It is by the decree of Al- lah Azza Wa Jal that these brothel kuffar tourist haunts constructed for the immoral satanic jaunts of hundreds of thousands of kuffaar tourists, are now observing the de- struction of their oil facilities by barrages of Iranian mis- siles. They are being pum- meled back into the camel age which undoubtedly is in their best interest. Perhaps they will emerge from their stupor of kufr, shirk, fisq and fu- joor. “Fasaad (anarchy, strife, corruption) has appeared on earth and the ocean as a consequence of what the hands of people have perpe- trated, so that He (Allah Ta‟ala) gives them to taste some of the (evil deeds) which they have committed, for perhaps they may return (to Siraatul Mustaqeem).” (Ar-Room, Aayat 41) The enormous wealth in the wake of the Ni‘mat of oil was respite which Allah Ta‘ala had granted to these miserable bootlickers of the western kuffaar. They are now being hemmed in. Their oil industry has suffered the severest of losses in the wake of Iranian missile strikes. The surest sign for im- pending Divine Chastisement is immorality accompanied by opulence. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them.” (Hadith) “DO NOT CONFLATE HAQ WITH BAATIL (Qur’aan) Our sympathy for Iran in the current conflagration is a clear stance bereft of any conflation with the baatil religion of Shi‘ism. There is no doubt in the Kufr of the Shiahs. Shiahs are out of the fold of Islam. The current war is Kuffaar vs Kuffaar. Despite this, our sympathy is with Iran and the desire is that Allah Ta‘ala grants Iran victory and a re- sounding defeat to the barbari- ans of America and the mur- derers of Israel. Our sympathy is well mirrored in the sympa- thy of the Sahaabah on the oc- casion of the clashing of the two kuffaar super powers of that era, namely the Roman and Persians empires. Support and sympathy should not be conflated with Aqeedah (Belief). There is no such conflation in our stance hence confusion may not be read into it. Support/sympathy for Iran in no way whatsoever imply compromise with the abhorrent kufr beliefs of Shi- ahs nor does it dilute opposi- tion for the kufr of Shi‘i be- liefs. The American-Israeli war is an attack on the Ummah and Islam. Hamas will be able to shrug off this threat as satanic and stupid drivel only if its fighters are Mu‘mineen in the meaning of the Qur‘aan, not mere tech- nical ‗Muslims‘. “Those who responded to the Call of Allah and His Rasool after having been afflicted with calamity--- for those among them who practice vir- tue and adopt Taqwa there is a great Reward.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 172) The ‗great reward‘ is the help of Allah, the pleasure of Allah and victory over the kuffaar. But this ‗Great Reward‘ is for those who practice virtue and cultivate Taqwa. “They are those to whom the people (the mushrikeen) said: „Verily the people (kuffaar) have formed a coalition against you, therefore fear them. (Instead of fear) it (this threat) increased them (the Mu‟mineen) in Imaan, and they responded: „Sufficient for us is Allah, and He is the best of helpers.‟ “Then they (the Mu‟mineen) returned (from the battlefield) with the bounty (victory and the spoils of war) from Allah and with grace without adversity (defeat) befalling them. And, they pursued the Pleasure of Allah (by way of obedience and ibaadat). Al- lah is the One of Magnificent Bounties.” “Verily, that was only shai- taan who instils fear into his friends. Therefore, do not fear them, and fear only ME (Allah), If indeed you are Mu‟mineen.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayaat 173 – 175) These Aayaat of the Qur‘aan Majeed command the Mu‘mi- neen not to fear the friends of Shaitaan such as the barbarian clown Trump and the brutal torturer Netanyahu. Fear in the heart of the Mu‘mineen is for only Allah Ta‘ala, not for shadows and phantoms. The barbarian clown Trump, threatening Hamas, said: ―Well we (Trump and Netanyahu) talked about Ha- mas, and we talked about dis- armament, and they‘re be giv- en a very short period of time to disarm, and we‘ll see how it works out.‖ It is this type of satanic fear to which the aforementioned Aayaat refer. Shaitaan inspires these Barbarians and Savages to issue such threats which are meaningless for the true Mu‘mineen. But the problem with Muslims, including Ha- mas and its likes, is that they are not Mu‟mineen in the meaning of the Qur‘aan. So, instead of responding: “Allah suffices for us, and He is the best of helpers.”, Mus- lims are overwhelmed with fear which constrains them in- to bootlicking the enemy in- stead of waging Jihad in the Name of Allah Ta‘ala. But, as long as the fighters of Hamas do not adopt Taqwa by prac- ticing virtue as stated in the aforementioned Aayaat, they will not have the Roohaaniyat (spiritual stamina) to respond as commanded by Allah Ta‘ala. It is gross weakness of Imaan which has pummeled Hamas into accepting a non- existent ‗ceasefire‘ - a cease- fire which never was a cease- fire from day one. Hamas had capitulated humiliatingly. It was a cunning plot to weaken the resolve of Hamas to fight, and to grab land in pursuit of the ‗greater israel‘ plot. Hamas had defied the US and Israeli aggression/ genocide for two years. It has now laid down its arms most despicably while the aggres- sion and brutality of the US and Israeli are on the increase. The victory stated in the Qur‘aan is reserved for Muslims who are Mu‘mineen in the meaning of the Qur‘aan. Muslims who are ‗kuffaar‘ in almost all spheres and as- pects of life should not ex- pect the Nusrat of Allah Ta‘ala. They will remain bootlickers and bootleggers. If Hamas can only under- stand the Qur‘aan and imple- ment the prescriptions of the Qur‘aan, it will experience the wonderful phenomenon of Allah‘s Nusrat leading to de- cisive victory over the satan- ic coalition of the Yahood and Nasaaraa‘. But if Allah Ta‘ala has not decreed hidaayat for Hamas, there will be nothing but humili- ating defeat. (Continued on page 3) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 3 The Shuhada (Martyrs) are alive. Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan: “Do not say about those killed in the Path of Allah that they are dead. In fact, they are alive, but you do not under- stand.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 154) Once Khalifah Haaroon Ar- Rasheed asked Muhammad Battaal about any amazing event which had occurred to him in the land of the Romans. He narrated the following episode: ―One day while I was walking in the fields I heard the hooves of a horse behind me. When I turned I saw a fully armed horse-rider. He approached me and greeted. I responded. He asked if I had seen a man who is called Battaal. I said that I am Battaal. He alighted from his horse, embraced me and kissed my feet. I asked him: ―Why are you doing this?‖ He said: ―I have come to be at your service.‖ I made Dua for him. Suddenly four armed horsemen approached us. My companion asked: ―Do you permit that I engage them in battle?‖ I said: ―Yes.‖ Then they clashed for an hour, and finally killed him. Then they advanced to attack me. I said to them: ―If you desire to fight with me, then grant me respite to arm myself with the weapons of my slain companion and to mount his horse. They said: ―You may do so.‖ After I armed myself, I said to them: ―You are four and I am one. This is unfair. Let one of you advance on me.‖ Thus one of them stepped forward. We fought and I killed him. The second one came forward. We fought and I killed him too. Then came the third one. I killed him as well. O Ameerul Mu‘mineen! The fourth one came and we fought fiercely until his spear and my spear broke. Then we dismounted from our horses. He took his sword and shield, and so did I. We fought fiercely. Then the hilts of my sword and his sword broke, and our swords fell to the ground. Then we wrestled. This continued until the evening, and the sun set. Neither did I defeat him nor did he defeat me. I said to him: ―Today I have missed Salaat.‖ He said: ―The same with me.‖ He was a bishop. I said to him: ―Do you agree that we halt to perform our missed worship and rest for the night? In the morning we can resume our combat.‖ He said: ―So shall it be.‖ Thus, I engaged in Allah‘s ibaadat while he also worshipped. In the morning we resumed our combat. I overpowered him and sat on his chest ready to kill him with my dagger. He pleaded: ―Give me another chance.‖ I agreed, and the fight resumed. My foot slipped and he overpowered me. He sat on my chest and intended to kill me. I said to him: ―I had given you a chance. Will you not give me also a chance?‖ He said: ―So it shall be.‖ Then we wrestled for the third time. Again he overpowered me, and sat on my chest ready to kill me. I said to him: ―One for one. Be magnanimous another time.‖ He said: ―Let it be so.‖ We wrestled for the fourth time, and once again he overwhelmed me. Then he said: ―Now I realize you are Battaal I shall most certainly bring peace to the land of the Romans by eliminating you.‖ I said: ―Never! If my Rabb wills.‖ He said: ―Tell your god to save you from me.‖ O Ameerul Mumineen! As he lifted his dagger to slaughter me, I beheld a wondrous scene. My slain companion stood up, lifted his sword and severed the head of the one on top of me. Then he (my slain companion) recited the Qur‘aanic aayat: “Never think that those who are slain in the path of Allah are dead, infact they are alive; by their Rabb they are nourished.” “If Allah aids you, none can defeat you, but if He abandons you, then who is there besides Him to help you?” (Qur‟aan) (Continued from page 2) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 4 Shaikh Muhammad Ali Tirmizi (rahmatullah alayh) was among the very great Auliya. He was a Muhaddith, Faqeeh, Mufassir and a Mujtahid. He was the repository of great spiritual mysteries. He had compiled numerous kitaabs on different subjects of the Deen. During the close of his earthly term of life he called a colleague, Hadhrat Abu Bakr Warraaq. Shaikh Tirmizi gave him a kitaab and instructed him to cast it into the river. Hadhrat Abu Warraaq departed with the kitaab. Along the way when he examined the contents he discovered that it was a treasure trove of spiritual mysteries. His heart was averse to destroy such a rare treasure trove. He hid the book at home and reported that he had cast it into the river. Hadhrat Tirmizi asked: ―When you cast it into the river, what did you see?‖ Abu Bakr Warraaq said: ―I saw nothing. Only the disappearance of the kitaab.‖ Hadhrat Tirmizi: ―You did not cast the kitaab in the river. Now go this very moment and cast the kitaab into the river, and report to me what you have seen.‖ Filled with shame and remorse, he took the kitaab and fulfilled the obligation of casting it into the river. As the kitaab was about to strike the surface of the water, he observed a wonderous scene. A beautiful box with its lid open, miraculously appeared from under the surface of the water and the kitaab landed snugly into it. The lid closed and the box disappeared under water. Astonished by this wonderful enactment, Hadhrat Warraaq hastened to report what he had observed. However, before he could explain, Hadhrat Tirmizi said: ―Now you have cast it into the water.‖ Hadhrat Warraaq: ―For Allah‘s Sake, explain the mystery.‖ Hadhrat Tirmizi: ―I had compiled in that kitaab such wonderful spiritual mysteries of the Sufiya which all the wise men (Ulama and Fuqaha) of the world will fail to understand. Hadhrat Khidhr (alayhis salaam) instructed me to cast it into the river. Allah Ta‘ala ordered a fish to deliver the box to the spot where the kitaab will be assigned, and Allah Ta‘ala ordered the water to deliver the box to Hadhrat Khidhr (alayhis salaam). HAMAS HAS FAILED Hamas is supposed to be an Islamic Movement, and so does the West regard it. But in reality, there is nothing much of Islam in Hamas. While they were governing Ghazzah, the law of Taaghoot was the law of the land, not the Shariah. One of the Palestinian groups comprising the Re- sistance is marxist/atheist who are the worst of kuffaar – worse than Trump and Netan- yahu - worse than the Yahood and Nasaara. Allah Ta‘ala had granted Hamas the opportunity to gov- ern a land, but it had miserably failed. This failure was im- mensely aggravated by the kuffaar lifestyle and corrupt beliefs of the Palestinians. Hence, Allah Ta‘ala snatched away power from Hamas, and He has apprehended the popu- lace with His Athaab which is still in progress. “Indeed the Apprehension of Allah is Pain- ful. (Qur‟aan) The decree of Allah Ta‘ala cannot be thwart- ed, and the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal does not change: “Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Al- lah.” (Qur‟aan) The consequence of rebel- lion and of fisq and fujoor piled on kufr is the type of Athaab currently being enacted in Palestine and elsewhere in Muslim countries. THE KUFR OF “EQUAL RIGHTS” The prime minister of Pa- kistan, Shehbaz Sharif, said on 25th December: “Ensuring interfaith har- mony and equal rights for all citizens, especially minorities, is a key priority for his gov- ernment as Christians in Pa- kistan observe Christmas.” Licking the boots of the western kuffaar by rejecting the Shariah‘s Law as applica- ble to Dhimmis. The fate of the na- tion of Nabi Loot (Alayhis sa- laam) is well known, and the ee- rie atmosphere surrounding the Dead Sea remains to this day a silent witness to the destruction inflicted on them by Allah Ta‘ala. But, the kufr regime of Na- pakistan professing to be an ‗islamic‘ state had enacted a transgender Act to award and safeguards rights for the (Continued on page 6) “Many were the Ambiya with whom many of the Ribbiyoon (devoted companions) fought (in Jihaad). Despite the hardships which befell them in the Path of Allah, they did not lose courage, nor did they become weak, nor did they become hopeless. Al- lah loves the Saabireen. Their only Call was that they said: „Our Rabb! Forgive our sins and our transgres- sion in our affairs, and plant our feet firmly (against the enemy), and help us against the nation of kaafireen. Then Allah granted them the worldly reward (of victory) and the beautiful reward of the Aakhirat. Allah loves the Muhsineen (those who practice virtue).” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayaat 146, 147, 148) In all eras of the history of mankind, there were Ambiya waging Jihad in the Path of Allah. With them were small bands of Companions (Sahaabah/Ribbiyyoon) who had displayed admirable re- solve, resilience and courage in the battlefield. They never sued for ‗ceasefire‘ and so- called peace. Ceasefire in terms of the Shariah is dis- graceful capitulation and ig- noble defeat. Ceasefire or defeat is the consequence of either putrid, emaciated Imaan or lack of Imaan. Ceasefire is disgrace- ful bootlicking which is the profession of bootlickers not of genuine Mujaahideen. True Fighters of Allah do not understand defeat and dis- armament which is currently being imposed on Hamas. Bootlicking Trump and Net- anyahu is the consequence of having abandoned the Shari- ah of Allah Ta‘ala which is in reality rejection of Islam. While ‗Muslims‘ profess to be Muslims, the vast majority of them are kuffaar, hence they are experts in the pro- fession of disgracefully boot- licking the kuffaar. Since the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah Ta‘ala was with the Sa- haabah and Ribbiyyoon, vic- tory was always with them. Victory for the Mu‘mineen is not reliant on military superi- ority, numerical and arma- ment superiority. For the Mu‘mineen victory depends on Imaani perfection. Thus the Qur‘aan Majeed says: “Many were the small bands (of Mujaahideen) who defeated large armies with the permission of Allah. Allah is with the Saabireen.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 249) “When they (the Mujaahideen) confronted Jaaloot and his armies, they said: “O our Rabb! Bestow to us endurance, plant our feet firmly and help us against the nation of kaafireen. “Thus did they defeat them (the kuffaar) with the permission of Allah.” (Al-Baqarah, 249, 250) The Sahaabah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) were famous for their victo- ries against great odds - against the huge armies of the then superpowers. Both the Roman and Persian empires were crushed by the Sahaa- bah. Their victories were due to the Nusrat of Allah Ta‘ala. They had the Aid of Allah Ta‘ala - the Aid which Allah Ta‘ala is today withholding from the grossly rebellious, evil and treacherous Um- mah. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 6 “Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Allah.” (Al-Israa‟, Aayat 77) In several Aayaat of the Qur‘an Shareef does Allah Azza Wa Jal declare that “His Sunnah (Way) never changes”. One of His un- changeable ways is meting out Athaab to recalcitrant and rebellious Muslims when they have transgressed the point of no redemption – the point of no return to Siraatul Mus- taqeem. When there is no in- tention of reformation and return to obedience, then the confirmed Sunnah of Athaab overtakes them. They are then utterly destroyed. Currently, Palestine is one such example. Another example of the un- changeable Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal is that He un- leashes His Athaab by har- nessing the kuffaar and send- ing them against Muslims. Elaborating this Divine Sun- nah, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “We apprized Bani Israaeel in the Kitaab that most assuredly you will spread anarchy on earth twice, and you will perpetrate mas- sive anarchy. (Al-Israa‟, Aayat 4) Thus, when the first of the two promised (predictions) came, We sent against you (Bani Israaeel) such of Our (kuffaar) servants who were powerful warmongers. Then they pene- trated (your) homes. That was a Promised fulfilled. ………. (Al-Israa‟, Aayat 5) Then came the second Promise so that they (the kuffaar) could disfigure your faces (with brutality) and so that they enter the Musjid (Musjidul Aqsa) as they had entered it the first time, and so that they destroy every- thing they overran.” (Al-Israa‟, Aayat 7) “Our servants” mentioned in the aforementioned Aayat refers to the kuffaar forces under the Babylonian idol- worshipping king Bukht Nas- sar. This Divine Sunnah selects such kuffaar to punish Mus- lims, who themselves would be destroyed after the pre- scribed Punishment has run its course. Allah Ta‘ala had selected the kaafir, Fir‘oun to persecute, brutalize and to se- verely punish the evil, rebel- lious Bani Israaeel who were the then Muslim Ummah. Af- ter the divinely prescribed Punishment had been execut- ed, Allah Ta‘ala destroyed Fir‘oun and his legions by drowning them all. In the present era, the one unchangeable Sunnah of Al- lah Ta‘ala is in the form of Trump and Netanyanu. The extreme arrogance and bru- tality displayed by these two kuffaar barbarians confirm that today Trump is Fir‘oun, and Netanyahu his Hamaan, the righthand man of Fir‘oun. After the Sunnah of the Athaab for the Palestinians has run its prescribed course, Al- lah Ta‘ala will destroy these two barbarians along with their legions. “Never think that Allah is oblivious of the actions of the zaalimoon (oppressors).” (Ibraaheem, Aayat 42) transgender miscreants. Thus, the Transgender Bill passed by the National Assembly of Napaki- stan, reads: “A Bill to provide for protec- tion, relief and rehabilitation of rights of the transgender persons and their welfare……..” Expounding the kufr of Tag- hoot on this issue, the Act states: “A transgender person shall have the right to be recognized as per his or her self-perceived gen- der identity, as such, in accord- ance with the provisions of this Act.” (We gave added the emphasis) This is a brief, very brief, comment on the kufr of the Transgender Act enacted by the kufr state of Pakistan in dia- metric conform with the Shari- ah, that is: the Qur‘aan and Sun- nah. How can such a vile kufr, western bootlicking regime ev- er be termed ‗Islamic‘? (Continued from page 5) TRANSGENDER/ HOMOSEXUALITY/ LESBIANIC ACTIVITY IN THE LAND OF THE IMPURE AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 7 A weird satanic attitude dis- played by Muslims when they are trapped into chaos and an- archy is to ascribe blame to the USA, Israel and other agencies of the Yahood and Nasaara such as Mossad and CIA. The most recent example of such stupidity is the huge po- litical upheaval, the rioting and terrorism devastating Iran. While it is quite evident that foreign intelligence agencies are involved in fomenting cha- os and anarchy, the objective being destabilization of the country, the actual devastation is caused by the evil people of the land. The function of the foreign intelligence services is limited to inviting, instigating and providing money and weap- ons. The actual evil work of arson, destroying and killing is executed by the incorrigi- bly evil people themselves. It is unintelligent to blame the devil/shaitaan for the sins one commits. The act of shaitaan is to set the trap. People then become his vic- tims of their own free will. The foreign intelligence agencies do not have the pow- er to compel the evil popula- tion to indulge in anarchy, destruction, burning, killing, looting, etc. Allah Ta‘ala had fore- warned Hadhrat Aadam (Alayhis salaam) of the threat of Iblees. When Nabi Aadam (Alayhis salaam) committed the error and was consequent- ly expelled from Jannat, he did not attribute his error to shaitaan. He wept profusely and supplicated: “O Our Rabb! We have oppressed ourselves. If You do not for- give us and have mercy on us, we shall surely be the los- ers.‖ He did not blame shai- taan. Shaitaan had invited Hadhrat Aadam (Alayhis sa- laam) to commit the error. However, Hadhrat Aadam (Alayhis salaam) blamed himself for his act of diso- bedience. In the Aakhirat, the argu- ment of being misled will have no validity. The evil ig- norant people will be pun- ished. They will not be able to justify their villainy by ascribing blame to Mossad, CIA, the Yahood and Nasaara. The Qur‘aan Majeed, elaborating this issue, says: “If only you could see the zaalimoon (oppressors/ transgressors) standing before their Rabb. Each one will be passing the blame to the other. Those of lesser status (the rank and file) will say to those of pride (the leaders and the like): „If it were not for you, we would have been Mu‟mineen.‟ The people of pride (the leaders who had misled the ignoramuses) will reply: „Did we prevent you from the guidance (of Imaan) after it came to you? In fact you are criminals.‟ Those of lesser status will say to the people of pride (who had misled them): „In fact, it were your schemes day and night when you in- structed us to deny Allah and that we should ascribe part- ners to Him.‟ Then will they suppress their (futile) regret when they see the Athaab. We shall place yokes (of fire) on the necks of the kuffaar. They will be punished for only what they had perpetrated.” (Sabaa‟, Aayaat 31 -34) “Shaitaan will say when the matter (in Qiyaamah) is decid- ed: „...............I had no con- trol over you except that I in- vited you (to my plots and schemes). Then you (of your own accord) responded to me (and accepted my schemes). Therefore, do not blame me. Blame yourselves. I cannot be a helper for you (today) nor can you be helpers for me.” (Ibraaheem, Aayat 22) Although the threat of for- eign intelligence agencies menacing the countries is an established fact, such threat is given practical expression by the villainous people of the country, not by the foreign intelligence agencies and not by the devil. The plots of the Yahood and Nasaara ene- mies attain fruition by the truculence of the vile people of the land. However, in the year 2016, a fatwa prepared by the Inter- national Islamic University, and signed by 1,800 scholars stated that Pakistan is an Is- lamic state. What is your re- sponse? Please comment in detail. Answer Pakistan, since its very incep- tion, never was an Islamic state. Its Fussaaq/Fujjaar Mu- naafiq founders also had not proclaimed the country to be an Islamic state. They had merely dangled the chimera of an ‗islamic state‘ to beguile simple molvis and ignorant Muslims who had leanings towards the Deen. This de- ception was perpetrated to gain Muslim support for the establishment of Pakistan. But, at no stage did any government of Pakistan even make an attempt to establish a Shar‘i state or to convert the kufr regime into an Islamic State. With the solitary ex- ception of President Ziyaaul Haq, who had not succeeded, there never was any move- ment of any of the successive kufr governments to intro- duce the Shariah as the Law of the Land. The Law of Taaghoot is the supreme law of NaPakistan (the Impure Land). And, about this kufr law, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Whoever does not adjudicate according to that (Law) which Allah has revealed, verily they are indeed kaafiroon.” (Al- Maaidah, Aayat 44) “Whoever does not adjudicate according to that (Law) which Allah has revealed, verily they are zaalimoon” ( Al- Maaidah, Aayat 45) “Whoever does not adjudicate according to that (Law) which Allah has revealed, verily they are faasiqoon.” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 47) Jinnah, the founder of Paki- stan, in a broadcast to the peo- ple of the United Sates in 1948, said: “I do not know what the ultimate shape of this constitu- tion is going to be, but I am sure that it will be a demo- cratic type, embodying the es- sential principles of Islam…… Islam and its idealism have taught us democracy…… In any case Pakistan is not going to be a theocratic state - to be ruled by priests with a divine mission. We have many non-Muslims –Hindus, Christians and Parsis – but they are all Pakistanis. They will enjoy the same rights and privileges as any other citizens and will play their rightful part in the affairs of Pakistan.” The Munaafiq made it abun- dantly clear that Pakistan would not become a Shariah (theocratic) state. It will be a kuffaar western-type demo- cratic state. Whatever, he had disgorged is the antithesis of the Shariah. His statement pertaining to ―the essential principles of Is- lam‖ is zukhruful qawl of Iblees to beguile simple and moron molvis and ignorant Muslims – to dupe them into believing that Islam will be Law of the land. But, the 80 year history of Pakistan has confirmed that Islam never was the Law of the country. Allah Ta‘ala states in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “What! Do you believe in part of the Kitaab and reject a part? The punishment of those from you who do so, is disgrace in this worldly life, and on the Day of Qiyaamah they shall be assigned to the severest punishment.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 85) “O People of Imaan! Enter into Islam fully (completely), and do not follow in the foot- steps of shaitaan, for verily he is for you an open enemy.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 208) When some Muslims who had converted from Judaism de- sired to practice some Jewish customs, this Aayat was re- vealed. In the same style of partial acceptance of Islam, did the Jinnah chap envisage an ‗islam‘ divested of its po- litical dimension. Regardless of our emotion- al feelings and our lambasting the kuffaar aggressors and murderers, the irrefutable fact remains that the Punishment is being meted out by Allah Azza Wa Jal at the hands of His kuffaar ‗servants‘. The Punishment will run its prescribed divine course. No one can thwart the De- cree of Allah Ta‘ala. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 14 Q. Does this Hadith refer to the present war against Iran? Could it be a reference to the flames of the burning oil fa- cilities? “From ʿUbādah ibn al- Ṣāmit, who said: The Messen- ger of Allah (peace and bless- ings be upon him) said: “If you see a red column in the east in Ramadan, then store food a year, for it is a year of famine.” And from ʿAbd al-Wahhāb ibn Bakht: It reached me that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “In Ramadan there will be a sign in the sky like a bright column, and in Shawwāl there will be turmoil, and in Dhū al- Qaʿdah there will be destruc- tion.” And from the narration of Khālid ibn Maʿdān: “It will appear as though it is a pillar of fire rising from the east in the month of Ramadan. All the people of the earth will see it. Whoever witnesses that should prepare (store) food for his family for a year.” A. The Hadith does not re- fer to the war in Iran. The Hadith mentions that it will be a glittering pillar of light visible to all people on earth wherever they may be. Fur- thermore, the Hadith refers to a glittering light IN the sky, not to a fire burning on earth like the clouds of smoke from the burning fuel tanks. Nevertheless, in view of the current war it is wise to stock up essential foodstuff. If the war continues for a length of time, countries which rely on imported food- stuff will suffer great shortag- es. We command the opulent ones of the town (i.e. give them respite). Thus do they indulge flagrantly in sin in the town. Then Our Decree (of Punishment) becomes jus- tified for them. Then We ut- terly annihilate them.” (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 16) All of these American pup- pet vassal states including Saudi Arabia were snug in the idea of American protec- tion. They believed that the American paper ‗super power‘ was unassailable and that the imaginary ‗protection‘ which had de- ranged their brains and ego provides adequate defense, and that there is no power on earth which can touch them. Iran has burst their bub- ble of snug stupidity. It has now dawned on these misera- ble murtad regimes that re- turning to the Camel Age is a dreaded reality staring them in the face. As the US-Israeli war of aggres- sion continues to escalate and President Trump makes new threats against Iran‘s energy in- frastructure, the Islamic Republic and its allies are edging closer towards inflicting a historic de- feat on the world‘s top super- power. This is not hyperbole; instead, it can be demonstrated through the facts on the ground. From day one of the attack on Iran, the United States and Israel have proudly claimed to have achieved enormous victories. Initially telling the public that this conflict would only last four days, we are steadily heading towards the one-month mark with no end in sight. So far, there has been no clear war goal artic- ulated, nor is there a real excuse presented as to why it had to happen as it did. Beyond assassinating Iran‘s Su- preme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, a number of other high-ranking officials, as well as striking Iranian infrastructure, there has yet to be any major blow delivered to the Islamic Re- public. There is certainly nothing that could be argued to represent a strategic victory for Washing- ton and Tel Aviv either. In fact, Israel‘s assassinations during the 12-day war, in June of 2025, actually delivered a bigger blow to the Iranian military lead- ership, along with killing nuclear scientists. The Israeli Mossad even succeeded in effectively sabotaging Iranian air defenses at the beginning of the war and suc- cessfully utilized a large number of agents to carry out armed ac- tion inside the country. This time, the agents appear to have been a relative non-factor, and Iran retaliated much quicker than it did during the 12-day war. Despite this, day in and day out, US President Donald Trump and his Secretary of War Pete Hegseth continue to present to the public contradictory claims regarding how they are allegedly winning the war. How Iran is Defeating the US Empire The US government has repeat- edly claimed that Iran‘s navy is ―at the bottom of the ocean,‖ that its air force and air defenses have been ―destroyed,‖ while Trump himself claimed that ―90% of Iran‘s missiles‖ had been elimi- nated. However, the US military itself continues to announce it is tar- geting more Iranian naval ves- sels, while the Islamic Republic itself has shown video footage of underground facilities where its naval assets are stored. The Ira- nian air defenses, which were allegedly destroyed according to the Trump administration, man- aged to intercept an F-35 fighter jet, forcing it to conduct an emer- gency landing, while they are shooting enemy drones out of the sky on a daily basis. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force continues to fire wave af- ter wave of ballistic missiles, di- rectly impacting US military fa- cilities across the Persian Gulf and Israeli targets. It also launch- es its own drone swarms. In ad- dition to the IRGC, the Iranian Armed Forces also have their own separate drone attack units that operate around the clock. Iranian attacks, along with the support of their Iraqi allies, have now forced a full NATO with- drawal from Iraq, as US forces take round-the-clock missile and drone hits to their bases. Every US base in the Persian Gulf, Iraq, and Jordan has been dam- aged, in some cases entirely de- stroyed. Hezbollah also returned to the scene in Lebanon, stronger than ever, with its arms stock- piles replenished, managing to prevent the Israeli military from advancing in south Lebanon, all after both Tel Aviv and Wash- ington claimed that the party had been defeated. The USS Abraham Lincoln air- craft carrier was fired upon and has been forced to retreat, out of active striking distance of Iran, as the USS Gerald R. Ford is in need of repairs. The IRGC even fired missiles at the British-US military base in Diego Garcia, revealing that they possess mis- siles that can strike targets at over 4,000 kilometers. Every day or so, there is another surprise that Tehran appears to be able to pull off. What have the Israelis and Americans done in return? They bomb civilian are- as, police stations, and oil stor- age facilities in order to create acid rain across Tehran. They also strike the openings and exits to missile bases, which are simp- ly dug out and remain largely unaffected. Iran has retaliated each time a new escalation is committed by either the US or Israel, whether that be against oil facilities, wa- ter desalination plants, or nuclear facilities. Because Iran is no longer export- ing food during the war, the pric- es of goods on the shelves have actually decreased, as govern- ment subsidies are being offered, as well as free public transport. The blockade of the Strait of Hormuz has meant that the Per- sian Gulf Arab states have taken enormous economic hits, while the price of oil has skyrocketed and is having a major impact on the global economy. It is an oil crisis worse than that of 1973. Fertilizer costs, too, have in- creased; over 40% so far. Things have gotten so bad that the US is now weighing lifting the sanctions on Iran in order to allow purchases of its oil, just to bring the costs down. A move that the Trump administration has tried to repackage as some kind of strategic move, but is evi- dently a sign of how terribly the war is going for them. Iran‘s oil production is also up to a high that hasn‘t been seen in at least 46 years, meaning that since the revolution in 1979 against the US-backed Shah, birthing the Islamic Republic, the country‘s production has never reached such levels. As of now, only na- tions that gain Iran‘s permission are able to purchase or transit through the Gulf of Hormuz. In other words, they have total dom- inance. Escalation Without a Plan Donald Trump‘s depictions of Iran as a nation that is defeated, without any military capabilities and with a scared remaining leadership, are the opposite of reality. If anything, it appears that the Islamic Republic is only becoming more entrenched and popular, as one would expect given that a foreign attack target- ing the nation‘s civilian popula- tion is ongoing. Ebrahim Zolfaghari, the spokes- man of Khatam al-Anbiya Cen- tral Headquarters (Iran‘s Unified Military Command), openly mocks the US leadership, even recently stating, ―Hey Trump, YOU‘RE FIRED! In all likelihood, it will be a costly endeavor that will result in little more than a photo op and fail to actually open the Strait of Hor- muz. Capturing Kharg Island from Iran will not stop Iran from blocking ships from transiting the Persian Gulf; that‘s simply not how things work. Tehran may even decide to just allow the US to take it over, then hit it relentless- ly with missiles and drones. As for the Strait of Hormuz, as long as Iran has missiles capable of sinking ships and mines that can do the same, it remains closed. Which brings us to the conclu- sion: Iran is defeating the United States. Yet, it is not Washington that is making its own decisions; it is clearly under the control of policymakers in Tel Aviv. This is not a war for the United States‘ interests—it is a war for Israel‘s interests. The Israeli calculation, as I have been writing about here for Pal- estine Chronicle for months, is that if they manage to inflict enough damage to Iran‘s civil infrastructure—targeting electric- ity, agriculture, its industrial ca- pacity, oil and gas, water, etc.— then it believes it can weaken the government in the long term. A shaikh says that Jihad is only defensive. Is he cor- rect? A. The bootlicking ‗shaikh‘ should renew his Imaan. It is a grievous error to believe that all Jihaad is defensive. What kind of ‗defensive‘ ji- had was it for the Khalifah in Madina to send armies to fight the Romans and Per- sians. The objective of Jihaad is I‟laa Kalimatullah. Almost all the Jihaad campaigns of the Sahaabah were offensive. Yes, minus Islaah, there will be no victory. Thus, Is- laah is Waajib. It is permissible for a Mus- lim to cast himself in battle against a vastly superior, stronger enemy regardless of the enemy‘s number or wea- ponry. De- spite the heavy odds against him, there is the possibility, no matter how remote, of him emerging alive. In this scenario, killing him- self is not the intention even though all indications are that he will be killed.
