This molvi is Ajhalun Naas as well as a faasiq. How can a jaahil who does not understand even the meaning of Fardh be the imam of a Musjid. It appears that the trustees themselves are ignoramuses for having appointed such a totally unfit fellow to be imam of the Musjid.
Salaat is FARDH, Saum is FARDH, Zakaat is Fardh, Hajj is Fardh, and now this jaahil elevates the haraam lecture to the pedestal of the Faraaidh of Islam. He should renew his Kalimah.
The lecture will be promoting the law of Taghoot. But this jaahil, in addition to encouraging Muslims to participate like spineless hermaphrodites in a kufr political function, listening to a female promoting the law of Taghoot, is guilty of flagrantly promoting fisq. It is haraam for Muslims to attend a lecture, even a Deeni lecture conducted by even a pious Muslim female. The hurmat (prohibition) is substantially greater when the speaker is a female promoting the law of Taghoot.
It is not permissible for Muslims to attend the lecture, and it is necessary to dismiss the miscreant Molvi from the imamate post. He is guilty of misusing his post of Amaanat to lure Muslims into the snare of Iblees.
