All the imaams are guilty of this not only our imaam here. They make loud duaa after Namaaz, then quickly stand up to give some advice, particularly after Maghrib. Now after Maghrib in Ramadhaan it's even worse, especially for an imaam. An imaam is supposed to have care and concern for his congregants. Can't they find any other time to give advice? A youngster, a student of Mufti Bhoda’s Madrasah in De Deur was scolded at and yelled at infront of the entire congregation right after Maghrib just before the imaam spoke . His wonderful habit is that he immediately stands up to avoid the loud duaa and advice. And this he does everyday. I was sitting right next to the proud uncle who scolded him. The young student merely smiled and continued with his Namaaz as usual. Masha Allah! May Allah guide him and make him firmer on the right path. And to add to the mess , was the weird admission of the imaam. I happened to have a conversation with imaam few days back. He mentioned to me that loud duaa is not right, , but still makes loud duaa after every Namaaz. Now when ulema know the truth but do not practice the truth, aren't we hemming ourselves in for danger? I feel most of the time those jamaati lines (i.e. tabligh jamaat corrupt, hollow, insincere attitudes – The Majlis) that emerge from their mouths are mere excuses for their inability to leave the common day practices of the ignorant public ,even though those practices are baatil. This is similar to how the mushrikeen of Makkah in time of Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasalam) would react to the 'New' Religion even though the 'new' thing was better, more logical and more rewarding.” (They conduct themselves just as the mushrikeen did – The Majlis) (End the Maulana’s report) Page2 Bid’ah is not restricted to the acts of grave-worship of the Barelwi Qabar Pujaari sect. Bid’ah is not restricted to meelaad, urs and the like. Bid’ah is not confined to the Barelwi grave-worshippers. In the present time so-called ‘deobandis’ have introduced worse acts of Bid’ah than even the Qabar Pujaaris. Among the deplorable acts of bid’ah of the so- called ‘deobandis’ is the aforementioned bid’ah which the Maulana has mentioned. The jaahil imaam despite conceding his bid’ah, persists in its indulgence thus bringing himself within the purview of the Qur’aanic stricture: “O People of Imaan! Why do you say that which you do not practice? Indeed, it is most abhorrent by Allah that you say what you do not practice.” (As-Aaff, 2 & 3) Instead of the Pleasure of Allah Ta’ala, these juhala molvi imaams search for the pleasure of the ignorant public. In the process of bootlicking the Juhala, these imaams recklessly violate the Shariah. After the Fardh of Maghrib, it is not permissible to engage in even Tilaawat of the Qur’aan Majeed. It is incumbent after the short silent dua to immediately engage in the Sunnat Muakkadah Salaat. But the imaam acting like the mushrikeen is more concerned with the pleasure of the juhala, not with the pleasure of Allah Ta’ala and Shariah of Allah Ta’ala. The moron ‘uncle’ who had disgracefully upraided the Student who was steadfast on the Haqq appears to be a munaafiq. He stinks of takabbur. His takkabbur is compounded by his jahl. The Student is to be complimented for his stance of the Haqq which he had acquired from the Madrasah where he is pursuing the Ilm of the Deen. Almost all the imaams and the molvis are lamentably ignorant of the mas’alah of Ittisaal. It is not permissible to give bayaans and engage in kitaab-reading as these dumb tablighis do after the Fardh of Maghrib, Zuhr and Isha’. There are Sunnatul Muakkadah to perform after the Fardh of these three Salaat. Therefore it is incumbent to adjoin the Sunnat Muakkadah with the Fardh. The short Masnoon Dua after the Fardh does not affect the Ittisaal. But the bid’ah talks, advices and kitaab-treadings eliminate the element of Ittisaal. In fact, according to some Fuqaha, the elimination of Ittisaal invalidates the Muakkad status of the Salaat reducing it to Nafl. Musallis should not behave like dumb sheep. If more musallis get up and engage in the Sunnat Salaat, these jaahil molvis will get the message.
