including pillars and sculptures found buried in a cellar." (End of report) Comment: The Hindu defilement of the Musjid is the consequence of the Curses of the Musjid. When Muslims violate the Huqooq of the Musjid, it invokes the La'nat of Allah Ta'ala for the evil community. This defilement of the Musjid is a form of Allah's punishment for Muslims. NASEEHAT FOR THE MUTTAQEEN The Naseehat which is provided in these pages is the echo of the Qur'aan Majeed. Allah Ta'ala mentions in His Qu'raan Majeed: "This Bayaan (advice/ discourse) is for mankind, and it is a guidance and a lesson for the Mutaqeen." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 138) Those who lack Taqwa will not heed the advice of Allah Ta'ala. Their lack of understanding is the effect of darkened souls – darkened by gross sin and transgression. They will continue to wallow in abject disgrace, bootlicking and confusion. Describing such people of intransigence, the Qur'aan Majeed says that they are "like animals" or even "worse than animals." A Brother writes: "I would like to share my experience that we had in Palestine. A few years ago, some time before COVID, our Jamaat spent some time in the Palestine region. We happened to be there during the month of Ramadhan. I have noticed, apart from the Tableeghi Murkaz and maybe one or two more masaajid, we never found any masjid reading full 20 rakaats of taraweeh, nor did any masjid have a complete khatam of Quraan in Taraweeh. But what seemed to trouble me the most was the norm in Palestine that takes place in most areas during the month of Ramadhan. Every day at the time of iftaar the norm is, the muezzin gives the adhaan and everyone has their iftaar feast at home but no one comes to the masjid for Maghrib, not even the imaam sometimes. Some masaajid that we stayed in, even the muezzin after giving the adhaan proceeds home for his iftaar feast, without performing the salaah in jamaat in the masjid. Maghrib salaah with jamaat was almost non-existent throughout the month of Ramadhan." (End of letter) The wholesale destruction of numerous Musaajid in Gazza by the Yahood of Israel is a sequel, more appropriately an Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal, which has occurred after a respite of about 75 years. Kuffaar are able to physically destroy Musaajid only after Muslims themselves have spiritually destroyed the Musaajid. Musaajid are dedicated for the Ibaadat of Allah Ta'ala. When this sole objective is abandoned – when Muslims no longer fulfil the Huqooq (Rights) of the Musaajid – when Muslims convert the Musaajid into tourist attractions for the invasion of kuffaar wallowing in najaasat and janaabat – when Muslims equate the Musaajid to temples, then there is no longer justification for the existence of the Musaajid. When such a lamentable state prevails in the Muslim community regarding the Musaajid, then the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal comes in the form of kuffaar desecrating, pillaging, defiling and physically destroying the Musaajid in the manner in which the Yahood are currently doing with the Permission of Allah Ta'ala. Musjidul Aqsa was handed to the kuffaar seven times by Allah Ta'ala to punish Muslims for having polluted and defiled this Sacred Citadel of Islam. Referring to two such occasions of destruction, the Qur'aan Majeed says: "And, when the second Promise came, so that they (the kuffaar) disfigure your faces and so that they penetrate the Musjid (Musjidul Aqsa) as they had entered the first time, and so that they utterly destroy whatever they overrun." (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 7) Bukht Nasar (Nebucanezzar) – the Fire-Worshipper – was the first kaafir king to pillage and plunder Bani Israaeel. With his army he invaded Jerusalem and utterly defiled and destroyed Musjidul Aqsa and Jerusalem. The second conqueror was Khardoosh, The Greek. Jaaloot (Goliath) had also destroyed Musjidul Aqsa. The massive upheaval currently occurring in Palestine is a recurrence of the Athaab of Allah Ta'ala. Today the kuffaar of Bani Israaeel have been empowered by Allah Ta'ala to pillage and plunder the Muslims of Palestine and to destroy the Musaajid which Muslims themselves had first spiritually destroyed. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "There will dawn an age when nothing will remain of Islam but its name; nothing will remain of the Qur'aan but its text. The Musaajid will be ornate structures bereft of Hidaayat." We are now in that age. Reports in the Indian press state: "UttarakhandWaqf Board says its madrasas will begin teaching deity Ram's story from March. The board's chairperson said that Indian Muslims 'should follow Ram because we are not Arabs'. The UttarakhandWaqf Board has said that madrasas under it will teach the story and values of Hindu deity Ram to students, The Indian Express re- ported on Monday. The move is said to be a part of a drive to modernise madrasas and introduce the syllabus of the National Council of Educational Research and Training in the institutions. UttarakhandWaqf Board chairperson Shadab Shams said the change will first be implemented in one madrasa each in Dehradun, Haridwar, Udham Singh Nagar and Nainital in March and later extended to other institutions. There are 415 madrasas in Uttarakhand, of which 117 are under the state Waqf Board, according to Dainik Jagran. "The way the entire country is celebrating the consecration of Shri Ram in Ayodhya, we thought we should teach Shri Ram in the four modern madrasas we are starting from the March session," Shams, a former BharatiyaJanata Party spokesperson in the state, said. "There is even a quote attributed to [poet and philosopher] Allama Iqbal in which he refers to Lord Ram as Imam-eHind [Leader of India]." The state Waqf Board chief added: "Indian Muslims should follow Ram because we are not Arabs. We are converted Muslims who changed our way of worship but we cannot change our ancestors." (End of press report) Comment Missionaries are now antique. Missionaries are no longer needed to convert Muslims to embrace kufr, shirk and idolatry. This new brand of satanism is not confined to India. It is happening incrementally in the Arab states as well where grand kufr shirk Hindu temples are constructed. The avenue has been thrown wide open for shirk and idolatry even in the countries which were previously Lands of Islam. Today all these countries, without a single exception, have become Daarul Harb. Along the route during the Expedition of Tabook, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) with his army passed by the destroyed towns of the nation of Thamud. The name of this region was Hijr. When they reached this region Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) instructed the army to recite Istighfaar in abundance and to exit from this accursed place with extreme haste. They were not permitted to drink from the water of this region. Due to circumstances, they had to camp one night in this area. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) ordered that no one should venture out alone from the camp. When Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) passed by the ruins of the buildings of Thamud, he covered his face with his shawl, and spurred his mount to move swiftly from the accursed place. Then Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "When you pass by the settlements of oppressors and trans- gressors (who had been destroyed by the punishment of Allah Ta'ala), then run and recite Istighfaar to avoid us also become afflicted sudden- ly with a similar calamity." Cover your faces, run, flee and recite Istighfaar was the command of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), but today Muslims spend huge sums of money to go sight-seeing the accursed region of the Dead Sea where the homosexual nation of Nabi Loot (Alayhis salaam) was utterly destroyed by the Punishment of Allah Ta'ala. There are different reasons for misfortunes and calamities befalling people. Hadhrat Shaikh Abdul Qaadir Jeelani (Rahmatullah alayh) explained that sometimes the reason is to compensate for sins committed and sometimes the hardships are for elevation of ranks. The sign of a calamity be- ing a punishment is lack of Sabr (patience), frustration, despondency and complaining to others. The sign of a calamity being a compensation (kaffaarah) for sins is that the person is granted taufeeq of Sabr Jameel (Beautiful Patience). There is no complaint, no frustration and no despondency. Furthermore there is no lethargy in fulfilling obligations and ibaadat. The sign of a calamity being for elevation of ranks is Ridha bil Qadha, i.e. contentment with the decree of Allah Ta'ala. One is at peace and tranquillity. This remains the state until the elimination of the calamity. In the year 1258 AD (675 A.H), there lived a tyrant Mongolian leader by the name of Hulagu Khan (Halaku), who invaded Baghdad and killed thousands of Muslims. This paved the way for Christian missionaries to preach Christianity and convert Muslims openly. Hulagu himself was married to a Christian woman. One day, a delegation of the most notable Christians headed for Baghdad to attend a grand party to celebrate the conversion of a key Mongolian leader to Christianity. The Mongolian leader had his favourite hunting dog on a leash nearby. One of the Christians then began congratulating the Mongolian leader on his wise decision and then proceeded to revile the blessed character of our Beloved Rasul (sallallahu alayhi wasallam [Supposedly in order to discourage them from accepting Islam]. The dog started acting violently and jumped on the Christian, scratching him badly. It took several men to make the dog let go of the Christian. One of the attendees turned to the Christian and said, "The dog did this because of what you said about Muhammad (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam)." The Christian brushed aside the man's comment and arrogantly said, "No, that was not the reason for the dog's reaction. When I was speaking, I pointed with my hand and the dog thought that I was going to hit him." The Christian appeared unmoved by the incident and continued to insult the Holy Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). At that time the dog, in such a rage, cut itself loose, jumped on the Christian and sank its molars in the man's neck. It snatched his throat out and the man died immediately. This incident caused 40,000 Mongolians who were present there to embrace Islam. [Ad-Durar AlKaaminah, Vol.2, p. 202] [The commander here was Berke Khan Rahimahullah, who after accepting Islam, defeated many hordes of his Mongol cousins and freed many Muslim lands]. Imam Adh-Dhahabi said that this narration has an authentic (Sahih) chain in Mu'jam AshShuyookh (387) HTTPS:// ISLAMREIGNS.WORDPRESS.COM/ CATEGORY/ INSPIRATIONALMOTIVATIONALSTORIES/ MISGUIDANCE "Whomever Allah wishes to guide, He expands his breast for Islam. And, whomever He desires to mislead He narrows and makes restrictive His breast as if he is ascending into the sky (with the greatest difficul- ty). Thus does Allah cast filth on those who have no Imaan." (Al-An'aam, Aayat 125) Hidaayat (Guidance) is from only Allah Ta'ala. A person will accept Imaan only if Allah Ta'ala has decreed it for him. Nothing can guide someone destined for Jahannam. MALAAIKAH "The Malaaikah who bear the Arsh (Throne) and the Malaaikah floating around it glorify Him and they recite the praises of their Rabb. They believe in Him and they seek forgiveness for the Mu'mineen. They (supplicate): 'Our Rabb! Your Mercy and Knowledge encompass everything. Forgive those who repent and follow Your path, and save them from the punishment of the scorching blaze (Jahannam)." (Al-Mu'min, Aayat 7) "Those who believed that they will be meeting Allah, said: 'Many were the small groups which had defeated large armies with the permis- sion of Allah. And, Allah is with the Saabireen.' (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 249) Montenegro is a small region/province in former Yugoslavia. There are many Muslim villages in Montenegro. Islam was introduced here by Turkey during the Ottoman Khilaafate. Some time prior to 1900, after the Turks were defeated and expelled from this country, the Christian king, Nicholas having resolved to perpetrate genocide to exterminate the Muslim community, dispatched a large army. The Muslims of the towns Plav, Gusinje and other surrounding villages decided to give battle to the Christians. A small army of these Muslims, taking the Name of Allah Ta'ala, set out to confront the large Christian army which vastly outnumbered the group of Mujaahideen. Alhamdulillah, this small Taaifah of Muslims gained a resounding victory by the permission and Nusrat of Allah AzzaWaJal. The Christian king was appalled and shocked when his severely mauled army returned defeated. He went into a fit of rage screaming that they had disgraced him. The soldiers informed the king: "We could not win. We saw such horses with one jaw on the earth and another jaw in the sky. There were men wearing white turbans on horses with whips. They struck their whips which cut our heads." To this day these villages are Muslims although not of the quality of the Mujaahideen who had routed the Christians with the permission of Allah Ta'ala. The illustrious Sultan Mahmood Ghaznawi, the king of India during the 4th Islamic era, was famous for destroying idols. The chief Hindu idol god was called Somnaat. Somnaat was the almighty deity of the Hindus. Its size was 4.5 meters. The Hindu king who ruled a region of India had made the most elaborate arrangements for the upkeep of Somnaat. The income of about 2000 towns was dedicated for the maintenance of Somnaat. 2000 priests were stationed in the temple housing the idol. Five hundred singing girls and 300 men lived in the temple to serve this idol. When the Sultan was informed of Somnaat, he resolved to destroy the idol. He set off with his army and engaged the enemy in battle. By the grace of Allah Ta'ala he was victorious. When he was about to destroy the idol, the Hindus desparetly pleaded with him to spare the idol. In lieu they would pay a huge amount of wealth. The Sultan consulted with his advisers. All of them advised to accept the large amount of wealth offered. They were of the opinion that sparing one idol will not harm the Muslims in any way while the wealth will be of considerable benefit. However, Sayyid Mas'ood Ghazi (Rahmatullah alayh) rejected this opinion. Sparing the idol is akin to idol worship, he said. The Sultan is famed for breaking idols. If he succumbs to the advice of the advisers, he will become known as a seller of idols. Although the advice of Sayyid Mas'ood appealed to him, he was still hesitant. That same afternoon in his sleep he saw himself in a dream on the Plains of Qiyaamah being dragged to Jahannam by an Angel who proclaimed: "This man is an idol-seller!". Another Angel appeared and said: "No! He is an idol destroyer." The Sultan's eyes opened. He immediately issued the command for the idol to be destroyed. It was then that he discovered that the interior of the idol was filled with precious stones. Thus, Sultan Mahmood (Rahmatullah alayh) profusely expressed Shukr to Allah Ta'ala for having saved him from being an idol-seller. Islam came to destroy idolatry. Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) was the first destroyer of idols. The mission of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Sahaabah was the destruction of idols. Thus, the very first act on the occasion of the Conquest of Makkah was the destruction of the 360 idols which were housed in the Ka'bah. There is no crime and villainy more abhorrent to Allah Azza Wa Jal than the shirk of idolatry. The Qur'aan Majeed is replete with the theme of the abhorrent shirk of idolatry. Thus, even pictures of animate objects are not tolerated by Islam. But today we find Arabs promoting the accursed shirk of idolatry. The Arab American backyard surrogates – the Gulf States – are forging ahead by leaps and bounds to lick the filthy cow -manure boots of the Hindus of India. Thus, these murtad Arabs masquerading as Muslims are constructing Hindu temples in the Land of Arabia. Principles of the Shariah Concerning Practices Hazrat Maulana Masihullah (Rahmatullahi alaih) said: "If something is permissible, however if there is fear of disgrace and insult in doing it, then abstain from that permissible act. In like manner, if something is Mustahab, but it is beset with makrooh and munkar factors (i.e. that which are reprehensible and abhor- rent in the Shariah) then abstain from such a Mustahab act. If, however, the act is among the Waajibaat (the obligatory acts) and makroohaat and munkaraat have set in then the makroohaat and munkaraat shall be eliminated. The waajib act shall not be discarded. These are Shar'i Principles which should be remembered and implemented. If you implement these, you will never grind to a halt in confusion." "O Ibraaheem! Refrain from this. Verily, the Command (of punishment) of your Rabb has been decreed. Verily, there shall come to them a punishment which cannot be warded off." (Hood, Aayat 76) Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam), Khaleelullah (The Friend of Allah) supplicated for the punishment to be averted from the nation of Nabi Loot (Alayhis salaam). The Malaaikah ordered him to desist from his effort of dua for the people earmarked for destruction. Despite his rank and proximity to Allah Ta'ala, his supplications could not turn the course of the Decree of Athaab. The Punishment was already decreed, hence it will run its course. The same applies today to Palestine. Our duas will not cancel the Athaab. The Athaab is the Decree of Allah Ta'ala, and it will run its prescribed course. Every person killed, every person wounded and every building demolished are all the effects of the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. "Our Punishment cannot be averted from a nation of criminals." (Yusuf, Aayat 111) Question It's reported that during the persecution of the Muslims in Spain, two fatwas from Algerian Maliki Ulama were issued at that time. One fatwa known as the Al - Wahrani Fatwa stated that Muslims can stay in Spain if they are unable to migrate. It continues to state that Muslims can drink and eat pork to save their lives (when forced to) provided they don't say it's halaal. In their minds and hearts they should know and believe drinking alcohol is haraam. This fatwa even allowed Muslims to prostrate to the statues of Jesus and Mariam if asked to do so as a test (to save their lives). But it added they must have in their hearts and niyyah and consciousness that they are making sujood to Allah Ta'ala, and not to the statues ,i.e. they can control your body but cannot control your mind. The fatwa of Al - Wansharisi, on the other hand, did not allow Muslims to stay in Spain and made Hijrat mandatory (to save their Imaan and Islam). Eventually, however, the Muslims were finally expelled from Spain. Is it correct that both fatwas could be valid today and practiced by Muslims facing persecution? Those who cannot migrate follow Al Wahrani and those who could migrate follow Al Wansharisi? Answer Both fatwas are correct. But, if Hijrat is possible, then it will never be permissible to consume liquor, eat pork and prostrate to statues merely for being allowed to live in the land of the kuffaar. These evils will become permissible only if there is no option of escape. Eating pork and prostrating to idols are not permissible in the scenarios of persecution prevailing today. No one is forced today by the enemy to prostrate to idols. The enemy kills Muslims because they are Muslim. Abu Sharekh said Gaza's residents are "forsaken, left with nothing, not even potable water", adding that "people in the north of Gaza are forced to eat animal fodder". "Israel is slaughtering our people, innocent women and children … There is not a single house that is not mourning the loss of loved ones. And above all, we are starving to death," he said. (End of report) Advice for the Imam and for all Muslims of likethinking From the spiritual perspective, the lament of the Imam is tantamount to shirk. The Imam appears to be unaware of the teachings of the Qur'aan Majeed. The people of the world have forsaken the Ummah of Gazza because Allah Ta'ala has abandoned them. The Athaab of Allah Ta'ala has struck, hence no one is able to thwart the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The punishment will run its prescribed course. Instead of taking lesson from the mammoth catastrophe of this Athaab and turning unto Allah Ta'ala with Taubah and Taa-at, the Imaam and generally all Muslims are looking askance at the kuffaar, begging and bootlicking the enemies of Allah Ta'ala. But all their bootlicking yields no good results. The kuffaar cannot alleviate the starvation, they cannot stop the murder, massacres and genocide. Only Allah Azza Wa Jal can turn the tables. Whatever is happening is by the decree of Allah Ta'ala. The solution is not bootlicking the kuffaar. The solution is Inaabat ilallaah which entails Taubah, Taa-at and Ibaadat. UMAR & THE YAHOODI ONCE HADHRAT UMAR (Radhiyallahu anhu) saw an old blind man begging. He asked the man: "Who are you?" The Man: "I am a Yahudi". Hadhrat Umar: "What has driven you to begging?" Yahudi: "Payment of Jizyah, the need for food and old age." This grieved Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu). He took the Yahudi affectionately by the hand and led him to his (Umar's) home where he presented to him whatever he had. Then he instructed the keeper of the Baitul Maal: "Investigate this person and other needy ones of this class. By Allah! It is not justice that whilst the Zimmis are young, we impose Jizyah on them. But when they are old and infirm, we leave them to beg." Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) ordered that the Jizyah be waived from poor Zimmis. He further ordered monthly stipends to be paid to them. Q. Many times we hear from Ulama and some senior Ulama as well, that we are living in and experiencing a constrained situation like that of the Meccan period during the time of our Prophet alayhi assalaam. This is the main reason why we cannot establish the Islamic Khilafah system with Islamic judiciary and counsel. On the hand we are told that how fortunate we are that we enjoy such freedoms in South Africa that cannot even be found in Muslim countries. We have freedom of religion which cannot be found elsewhere. Are we in an era such as the Meccan period? A. The comments of the Ulama which you have mentioned are nonsensical. They are far, very far from the mark. We are not in the 'Meccan' period. Khilaafate can be established only by the Sword of Jihad. But the Ummah has become spineless, hopeless and treacherous. Muslims nowadays excel in the art of bootlicking the kuffaar. This is the problem. In the Meccan period there was no bootlicking. On the contrary, Muslims were tortured and killed for their Imaan. How can we be in the 'Meccan' period when these same molvis say that 'we have freedom of religion'? Q. I recently came across information in an article where a Mufti equates the Khilafah ruling to Zakaah. He says it's just a part of Islam and its existence is not of importance A. We do not know what the Mufti means by equating Khilaafat to Zakaat. In fact, it is of a lower status than Zakaat. Zakaat is Fardh. Denial of Zakaat renders one a Murtad. Khilaafat despite its extreme importance is Waajib, not Fardh as is Zakaat. We do not understand the understatement of 'just a part of Islam'. Every part of Islam is of extreme importance. It is stupid and disgusting to say that Khilaafat is 'not of importance'. Since he has equated Khilaafat to Zakaat, it follows on the basis of his logic that Zakaat too is not of importance. Such a belief is kufr. The cruel tyrant, Khalifah Waathiq of the Abbaasi Dynasty had personally executed Hadhrat Ahmad Bin Nasr Khuzaai (rahmatullah alayh) for his resolute proclamation of the Haqq regarding the question of Khalq-e-Qur'aan (i.e. whether the Qur'aan is a created object or not). When the Ulama-eSoo' (evil scholars) who were the lackeys of Waathiq, the Khalifah, had pronounced the decree of kufr, then Waathiq himself cut off the blessed head of Hadhrat Khuzaai (rahmatullah alayh). The Khalifah ordered that his body be hung up for public display as a lesson to those who denied the official bid'ah version promoted by the Mu'tazili sect. The blessed head was sent to Baghdad and put up for display. It remained on public display for two years. The mubaarak head did not deteriorate. Instead, a wonderful karaamat (miracle) was manifested. From the moment his head was severed, the Tilaawat of the Qur'aan could be heard emanating from it. This Tilaawat continued as long as the head was up for public display. The new Khalifah, Mutawakkil billaah who was a staunch follower of the Sunnah, ordered the body and the head to be buried with honour. He apprehended the Ulama-eSoo' who were responsible for this perfidy and brutality, and had them executed. Q. Should Muslims boycott Jewish businesses? All of them are financially supporting Israel A. In general, it is correct to abstain from aiding and dealing with those kuffaar who are oppressing and persecuting Muslims. The fatwa states only this fact. However, such boycotting should not be done selectively to peddle some insincere motive. It should not be directed solely to Jewish businesses. The boycotters should include in their boycott list all American, Chinese, and Indian businesses, especially all the banks. Then there will be consistency in their call. Minus this, their call for boycotting entities such as Woolworths and Pick & Pay are hollow, insincere and stupid. Q. A Muslim became a murtad. After a year he regretted, repented and renewed his Kalimah. During the time he was a murtad, he had committed many sins. Does his re -entry into Islam cancel out these sins? A. No! Embracing Islam eliminates all the sins of a kaafir, not of a murtad. He has to actively make Taubah for the sins he had committed during his era of irtidaad. Q. In Saudi Arabia, there are public announcements of salaah for rain and eclipses prior to congregational prayer being held in the Haram and at local KSA Musjids. Hadhrat Maulana Ali Miyan Nadwi (Rahmatullah Alayh) wrote "Glory of Iqbal ", and states that there are some notions of Iqbal he is upset with. However, this seems very mild of Hadhrat. The venerable Maulana Nadwi (Rahmatullah alayh) had grievously erred by praising a faasiq whose beliefs were also ambiguous. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "When a faasiq is praised, the Arsh of Allah shudders." According to the Qur'aan Majeed, poets generally dwell and wander in valleys of deception. Undoubt- edly, Iqbal was an 'allamah' of jaahiliyat and hallucination. Q. While India is destroying masaajid of the Muslims and building temples in their place, UAE is facilitating the building of Hindu temples in Abu Dhabi. What should be the reaction of the Muslims to these painful current events? A. Currently Muslim reaction is only to cry, wail, lament and make dua. The Ummah is impotent, disgracefully licking the boots of the kuffaar. The actual and only response for what is happening in India and the temple-building Muslim states is the Sword of Jihad. But, Alas! Muslims are today worse than toothless dogs. Even barking is not possible today. Q. Are the Tabligh Jamaat, NNB jamiat, MJC and similar other bodies among the baatil sects doomed for Jahannam? A. We are averse to traverse beyond such criticism of persons/organizations which we publish for the benefit of Muslims by way of Naseehat. Thus, we say that such and such act is kufr without the need to resort to takfeer (declaring a person to be kaafir). Takfeer is only when there is an absolute need for it. For example, a Muslim prays in a church under crosses; a Muslim walks around a Hindu fire chanting prayers, etc. Such a need is constrained by flagrant kufr blatantly advocated or perpetrated.
