25 December 2024 al haq bulletin WHAT THE QUR’AAN SAYS “Do not become cowardly and do not call for Salaam (peace/ceasefire/ truce). (Ultimately), you will be victori- ous. Allah is with you, and He will not destroy your good deeds.” (Muhammad, Aayat 35) Ceasefire is the consequence of weakness which forebodes defeat. Either both sides are exhausted and perceive defeat overshadowing them or one side is weak and exhausted, and is thus compelled into dis- graceful bootlicking of the Yahood and Nasaara. Regarding ceasefires, the Qur‘aan Majeed rules to the contrary. For the Mu‘mineen, a ceasefire and peace with the kuffaar, especially of the bru- tal kind such as the Yahood of Israel and the Nasaraa of the West, is humiliating and it is only weakness and defeat which constrain acceptance. However, the reality on the ground cannot be ignored and wished away. If the back of the Muslim fighters/resistance has been broken and they now believe that they will not be able to sustain the war much longer, that is, if they find themselves sprawled at the feet of the brutal kuffaar forc- es, then ceasefire and peace will be permissible. Or if the motive is to regroup, rebuild and rearm for the longer term, then the ceasefire will be per- missible and it will come within the purview of the Qur‘aanic Aayat: “O People of Imaan! When you clash with the kuffaar in battle, then do not turn your backs to them (that is, do not flee). This idea is furthest from truth and fur- thest from reality. The so- called ‗jihadi‘ outfits are all the surrogates and puppets of USA. America had activated its surrogate-creation to bring about the fall and elimi- nation of only the Assad Khinzeer. As for the rest of the kuffaar Assad regime, it is still act- ing as a phantom government of a non-existing country. Indeed it is a vile abode.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayats 15 & 16) Victory is promised for those who are Mu‘mineen in the meaning of the Qur‘aan. Those who, despite being pro- fessed Muslims, who abolish and destroy the Shariah and the Hizbullah Shiahs are not the Mu‘mineen who come within the scope of the Aayaat which emphatically promise Nusrat of Allah Azza Wa Jal for them. Hamas has never been an ambassador of Islam. On the contrary it had abol- ished the Law of Allah Ta‘ala, hence raising slogans of “Allahu Akbar!” in the battle- field against the Yahood is meaningless. While a ceasefire has been hammered out between Shiah Hizbullah and Israel, hitherto the objectives of both antago- nists have not been achieved. Neither has Israel achieved its objective of destroying Hiz- bullah nor has the latter at- tained its repeated declaration of continuing the fight until the Jews withdraw from Gaz- zah. The ceasefire has been instituted in Lebanon while the massacres and genocide con- tinue in Gazzah and Palestine. In terms of the Shariah, a ceasefire is valid only in two scenarios: (1) The kuffaar sue for peace and hand over their country to the Khalifah. Islam with its Shariah shall be the Law, and the non-Muslims will become Zimmies (citizens of the Is- lamic states) on whom a small tax (Jizyah) will be levied. (2) To regroup and rearm to renew the Jihad. A truce is not valid in Islam for any other reason. It is not for the fiction of ‗coexistence‘ and ‗harmony‘ as the interfaith molvis and sheikhs promote. Coexistence and harmony with the kuffaar in terms of Islam are possible only when they are subjects of the Islamic State. Of course, there is no Islamic state existing today. The primary Maqsad (Objective) of Jihad is I‟laa Kalimatullaah - to raise the Word (Deen) of Allah. There is no other objective of Jihad. Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “Wage Jihad against them un- til there exists no fitnah (the fitnah of kufr) and until the Deen is only for Allah.” (Al- Baqarah, Aayat 193) “Wage Jihad against them un- til there remains no Fitnah and until all Deen is only for Allah.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 39) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “I have been commanded with Jihad until all people accept „Lailaha ill al laah”. While defensive wars such as the fight against the Yahood by Hamas, are technically Ji- had, they have no relationship with the Primary Jihad com- manded by Allah Ta‘ala. On the contrary, the war today in Palestine has no affinity with the Deen. The participants are all bad-deen (irreligious) or be -deen (without deen). One Pal- estinian group which is part of the resistance is in fact a cartel of atheists. Allah Azza Wa Jal and Islam have been deleted in entirety from the equation of Muslim life of today. That is the glaring cause for Divine Abandonment of Muslims. That is the reason for the Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala, which has settled on the Palestinians in the form of Yahood- Nasaara brutality and geno- cide. The ―ultimate victory‖ men- tioned in the Qur‘aan Majeed is reserved for the Mu‘mineen. Alas! Today there are no ‗Mu‘mineen‘ in the Qur‘aanic meaning. In this regard, the Had- ith states: “A time will dawn when the peo- ple will gather in their Musaajid and perform Salaat while not a single one will be a Mu‟min.” “You will ultimately be victori- ous” is the Message of the Qur‘aan for genuine Muslims. Alas! There are no such Mus- lims, hence the ongoing misery and brutality. “And, there is no aid except from Allah, The Mighty.” (Qur‟aan) “If He (Allah) abandons you, then who is there besides him to help you?” (Qur‟aan) (Continued from page 1) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 3 “Who can be your army be- sides Ar-Rahmaan to assist you? Indeed the kaafiroon are in deception.” (Al-Mulk, Aayat 20) Since Muslims have aban- doned Islam, their brains op- erate like the brains of the kuffaar. They fail to under- stand that besides Allah Ta‘ala there is no helper for Mus- lims. Hamas and Muslims in general are looking askance at the United Nations, the In- ternational Criminal Court, Iran, and at the hollow, fick- le and hypocritical sympathy of the so-called international community. All the bootlicking of the kuffaar has not prevented the daily ongoing genocidal massacres in Palestine and now Lebanon, and tomorrow elsewhere. Allah Ta‘ala states unequivocally in the afore- mentioned Aayat and also in other Qur‘aanic Verses that there is no army to come to the aid of Muslims. Only Allah Ta‘ala is the Succour and Refuge of Mus- lims. But His Nusrat (Help) has a price, and that price is Taa-at (Obedience) and Ibaadat. The effect of boot- licking the kuffaar is only further sinking in degradation in the quagmire of fisq, fu- joor and kufr to which Mus- lims must attribute their im- potency and humiliation. They are licking the very boots which are kicking them into the heart-rending miseries and horrors of the genocide cur- rently being executed by the Yahood and Nasaara. ONLY ALLAH CONTROLS “What! Have they (the kuffaar) not seen the birds above them spreading and folding their wings? It is only Ar-Rahmaan Who keeps them aloft. Verily, He is watchful over everything.” (Al-Mulk, Aayat 19) Whatever is transpiring in Gazzah, Lebanon, and else- where, Allah Ta‘ala is fully aware. He sees, hears and knows, and all these upheav- als in creation are by His De- cree. Therefore, never delete Allah Ta‘ala from the equa- tions of life. MAKHLOOQ PARASTI (WORSHIPPING CREATION) Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said: ―In the matter of opposing joint participation with Hindus in the political agitation (against the British rulers), I am the Shield for all other (Ulama) who are asleep and silent. People fear criticism for this stance of opposition and they fear that followers will be lost. I regard such an attitude to be makhlooq parasti. It is never Haqq Parasti (i.e. wor- shipping the Truth). Alham- dulillah, I am immune to crit- icism. I am accustomed to it. They may insult and criticize me and lose confidence in me. By the grace of Allah I stand to lose nothing. On the contra- ry, should I abandon my stance, I will suffer harm be- cause it will then be makhlooq parasti.” FULFILLING THEIR OBLIGATION Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said: ―When the Sahaabah estab- lished their sovereignty (in the conquered lands), they ful- filled the obligation com- manded by Allah Ta‘ala: “They are those, if We grant them sovereignty on earth, they establish Salaat, pay Zakaat, command virtue and prohibit evil. This is the first and foremost obligation of an Islamic gov- ernment. HE IS NOT UNJUST “Your Rabb will not de- stroy a town/city/land unjustly whilst its peo- ple are practising vir- tue.” (Hood, Aayat 117) DIFFICULT VIRTUES Three virtues are difficult:  Generosity during poverty  Piety in privacy  Proclaiming the Haqq at the time of fear. (Bishr Haafi – Rahmatullah alayh) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 4 Commenting on the praise which a modernist Muslim lauded on Ghandi, Hadhrat Thanvi said: ―There is no comparison be- tween a Muslim and Ghandhi. The worst faasiq faajir Mus- lim is superior to every kaafir by Allah Ta‘ala. But when Muslims lack ability, they fail to understand this reality. Muslims nowadays fail to dis- tinguish between friend and enemy. It is indeed surprising that this non-Muslim (Ghandhi) who rejects Islam and strives to benefit his people, is re- garded by Muslim leaders and even some molvis to be a sym- pathizer of Muslims. This no- tion is indeed accursed and unjust. It is so simple to un- derstand that a man who de- nies Risaalat and who is the enemy of Allah and His Ra- sool can never be the friend and sympathizer of Muslims. Every kaafir is the enemy of Islam and Muslims. They are the enemies of Imaan. A non-Muslim who has in- telligence will be concerned about the Aakhirat. He will accept Imaan. The fact that he denies Imaan testifies to his lack of Aql (intelligence). While he lacks intelligence, he is cunning. Criticizing the modernist zindeeq followers of the Zindeeq Sir Sayyid Ahmed Khan, founder of the Aligarh University, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said: All those who raise the slogan of hub-e-dunya (love for the world and progress) are the selected camp- followers and disciples of Sir Sayyid Ahmed Khan. This poor soul died whilst sing- ing this monotonous tune. An age has passed hearing the monotonous song of ‗Progress! Progress!‘ but the conundrum of Muslim deg- radation and humiliation re- mains. While their (i.e. the mod- ernist followers of Sayyid Ah- med Khan) objective is denial of the Nusoos (the Qur‘aan and Hadith - the Shariah), they do not overtly say so. Cor- rupting the Qur‘aan and Had- ith with nibbling and interpo- lation is the dominant profes- sion of these people. This indicates denial of the Nusoos. Despite all the un- Islamic schemes fabricated for progress, Muslims are in- crementally retrogressing and sinking deeper into humilia- tion. Assuming that progress is attainable by means of such methods which are in conflict with the Shariat and which trample on Islam, then such progress is not for Muslims. Why disgrace Islam in such ways whilst professing to be Muslims? Proclaim clearly what is in the heart and join the aliens openly. This liberalism is the step- ping stone for ilhaad and zan- daqah (atheism and hereti- cism). You have employed all such schemes of progress; you have joined the Hindus in friendship, but to no avail. At every step is failure. “Thus did Allah apprehend them on account of their sins. Most certainly, Allah is Most Powerful, Severe in Punish- ment.” That is because, Allah does not change (snatch away) a Boun- ty (the favors of prosperity and safety) which He has awarded to a nation. He snatches away the Bounty when they change what is within themselves and (know and un- derstand) that verily, Allah Hears and is Aware.” (Al-Anfaal, Ayats 52 and 53) The calamities and hard- ships which have settled on the Palestinian Muslims and on other Muslims elsewhere in the world, are all PUNISH- MENTS of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Allah Ta‘ala grants long periods of respite to the diso- bedient people, affording them ample time and means to re- (Continued on page 5) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 5 Commenting on the domina- tion and oppression on Mus- lims by the kuffaar, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali (Rahmatullah alayh) said: ―Bani Israaeel were not kuffaar. They were the Ahl-e -Kitaab. Regarding them, the Qur‘aan says: “We have revealed in the Ki- taab to Bani Israaeel: „You will most certainly spread mischief in the land twice and perpetrate great anarchy. Thus, when the first of the two occasions transpired (i.e. of your anarchy and mischief), We sent against you Our Ibaad (servants) who were (brutal and) powerful in war- fare. They penetrated (your) homes. It was a promise ful- filled.” In this Aayat are several note- worthy facts. (1) The mufsideen (mischief-makers/ anarchists) were the Ahl-e- Kitaab. (They were the Mus- lim Ummah of the time). (2) Those who are described as „Our servants‟ in this aayat were mushrikeen idol worship- pers. From the perspective of being the creation of Allah Ta‘ala, they are described as „Ibaadal lana‟ (Our servants), and also from the perspective of them being Our instrument of Athaab (Punishment). They are not „Our servants‟ from the perspective of Maqbooli- yat (Acceptance). They had been imposed on Bani Israaeel because they (Bani Israaeel) had become Mardood (rejected and ac- cursed). The same lesson is imparted in the second warn- ing: “When the second Prom- ise came (when you, Bani Is- raeel repeated your trans- gression and anarchy, then other kuffaar were imposed on you) so that they disfigure your faces, and so that they enter the Musjid (Musjidul Aqsa) just as they had pene- trated the Musjid aforetime, and so that they utterly de- stroy whatever they over- run.” From these Aayaat of the Qur‘aan it is understood that the actual desecration of the Holy Places is the conse- quence of our own misdeeds. Understand well that all places – the entire universe - are the same for Allah Ta‘ala. The aspect of sanctity relates to us. There is no law which op- erates on Allah Ta‘ala. We have been commanded to re- spect and honour certain abodes. It is not incumbent on Allah Ta‘ala to respect and (Continued on page 6) form and obey Him. Howev- er, when they become deter- mined in reckless sin, trans- gression, fisq, fujoor and kufr, then the Divine Axe of Athaab becomes halaal for them. That Axe is today smiting Muslims in several parts of the world where they are be- ing pummeled, brutalized and kicked by the boots they had become addicted to disgrace- fully lick with pride and rel- ish. Do not delete Allah Ta‘ala from these equations of life. The Qur‘aan states the prob- lems and their consequences with the greatest clarity. But ‗Muslims‘ due to the hidden kufr lurking in them refuse to understand. It is this kufr which has indurated and sealed their hearts to reality. Thus, the Ummah is witness- ing and experiencing the con- sequences of their own mis- deeds, transgression and rebel- lion. The Yahood and Nasaara are simply appendages of the Divine Machine of Athaab. Allah Ta‘ala, Who Sees and Hears, has empow- ered them to execute His Command of Athaab. Thus, the genocide is the Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala. It will end only after it has run its divinely prescribed course. “We did not oppress them, but they had oppressed them- selves (with their transgression and rebellion)…” (Hood, Aaayat 101) (Continued from page 4) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 6 honour any being or place.‖ (End of Hadhrat‟s disserta- tion) From the Qur‘aan and Ahaa- dith is manifestly clear that the Ummah‘s suffering and humiliation are the conse- quences of the evil and anar- chy of Muslims. The current genocide transpiring in Pales- tine, the brutal oppression of Muslims in Kashmir, India, Burma, China and elsewhere, are all effects of the Athaab (Punishment) of Allah Ta‘ala. It is Allah Azza Wa Jal Who is punishing Muslims for their flagrant anarchy, rebel- lion, fisq, fujoor and kufr. As long as Muslims fail to understand what the Qur‘aan and Hadith say, they will re- main humiliatingly licking the boots of the Yahood, Nasaara and other kuffaar who are brutally kicking them with the very boots Muslims are lick- ing. (Continued from page 5) will toe the American-Israeli line to establish ‗Greater Is- rael‘ which the Yahood are dreaming of to include Leba- non, Jordan and even Saudi Arabia. Anyhow, they are plotting and scheming to at- tain their goals. But on the other hand, Allah Ta‘ala too Plots: “They plotted and Allah too plots, and Allah is the Best of plotters.” While Muslims, including our- selves, are emotionally shat- tered by the destruction which the khanaazeer Yahood are perpetrating in the Land of Shaam, we are required to commit our intelligence for a valid appraisal of the situation. The armed forces – military, navy and airforce of the for- mer Syria – which Israel has utterly destroyed, never were Muslim forces. These forces were more kuffaar than the Yahood and Nasaara. Their only function was to brutal- ize, torture, detain and murder Muslims, and this they achieved par excellence. Tens of thousands of Muslims were tortured and murdered by the- se armed forces of the Khin- zeer‘s regime. We are emotionally affected because the image of the Land of Shaam gushes to our mind. But a little intellectual reflection reveals that the forces which the Israeli Kha- naazeer have destroyed and are still destroying, are among the worst enemies of Allah Ta‘ala and Islam. Allah Azza Wa Jal is utilizing the American and Israeli kuffaar to eliminate His enemies, and the process of elimination will follow its Divine course. Everything has a prescription by Allah Ta‘ala: “Nothing is hidden from your Rabb, be it an atom in the earth or in the heavens, small or great. It is recorded in a Clear Book.” (Qur‟aan) “Not a leaf drops (from a tree) but He is aware. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth, nor anything dry or moist, but it is recorded in a Clear Book” (Qur‟aan) It is of the Sunnah of Allah Ta‘ala to utilize kuffaar for the execution of certain of His decrees. “Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Allah.” (Qur‟aan) Never should we delete Allah Ta‘ala from the equations of life. Everything happening, no matter how slight or how momentous, it is the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. All po- litical and social upheavals are by the decree and com- mand of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Currently, the old Syria is in the process of being carved up into three sections: one for Turkey, one for USA and one for Israel. Syria will exist in name in stupid forums such as the United Nations where hundreds of baboons will make ineffective noises. It should not at all be sur- prising if ‗Greater Israel‘ gains quick fulfillment by annexing Lebanon and Jordan, etc. One of the requisites for the ap- pearance of Imaam Mahdi (Continued from page 1) (Continued on page 7) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 7 BURIED AS A CHRISTIAN For decades have we been warning Muslims of the kaafir Gulen who masqueraded as a ‗Muslim‘ whilst nothing of Islam percolated from him. The network of Turkish secu- lar schools presented as ‗madrasahs‘ which Gulen op- erated in many countries were all schools of shaitaan and kufr. The fact that the U.S. grant- ed Gulen asylum and sanctu- ary and protected him should be adequate for understand- ing this sinister character who has perished just recent- ly. He lived on a vast estate in the U.S. well guarded and protected by his American handlers and bosses. Gulen was buried secretly in a coffin on 24 October, 2024 by the Christian funeral company, Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith. Muslims should take note and beware of Gulen’s schools where Muslim chil- dren have been admitted. It is Waajib for parents to remove their children from these schools of kufr. (Alayhis salaam) is total-total -total hopelessness and help- lessness of the Ummah. The Ummah will lay sprawling, licking the boots of the Ya- hood and Nasaara. Although this situation has been achieved to a large degree, it has not as yet attained its Zen- ith. The armed forces of all Mus- lim countries have no Islamic right of existence. Their de- struction therefore should be of no concern to Muslims. The function of a genuinely Islamic Army is Jihad, the pri- mary and prime objective be- ing I‟la Kalimatullah – Rais- ing the Glory of the Word of Allah. The function of an Is- lamic Army is to wage Jihad for establishing Islam. But all militaries in all Muslim coun- tries serve the purpose of only bolstering kufr regimes. Their presence is to ensure the sup- pression of Islam and the domination of Kufr. Thus, from the Islamic perspective, they have no legitimate Shar‘i right to exist. The fall of regimes in Muslim countries currently poses no harm for Muslims. All the re- gimes in all the lands of the Ummah are blatantly Kufr. They are greater enemies of Islam than even the Yahood and Nasaara. Thus their de- struction and disappearance such as the destruction and disappearance of the armed forces of former Syria, are in fact welcome. In the wake of the fall and de- struction of the kuffaar Syrian regime, at least one great fa- vour of Allah Ta‘ala for Mus- lims was the release of tens of thousands of Muslims who were subjected to horrendous torture in the worst-kind of underground dungeons. If the Khinzeer Assad was not top- pled, all the thousands of Muslims would have contin- ued languishing in extreme suffering in the dungeons of torture. Thus, the Ummah has lost nothing by the destruction of the Syrian kuffaar regime and the disintegration of the Syrian country. Physically the Land of Shaam remains, and it will, Insha- Allah, flex its muscles and deliver shattering blows to the Yahood and Nasaara. The Qur‘aan Majeed states: “For every nation there is an appointed time. When that appointed time arrives, it shall not be delayed or advanced by a moment.” Regardless of the emotionally heart-rending upheavals taking place, we derive solace from the reality of the Command and Control of Allah Azza Wa Jal. He is the Commander and He is in control. “He is the First. He is the Last. He is the Eternal.” (Continued from page 6) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 8 Published On 22 Nov 2024 Gunmen have opened fire on convoys of Shia pilgrims in northwestern Pakistan, kill- ing at least 42 people, accord- ing to authorities in the restive province of Khyber Pakh- tunkhwa. Women and children were among the fatalities in the at- tacks in the Kurram tribal dis- trict on Thursday, police said on Friday. Sectarian violence has escalat- ed since July in Kurram, a re- gion bordering Afghanistan, between Shia and Sunni tribes over land disputes. Gunmen opened fire on two separate convoys of Shia pil- grims travelling with police escorts in Kurram. No group has claimed responsibility for the attacks. Javedullah Mehsud, the deputy commissioner of Kurram, said the attacks took place when the convoys were on their way from the district headquarters of Parachinar to Peshawar. Mehsud told Al Jazeera on Fri- day that all the bodies had been recovered and burials would be conducted later in the day. Police said 20 people were wounded. ―We also managed to recover 26 people belonging to the Shia community last night, in- cluding women and children, who were kept hostage by Sunni groups,‖ Mehsud said. Ajmeer Hussain, 28, survived the attack. ―Gunfire suddenly erupted and (Continued on page 9) IBN TAIMIYYAH‟S DEVIATION Question: According to Ibn Taimiyyah, abusing Hadhrat Abu Bakr, Umar and the Sahaabah in general, as the Shiahs do, is not kufr. He argues that since it is not part of Imaan to believe in the Sahaabah, abusing/cursing them is not kufr. In his book, As-Sarimul Maslool, he states: “And merely abusing some- one other than the Prophets does not necessarily make the abuser a kaafir because some of those who were in the time of the Prophet (i.e. companions) used to abuse one another and none of them was declared kaafir because of this, and also because it is not Wajib to have faith particularly in any of the companions. Therefore, abus- ing any of them does not de- tract from the faith in Allah and His books and His messengers, and the Last Day.” Answer: Ibn Taimiyyah was a deviate. What he said in this re- gard is bunkum. His deviation precluded him from understand- ing that in fact it is Waajib to believe in the righteousness of the Sahaabah. The claim that abusing Rasulullah‘s Sahaabah ―does not detract from Imaan‖, speaks volumes for his deviance from Siraatul Mustaqeem. Revil- ing/abusing the Sahaabah, espe- cially the Khulafa-e-Raashideen is kufr – kufr which expels the vile abuser from the fold of Is- lam. The brains of Ibn Taimiy- yah became convoluted as a con- sequence of him having aban- doned the Taqleed of the Math- habs, hence he failed to under- stand the simple, self-evident fact that abusing, for example, Hadhrat Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu) is tantamount to abusing Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), and such abuse is ex- plicit kufr. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Honour my Sa- haabah, for verily, they are your noblest....” The Qur‘aan speaks glowingly of the Sahaabah. Nabi -e-Kareem (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Make incum- bent on you my Sunnah and the Sunnah of my Khulafa-e- Raashideen.” He also said that “Love for the Sahaabah is be- cause of my love, and hatred for them is because of my hatred.” There are many similar com- mands of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Rejection of any such command is kufr. The analogy with belief in Allah, the Rasool, the Kitaabs, the Malaaikah and Qiyaamah, is moronic and a display of Ibn Taimiyyah‘s jahl-e-murakkab (compound ignorance). Rejec- tion of the fact that five Salaat are Fardh is kufr. Rejecting the Sunniyat of Miswaak is kufr. Preferring a kufr practice over an Islamic practice is kufr. These acts are kufr because they are the details stemming from belief in the Rasool. Similarly, belief in the Sahaabiyyat and Adl (Continued on page 21) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 9 I started reciting my prayers, thinking these were my final moments,‖ Hussain told the AFP news agency. ―I lay down at the feet of the two passengers sitting next to me. Both of them were struck by multiple bullets and died instantly,‖ he said. ―The shooting lasted for about five minutes.‖ Condemning the attacks, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said, ―The enemies of peace in the country have attacked a convoy of innocent citizens, an act that amounts to sheer brutality.‖ Mehmood Ali Jan, a local trib- al elder, told Al Jazeera that locals were furious with the authorities, especially law en- forcement which was sup- posed to provide security to the convoys but failed to do so. ―People are planning to gather in Parachinar to protest against the security forces,‖ Ali Jan said. The attacks came days after at least 20 soldiers were killed in separate incidents in the prov- ince. In October, 11 people were killed in tribal clashes in Kurram. Kurram has a long history of sectarian strife between Shia and Sunni groups. More than 2,000 people were killed in the deadliest period of violence between 2007 and 2011. The mountainous region adja- cent to Afghanistan‘s Khost, Paktia, and Nangarhar prov- inces has also become a hotspot for armed groups, with frequent attacks by the Paki- stan Taliban or Tehreek-e- Taliban (TTP), and ISIL (ISIS). Earlier this month, thousands gathered for a peace march in Parachinar, urging the govern- ment to enhance security for Kurram‘s 800,000 residents, of whom more than 45 percent belong to the Shia minority. Commenting on Thursday‘s attacks, Mehsud said: ―There is naturally a lot of anger and fury among the people in the area … This was a land dis- pute which has now turned in- to a tribal-cum-sectarian rift but we have full support of tribal elders not only from Kurram but also other areas.‖ The authorities cannot rule out the presence of militants in this attack, he said, but investi- gations are continuing. (End of Report) Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “Whatever calamity befalls you is the consequence of what your hands have earned, and He forgives much.” In other words, the consequences and punishment are supposed to be worse, and more severe. However, since Allah Ta‘ala forgives most sins, He pun- ishes for some violations and crimes as a reminder. He reminds us to reform and to return to the Path of Obedi- ence. If this reminder is not heeded, the fitnah and fasaad will degenerate considerably. The ‗sectarian violence‘ is a form of Athaab of Allah Az- za Wa Jal. However, the hearts of Muslims are so thoroughly blinded and their brains are so corrupt with kufr that they miserably fail to un- derstand the message inherent in Athaab of the worldly kind. Instead of resorting to reformation, ibaadat and taa- at, they plunge deeper into the abyss of villainy, fisq, fujoor and kufr until will come the time for their utter deracina- tion. It was a memorable battle between Islam and Christendom – between Tauheed and Shirk. The Sahaabi, Hadhrat Safeenah (Radhiyallahu anhu), narrated: ―I was in the cavalry of Muaaz Bin Jabal (Radhiyallahu anhu). The Roman army was huge in numbers (and weaponry). Their cavalry was spread in 60 ranks. In each rank were a thousand horsemen. Wallah! While we had seen the forces of Kisra in Iraq, we never saw anything of the likes of the Ro- man forces, neither in numbers nor in wea- ponry.‖ Addressing the Troops of Islam (the Sahaa- bah), Hadhrat Khaalid Bin Walid (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: ―Know that you will not again see a Roman army of the kind you are seeing today. If Allah Ta‘ala defeats them on your hands, never will they again be able to fight you. There- fore, fight them! Aiding the Deen is your incumbency. Beware of fleeing, for it leads to the Fire. Solidify your units (Bunyaan Mar- soos – like a wall of steel).” Wardaan, the powerful supreme commander of the Roman army, addressing his troops, said: ―O my Roman comrades! The Emperor (Heracleus) has re- posed his trust in you. If you fall (and fail), no one will again be able to stand and fight (the Muslims). The Arabs will overrun your lands and enslave your ladies. Don‘t fall into disarray. For every three men of ours they have only one. Seek aid from the Cross. Aid will come from it.‖ In an initial skirmish Hadhrat Dhiraar (Radhiyallahu anhu) was pitted against a group of 30 Roman horsemen. Like a roaring lion in the midst of a flock of sheep, he killed 19 Romans. The rest took flight. The Romans flaunted their standards and crosses while the Ar- my of Islam raised the slogan of Laailaha il lallah Muhammadur Rasulullaah, and Allaahu Akbar!. Prior to the Battle, a bishop emerged from the Roman ar- my to have dialogue with Hadhrat Khaalid Bin Walid (Radhiyallahu anhu). The bishop spoke: ―Take note! You have entered into a land where no king had the courage to set foot. The Persians were defeated. The Taaibah came and met their disastrous fate. You have , how- ever, been aided over us (by Allah Ta‘ala). But such aid will not remain with you. My master, Wardaan has sent me to you with a mes- sage. He will give each one of your troops a gold coin, a suite of garments and a turban. For you, will be a 100 gold coins, 100 suites and 100 turbans. Un- derstand that our ar- my numbers the par- ticles of the sand, and these men are not like the forces you have hitherto been confronted with.‖ Hadhrat Khaalid‘s re- sponse: ―By Allah! We shall not return until one of three op- tions is met. Accept Islam or submit and pay the Jizyah, or the Sword will be the deciding factor. Re- garding your num- bers, Allah Ta‘ala has promised us His Aid. Regarding the gold and clothes, know that soon, In- sha-Allah, all of it will belong to us (i.e. you will be defeated and your wealth will be booty for us).‖ At the close of the first day of this Battle, at the time of Asr, both armies withdrew. Thirty Sahaabah had been martyred and approximately 3000 Romans were killed. Wardaan, the su- preme commander of the Christian army, addressing his men said: ―O Christians! What do you say about these Arabs? I see them defeating us. I saw their swords killing, their horses charging and your strength failing. In- deed, they are more obedient to their Lord than you. You have been humili- ated because of your injustice, tyranny and treachery. I ask you to repent and to turn to your Lord for succour. If you do not repent, then take heed of an ultimatum of war from the Messiah. Be prepared for total annihilation. God will punish you severely. He has un- leashed on you a na- tion whom we had despised, for whom we had no concern. Most of them were starving, bare-foot and poor…..‖ One of Wardaan‘s gen- erals spoke: ―We have been tested with a people whom you cannot fight. I see a single soldier from their ranks attacking our army undeterred, and returning after killing our men. Their Prophet has told them that who- ever among them is killed will enter Par- adise, and whoever is killed among the Romans will enter into the Fire. For them death and life are the same….‖ On the second day of this Battle, prior to the armies clashing, the Christian com- mander Wardaan had the following dialogue with Ha- dhrat Khalid Bin Walid (Radhiyallahu anhu): ―O Khalid! What do you people want? If you desire something from us, we shall not be mi- serly. It shall be our charity for you. In our eyes there is no more despicable na- tion than yours. You are from a drought- stricken land ravaged by famine. You are dying of hunger. Therefore, be con- tented with what we give and move off!‖ Hadhrat Khalid‘s re- sponse: “O Roman Dog! Allah, the Pow- erful, The Glorious, has made us inde- pendent of your charity. He has as- signed your wealth (Continued from page 10) (Continued on page 12) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 12 to us for distribution and has made lawful your women for us, unless you say: Laailaha il lallaah Muhammadur Rasulullah. If you refuse, then submit to us and pay the Jizyah otherwise there is war and dis- grace for you at our hands. I take an oath by Allah that Jihad is dearer to us than a truce… O Enemy of Allah! You are like dogs to us. With the aid of Allah, one of us suffices for a thousand of your kind. Understand that this is not the talk of one who desires an armistice (truce / ceasefire and the like). If you want to engage me alone in combat, then here am I.‖ The Crushing Defeat of the Romans Wardaan the supreme commander of the Romans was killed by Hadhrat Dhiraar (Radhiyallahu anhu). Hadhrat Khalid (Radhiyallahu anhu) throwing the head of Wardaan at the Christians, shouted: ―O Enemies of Allah! This is the head of your commander, Wardaan. I am Kha- lid Bin Walid, the Companion of the Messenger of Allah.‖ The Army of Allah Ta‘ala launched a full scale attack. The Ro- mans were devastated and decisively de- feated. They fled in utter confusion with the Sahaabah in hot pursuit cutting them down on all sides. Hadhrat Aamir Bin Tufail (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrated: ―I was in the regiment of Abu Ubaidah (Radhiyallahu anhu). We were pursuing the defeated Romans who were fleeing in utter confusion on the Road of Ghaz- zah (Gaza). Then we suddenly saw a cav- alry in a distance ap- proaching. It oc- curred to us that it could be reinforce- ments dispatched by the Roman Emperor. However, to our de- light it was a force sent by the Khalifah, Abu Bakr Siddique (Radhiyallahu anhu). They joined in the killing of the fleeing Romans. The Roman army consisted of 90,000 troops. 50,000 were killed and the rest fled in all directions. The Battle of Ajnaadain ended on the 6th night of Jamadil Ula of the 13th year of Hi- jrah, 23 nights before the demise of Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu). (Continued from page 11) ship. Indeed we faced their armies at Ajnaadain. They had raised their crosses and vowed by their religion not to flee and not to desert the battlefield. However Allah had ordained wrath upon our enemies. In consequence, we fought them in every gorge and wasteland. We counted a total number of fifty thousand mushrikeen killed. In the two days of battle four hundred and fifty Muslims were martyred. Allah had or- dained shahaadah [martyrdom] for them. They were twenty men from the An- saar, thirty from Makkah, twenty from Himyar and the remaining from various other tribes. I am writing this letter on Thursday the 2nd of Jumaadal Ukhra. We are returning to Damascus, Insha Allah Ta‘ala. Supplicate (make dua) of vic- tory for us. All elective surgeries and outpa- tient clinics at the facility had been canceled amid rocket bar- rages from Lebanon, as hospitals across northern Israel were in- structed to transfer their opera- tions to facilities with extra pro- tection from attacks. ―I was about to talk to the anes- thesiologist about my hip surgery when he told me that my opera- tion was canceled,‖ said Simon Hadi, who had driven in with his wife from the northern Arab town of Rameh, 50 kilometers (30 miles) away. Some 85 rockets were launched by Hezbollah from Lebanon at the Haifa area in northern Israel on Sunday morning, following overnight launches of over 20 more at the Jezreel Valley — the terror group‘s deepest rocket fire into Israel since the start of the war in Gaza in October. A teenager was killed when he crashed his vehicle as sirens sounded in the early hours of the morning, and at least three peo- ple were injured as a result of the rocket fire. At the David Yelin School in Haifa, welcome signs were still up for first graders who started school three weeks ago, but the school was shuttered after the Home Front Command instruct- ed all educational institutions in the area to be closed on Sunday and Monday. ―If this happens occasionally, that‘s okay,‖ said Roza Mayer, whose two children attend Regba Elementary School, near Nahari- ya. ―But I missed a workday to be with them, and I can‘t keep doing that.‖ Since October 8, Hezbollah-led forces have attacked Israeli com- munities and military posts along the border, with the group saying it is doing so to support Gaza amid the war against Hamas there. So far, the skirmishes have re- sulted in 26 civilian deaths on the Israeli side, as well as the deaths of 22 IDF soldiers and reservists. There have also been several at- tacks from Syria without any in- juries. In Safed, she said, ―stores are empty, there‘s no tourism, no business, and no events.‖ Hezbollah, she said, had de- stroyed hundreds of trees in the Birya Forest outside Safed, so ―nobody is visiting.‖ ―Most people live in stress and worry,‖ Shababo said. ―My blood pressure goes up every time I hear a siren.‖ She said that during the Second Lebanon War in 2006, her son‘s house in Safed was hit directly by a Hezbollah Katyusha rocket. ―If he hadn‘t been in his bomb shelter, he would have been killed.‖ AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 14 Allah Ta‘ala has ordained Ji- had to be Fardh for this Um- mah of Muhammadur Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The one and only Maqsad (Objective) of Jihad is I‟laa Kalimatullah – that is, to raise the glory of the Word/ Deen of Allah – to open the Pathway for the Kuffaar to accept Tauheed so that they be saved from eternal perdi- tion in Jahannam. Thus, Jihad is a great Divine Bestowal for the Kuffaar since it brings them into the Fold of Tauheed and saves them from the ever- lasting Punishment of the Fire of Jahannam. When the Sahaabah invaded the lands of the Kuffaar, the Message was only One: Ac- cept Islam or submit, that is hand the country to us and pay Jizyah, or Jihad. Thus the Message consisted of three options: Tauheed or Jizyah or Jihad. There was no fourth option. This Primary Jihad does not exist anywhere in today‘s world. All the lands of Islam are today in the control of Murtaddeen masquerading as Muslims, and this includes Hamas. Every entity/king/ government in all the lands of Islam have abolished the Shariah. Thus, all of them are kuffaar. Thus, we see the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal destroying people who pro- fess to be adherents of Islam whilst they are all bootlickers of the kuffaar. Their idols of worship are the United Na- tions and the phantom of world opinion. They seek aid from mongrels emitting meek barking yelps. ―Muslims‖ to- day are atheists. Regarding the Ummah of this day, the Hadith states: “An age shall dawn when the people (those professing to be Muslims) will gather in their Musaajid and perform Salaat while not a single one of them will be a Mu‟min.” When Bani Israaeel com- plained to Nabi Musa (Alayhis salaam) about the persecution, oppression and brutality of Fir‘oun and his people, the Copts, he said: “Seek aid from Allah and have Sabr (Patience). Verily the earth belongs to Allah. He grants it (i.e. power to rule) to whomever of His slaves He desires. The ulti- mate success will be for the Muttaqeen (the people of Ta- qwa).” (Al-A‟raaf, Aayat 128) The Qur‘aan and the Ahaa- dith emphasize that the pre- condition for success and vic- tory is Taqwa, and Taqwa is fear for Allah Ta‘ala, which is the effect of Taa-at (Obedience) and Ibaadat (Worship). This was the solu- tion prescribed by Allah Ta‘ala and which Nabi Musa (Alayhis salaam) exhorted his Ummah to adopt. Since Bani Israaeel at that stage suffering under severe oppression had not attained the requisite Roohaaniyat (Spiritual Stamina) for Jihad, Allah Ta‘ala commanded them to adopt Sabr and to be steadfast in Obedience and Ibaadat. Thus, Allah Ta‘ala further prescribed for them: “We revealed to Musa and his brother: “Establish homes for your people in Egypt and make your homes Places of Ibaadat, and establish Salaat, and give glad tidings (of vic- tory) to the Mu‟mineen.” (Yoonus, Aayat 87) Fir‘oun had forbidden Bani Israaeel from performing Sa- laat, hence Allah Ta‘ala or- dered that they perform Salaat in secrecy within their homes. The command was not to stage protest marches and howl meaningless slogans. The command was not to bootlick kuffaar. The command was not to seek moral support from the kuffaar. The com- mand was to be firm in Sa- laat, for in Salaat is the power which is vital for Jihad. In the wake of Obedience will come the Aid of Allah Ta‘ala, hence Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) is commanded to in- form them: “Give glad tidings to the Mu‟mineen.” These Qur‘aanic Verses in- formed Bani Israaeel of the impending victory against the tyrant Fir‘oun. They had to (Continued on page 15) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 15 Salaat is the highest form of Thikrullaah, and it was only for Thikrullah that Allah Ta‘ala has created us. Thus, the very first obligation of the Islamic State is the compul- sory establishment of the In- stitution of Salaat. Referring to this Institution, the Qur‘aan states: “Most assuredly Allah will aid those who aid Him (i.e. His Deen). Verily Allah is Powerful and Mighty.” They are such people who, if We empower them on earth (make them rulers), they establish Salaat, pay Zakaat, command virtue and forbid vice. And the end result of all af- fairs is with Allah.” (Al-Hajj, 40 & 41) A ruler or king or govern- ment who does not adopt as the primary obligation of the State the institution of Salaat and Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahyi Anil Munkar, has no legitima- cy to rule a country. From all the Nusoos of the Shariah, it is conspicuously and vigorously established that minus the Sha- riah and Sunnah there can nev- er be Islamic rule. Since the entire Shariah has been abolished in all the lands of Muslims, all so-called Muslim rulers, kings and gov- ernments are Murtaddeen whose primary occupation is to bootlick the kuffaar. Mus- lims have appointed the kuffaar as their leaders, hence Allah Ta‘ala has appointed them our rulers. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Your deeds are your rulers.” first prepare themselves by cultivating Roohaaniyat. Vic- tory will then be the conse- quence. This is the lesson for this Ummah as well. In every age, Muslims are in need of this prescription. There is no other course for the attainment of victory against the kuffaar. However, like the recalci- trant and ‗atheist‘ ‗Muslims‘ of our current age, the assur- ance given by Allah Ta‘ala did not strike a responsive and an accepted chord in their hearts. Sin, vice and transgres- sion had emaciated their Imaan in the same way as Muslims today are Muslim in mere name. Thus, Bani Is- raaeel unable to understand the assurance given by Allah Ta‘ala, responded: “We were persecuted before you (O Musa!) came to us and also after you have come to us.‟ He said: „Soon shall your Rabb destroy your enemy and grant you power (to rule) on earth. Then He shall keep you under obser- vation to see how you con- duct yourselves.” (Al-A‟raaf, Aayat 129) This is the Sunnah of Allah, and for the Way of Allah there is no change. “Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Allah.” (Qur‟aan) If Muslims of this age can on- ly expel the satanic ‗atheism‘ from their hearts, abandon their bootlicking of their kuffaar masters as was the practice of Bani Israaeel, and return to the Shariah and Sun- nah, then the very same Di- vine Assurance given to Bani Israaeel by Nabi Musa (Alayhis salaam) will be appli- cable for this fallen, disgraced, rebellious Ummah of today. (Continued from page 14) FEAR FOR ALLAH People asked Hadhrat Fudhail Bin Iyaadh (rahmatullah alayh): ―Why do we not see anywhere men who fear Al- lah?‖ Hadhrat Fudhail said: ―Since you, yourselves do not fear Allah, those who fear Him are not visible to you. If you fear Allah, you will observe those who fear Him.‖ Everything fears a man who fears Allah. He who does not fear Allah, fears all things. Fear (of Allah) is proportion- ate to Knowledge (of the Deen). Taqwa is proportionate to love for the Aakhirah. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 16 One day people surrounded Hadhrat Ibraahim Bin Adham (rahmatullah alayh). They said: ―We have a very difficult problem which has made us despondent. Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: „Call unto Me, I shall answer you.‟ We make dua for years, but it remains unaccepted. What is the reason?‖ Hadhrat Ibraahim said: ―Not one, but there are many reasons for this. * You have recognized your true Creator, but you have not fulfilled the rights of His ibaadat. * You recite the Book of Al- lah, but you do not act in ac- cordance with its commands. * Y o u c l a i m t o l o ve Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), but you do not fol- low his Sunnah. * You have acknowledged shaitaan to be your enemy, but you always submit to his or- ders. * You consider yourself to be an inmate of Jannat, but you make no effort to gain it. * You believe Maut to be the truth, but you do not make preparations for it. * You consider yourself freed from Jahannum but you do nothing to save yourself from it. * You utilize the bounties of Allah night and day, but you do not express gratitude (shukr). * You frequently bury your dead, but you derive no lesson. Therefore, there is no wonder when duas go unanswered.‖ Hadhrat Ibn Adham who at one time was the proud king of Balkh (which today is in Af- ghanistan), had abdicated his throne, abandoned his king- dom and devoted his life seek- ing the Pleasure of Allah Ta‘ala. Once someone asked him: ―After you had aban- doned the kingdom of Balkh, did you experience any times of happiness?‖ Hadhrat Ib- raahim Adham (rahmatullah alayh) said: ―I experienced happiness on three occasions: (i) Once I was seated in a fer- ryboat crossing a river. My clothes were tattered and torn. My long hair was shabby and dishevelled. The passengers in the boat mocked and made fun of me. A jester from among them would repeatedly tug at my hair and slap me. At that time I derived much happiness on account of the humiliation suffered by my ego (nafs). (ii) Suddenly a storm began to rage and the boat was tossing furiously. A passenger (who was a heathen) said that the storm will not abate as long as a man is not sacrificed and thrown into the river. All eyes turned towards me. At that moment an atmosphere of se- renity settled over me. As preparations were being made to cast me overboard, the storm abated and the water be- came placid. (iii) One day, overwhelmed with fatigue I went into a Mus- jid to gain some rest. Some people grabbed me by my hands, and ordered me to leave the Musjid. Being over- whelmed with fatigue and weakness I lacked the energy to get up and walk out of the Musjid. They grabbed my feet, dragged me to the door and vehemently pushed me down the stairs leading out of the Musjid. I began rolling from the steps towards the ground. Blood gushed from the injuries on my head as it hit each step. Words cannot describe the happiness and calm which I experienced at this humiliation and pain inflicted on my nafs. On every step on my down- ward sojourn, Allah Ta‘ala by His grace and mercy bestowed to me a different spiritual realm of Wilaayat (Sainthood). The serenity and pleasure I ex- perienced ended abruptly when my descent came to a halt at the bottom of the stairs. I lamented much, and yearned that the downward sojourn had continued into eternity, for in reality it was not a descent. It was an ascent into the loftiest stages of spiritual elevation. FUDHAIL’S NASEEHAT Administering some admoni- tion (naseehat) to Khalifah Haarun Rashid, Hadhrat Fudhail Bin Iyaadh (rahmatullah alayh) said: ―O Haarun Rashid, fear Allah! Be prepared for His interrogation. (Continued on page 17) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 17 “The closer an Aalim is to the ruler (king / government), the further is he from Di- vine Proximity (Nearness to Allah).” (Hadhrat Fudhail Bin Iyaadh) The glaring sign of a molvi/ sheikh‘s deviation and shai- taaniyat is his desire for prox- imity to the government. Such an ‗aalim‘ in reality is a satan- ic jaahil. He is treacherous to- wards the Deen. His maladies of hubb-e-maal (love for wealth), hub-e-dunya (love for the world) and hub-e-jah (love for name and fame), render him practically an ‗atheist‘. Such an evil molvi/sheikh is a danger for the morals and Imaan of Muslims. He will be- tray the Deen and the Ummah for a scrap of bread. He is a thief who should be avoided more than proximity with a pig. BAABUSH SHAAMS After Hadhrat Ibraahim Bin Adham‘s demise, a Buzrug saw him in a dream, and en- quired about his condition. In the dream, Hadhrat Ibraahim Bin Adham (rahmatullah alayh) explained: ―Allah, Rah- maan, Raheem, Ghafoor, Rab- bul Izzat purely by His bound- less grace and mercy bestowed to me indescribable bounties. Allah Ta‘ala admitted this contemptible slave into the proximity of the Abode known as Baabush Shams.‖. The Buzrug asked: ―Which place is Baabush Shams?‖ Hadhrat Ib- raahim said: ―It is a wonderful Abode under the Lofty Arsh of Allah Ta‘ala. The greatest treasure which the inmates of this Abode have acquired is the daily Vision of Allah Azza Wa Jal. There is no greater bounty than this treasure.‖ Understand well that tomorrow on the Day of Qiyaamah, your Creator will demand a reckon- ing from you on behalf of eve- ry single one of His creation (who was under your jurisdic- tion). He will claim justice from you on their behalf. If an old lady in her hovel had slept hungry, she will cling on you and demand justice in front of Allah. Allah will be her sup- porter.‖ Overcome with fear and emotion, the Khalifah fell down unconscious. (Continued from page 16) FUDHAIL’S NASEEHAT In the Qur‘aan Majeed Allah Ta‘ala states that the earth will be inherited by His pious servants. “Verily, We have decreed in the Zaboor after the Thikr that that the earth will surely be inherited by My pious servants.” (Al-Ambiya, Aayat 105) Taqwa (Piety) is an impera- tive condition for Muslim po- litical domination. While kuffaar can gain political su- premacy and domination along with their kufr and im- morality, power is snatched away from Muslims if they emulate the kufr, fisq and fujoor of the kuffaar. Since there is only Athaab (Punishment) in the Aakhirah awaiting the kuffaar, Allah Ta‘ala has a different stand- ard for them in this dunya. What is destructive for Mus- lims here on earth can be cause for prosperity and suc- cess for the kuffaar. Muslims, due to their igno- rance, are deceived by the worldly glitter and pomp of the kuffaar, hence they seek to emulate the methods and life style of the kuffaar. In this shaitaani process they adopt even the immoral practices of the Yahood and Nasaara, believing these to be also of the paraphernalia of success. Describing such extreme and ridiculous emulation of the kuffaar, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that “even if the Yahood and Nasaara enter into the lizard‟s hole, Muslims will follow them.” This is why Muslims today have become the scum of nations. They are experts in the art of Bootlicking. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 18 “Say: O Allah! Owner of Mulk! You bestow mulk (sovereignty, power to rule) to whomever You will, and You snatch away power (to rule) from whomever You will. You grant honour to whomever You will and You disgrace whomever You will. All good- ness is in Your Hand.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 26) The rise and fall of nations and the appointment of rulers and governments are by the decree of Allah Ta‘ala. The ostensible circumstances lead- ing to the political domination of a nation are the decrees of Allah Azza Wa Jal. When viewing the political upheavals which are occur- ring, Muslims should not delete Allah Ta‘ala from the equation. In the final analysis the defeat and victory of the combatants in war are the de- crees of Allah Azza Wa Jal. In a Jihad campaign in India against the British, one of the senior Ulama who was an ac- complished Wali, was seen fleeing from the battlefield. When he was upbraided for his flight, he commented: „What can I do? I am seeing Hadhrat Khidr (alayhis sa- laam) fighting on the side of the British.‟ The defeat of the Muslims was the decree of Al- lah Azza Wa Jal. THE VIRTUES OF SURAH KAHAF (1) The one who learns and recites the first 10 Aayats of Surah Kahaf will be saved from the fitnah of Dajjaal should he be in that era. (2) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ―Whoever of you (Mu‘mineen) encounter Da- jjaal should recite the first 10 Verses of Surah Kahaf in front of him, and he will be saved from Dajjaal‘s fitnah.‖ (3) Hadhrat Abu Saeed Darda (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrating from Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that the one who recites Surah Kahaf on Friday will be illuminated with a Noor until the next Fri- day. His heart will become illu- minated with Noor (Celestial Glitter) for the entire week. Obviously, this Noor is extin- guished by the commission of sins. In our present age, among the worst sins produc- ing zulmat (spiritual darkness) are cellphone and internet sins. (4) Surah Kahaf will be a ra- diant Noor for its reciter on the Day of Qiyaamah. A Brother from USA states: ―In the USA this past week was a day the Kuffaar call Thanksgiving. American (fabricated) histo- ry states this was the day when British Christian settlers/ Colonizers came into the coun- try 300 years ago, broke bread with the native Indians and be- came friends with them. However the truth is far from what they say happened. The real truth is the White Chris- tian Kuffaar from Europe in- vited the Native American In- dian for meals but after that sacrificed the whole lot by burning them alive and then celebrated it by making a Tur- key Dinner. Today we can draw a com- parison and say that while they might not be killing Na- tive American Indians, they are killing Muslim Palestini- ans. The sad fact is that almost ALL Muslims in this country get together on this day to have the same Turkey Dinners as the Kuffaar do. The most common excuse of these Muslims is that on this ‗Thanksgiving‘ day we are all off from work therefore we are just having an innocent family get together. It also doesn‘t help that the Imaam in our a local Masjid encourages the community that it is a must to celebrate Thanksgiving. They even go to the extent of giving (Continued on page 19) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 19 On the occasion of the dis- patching the Army, Hadhrat Umar, the Khalifah (Radhiyallahu anhu) wrote the following letter to the Commander Hadhrat Sa‘d Bin Waqqaas (Radhiyallahu an- hu): ―I command you and those (Mujaahideen) who are with you from the armies to adopt Taqwa in all situa- tions, for verily, Taqwa (Fear) for Allah is the best weapon against the enemy, and the most potent scheme in war. I command you and your army with the greatest em- phasis to abstain from sins, for verily, the sins of the ar- my are more fearful (and harmful) for them than the enemy. Verily, the Mus- limoon are aided by Allah in consequence of the sinning of their enemy. If it was not for this (i.e. for abstention from sins), we would not have had power against them be- cause our numbers are not as (huge) as their numbers nor are our arms as (much and potent) as their arms. Therefore, if we are equal to them in sins, then they will (Continued on page 20) Q. For now I pray at home in Jamaah with my brothers. We moved in a house with gar- den. Do I continue to pray in- side or should I make a place like a eidgah outside in the garden to pray in Jamaah ? A. Obviously Salaat behind these murtadd ‗imaams‘ is not valid. Continue performing Salaat in Jamaat at home. If the house becomes too small to accommodate the musallis, then perform outside in the garden. out free Turkeys to the Kuffaar. The Imaam also justifies participating in this Haraam occasion by quoting Aayaat of the Holy Qur‘aan telling eve- ryone that even Allah Ta‘ala says we must take the good from the Kuffaar. All this happens while in the same Masjid there is an Azaadville educated co- Imaam/Mufti who can‘t even speak up in fear of losing his job which pays him close to $4,000 a month. Please com- ment in the light of the Shari- ah. COMMENT Genuine Muslims are not in need of much intelligence to understand the evil and vil- lainy of this haraam ‗thanksgiving‘ practice of the American kuffaar – a haraam practice which Muslims are emulating. They come within the purview of following the Yahood and Nasaara into the “lizard‟s hole” mentioned by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The imaam who has dis- gorged the haraam trash in the name of the Qur‘aan hovers on the brink of Kufr or perhaps he has already lost his Imaan. The silent Azaadville molvi comes within the scope of the Hadith: “He who is silent re- garding the Haqq is a DUMB DEVIL.” Participation in this custom of the kuffaar is haraam. The food served is haraam. Emu- lating the kuffaar practice is haraam Tashabbuh. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Whoever imitates a people is of them.” Thus, they are of the kuffaar whilst they profess to be ‗Muslims‘. (Continued from page 18) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 20 “Verily, Allah defends the People of Imaan. Verily, Al- lah does not love the treach- erous ingrate ones.” (Al-Hajj, Aayat 38) In this Verse of the Qur‘aan Majeed, Allah Ta‘ala gives the assurance of His Protec- tion for the Mu‘mineen. He states that He defends the People of Imaan. But we do not see the Aid and Protec- tion of Allah Ta‘ala for Mus- lims in Gazzah, Palestine, Syria, etc. In the Qur‘aan Majeed, Allah Ta‘ala also declares: “Verily, Allah does not violate (His Promise).” So what is the answer for the conundrum of the brutal pulverization of Muslims by the Yahood and Nasaraa? In reality there is no conun- drum. In the very same Aayat (above) the Protection is stat- ed for the Mu‘mineen. To- day the pulverized nations known as Muslims are not Mu‘mineen in the meaning of the Qur‘aan. They are „khawwaan and kafoor‟, i.e. treacherous, ingrate ones. They have betrayed Allah Ta‘ala, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and Islam. Thus they do not qualify for the Protection of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The pulveriza- tion in operation currently is the Athaab (Punishment) of Allah Azza Wa Jal for the Ummah who has become khawwaan-kafoor. have greater power over us, otherwise we shall not be aid- ed (by Allah) by our own vir- tue nor shall we be able to defeat them with our pow- er.‖ (End of Hadhrat Umar‟s Naseehat to the Army) This is a Naseehat which Muslims of today are unable to comprehend. While the kuffaar army fights on its stomach (its physical strength, numbers and weaponry), the Army of Allah Ta‘ala fights on its Imaan vitalized with Taqwa. Minus Taqwa, there will necessarily be defeat for Muslims and victory for the kuffaar. Cultivation of Taqwa is an imperative condition for victory of the Muslims. A‘maal-e-Saalihaat (Virtuous Deeds) are impera- tive for cultivation of Taqwa which is the bedrock for suc- cess and victory in this world and in the Aakhirah. “Allah has promised those of you who believe (have Imaan) and who practice virtuous deeds (A‟maal-e-Saalihah) that He will most assuredly make them rulers on earth just as He had made those before them rulers. And certainly He will grant them strength in their Deen which He has chosen for them, and He will substitute their fear with safety (and peace). They worship Me and they do not associate partners with Me. Thus, those who commit kufr, verily they are the faasiqoon.” (An-Noor, Aayat 55) (Continued from page 19) HIS NUSRAT (AID) “With the Aid of Allah does He aid Whomever He wills. He is The Mighty, The Most Merciful.” (Ar-Room, Aayat 5) Allah Azza Wa Jal is Unique and Independent. He acts and operates as He wills. Currently, His Aid is with the Yahood and Nasaara, and this denial of Aid for the Muslims is one form of Athaab for us. “…IF YOU ARE MU‟MINEEN” “Do not become cowardly; do not grieve. You will be victorious if you are Mu‟mineen.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 139) Most certainly, the day this Ummah becomes „Mu‟mineen‟, they will not sue for peace nor will they grieve. They will then be victorious. However, as long as they are treacherous in- grates, they will be cowards, bootlick the Yahood and Nasaara for peace/ceasefire and suffer defeat upon defeat, humiliation on humiliation. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 21 “O People of Imaan! If you follow (bootlick) any group of the Ahl-e-Kitaab (Yahood and Nasaara), they will divert you after your Imaan to become kaafireen.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 100) “O People of Imaan! Do not take as confidants those be- sides your own (Mu‟mineen). They (the kuffaar) will leave no stone unturned to harm you. They wish for whatever causes suffering for you. Ha- tred (for you) has manifested on their tongues, but what is hidden in their hearts is worse. Indeed We have clearly ex- plained the Signs to you, if indeed you have intelli- gence.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 118) Since Muslims are no longer ‗Mu‘mineen‘, they lack the intelligence to understand the Warning sounded by Allah Ta‘ala in these Qur‘aanic Verses. They are addicted to the malady of bootlicking the Yahood and Nasaara, the very scoundrels who are today perpetrating genocide in the lands of the Muslims. (righteousness) of Hadhrat Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu), for example, is Fardh since such a belief stems from belief in Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). To reject, ridicule or mock any tenet, practice or teaching of the Deen substantiated on the basis of Ijma‟, is kufr which ex- pels the villain from Islam. If someone cannot understand that branding Hadhrat Abu Bakr, Ha- dhrat Umar, Hadhrat Uthmaan and the vast majority of Sahaa- bah as ‗kaafir‘ is not kufr, as it appears from the abovemen- tioned flotsam of Ibn Taimiyyah, then either the person‘s mind is deranged with some sort of de- mentia or he, himself is a Shiah or a kaafir of some sort. The Imaan and Islam of the Khulafa-e-Raashideen and of the Sahaabah are confirmed truths declared by the Qur‘aan, Sunnah and Ijma‘. If these illustrious and senior Sahaabah are ‗kuffaar‘ as they are vilified by the Shiah, then who on earth can be a Mus- lim? The Shiah? Anyone who reviles the Sahaabah is a kaafir. Do not be fooled into taking the road to Jahannam by falling in Ibn Taimiyyah‘s trap of jahaalat. He is a fellow who ‗discovered‘ 600 years after Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) that the Islam taught and practised by the Ummah for more than six centuries after Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was ‗corrupt and convoluted‘, hence he deemed it appropriate to set aside the Islam of the Ummah – of the Four Math-habs – and to propagate the ‗math-hab‘ of his nafs. Thus, only morons adopt his ‗math-hab‘ of deviation. Ibn Taimiyyah presenting the argument of a Sahaabi abusing a Sahaabi and thereby not becom- ing kaafir, as his basis for negat- ing the kufr of abusing the Sa- haabah, is insipid and stupid. The Sahaabah were human. Their mutual disputes and fights are restricted to themselves, and may not be presented as daleel for permissibility or validity for any haraam act committed by others. A Sahaabi abusing anoth- er Sahaabi is not kufr. A Nabi assaulting another Nabi, as Nabi Musa (alayhis salaam) had done to Nabi Haroon (alayhis salaam), is not kufr. But a follower as- saulting a Nabi becomes a kaafir. Ibn Taimiyyah had lost his intel- lectual equilibrium when he abandoned the Taqleed of the Math-habs, and began dabbling with the kufr of the philosophers. It is for this reason that despite his vast textual knowledge, he spoke much drivel. His view regarding this issue is in effect condonation of Shiah kufr. Of all the baatil sects which branched out from Islam, the Shiahs are the only satanists who revile the Sahaabah and who have declared the Sahaabah to be kaafir. His stupid view is de- signed to support the Shiahs. If the Sahaabah are dropped from the lofty pedestal Islam has accorded them, then the entire edifice of Islam collapses. The Sahaabah are the pivots of the Qur‘aan. The very authenticity of the Qur‘aan Majeed rests on the integrity of the Sahaabah. They were the first compilers and preservers of the Qur‘aan. Reviling them is to detract from the authenticity of the Qur‘aan, and that in fact is precisely what the Shiahs do and believe. They reject the authenticity of the Qur‘aan because it is their belief that the Compilers of the Qur‘aan were kaafir. This is the consequence of Ibn Taimiyyah‘s corrupt belief that abusing the Sahaabah is not kufr. (Continued from page 8) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 22 HADHRAT UMAR (RADHIYALLAHU ANHU) Heraclius, the Roman emperor had asked the Muslim envoy (a Sahaabi) to describe the Kha- lifah, Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu). The Sahaa- bi summed up the Khalifah‘s character in a single statement. He said: “He does not deceive nor can he be deceived.” Hera- clius was dumbfounded. Then he commented that the first part (viz. He does not deceive) is the evi- dence for his piety, and the se- cond part (he cannot be de- ceived) is the evidence for his perfect intelligence. This was the barkat of obedi- ence to Allah Ta‘ala. He had be- come the repository of Irfaan-e- Haqq. Allah Ta‘ala was his Guide and Helper. Today, Muslims have abandoned the Obedience which is imperative for the acquisition of the Nusrat of Allah Ta‘ala. When Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu) appointed Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu an- hu) to be the Khalifah after his (Abu Bakr‘s demise), Hadhrat Umar said: “I am not in need of the Khilaafat.” Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: “The Khilaafat needs you.” (Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) FITNAH AND FASAAD “Fasaad (Anarchy) has appeared on the land and ocean because of the evil deeds earned by the hands of the peo- ple. (And this fasaad which is a punishment of Allah is meted out) for perhaps they (the evil people will repent) and return (to the path of obedience). (Qur‟aan) (An extract from the Khutbah of Shaikh Al-Huzaifi, the for- mer Imaam of Musjid Nabawi, Madinah Munawwarah ―We make it quite clear that on the one hand are the move- ments seeking unity of the dif- ferent religions of the world, and on the other hand are the movements whose objective is to create unity and brother- hood between the Shiahs and the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaat. This indeed is extremely op- pressive and painful to us. These baseless ideas and misleading movements are the brain children of those self- styled scholars who lack knowledge of the basic princi- ples of Islam… Islam has emphasized in de- tail that the religions of the Jews and Christians are false and unfounded… …So far as the question of unity of ideolo- gy is concerned, it is an ab- surdity and an impossibility… …It is incumbent on a Muslim to maintain his religious iden- tity and to hold fast the Islamic values and be steadfast on Imaan. This is the only way that the lawful interests of a Muslim, his honour and pres- tige can be defended. It is against the teaching of Islam to follow a movement which aims to create a unity of different religions. It will en- tangle the Ummah in a quag- mire of difficulties. It is an ab- surdity to patch Islamic ideolo- gy with the false propositions of the interfaith movement. This (i.e. inclination towards interfaith) is the effect of the weakness of Imaan and associ- ation with the enemies of Al- lah Ta‘ala… How is it possible for Islam and Judaism to unite? Similarly, there is no possibility of unity between Islam and Christianity. Islam is the Deen of pure Ta- wheed whereas the most mis- leading religion of Christianity advocates that Hadhrat Isaa (Alayhis salaam) was the son of Allah (Nauthibillaah!). How can this misleading religion be on par with Islam? DESTRUCTION IS HIS DECREE “When We intend to destroy a qaryah (town, village, city), We command its affluent ones, then they indulge (recklessly) in fisq. Thus the decree (of punishment) is established. Then We utterly destroy it (the qaryah).” This Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal is today being re- peated in Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria. Who is next in line for ‗utter destruction‘? Per- haps Jordan? “And for the Sunnah of Allah you will not find a change.” (Qur‟aan) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 23 “Those who commit kufr shall be ushered towards Jahannam so that Allah may separate the filth (kuffaar) from the pure (Mu‟mineen). He will lump together the filth, piling them one on top of the other, then cast them into Jahannam. Indeed they are the losers.” (Al-Anfal, Aayat 37) This is the type of supreme punishment awaiting the in- terfaithers who masquerade as Muslims. They are de- scribed in the Aayat as kha- beeth (filth). Bootlickers are among the worst kind of filth. They will be piled on into a homologous whole and flung into Hell-Fire. Interfaith has become a pal- atable kufr brewed by the Ya- hood and Nasaara. The objec- tive of interfaith dialogue is to make this Ummah bootlick- ers of the Yahood and Nasaara. The plot is to de- stroy Islam, and the enemies of Islam have managed to recruit many molvis and sheikhs for executing their pernicious aim. Therefore, beware of the munaafiq molvis and sheikhs who participate in interfaith sa- tanic exercises, dialogue and conferences. OUR ASSISTANCE “Aiding the Mu‟mineen has always been Our responsibil- ity.” (Ar-Room, Aayat 47) Allah Azza Wa Jal declares in the Qur‘aan Majeed that aid- ing the Mu‘mineen is His Re- sponsibility. Allah Ta‘ala never abandons what He has as- sumed as a responsibility on Himself. Yet, we see that Mus- lims in Palestine, Syria and elsewhere are not being assist- ed. The assistance in the Qur‘aan which is the Responsibility of Allah Ta‘ala is reserved for the Mu‟mineen. Thus, those Muslims who are not being assisted are not Mu‟mineen in the meaning of the Qur‘aan, hence they are deprived of Di- vine Aid. This is the era of kufr. It is mentioned in the Hadith: “A time will dawn when the people will gather in their Musaajid and perform Sa- laat while not a single one will be a Mu‟min.” TRUE MUJAHIDEEN? Q. Who are the true Mu- jaahideen? It has become clear that the jihad groups in Syria are fake. They ap- pear to be working for America. A. There are no longer true Mujaahideen. Every jihaadi outfit today is the creation of the USA. Whether there will ever be true Mujaahideen be- fore the advent of Imaam Mahdi (Alayhis salaam) is known to only Allah Ta‘ala. However, in our opinion true Mujaahideen will be only when Imaam Mahdi (Alayhis salaam) appears. Today the only Jihaad is to train in the field of self- reformation (Islah of the nafs). Wage jihaad against the cellphone and internet which corrupt and destroy Akhlaaq and even Imaan. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The true Mujaahid is he who wages jihaad against the nafs.” If victory is achieved in the field of Islaah of the Nafs, Allah Ta‘ala will then create the circumstances for a genuine Jihaad and for true Mujaahideen. Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu), the second Khalifah of Islam, has beautifully ex- plained the Taqwa Equation. In a nut shell, minus Taqwa, victory is NEVER possible for Muslims. Explaining this Equation which is so essential for Victory in the battlefields of Jihaad, Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) said that when Muslims also sin like the kuffaar, then both sides are equal. They sin and we sin, hence we are on the same footing. When morally we are on the same footing, then the nu- merical and weaponry superi- ority of the kuffaar tilts the balance in their favour, hence (Continued on page 24) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 73 Page 24 they gain victory over Mus- lims in the battlefield. In the scenario of moral or immoral equanimity, there is no favour- able element for victory of Muslims. Thus the natural mundane effects of superiority of material means will be man- ifested. Allah Ta‘ala has creat- ed effects in material/physical mundane makhluqaat (created things). Fire will naturally burn. However, it is possible for karaamat which is an ef- fect of Taqwa to neutralize and eliminate the natural function of fire. For neutralizing the natural physical effects of ma- khluqaat, there has to be spir- itual substance, and this sub- stance is the effect of Taqwa. On the other hand, if Mus- lims have Taqwa, there will no longer be equanimity. The bal- ance will be tilted in favour of Muslims. The invisible force of Taqwa produces invincibil- ity in the Muslim Army of Al- lah since the Nusrat of Allah Azza Wa Jal has been prom- ised for the Muttaqeen. For Muslims of healthy Imaan, there is no conundrum in the comprehension of this Equation which Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) had stated as an effect of Ilhaam (Divine Inspiration). Remember that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had said: “If anoth- er Nabi had to come after me, it would be Umar.” The defeat upon defeat, hu- miliation upon humiliation which the Muslim fighters suffer are the consequences of their own moral and spir- itual bankruptcy – their total lack of Taqwa. Defeat for Muslims is not the conse- quence of kuffaar prowess. Defeat is the natural conse- quence of the lack of Taqwa which invites the Wrath of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Thus the promised Divine Aid is de- nied. (Continued from page 23) Q. Is it permissible to sign the pledge of allegiance to the Canadian government to gain citizenship? The fol- lowing is the pledge: "I swear (or affirm) that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty King Charles the Third, King of Canada, His Heirs and Successors, and that I will faithfully observe the laws of Canada, including the Constitution, which rec- ognizes and affirms the Abo- riginal and treaty rights of First Nations, Inuit and Mé- tis peoples, and fulfil my du- ties as a Canadian citizen." A. It is not permissible to sub- mit to the pledge of alle- giance of the Canadian gov- ernment. Pledging allegiance and obedience to Taghoot is not permissible. Q. From the Islamic perspec- tive, what should we under- stand about the genocide in Palestine? A. Whatever is happening to the Muslims in Palestine is the Punishment of Allah Ta‘ala. The Shiahs have their own agenda for supporting Palestine. Hamas is not a Deeni organization. It is the same as all the other kufr gov- ernments and kufr kings and rulers in the Muslim countries. Just as all governments and kings in Muslim countries have abolished the Shariah, thus becoming Murtad, so too has Hamas done in Gazzah, hence the Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala. Nevertheless make dua for their forgiveness, guid- ance and safety. An Aalim who had ‗slipped‘ (committed a seri- ous blunder) was mentioned to Imaam Ahmad Bin Ham- bal (Rahmatullah alayh). It was said that this Aalim had retracted and repented. Imaam Ahmad (Rahmatullah alayh) said: ―Allah Ta‘ala does not accept it (his repentance and retraction) as long as he does not declare his Taubah and Rujoo‘ (Retraction) from his erroneous statement. He has to declare what he had said and that he has repented to Allah Ta‘ala from his erro- neous statement and that he has retracted. When he makes this public, then his Taubah will be accepted.‖ A private retraction and taubah do not exculpate the deviate from his Shar‘i in- fraction. The villainy which he had publicly perpetrated has to be incumbently recti- fied by means of a public re- traction and repentance.

BULLETIN No. 73 Jumdal Aakhir 1446 / December 2024 THE BAND OF HAQ "There will ever remain a band from my Ummah fighting on the Haq until the Day of Qiyaamah. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them." (Hadith) WHAT THE QUR'AAN SAYS "Do not become cowardly and do not call for Salaam (peace/ceasefire/ truce). (Ultimately), you will be victori- ous. Allah is with you, and He will not destroy your good deeds." (Muhammad, Aayat 35) Ceasefire is the consequence of weakness which forebodes defeat. Either both sides are exhausted and perceive defeat overshadowing them or one side is weak and exhausted, and is thus compelled into disgraceful bootlicking of the Yahood and Nasaara. Regarding ceasefires, the Qur'aan Majeed rules to the contrary. For the Mu'mineen, a ceasefire and peace with the kuffaar, especially of the brutal kind such as the Yahood of Israel and the Nasaraa of the West, is humiliating and it is only weakness and defeat which constrain acceptance. However, the reality on the ground cannot be ignored and wished away. If the back of the Muslim fighters/resistance has been broken and they now believe that they will not be able to sustain the war much longer, that is, if they find themselves sprawled at the feet of the brutal kuffaar forces, then ceasefire and peace will be permissible. Or if the motive is to regroup, rebuild and rearm for the longer term, then the ceasefire will be permissible and it will come within the purview of the Qur'aanic Aayat: "O People of Imaan! When you clash with the kuffaar in battle, then do not turn your backs to them (that is, do not flee). Whoever turns his back to them on such a day (of Battle), except with the intention of changing tactics to do Battle, or to seek aid from another group (of Mu'mineen), then verily he shall return with the Wrath of Allah, and his abode shall be Jahannam. Indeed it is a vile abode." (Al-Anfaal, Aayats 15 & 16) Victory is promised for those who are Mu'mineen in the meaning of the Qur'aan. Those who, despite being professed Muslims, who abolish and destroy the Shariah and the Hizbullah Shiahs are not the Mu'mineen who come within the scope of the Aayaat which emphatically promise Nusrat of Allah Azza Wa Jal for them. Hamas has never been an ambassador of Islam. On the contrary it had abolished the Law of Allah Ta'ala, hence raising slogans of "Allahu Akbar!" in the battlefield against the Yahood is meaningless. While a ceasefire has been hammered out between Shiah Hizbullah and Israel, hitherto the objectives of both antagonists have not been achieved. Neither has Israel achieved its objective of destroying Hizbullah nor has the latter attained its repeated declaration of continuing the fight until the Jews withdraw from Gazzah. The ceasefire has been instituted in Lebanon while the massacres and genocide continue in Gazzah and Palestine. In terms of the Shariah, a ceasefire is valid only in two scenarios: (1) The kuffaar sue for peace and hand over their country to the Khalifah. Islam with its Shariah shall be the Law, and the non-Muslims will become Zimmies (citizens of the Islamic states) on whom a small tax (Jizyah) will be levied. (2) To regroup and rearm to renew the Jihad. A truce is not valid in Islam for any other reason. It is not for the fiction of 'coexistence' and 'harmony' as the interfaith molvis and sheikhs promote. Coexistence and harmony with the kuffaar in terms of Islam are possible only when they are subjects of the Islamic State. Of course, there is no Islamic state existing today. The primary Maqsad (Objective) of Jihad is I'laa Kalimatullaah - to raise the Word (Deen) of Allah. There is no other objective of Jihad. Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan Majeed: "Wage Jihad against them until there exists no fitnah (the fitnah of kufr) and until the Deen is only for Allah." (AlBaqarah, Aayat 193) "Wage Jihad against them until there remains no Fitnah and until all Deen is only for Allah." (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 39) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "I have been commanded with Jihad until all people accept 'Lailaha ill al laah". While defensive wars such as the fight against the Yahood by Hamas, are technically Jihad, they have no relationship with the Primary Jihad commanded by Allah Ta'ala. On the contrary, the war today in Palestine has no affinity with the Deen. The participants are all bad-deen (irreligious) or be -deen (without deen). One Palestinian group which is part of the resistance is in fact a cartel of atheists. Allah Azza Wa Jal and Islam have been deleted in entirety from the equation of Muslim life of today. That is the glaring cause for Divine Abandonment of Muslims. That is the reason for the Athaab of Allah Ta'ala, which has settled on the Palestinians in the form of YahoodNasaara brutality and genocide. The "ultimate victory" mentioned in the Qur'aan Majeed is reserved for the Mu'mineen. Alas! Today there are no 'Mu'mineen' in the Qur'aanic meaning. In this regard, the Hadith states: "A time will dawn when the peo- ple will gather in their Musaajid and perform Salaat while not a single one will be a Mu'min." "You will ultimately be victorious" is the Message of the Qur'aan for genuine Muslims. Alas! There are no such Muslims, hence the ongoing misery and brutality. "And, there is no aid except from Allah, The Mighty." (Qur'aan) "If He (Allah) abandons you, then who is there besides him to help you?" (Qur'aan) PART OF SYRIA HAS ALREADY BEEN INCORPORATED INTO THE 'GREATER ISRAEL' PLOT Gullible and ignorant Muslims – morons – should divest their brains from the idea of the current conflict in the land previously known as 'Syria', as Jihad. This idea is furthest from truth and furthest from reality. The so- called 'jihadi' outfits are all the surrogates and puppets of USA. America had activated its surrogate-creation to bring about the fall and elimination of only the Assad Khinzeer. As for the rest of the kuffaar Assad regime, it is still acting as a phantom government of a non-existing country. The secularists are now described as 'democrats' who will toe the American-Israeli line to establish 'Greater Israel' which the Yahood are dreaming of to include Lebanon, Jordan and even Saudi Arabia. Anyhow, they are plotting and scheming to attain their goals. But on the other hand, Allah Ta'ala too Plots: "They plotted and Allah too plots, and Allah is the Best of plotters." While Muslims, including ourselves, are emotionally shattered by the destruction which the khanaazeer Yahood are perpetrating in the Land of Shaam, we are required to commit our intelligence for a valid appraisal of the situation. The armed forces – military, navy and airforce of the former Syria – which Israel has utterly destroyed, never were Muslim forces. These forces were more kuffaar than the Yahood and Nasaara. Their only function was to brutalize, torture, detain and murder Muslims, and this they achieved par excellence. Tens of thousands of Muslims were tortured and murdered by these armed forces of the Khinzeer's regime. We are emotionally affected because the image of the Land of Shaam gushes to our mind. But a little intellectual reflection reveals that the forces which the Israeli Khanaazeer have destroyed and are still destroying, are among the worst enemies of Allah Ta'ala and Islam. Allah Azza Wa Jal is utilizing the American and Israeli kuffaar to eliminate His enemies, and the process of elimination will follow its Divine course. Everything has a prescription by Allah Ta'ala: "Nothing is hidden from your Rabb, be it an atom in the earth or in the heavens, small or great. It is recorded in a Clear Book." (Qur'aan) "Not a leaf drops (from a tree) but He is aware. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth, nor anything dry or moist, but it is recorded in a Clear Book" (Qur'aan) It is of the Sunnah of Allah Ta'ala to utilize kuffaar for the execution of certain of His decrees. "Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Allah." (Qur'aan) Never should we delete Allah Ta'ala from the equations of life. Everything happening, no matter how slight or how momentous, it is the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. All political and social upheavals are by the decree and command of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Currently, the old Syria is in the process of being carved up into three sections: one for Turkey, one for USA and one for Israel. Syria will exist in name in stupid forums such as the United Nations where hundreds of baboons will make ineffective noises. It should not at all be surprising if 'Greater Israel' gains quick fulfillment by annexing Lebanon and Jordan, etc. One of the requisites for the appearance of Imaam Mahdi were all schools of shaitaan and kufr. The fact that the U.S. granted Gulen asylum and sanctuary and protected him should be adequate for understanding this sinister character who has perished just recently. He lived on a vast estate in the U.S. well guarded and protected by his American handlers and bosses. Gulen was buried secretly in a coffin on 24 October, 2024 by the Christian funeral company, Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith. Muslims should take note and beware of Gulen's schools where Muslim children have been admitted. It is Waajib for parents to remove their children from these schools of kufr. "Who can be your army be- sides Ar-Rahmaan to assist you? Indeed the kaafiroon are in deception." (Al-Mulk, Aayat 20) Since Muslims have abandoned Islam, their brains operate like the brains of the kuffaar. They fail to understand that besides Allah Ta'ala there is no helper for Muslims. Hamas and Muslims in general are looking askance at the United Nations, the International Criminal Court, Iran, and at the hollow, fickle and hypocritical sympathy of the so-called international community. All the bootlicking of the kuffaar has not prevented the daily ongoing genocidal massacres in Palestine and now Lebanon, and tomorrow elsewhere. Allah Ta'ala states unequivocally in the aforementioned Aayat and also in other Qur'aanic Verses that there is no army to come to the aid of Muslims. Only Allah Ta'ala is the Succour and Refuge of Muslims. But His Nusrat (Help) has a price, and that price is Taa-at (Obedience) and Ibaadat. The effect of bootlicking the kuffaar is only further sinking in degradation in the quagmire of fisq, fujoor and kufr to which Muslims must attribute their impotency and humiliation. They are licking the very boots which are kicking them into the heart-rending miseries and horrors of the genocide currently being executed by the Yahood and Nasaara. MAKHLOOQ PARASTI (WORSHIPPING Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "In the matter of opposing joint participation with Hindus in the political agitation (against the British rulers), I am the Shield for all other (Ulama) who are asleep and silent. People fear criticism for this stance of opposition and they fear that followers will be lost. I regard such an attitude to be makhlooq parasti. It is never Haqq Parasti (i.e. worshipping the Truth). Alham- dulillah, I am immune to criticism. I am accustomed to it. They may insult and criticize me and lose confidence in me. By the grace of Allah I stand to lose nothing. On the contrary, should I abandon my stance, I will suffer harm because it will then be makhlooq parasti." ONLY ALLAH CONTROLS "What! Have they (the kuffaar) not seen the birds above them spreading and folding their wings? It is only Ar-Rahmaan Who keeps them aloft. Verily, He is watchful over everything." (Al-Mulk, Aayat 19) Whatever is transpiring in Gazzah, Lebanon, and elsewhere, Allah Ta'ala is fully aware. He sees, hears and knows, and all these upheavals in creation are by His Decree. Therefore, never delete Allah Ta'ala from the equations of life. OBLIGATION Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "When the Sahaabah established their sovereignty (in the conquered lands), they fulfilled the obligation com- manded by Allah Ta'ala: "They are those, if We grant them sovereignty on earth, they establish Salaat, pay Zakaat, command virtue and prohibit evil. This is the first and foremost obligation of an Islamic government. Commenting on the praise which a modernist Muslim lauded on Ghandi, Hadhrat Thanvi said: "There is no comparison between a Muslim and Ghandhi. The worst faasiq faajir Muslim is superior to every kaafir by Allah Ta'ala. But when Muslims lack ability, they fail to understand this reality. Muslims nowadays fail to distinguish between friend and enemy. It is indeed surprising that this non-Muslim (Ghandhi) who rejects Islam and strives to benefit his people, is regarded by Muslim leaders and even some molvis to be a sympathizer of Muslims. This notion is indeed accursed and unjust. It is so simple to understand that a man who denies Risaalat and who is the enemy of Allah and His Ra- sool can never be the friend and sympathizer of Muslims. Every kaafir is the enemy of Islam and Muslims. They are the enemies of Imaan. A non-Muslim who has intelligence will be concerned about the Aakhirat. He will accept Imaan. The fact that he denies Imaan testifies to his lack of Aql (intelligence). While he lacks intelligence, he is cunning. Criticizing the modernist zindeeq followers of the Zindeeq Sir Sayyid Ahmed Khan, founder of the Aligarh University, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said: All those who raise the slogan of hub-e-dunya (love for the world and progress) are the selected campfollowers and disciples of Sir Sayyid Ahmed Khan. This poor soul died whilst singing this monotonous tune. An age has passed hearing the monotonous song of 'Progress! Progress!' but the conundrum of Muslim deg- radation and humiliation remains. While their (i.e. the modernist followers of Sayyid Ahmed Khan) objective is denial of the Nusoos (the Qur'aan and Hadith - the Shariah), they do not overtly say so. Corrupting the Qur'aan and Hadith with nibbling and interpolation is the dominant profession of these people. This indicates denial of the Nusoos. Despite all the unIslamic schemes fabricated for progress, Muslims are incrementally retrogressing and sinking deeper into humiliation. Assuming that progress is attainable by means of such methods which are in conflict with the Shariat and which trample on Islam, then such progress is not for Muslims. Why disgrace Islam in such ways whilst professing to be Muslims? Proclaim clearly what is in the heart and join the aliens openly. This liberalism is the stepping stone for ilhaad and zandaqah (atheism and hereticism). You have employed all such schemes of progress; you have joined the Hindus in friendship, but to no avail. At every step is failure. "Thus did Allah apprehend them on account of their sins. Most certainly, Allah is Most Powerful, Severe in Punish- ment." That is because, Allah does not change (snatch away) a Boun- ty (the favors of prosperity and safety) which He has awarded to a nation. He snatches away the Bounty when they change what is within themselves and (know and un- derstand) that verily, Allah Hears and is Aware." (Al-Anfaal, Ayats 52 and 53) The calamities and hard- ships which have settled on the Palestinian Muslims and on other Muslims elsewhere in the world, are all PUNISHMENTS of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Allah Ta'ala grants long periods of respite to the disobedient people, affording them ample time and means to reform and obey Him. However, when they become determined in reckless sin, transgression, fisq, fujoor and kufr, then the Divine Axe of Athaab becomes halaal for them. That Axe is today smiting Muslims in several parts of the world where they are being pummeled, brutalized and kicked by the boots they had become addicted to disgracefully lick with pride and relish. Do not delete Allah Ta'ala from these equations of life. The Qur'aan states the problems and their consequences with the greatest clarity. But 'Muslims' due to the hidden kufr lurking in them refuse to understand. It is this kufr which has indurated and sealed their hearts to reality. Thus, the Ummah is witnessing and experiencing the consequences of their own misdeeds, transgression and rebellion. The Yahood and Nasaara are simply appendages of the Divine Machine of Athaab. Allah Ta'ala, Who Sees and Hears, has empowered them to execute His Command of Athaab. Thus, the genocide is the Athaab of Allah Ta'ala. It will end only after it has run its divinely prescribed course. "We did not oppress them, but they had oppressed them- selves (with their transgression and rebellion)…" (Hood, Aaayat 101) Commenting on the domination and oppression on Muslims by the kuffaar, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "Bani Israaeel were not kuffaar. They were the Ahl-e -Kitaab. Regarding them, the Qur'aan says: "We have revealed in the Kitaab to Bani Israaeel: 'You will most certainly spread mischief in the land twice and perpetrate great anarchy. Thus, when the first of the two occasions transpired (i.e. of your anarchy and mischief), We sent against you Our Ibaad (servants) who were (brutal and) powerful in warfare. They penetrated (your) homes. It was a promise fulfilled." In this Aayat are several noteworthy facts. (1) The mufsideen (mischief-makers/ anarchists) were the Ahl-eKitaab. (They were the Muslim Ummah of the time). (2) Those who are described as 'Our servants' in this aayat were mushrikeen idol worshippers. From the perspective of being the creation of Allah Ta'ala, they are described as 'Ibaadal lana' (Our servants), and also from the perspective of them being Our instrument of Athaab (Punishment). They are not 'Our servants' from the perspective of Maqbooliyat (Acceptance). They had been imposed on Bani Israaeel because they (Bani Israaeel) had become Mardood (rejected and accursed). The same lesson is imparted in the second warning: "When the second Promise came (when you, Bani Israeel repeated your trans- gression and anarchy, then other kuffaar were imposed on you) so that they disfigure your faces, and so that they enter the Musjid (Musjidul Aqsa) just as they had penetrated the Musjid aforetime, and so that they utterly destroy whatever they overrun." From these Aayaat of the Qur'aan it is understood that the actual desecration of the Holy Places is the consequence of our own misdeeds. Understand well that all places – the entire universe - are the same for Allah Ta'ala. The aspect of sanctity relates to us. There is no law which operates on Allah Ta'ala. We have been commanded to respect and honour certain abodes. It is not incumbent on Allah Ta'ala to respect and honour any being or place." (End of Hadhrat's disserta- tion) From the Qur'aan and Ahaadith is manifestly clear that the Ummah's suffering and humiliation are the consequences of the evil and anar- chy of Muslims. The current genocide transpiring in Palestine, the brutal oppression of Muslims in Kashmir, India, Burma, China and elsewhere, are all effects of the Athaab (Punishment) of Allah Ta'ala. It is Allah Azza Wa Jal Who is punishing Muslims for their flagrant anarchy, rebel- lion, fisq, fujoor and kufr. As long as Muslims fail to understand what the Qur'aan and Hadith say, they will remain humiliatingly licking the boots of the Yahood, Nasaara and other kuffaar who are brutally kicking them with the very boots Muslims are licking. BURIED AS A CHRISTIAN For decades have we been warning Muslims of the kaafir Gulen who masqueraded as a 'Muslim' whilst nothing of Islam percolated from him. The network of Turkish secular schools presented as 'madrasahs' which Gulen operated in many countries (Alayhis salaam) is total-total -total hopelessness and helplessness of the Ummah. The Ummah will lay sprawling, licking the boots of the Yahood and Nasaara. Although this situation has been achieved to a large degree, it has not as yet attained its Zenith. The armed forces of all Muslim countries have no Islamic right of existence. Their destruction therefore should be of no concern to Muslims. The function of a genuinely Islamic Army is Jihad, the primary and prime objective being I'la Kalimatullah – Raising the Glory of the Word of Allah. The function of an Islamic Army is to wage Jihad for establishing Islam. But all militaries in all Muslim countries serve the purpose of only bolstering kufr regimes. Their presence is to ensure the suppression of Islam and the domination of Kufr. Thus, from the Islamic perspective, they have no legitimate Shar'i right to exist. The fall of regimes in Muslim countries currently poses no harm for Muslims. All the regimes in all the lands of the Ummah are blatantly Kufr. They are greater enemies of Islam than even the Yahood and Nasaara. Thus their destruction and disappearance such as the destruction and disappearance of the armed forces of former Syria, are in fact welcome. In the wake of the fall and destruction of the kuffaar Syrian regime, at least one great favour of Allah Ta'ala for Muslims was the release of tens of thousands of Muslims who were subjected to horrendous torture in the worst-kind of underground dungeons. If the Khinzeer Assad was not toppled, all the thousands of Muslims would have continued languishing in extreme suffering in the dungeons of torture. Thus, the Ummah has lost nothing by the destruction of the Syrian kuffaar regime and the disintegration of the Syrian country. Physically the Land of Shaam remains, and it will, InshaAllah, flex its muscles and deliver shattering blows to the Yahood and Nasaara. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "For every nation there is an appointed time. When that appointed time arrives, it shall not be delayed or advanced by a moment." Regardless of the emotionally heart-rending upheavals taking place, we derive solace from the reality of the Command and Control of Allah Azza Wa Jal. He is the Commander and He is in control. "He is the First. He is the Last. He is the Eternal." Published On 22 Nov 2024 Gunmen have opened fire on convoys of Shia pilgrims in northwestern Pakistan, killing at least 42 people, according to authorities in the restive province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Women and children were among the fatalities in the attacks in the Kurram tribal district on Thursday, police said on Friday. Sectarian violence has escalated since July in Kurram, a region bordering Afghanistan, between Shia and Sunni tribes over land disputes. Gunmen opened fire on two separate convoys of Shia pilgrims travelling with police escorts in Kurram. No group has claimed responsibility for the attacks. Javedullah Mehsud, the deputy commissioner of Kurram, said the attacks took place when the convoys were on their way from the district headquarters of Parachinar to Peshawar. Mehsud told Al Jazeera on Friday that all the bodies had been recovered and burials would be conducted later in the day. Police said 20 people were wounded. "We also managed to recover 26 people belonging to the Shia community last night, including women and children, who were kept hostage by Sunni groups," Mehsud said. Ajmeer Hussain, 28, survived the attack. "Gunfire suddenly erupted and I started reciting my prayers, thinking these were my final moments," Hussain told the AFP news agency. "I lay down at the feet of the two passengers sitting next to me. Both of them were struck by multiple bullets and died instantly," he said. "The shooting lasted for about five minutes." Condemning the attacks, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said, "The enemies of peace in the country have attacked a convoy of innocent citizens, an act that amounts to sheer brutality." Mehmood Ali Jan, a local tribal elder, told Al Jazeera that locals were furious with the authorities, especially law enforcement which was supposed to provide security to the convoys but failed to do so. "People are planning to gather in Parachinar to protest against the security forces," Ali Jan said. The attacks came days after at least 20 soldiers were killed in separate incidents in the province. In October, 11 people were killed in tribal clashes in Kurram. Kurram has a long history of sectarian strife between Shia and Sunni groups. More than 2,000 people were killed in the deadliest period of violence between 2007 and 2011. The mountainous region adjacent to Afghanistan's Khost, Paktia, and Nangarhar provinces has also become a hotspot for armed groups, with frequent attacks by the Pakistan Taliban or Tehreek-eTaliban (TTP), and ISIL (ISIS). Earlier this month, thousands gathered for a peace march in Parachinar, urging the government to enhance security for Kurram's 800,000 residents, of whom more than 45 percent belong to the Shia minority. Commenting on Thursday's attacks, Mehsud said: "There is naturally a lot of anger and fury among the people in the area … This was a land dispute which has now turned into a tribal-cum-sectarian rift but we have full support of tribal elders not only from Kurram but also other areas." The authorities cannot rule out the presence of militants in this attack, he said, but investi- gations are continuing. (End of Report) Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan Majeed: "Whatever calamity befalls you is the consequence of what your hands have earned, and He forgives much." In other words, the consequences and punishment are supposed to be worse, and more severe. However, since Allah Ta'ala forgives most sins, He punishes for some violations and crimes as a reminder. He reminds us to reform and to return to the Path of Obedience. If this reminder is not heeded, the fitnah and fasaad will degenerate considerably. The 'sectarian violence' is a form of Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. However, the hearts of Muslims are so thoroughly blinded and their brains are so corrupt with kufr that they miserably fail to understand the message inherent in Athaab of the worldly kind. Instead of resorting to reformation, ibaadat and taaat, they plunge deeper into the abyss of villainy, fisq, fujoor and kufr until will come the time for their utter deracination. Q. According to Ibn Taimiyyah, abusing Hadhrat Abu Bakr, Umar and the Sahaabah in general, as the Shiahs do, is not kufr. He argues that since it is not part of Imaan to believe in the Sahaabah, abusing/cursing them is not kufr. In his book, As-Sarimul Maslool, he states: "And merely abusing someone other than the Prophets does not necessarily make the abuser a kaafir because some of those who were in the time of the Prophet (i.e. companions) used to abuse one another and none of them was declared kaafir because of this, and also because it is not Wajib to have faith particularly in any of the companions. Therefore, abusing any of them does not detract from the faith in Allah and His books and His messengers, and the Last Day." A. Ibn Taimiyyah was a deviate. What he said in this regard is bunkum. His deviation precluded him from understanding that in fact it is Waajib to believe in the righteousness of the Sahaabah. The claim that abusing Rasulullah's Sahaabah "does not detract from Imaan", speaks volumes for his deviance from Siraatul Mustaqeem. Reviling/abusing the Sahaabah, especially the Khulafa-e-Raashideen is kufr – kufr which expels the vile abuser from the fold of Islam. The brains of Ibn Taimiyyah became convoluted as a consequence of him having abandoned the Taqleed of the Mathhabs, hence he failed to understand the simple, self-evident fact that abusing, for example, Hadhrat Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu) is tantamount to abusing Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), and such abuse is explicit kufr. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Honour my Sahaabah, for verily, they are your noblest...." The Qur'aan speaks glowingly of the Sahaabah. Nabi -e-Kareem (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Make incumbent on you my Sunnah and the Sunnah of my Khulafa-eRaashideen." He also said that "Love for the Sahaabah is because of my love, and hatred for them is because of my hatred." There are many similar commands of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Rejection of any such command is kufr. The analogy with belief in Allah, the Rasool, the Kitaabs, the Malaaikah and Qiyaamah, is moronic and a display of Ibn Taimiyyah's jahl-e-murakkab (compound ignorance). Rejection of the fact that five Salaat are Fardh is kufr. Rejecting the Sunniyat of Miswaak is kufr. Preferring a kufr practice over an Islamic practice is kufr. These acts are kufr because they are the details stemming from belief in the Rasool. Similarly, belief in the Sahaabiyyat and Adl (righteousness) of Hadhrat Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu), for example, is Fardh since such a belief stems from belief in Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). To reject, ridicule or mock any tenet, practice or teaching of the Deen substantiated on the basis of Ijma', is kufr which expels the villain from Islam. If someone cannot understand that branding Hadhrat Abu Bakr, Hadhrat Umar, Hadhrat Uthmaan and the vast majority of Sahaabah as 'kaafir' is not kufr, as it appears from the abovementioned flotsam of Ibn Taimiyyah, then either the person's mind is deranged with some sort of dementia or he, himself is a Shiah or a kaafir of some sort. The Imaan and Islam of the Khulafa-e-Raashideen and of the Sahaabah are confirmed truths declared by the Qur'aan, Sunnah and Ijma'. If these illustrious and senior Sahaabah are 'kuffaar' as they are vilified by the Shiah, then who on earth can be a Muslim? The Shiah? Anyone who reviles the Sahaabah is a kaafir. Do not be fooled into taking the road to Jahannam by falling in Ibn Taimiyyah's trap of jahaalat. He is a fellow who 'discovered' 600 years after Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) that the Islam taught and practised by the Ummah for more than six centuries after Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was 'corrupt and convoluted', hence he deemed it appropriate to set aside the Islam of the Ummah – of the Four Math-habs – and to propagate the 'math-hab' of his nafs. Thus, only morons adopt his 'math-hab' of deviation. Ibn Taimiyyah presenting the argument of a Sahaabi abusing a Sahaabi and thereby not becoming kaafir, as his basis for negating the kufr of abusing the Sahaabah, is insipid and stupid. The Sahaabah were human. Their mutual disputes and fights are restricted to themselves, and may not be presented as daleel for permissibility or validity for any haraam act committed by others. A Sahaabi abusing another Sahaabi is not kufr. A Nabi assaulting another Nabi, as Nabi Musa (alayhis salaam) had done to Nabi Haroon (alayhis salaam), is not kufr. But a follower assaulting a Nabi becomes a kaafir. Ibn Taimiyyah had lost his intellectual equilibrium when he abandoned the Taqleed of the Math-habs, and began dabbling with the kufr of the philosophers. It is for this reason that despite his vast textual knowledge, he spoke much drivel. His view regarding this issue is in effect condonation of Shiah kufr. Of all the baatil sects which branched out from Islam, the Shiahs are the only satanists who revile the Sahaabah and who have declared the Sahaabah to be kaafir. His stupid view is designed to support the Shiahs. If the Sahaabah are dropped from the lofty pedestal Islam has accorded them, then the entire edifice of Islam collapses. The Sahaabah are the pivots of the Qur'aan. The very authenticity of the Qur'aan Majeed rests on the integrity of the Sahaabah. They were the first compilers and preservers of the Qur'aan. Reviling them is to detract from the authenticity of the Qur'aan, and that in fact is precisely what the Shiahs do and believe. They reject the authenticity of the Qur'aan because it is their belief that the Compilers of the Qur'aan were kaafir. This is the consequence of Ibn Taimiyyah's corrupt belief that abusing the Sahaabah is not kufr. HADHRAT KHALID'S LETTER TO THE KHALIFAH Giving a report of the Battle of Ajnaadain, Hadhrat Khalid Bin Walid (Radhiyallahu anhu), wrote to Ameerul Mu'mineen Hadhrat Abu Bakr Siddique (Radhiyallahu anhu): Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem From Khalid Bin Al-Waleed Al-Makhzoomi to The Khalifah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Salaamun Alaika! I praise Allah besides Whom there is no deity and I send salutations (durood) to his Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). I furthermore add my praise and gratitude to the Muslimeen. May destruction be upon the arrogant mushrikeen and their places of false wor- HADHRAT KHALID'S LETTER ship. Indeed we faced their armies at Ajnaadain. They had raised their crosses and vowed by their religion not to flee and not to desert the battlefield. However Allah had ordained wrath upon our enemies. In consequence, we fought them in every gorge and wasteland. We counted a total number of fifty thousand mushrikeen killed. In the two days of battle four hundred and fifty Muslims were martyred. Allah had ordained shahaadah [martyrdom] for them. They were twenty men from the Ansaar, thirty from Makkah, twenty from Himyar and the remaining from various other tribes. I am writing this letter on Thursday the 2nd of Jumaadal Ukhra. We are returning to Damascus, Insha Allah Ta'ala. Supplicate (make dua) of victory for us. Salaam upon you and all the Muslims and the Rahmat of Allah and His Barakaat.' (ON THE ROAD OF GAZZAH) The epic Battle of Ajnaadain was fought in the year 13 Hijri. It was a memorable battle between Islam and Christendom – between Tauheed and Shirk. The Sahaabi, Hadhrat Safeenah (Radhiyallahu anhu), narrated: "I was in the cavalry of Muaaz Bin Jabal (Radhiyallahu anhu). The Roman army was huge in numbers (and weaponry). Their cavalry was spread in 60 ranks. In each rank were a thousand horsemen. Wallah! While we had seen the forces of Kisra in Iraq, we never saw anything of the likes of the Roman forces, neither in numbers nor in weaponry." Addressing the Troops of Islam (the Sahaabah), Hadhrat Khaalid Bin Walid (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: "Know that you will not again see a Roman army of the kind you are seeing today. If Allah Ta'ala defeats them on your hands, never will they again be able to fight you. Therefore, fight them! Aiding the Deen is your incumbency. Beware of fleeing, for it leads to the Fire. Solidify your units (Bunyaan Marsoos – like a wall of steel)." Wardaan, the powerful supreme commander of the Roman army, addressing his troops, said: "O my Roman comrades! The Emperor (Heracleus) has reposed his trust in you. If you fall (and fail), no one will again be able to stand and fight (the Muslims). The Arabs will overrun your lands and enslave your ladies. Don't fall into disarray. For every three men of ours they have only one. Seek aid from the Cross. Aid will come from it." In an initial skirmish Hadhrat Dhiraar (Radhiyallahu anhu) was pitted against a group of 30 Roman horsemen. Like a roaring lion in the midst of a flock of sheep, he killed 19 Romans. The rest took flight. The Romans flaunted their standards and crosses while the Army of Islam raised the slogan of Laailaha il lallah Muhammadur Rasulullaah, and Allaahu Akbar!. Prior to the Battle, a bishop emerged from the Roman army to have dialogue with Hadhrat Khaalid Bin Walid (Radhiyallahu anhu). The bishop spoke: "Take note! You have entered into a land where no king had the courage to set foot. The Persians were defeated. The Taaibah came and met their disastrous fate. You have, however, been aided over us (by Allah Ta'ala). But such aid will not remain with you. My master, Wardaan has sent me to you with a message. He will give each one of your troops a gold coin, a suite of garments and a turban. For you, will be a 100 gold coins, 100 suites and 100 turbans. Then you should depart with your men. Understand that our army numbers the particles of the sand, and these men are not like the forces you have hitherto been confronted with." Hadhrat Khaalid's re- sponse: "By Allah! We shall not return until one of three options is met. Accept Islam or submit and pay the Jizyah, or the Sword will be the deciding factor. Regarding your numbers, Allah Ta'ala has promised us His Aid. Regarding the gold and clothes, know that soon, Insha-Allah, all of it will belong to us (i.e. you will be defeated and your wealth will be booty for us)." At the close of the first day of this Battle, at the time of Asr, both armies withdrew. Thirty Sahaabah had been martyred and approximately 3000 Romans were killed. Wardaan, the supreme commander of the Christian army, addressing his men said: "O Christians! What do you say about these Arabs? I see them defeating us. I saw their swords killing, their horses charging and your strength failing. Indeed, they are more obedient to their Lord than you. You have been humili- ated because of your injustice, tyranny and treachery. I ask you to repent and to turn to your Lord for succour. If you do not repent, then take heed of an ultimatum of war from the Messiah. Be prepared for total annihilation. God will punish you severely. He has unleashed on you a nation whom we had despised, for whom we had no concern. Most of them were starving, bare-foot and poor….." One of Wardaan's gen- erals spoke: "We have been tested with a people whom you cannot fight. I see a single soldier from their ranks attacking our army undeterred, and returning after killing our men. Their Prophet has told them that whoever among them is killed will enter Paradise, and whoever is killed among the Romans will enter into the Fire. For them death and life are the same…." On the second day of this Battle, prior to the armies clashing, the Christian commander Wardaan had the following dialogue with Hadhrat Khalid Bin Walid (Radhiyallahu anhu): "O Khalid! What do you people want? If you desire something from us, we shall not be miserly. It shall be our charity for you. In our eyes there is no more despicable nation than yours. You are from a droughtstricken land ravaged by famine. You are dying of hunger. Therefore, be contented with what we give and move off!" Hadhrat Khalid's re- sponse: "O Roman Dog! Allah, the Powerful, The Glorious, has made us independent of your charity. He has assigned your wealth to us for distribution and has made lawful your women for us, unless you say: Laailaha il lallaah Muhammadur Rasulullah. If you refuse, then submit to us and pay the Jizyah otherwise there is war and disgrace for you at our hands. I take an oath by Allah that Jihad is dearer to us than a truce… O Enemy of Allah! You are like dogs to us. With the aid of Allah, one of us suffices for a thousand of your kind. Understand that this is not the talk of one who desires an armistice (truce / ceasefire and the like). If you want to engage me alone in combat, then here am I." The Crushing Defeat of the Romans Wardaan the supreme commander of the Romans was killed by Hadhrat Dhiraar (Radhiyallahu anhu). Hadhrat Khalid (Radhiyallahu anhu) throwing the head of Wardaan at the Christians, shouted: "O Enemies of Allah! This is the head of your commander, Wardaan. I am Khalid Bin Walid, the Companion of the Messenger of Allah." The Army of Allah Ta'ala launched a full scale attack. The Romans were devastated and decisively defeated. They fled in utter confusion with the Sahaabah in hot pursuit cutting them down on all sides. Hadhrat Aamir Bin Tufail (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrated: "I was in the regiment of Abu Ubaidah (Radhiyallahu anhu). We were pursuing the defeated Romans who were fleeing in utter confusion on the Road of Ghazzah (Gaza). Then we suddenly saw a cavalry in a distance approaching. It occurred to us that it could be reinforcements dispatched by the Roman Emperor. However, to our delight it was a force sent by the Khalifah, Abu Bakr Siddique (Radhiyallahu anhu). They joined in the killing of the fleeing Romans. The Roman army consisted of 90,000 troops. 50,000 were killed and the rest fled in all directions. The Battle of Ajnaadain ended on the 6th night of Jamadil Ula of the 13th year of Hijrah, 23 nights before the demise of Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu). The congestion was the result of too many patients — not trying to enter the hospital, but rather trying to leave it. All elective surgeries and outpatient clinics at the facility had been canceled amid rocket barrages from Lebanon, as hospitals across northern Israel were instructed to transfer their operations to facilities with extra protection from attacks. "I was about to talk to the anesthesiologist about my hip surgery when he told me that my operation was canceled," said Simon Hadi, who had driven in with his wife from the northern Arab town of Rameh, 50 kilometers (30 miles) away. Some 85 rockets were launched by Hezbollah from Lebanon at the Haifa area in northern Israel on Sunday morning, following overnight launches of over 20 more at the Jezreel Valley — the terror group's deepest rocket fire into Israel since the start of the war in Gaza in October. A teenager was killed when he crashed his vehicle as sirens sounded in the early hours of the morning, and at least three people were injured as a result of the rocket fire. Hadi said he and his wife had been kept up most of the night by the rocket sirens. "Of course, we're all afraid," Hadi said. "Hezbollah doesn't care who it hits." The attacks also caused cancellations in other hospitals, including Haifa's Rambam and Carmel medical centers, Ziv Medical Center in Safed, the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya, HaEmek Medical Center in Afula, Tzafon Medical Center outside Tiberias, and the Italian and English hospitals in Nazareth. At the David Yelin School in Haifa, welcome signs were still up for first graders who started school three weeks ago, but the school was shuttered after the Home Front Command instructed all educational institutions in the area to be closed on Sunday and Monday. "If this happens occasionally, that's okay," said Roza Mayer, whose two children attend Regba Elementary School, near Nahariya. "But I missed a workday to be with them, and I can't keep doing that." Since October 8, Hezbollah-led forces have attacked Israeli communities and military posts along the border, with the group saying it is doing so to support Gaza amid the war against Hamas there. So far, the skirmishes have resulted in 26 civilian deaths on the Israeli side, as well as the deaths of 22 IDF soldiers and reservists. There have also been several attacks from Syria without any injuries. The IDF Home Front Command placed restrictions on public activities in northern Israel Saturday night in expectation of Hezbollah attacks, and on Sunday morning announced that schools would be closed in the Golan Heights, Galilee, Haifa bay area, and northern valleys. The escalation comes after last week's pager and walkie-talkie blasts in Lebanon, which killed more than 30 members of the terror group and wounded thousands of others. "This has been our life for the past 11 months," said Tova Shababo, a resident of Safed, who had come to the Haifa hospital with two of her sons. She and one of her boys had picked up the other son in Kiryat Bialik just a short time before a rocket struck nearby, causing extensive damage. The hospital had asked if her son wanted to cancel the procedure he was set to undergo, but he said no. In Safed, she said, "stores are empty, there's no tourism, no business, and no events." Hezbollah, she said, had destroyed hundreds of trees in the Birya Forest outside Safed, so "nobody is visiting." "Most people live in stress and worry," Shababo said. "My blood pressure goes up every time I hear a siren." She said that during the Second Lebanon War in 2006, her son's house in Safed was hit directly by a Hezbollah Katyusha rocket. "If he hadn't been in his bomb shelter, he would have been killed." Allah Ta'ala has ordained Jihad to be Fardh for this Ummah of Muhammadur Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The one and only Maqsad (Objective) of Jihad is I'laa Kalimatullah – that is, to raise the glory of the Word/ Deen of Allah – to open the Pathway for the Kuffaar to accept Tauheed so that they be saved from eternal perdition in Jahannam. Thus, Jihad is a great Divine Bestowal for the Kuffaar since it brings them into the Fold of Tauheed and saves them from the everlasting Punishment of the Fire of Jahannam. When the Sahaabah invaded the lands of the Kuffaar, the Message was only One: Accept Islam or submit, that is hand the country to us and pay Jizyah, or Jihad. Thus the Message consisted of three options: Tauheed or Jizyah or Jihad. There was no fourth option. This Primary Jihad does not exist anywhere in today's world. All the lands of Islam are today in the control of Murtaddeen masquerading as Muslims, and this includes Hamas. Every entity/king/ government in all the lands of Islam have abolished the Shariah. Thus, all of them are kuffaar. Thus, we see the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal destroying people who profess to be adherents of Islam whilst they are all bootlickers of the kuffaar. Their idols of worship are the United Nations and the phantom of world opinion. They seek aid from mongrels emitting meek barking yelps. "Muslims" today are atheists. Regarding the Ummah of this day, the Hadith states: "An age shall dawn when the people (those professing to be Muslims) will gather in their Musaajid and perform Salaat while not a single one of them will be a Mu'min." When Bani Israaeel complained to Nabi Musa (Alayhis salaam) about the persecution, oppression and brutality of Fir'oun and his people, the Copts, he said: "Seek aid from Allah and have Sabr (Patience). Verily He grants it (i.e. power to rule) to whomever of His slaves He desires. The ulti- mate success will be for the Muttaqeen (the people of Ta- qwa)." (Al-A'raaf, Aayat 128) The Qur'aan and the Ahaadith emphasize that the precondition for success and victory is Taqwa, and Taqwa is fear for Allah Ta'ala, which is the effect of Taa-at (Obedience) and Ibaadat (Worship). This was the solution prescribed by Allah Ta'ala and which Nabi Musa (Alayhis salaam) exhorted his Ummah to adopt. Since Bani Israaeel at that stage suffering under severe oppression had not attained the requisite Roohaaniyat (Spiritual Stamina) for Jihad, Allah Ta'ala commanded them to adopt Sabr and to be steadfast in Obedience and Ibaadat. Thus, Allah Ta'ala further prescribed for them: "We revealed to Musa and his brother: "Establish homes for your people in Egypt and make your homes Places of Ibaadat, and establish Salaat, and give glad tidings (of vic- tory) to the Mu'mineen." (Yoonus, Aayat 87) Fir'oun had forbidden Bani Israaeel from performing Salaat, hence Allah Ta'ala ordered that they perform Salaat in secrecy within their homes. The command was not to stage protest marches and howl meaningless slogans. The command was not to bootlick kuffaar. The command was not to seek moral support from the kuffaar. The command was to be firm in Salaat, for in Salaat is the power which is vital for Jihad. In the wake of Obedience will come the Aid of Allah Ta'ala, hence Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) is commanded to inform them: "Give glad tidings to the Mu'mineen." These Qur'aanic Verses informed Bani Israaeel of the impending victory against the tyrant Fir'oun. They had to first prepare themselves by cultivating Roohaaniyat. Victory will then be the consequence. This is the lesson for this Ummah as well. In every age, Muslims are in need of this prescription. There is no other course for the attainment of victory against the kuffaar. However, like the recalcitrant and 'atheist' 'Muslims' of our current age, the assurance given by Allah Ta'ala did not strike a responsive and an accepted chord in their hearts. Sin, vice and transgression had emaciated their Imaan in the same way as Muslims today are Muslim in mere name. Thus, Bani Israaeel unable to understand the assurance given by Allah Ta'ala, responded: "We were persecuted before you (O Musa!) came to us and also after you have come to us.' He said: 'Soon shall your Rabb destroy your enemy and grant you power (to rule) on earth. Then He shall keep you under observation to see how you con- duct yourselves." (Al-A'raaf, Aayat 129) This is the Sunnah of Allah, and for the Way of Allah there is no change. "Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Allah." (Qur'aan) If Muslims of this age can only expel the satanic 'atheism' from their hearts, abandon their bootlicking of their kuffaar masters as was the practice of Bani Israaeel, and return to the Shariah and Sunnah, then the very same Divine Assurance given to Bani Israaeel by Nabi Musa (Alayhis salaam) will be applicable for this fallen, disgraced, rebellious Ummah of today. Salaat is the highest form of Thikrullaah, and it was only for Thikrullah that Allah Ta'ala has created us. Thus, the very first obligation of the Islamic State is the compulsory establishment of the Institution of Salaat. Referring to this Institution, the Qur'aan states: "Most assuredly Allah will aid those who aid Him (i.e. His Deen). Verily Allah is Powerful and Mighty." They are such people who, if We empower them on earth (make them rulers), they establish Salaat, pay Zakaat, command virtue and forbid vice. And the end result of all af- fairs is with Allah." (Al-Hajj, 40 & 41) A ruler or king or government who does not adopt as the primary obligation of the State the institution of Salaat and Amr Bil Ma'roof Nahyi Anil Munkar, has no legitimacy to rule a country. From all the Nusoos of the Shariah, it is conspicuously and vigorously established that minus the Sha- riah and Sunnah there can never be Islamic rule. Since the entire Shariah has been abolished in all the lands of Muslims, all so-called Muslim rulers, kings and governments are Murtaddeen whose primary occupation is to bootlick the kuffaar. Muslims have appointed the kuffaar as their leaders, hence Allah Ta'ala has appointed them our rulers. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Your deeds are your rulers." People asked Hadhrat Fudhail Bin Iyaadh (rahmatullah alayh): "Why do we not see anywhere men who fear Allah?" Hadhrat Fudhail said: "Since you, yourselves do not fear Allah, those who fear Him are not visible to you. If you fear Allah, you will observe those who fear Him." Everything fears a man who fears Allah. He who does not fear Allah, fears all things. Fear (of Allah) is proportionate to Knowledge (of the Deen). Taqwa is proportionate to love for the Aakhirah. Hadhrat Ibn Adham who at one time was the proud king of Balkh (which today is in Afghanistan), had abdicated his throne, abandoned his kingdom and devoted his life seeking the Pleasure of Allah Ta'ala. Once someone asked him: "After you had abandoned the kingdom of Balkh, did you experience any times of happiness?" Hadhrat Ibraahim Adham (rahmatullah alayh) said: "I experienced happiness on three occasions: (i) Once I was seated in a ferryboat crossing a river. My clothes were tattered and torn. My long hair was shabby and dishevelled. The passengers in the boat mocked and made fun of me. A jester from among them would repeatedly tug at my hair and slap me. At that time I derived much happiness on account of the humiliation suffered by my ego (nafs). (ii) Suddenly a storm began to rage and the boat was tossing furiously. A passenger (who was a heathen) said that the storm will not abate as long as a man is not sacrificed and thrown into the river. All eyes turned towards me. At that moment an atmosphere of serenity settled over me. As preparations were being made to cast me overboard, the storm abated and the water became placid. (iii) One day, overwhelmed with fatigue I went into a Musjid to gain some rest. Some people grabbed me by my hands, and ordered me to leave the Musjid. Being overwhelmed with fatigue and weakness I lacked the energy to get up and walk out of the Musjid. They grabbed my feet, dragged me to the door and vehemently pushed me down the stairs leading out of the Musjid. I began rolling from the steps towards the ground. Blood gushed from the injuries on my head as it hit each step. Words cannot describe the happiness and calm which I experienced at this humiliation and pain inflicted on my nafs. On every step on my downward sojourn, Allah Ta'ala by His grace and mercy bestowed to me a different spiritual realm of Wilaayat (Sainthood). The serenity and pleasure I experienced ended abruptly when my descent came to a halt at the bottom of the stairs. I lamented much, and yearned that the downward sojourn had continued into eternity, for in reality it was not a descent. It was an ascent into the loftiest stages of spiritual elevation. One day people surrounded Hadhrat Ibraahim Bin Adham (rahmatullah alayh). They said: "We have a very difficult problem which has made us despondent. Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan Majeed: 'Call unto Me, I shall answer you.' We make dua for years, but it remains unaccepted. What is the reason?" Hadhrat Ibraahim said: "Not one, but there are many reasons for this. * You have recognized your true Creator, but you have not fulfilled the rights of His ibaadat. * You recite the Book of Allah, but you do not act in accordance with its commands. *Youclaimtolove Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), but you do not follow his Sunnah. * You have acknowledged shaitaan to be your enemy, but you always submit to his orders. * You consider yourself to be an inmate of Jannat, but you make no effort to gain it. * You believe Maut to be the truth, but you do not make preparations for it. * You consider yourself freed from Jahannum but you do nothing to save yourself from it. * You utilize the bounties of Allah night and day, but you do not express gratitude (shukr). * You frequently bury your dead, but you derive no lesson. Therefore, there is no wonder when duas go unanswered." NASEEHAT Administering some admoni- tion (naseehat) to Khalifah Haarun Rashid, Hadhrat Fudhail Bin Iyaadh (rahmatullah alayh) said: "O Haarun Rashid, fear Allah! Be prepared for His interrogation. Understand well that tomorrow on the Day of Qiyaamah, your Creator will demand a reckon- ing from you on behalf of every single one of His creation (who was under your jurisdiction). He will claim justice from you on their behalf. If an old lady in her hovel had slept hungry, she will cling on you and demand justice in front of Allah. Allah will be her supporter." Overcome with fear and emotion, the Khalifah fell down unconscious. "The closer an Aalim is to the ruler (king / government), the further is he from Divine Proximity (Nearness to Allah)." (Hadhrat Fudhail Bin Iyaadh) The glaring sign of a molvi/ sheikh's deviation and shaitaaniyat is his desire for proximity to the government. Such an 'aalim' in reality is a satanic jaahil. He is treacherous towards the Deen. His maladies of hubb-e-maal (love for wealth), hub-e-dunya (love for the world) and hub-e-jah (love for name and fame), render him practically an 'atheist'. Such an evil molvi/sheikh is a danger for the morals and Imaan of Muslims. He will betray the Deen and the Ummah for a scrap of bread. He is a thief who should be avoided more than proximity with a pig. In the Qur'aan Majeed Allah Ta'ala states that the earth will be inherited by His pious servants. "Verily, We have decreed in the Zaboor after the Thikr that that the earth will surely be inherited by My pious servants." (Al-Ambiya, Aayat 105) Taqwa (Piety) is an imperative condition for Muslim political domination. While kuffaar can gain political supremacy and domination along with their kufr and immorality, power is snatched away from Muslims if they emulate the kufr, fisq and fujoor of the kuffaar. Since there is only Athaab (Punishment) in the Aakhirah awaiting the kuffaar, Allah Ta'ala has a different standard for them in this dunya. What is destructive for Muslims here on earth can be cause for prosperity and success for the kuffaar. Muslims, due to their ignorance, are deceived by the worldly glitter and pomp of the kuffaar, hence they seek to emulate the methods and life style of the kuffaar. In this shaitaani process they adopt even the immoral practices of the Yahood and Nasaara, believing these to be also of the paraphernalia of success. Describing such extreme and ridiculous emulation of the kuffaar, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that "even if the Yahood and Nasaara enter into the lizard's hole, Muslims will follow them." This is why Muslims today have become the scum of nations. They are experts in the art of Bootlicking. After Hadhrat Ibraahim Bin Adham's demise, a Buzrug saw him in a dream, and enquired about his condition. In the dream, Hadhrat Ibraahim Bin Adham (rahmatullah alayh) explained: "Allah, Rahmaan, Raheem, Ghafoor, Rab- bul Izzat purely by His boundless grace and mercy bestowed to me indescribable bounties. Allah Ta'ala admitted this contemptible slave into the proximity of the Abode known as Baabush Shams.". The Buzrug asked: "Which place is Baabush Shams?" Hadhrat Ib- raahim said: "It is a wonderful Abode under the Lofty Arsh of Allah Ta'ala. The greatest treasure which the inmates of this Abode have acquired is the daily Vision of Allah Azza Wa Jal. There is no greater bounty than this treasure." "Say: O Allah! Owner of Mulk! You bestow mulk (sovereignty, power to rule) to whomever You will, and You snatch away power (to rule) from whomever You will. You grant honour to whomever You will and You disgrace whomever You will. All good- ness is in Your Hand." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 26) The rise and fall of nations and the appointment of rulers and governments are by the decree of Allah Ta'ala. The ostensible circumstances leading to the political domination of a nation are the decrees of Allah Azza Wa Jal. When viewing the political upheavals which are occurring, Muslims should not delete Allah Ta'ala from the equation. In the final analysis the defeat and victory of the combatants in war are the de- crees of Allah Azza Wa Jal. In a Jihad campaign in India against the British, one of the senior Ulama who was an accomplished Wali, was seen fleeing from the battlefield. When he was upbraided for his flight, he commented: 'What can I do? I am seeing Hadhrat Khidr (alayhis salaam) fighting on the side of the British.' The defeat of the Muslims was the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. THE VIRTUES OF SURAH KAHAF (1) The one who learns and recites the first 10 Aayats of Surah Kahaf will be saved from the fitnah of Dajjaal should he be in that era. (2) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Whoever of you (Mu'mineen) encounter Da- jjaal should recite the first 10 Verses of Surah Kahaf in front of him, and he will be saved from Dajjaal's fitnah." (3) Hadhrat Abu Saeed Darda (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrating from Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that the one who recites Surah Kahaf on Friday will be illuminated with a Noor until the next Fri- day. His heart will become illuminated with Noor (Celestial Glitter) for the entire week. Obviously, this Noor is extinguished by the commission of sins. In our present age, among the worst sins producing zulmat (spiritual darkness) are cellphone and internet sins. (4) Surah Kahaf will be a radiant Noor for its reciter on the Day of Qiyaamah. A Brother from USA states: "In the USA this past week was a day the Kuffaar call Thanksgiving. American (fabricated) history states this was the day when British Christian settlers/ Colonizers came into the country 300 years ago, broke bread with the native Indians and became friends with them. However the truth is far from what they say happened. The real truth is the White Chris- tian Kuffaar from Europe invited the Native American Indian for meals but after that sacrificed the whole lot by burning them alive and then celebrated it by making a Turkey Dinner. Today we can draw a comparison and say that while they might not be killing Native American Indians, they are killing Muslim Palestinians. The sad fact is that almost ALL Muslims in this country get together on this day to have the same Turkey Dinners as the Kuffaar do. The most common excuse of these Muslims is that on this 'Thanksgiving' day we are all off from work therefore we are just having an innocent family get together. It also doesn't help that the Imaam in our a local Masjid encourages the community that it is a must to celebrate Thanksgiving. They even go to the extent of giving out free Turkeys to the Kuffaar. The Imaam also justifies participating in this Haraam occasion by quoting Aayaat of the Holy Qur'aan telling everyone that even Allah Ta'ala says we must take the good from the Kuffaar. All this happens while in the same Masjid there is an Azaadville educated coImaam/Mufti who can't even speak up in fear of losing his job which pays him close to $4,000 a month. Please comment in the light of the Shari- ah. On the occasion of the dispatching the Army, Hadhrat Umar, the Khalifah (Radhiyallahu anhu) wrote the following letter to the Commander Hadhrat Sa'd Bin Waqqaas (Radhiyallahu anhu): "I command you and those (Mujaahideen) who are with you from the armies to adopt Taqwa in all situa- tions, for verily, Taqwa (Fear) for Allah is the best weapon against the enemy, and the most potent scheme in war. I command you and your army with the greatest emphasis to abstain from sins, for verily, the sins of the army are more fearful (and harmful) for them than the enemy. Verily, the Muslimoon are aided by Allah in consequence of the sinning of their enemy. If it was not for this (i.e. for abstention from sins), we would not have had power against them because our numbers are not as (huge) as their numbers nor are our arms as (much and potent) as their arms. Therefore, if we are equal to them in sins, then they will have greater power over us, otherwise we shall not be aided (by Allah) by our own virtue nor shall we be able to defeat them with our power." (End of Hadhrat Umar's Naseehat to the Army) This is a Naseehat which Muslims of today are unable to comprehend. While the kuffaar army fights on its stomach (its physical strength, numbers and weaponry), the Army of Allah Ta'ala fights on its Imaan vitalized with Taqwa. Minus Taqwa, there will necessarily be defeat for Muslims and victory for the kuffaar. Cultivation of Taqwa is an imperative condition for victory of the Muslims. A'maal-e-Saalihaat (Virtuous Deeds) are imperative for cultivation of Taqwa which is the bedrock for success and victory in this world and in the Aakhirah. "Allah has promised those of you who believe (have Imaan) and who practice virtuous deeds (A'maal-e-Saalihah) that He will most assuredly make them rulers on earth just as He had made those before them rulers. And certainly He will grant them strength in their Deen which He has chosen for them, and He will substitute their fear with safety (and peace). They worship Me and they do not associate partners with Me. Thus, those who commit kufr, verily they are the faasiqoon." (An-Noor, Aayat 55) Genuine Muslims are not in need of much intelligence to understand the evil and villainy of this haraam 'thanksgiving' practice of the American kuffaar – a haraam practice which Muslims are emulating. They come within the purview of following the Yahood and Nasaara into the "lizard's hole" mentioned by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The imaam who has disgorged the haraam trash in the name of the Qur'aan hovers on the brink of Kufr or perhaps he has already lost his Imaan. The silent Azaadville molvi comes within the scope of the Hadith: "He who is silent regarding the Haqq is a DUMB DEVIL." Participation in this custom of the kuffaar is haraam. The food served is haraam. Emulating the kuffaar practice is haraam Tashabbuh. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Whoever imitates a people is of them." Thus, they are of the kuffaar whilst they profess to be 'Muslims'. Q. I am in Turkey where all Imams have to take an oath to approve, respect and protect the constitution and the revolution of M. Kemal, that consists of revoking the Khilaafah and declaring a laic secularist democracy in Turkey. Logically I can't pray behind such Murtadd. If a Masjid is opened without a license from the state, they have two choices either it is closed or they accept to have a Democratic Imam assigned to the Masjid. For now I pray at home in Jamaah with my brothers. We moved in a house with garden. Do I continue to pray in- side or should I make a place like a eidgah outside in the garden to pray in Jamaah? A. Obviously Salaat behind these murtadd 'imaams' is not valid. Continue performing Salaat in Jamaat at home. If the house becomes too small to accommodate the musallis, then perform outside in the garden. "Verily, Allah defends the People of Imaan. Verily, Al- lah does not love the treach- erous ingrate ones." (Al-Hajj, Aayat 38) In this Verse of the Qur'aan Majeed, Allah Ta'ala gives the assurance of His Protection for the Mu'mineen. He states that He defends the People of Imaan. But we do not see the Aid and Protection of Allah Ta'ala for Muslims in Gazzah, Palestine, Syria, etc. In the Qur'aan Majeed, Allah Ta'ala also declares: "Verily, Allah does not violate (His Promise)." So what is the answer for the conundrum of the brutal pulverization of Muslims by the Yahood and Nasaraa? In reality there is no conundrum. In the very same Aayat (above) the Protection is stated for the Mu'mineen. Today the pulverized nations known as Muslims are not Mu'mineen in the meaning of the Qur'aan. They are 'khawwaan and kafoor', i.e. treacherous, ingrate ones. They have betrayed Allah Ta'ala, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and Islam. Thus they do not qualify for the Protection of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The pulverization in operation currently is the Athaab (Punishment) of Allah Azza Wa Jal for the Ummah who has become khawwaan-kafoor. "With the Aid of Allah does He aid Whomever He wills. He is The Mighty, The Most Merciful." (Ar-Room, Aayat 5) Allah Azza Wa Jal is Unique and Independent. He acts and operates as He wills. Currently, His Aid is with the Yahood and Nasaara, and this denial of Aid for the Muslims is one form of Athaab for us. "Do not become cowardly; do not grieve. You will be victorious if you are Mu'mineen." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 139) Most certainly, the day this Ummah becomes 'Mu'mineen', they will not sue for peace nor will they grieve. They will then be victorious. However, as long as they are treacherous ingrates, they will be cowards, bootlick the Yahood and Nasaara for peace/ceasefire and suffer defeat upon defeat, humiliation on humiliation. "O People of Imaan! If you follow (bootlick) any group of the Ahl-e-Kitaab (Yahood and Nasaara), they will divert you after your Imaan to become kaafireen." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 100) "O People of Imaan! Do not take as confidants those besides your own (Mu'mineen). They (the kuffaar) will leave no stone unturned to harm you. They wish for whatever causes suffering for you. Ha- tred (for you) has manifested on their tongues, but what is hidden in their hearts is worse. Indeed We have clearly ex- plained the Signs to you, if indeed you have intelli- gence." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 118) Since Muslims are no longer 'Mu'mineen', they lack the intelligence to understand the Warning sounded by Allah Ta'ala in these Qur'aanic Verses. They are addicted to the malady of bootlicking the Yahood and Nasaara, the very scoundrels who are today perpetrating genocide in the lands of the Muslims. (An extract from the Khutbah of Shaikh Al-Huzaifi, the former Imaam of Musjid Nabawi, Madinah Munawwarah "We make it quite clear that on the one hand are the movements seeking unity of the different religions of the world, and on the other hand are the movements whose objective is to create unity and brotherhood between the Shiahs and the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaat. This indeed is extremely oppressive and painful to us. These baseless ideas and misleading movements are the brain children of those selfstyled scholars who lack knowledge of the basic principles of Islam… Islam has emphasized in detail that the religions of the Jews and Christians are false and unfounded… …So far as the question of unity of ideology is concerned, it is an ab- surdity and an impossibility… …It is incumbent on a Muslim to maintain his religious identity and to hold fast the Islamic values and be steadfast on Imaan. This is the only way that the lawful interests of a Muslim, his honour and prestige can be defended. It is against the teaching of Islam to follow a movement which aims to create a unity of different religions. It will entangle the Ummah in a quagmire of difficulties. It is an absurdity to patch Islamic ideology with the false propositions of the interfaith movement. This (i.e. inclination towards interfaith) is the effect of the weakness of Imaan and association with the enemies of Allah Ta'ala… How is it possible for Islam and Judaism to unite? Similarly, there is no possibility of unity between Islam and Christianity. Islam is the Deen of pure Tawheed whereas the most misleading religion of Christianity advocates that Hadhrat Isaa (Alayhis salaam) was the son of Allah (Nauthibillaah!). How can this misleading religion be on par with Islam? DESTRUCTION IS HIS DECREE "When We intend to destroy a qaryah (town, village, city), We command its affluent ones, then they indulge (recklessly) in fisq. Thus the decree (of punishment) is established. Then We utterly destroy it (the qaryah)." This Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal is today being repeated in Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria. Who is next in line for 'utter destruction'? Perhaps Jordan? "And for the Sunnah of Allah you will not find a change." (Qur'aan) HADHRAT UMAR (RADHIYALLAHU ANHU) Heraclius, the Roman emperor had asked the Muslim envoy (a Sahaabi) to describe the Khalifah, Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu). The Sahaabi summed up the Khalifah's character in a single statement. He said: "He does not deceive nor can he be deceived." Heraclius was dumbfounded. Then he commented that the first part (viz. He does not deceive) is the evidence for his piety, and the second part (he cannot be deceived) is the evidence for his perfect intelligence. This was the barkat of obedience to Allah Ta'ala. He had become the repository of Irfaan-eHaqq. Allah Ta'ala was his Guide and Helper. Today, Muslims have abandoned the Obedience which is imperative for the acquisition of the Nusrat of Allah Ta'ala. When Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu) appointed Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) to be the Khalifah after his (Abu Bakr's demise), Hadhrat Umar said: "I am not in need of the Khilaafat." Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: "The Khilaafat needs you." (Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) FITNAH AND FASAAD "Fasaad (Anarchy) has appeared on the land and ocean because of the evil deeds earned by the hands of the peo- ple. (And this fasaad which is a punishment of Allah is meted out) for perhaps they (the evil people will repent) and return (to the path of obedience). (Qur'aan) "Those who commit kufr shall be ushered towards Jahannam so that Allah may separate the filth (kuffaar) from the pure (Mu'mineen). He will lump together the filth, piling them one on top of the other, then cast them into Jahannam. Indeed they are the losers." (Al-Anfal, Aayat 37) This is the type of supreme punishment awaiting the interfaithers who masquerade as Muslims. They are described in the Aayat as khabeeth (filth). Bootlickers are among the worst kind of filth. They will be piled on into a homologous whole and flung into Hell-Fire. Interfaith has become a palatable kufr brewed by the Yahood and Nasaara. The objective of interfaith dialogue is to make this Ummah bootlickers of the Yahood and Nasaara. The plot is to destroy Islam, and the enemies of Islam have managed to recruit many molvis and sheikhs for executing their pernicious aim. Therefore, beware of the munaafiq molvis and sheikhs who participate in interfaith satanic exercises, dialogue and conferences. "Aiding the Mu'mineen has always been Our responsibil- ity." (Ar-Room, Aayat 47) Allah Azza Wa Jal declares in the Qur'aan Majeed that aiding the Mu'mineen is His Responsibility. Allah Ta'ala never abandons what He has assumed as a responsibility on Himself. Yet, we see that Muslims in Palestine, Syria and elsewhere are not being assisted. The assistance in the Qur'aan which is the Responsibility of Allah Ta'ala is reserved for the Mu'mineen. Thus, those Muslims who are not being assisted are not Mu'mineen in the meaning of the Qur'aan, hence they are deprived of Divine Aid. This is the era of kufr. It is mentioned in the Hadith: "A time will dawn when the people will gather in their Musaajid and perform Sa- laat while not a single one will be a Mu'min." Q. Who are the true Mujaahideen? It has become clear that the jihad groups in Syria are fake. They appear to be working for America A. There are no longer true Mujaahideen. Every jihaadi outfit today is the creation of the USA. Whether there will ever be true Mujaahideen before the advent of Imaam Mahdi (Alayhis salaam) is known to only Allah Ta'ala. However, in our opinion true Mujaahideen will be only when Imaam Mahdi (Alayhis salaam) appears. Today the only Jihaad is to train in the field of selfreformation (Islah of the nafs). Wage jihaad against the cellphone and internet which corrupt and destroy Akhlaaq and even Imaan. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "The true Mujaahid is he who wages jihaad against the nafs." If victory is achieved in the field of Islaah of the Nafs, Allah Ta'ala will then create the circumstances for a genuine Jihaad and for true Mujaahideen. Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu), the second Khalifah of Islam, has beautifully explained the Taqwa Equation. In a nut shell, minus Taqwa, victory is NEVER possible for Muslims. Explaining this Equation which is so essential for Victory in the battlefields of Jihaad, Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) said that when Muslims also sin like the kuffaar, then both sides are equal. They sin and we sin, hence we are on the same footing. When morally we are on the same footing, then the numerical and weaponry superiority of the kuffaar tilts the balance in their favour, hence they gain victory over Muslims in the battlefield. In the scenario of moral or immoral equanimity, there is no favourable element for victory of Muslims. Thus the natural mundane effects of superiority of material means will be manifested. Allah Ta'ala has created effects in material/physical mundane makhluqaat (created things). Fire will naturally burn. However, it is possible for karaamat which is an effect of Taqwa to neutralize and eliminate the natural function of fire. For neutralizing the natural physical effects of makhluqaat, there has to be spiritual substance, and this substance is the effect of Taqwa. On the other hand, if Muslims have Taqwa, there will no longer be equanimity. The balance will be tilted in favour of Muslims. The invisible force of Taqwa produces invincibil- ity in the Muslim Army of Allah since the Nusrat of Allah Azza Wa Jal has been promised for the Muttaqeen. For Muslims of healthy Imaan, there is no conundrum in the comprehension of this Equation which Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) had stated as an effect of Ilhaam (Divine Inspiration). Remember that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had said: "If another Nabi had to come after me, it would be Umar." The defeat upon defeat, humiliation upon humiliation which the Muslim fighters suffer are the consequences of their own moral and spiritual bankruptcy – their total lack of Taqwa. Defeat for Muslims is not the consequence of kuffaar prowess. Defeat is the natural consequence of the lack of Taqwa which invites the Wrath of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Thus the promised Divine Aid is denied. An Aalim who had 'slipped' (committed a serious blunder) was mentioned to Imaam Ahmad Bin Hambal (Rahmatullah alayh). It was said that this Aalim had retracted and repented. Imaam Ahmad (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "Allah Ta'ala does not accept it (his repentance and retraction) as long as he does not declare his Taubah and Rujoo' (Retraction) from his erroneous statement. He has to declare what he had said and that he has repented to Allah Ta'ala from his erroneous statement and that he has retracted. When he makes this public, then his Taubah will be accepted." A private retraction and taubah do not exculpate the deviate from his Shar'i infraction. The villainy which he had publicly perpetrated has to be incumbently rectified by means of a public retraction and repentance. Q. Is it permissible to sign the pledge of allegiance to the Canadian government to gain citizenship?
