The plot is to destabilize the countries thereby facilitating the pillaging and plundering of the wealth of the Muslim countries. The USA is desperately plotting to regain control of the Bagram airbase in Af- ghanistan. It requires Bagram because of its prox- imity to China – just one hour to China according to the Clown, Trump. It is the ideal launching pad for the USA in time of war. Trump has made no secret of his desire of regaining the Bagram air- base. Since America was defeat- ed on the battlefield after its 22 year aggression in Af- ghanistan, it withdrew and fled most hurriedly in an ex- tremely disorderly manner abandoning $8 billion of military equipment. Trump has demanded the return of the equipment. However, the Taliban has mockingly reject- ed the stupid demand of the defeated adversary. The plot is now to entangle and weaken Afghanistan in a war with Pakistan. This en- tanglement according to the understanding of Trump will grant the USA the opportuni- ty to grab the Bagram air- base. The current skirmishes between Pakistan and Af- ghanistan and the bombing of Musaajid and marketplaces should be viewed in the light of the plots of the USA. The USA has recruited munaafiqeen – total munaf- iqeen/kuffaar – to execute the evil dirty pernicious acts of sabotage thereby providing sufficient cause for Pakistan to continue the war with Afghanistan. The summary of my brother and his question is: In Pakistan, generally the "popular Ulama" are publicly favouring a victory for the Shiah, but as Al-Haq has stat- ed, many confuse the issue, blur the lines and appear to present them as a part of the Ummah just with some "ikhtilaafaat" (difference of opinion). They simply never proclaim the kufr of Shiahs explicitly. So overall the result of their statements are that the aqaaid (beliefs) of the masses continue to become even more corrupted with regard to Shi- ahs. As Al-Haq has said clear- ly, the issue of their kufr and being baatil should not be con- flated with the political sup- port of Ulama-e-Haqq, but it seems many if not most Ulama are intentionally or uninten- tionally sweeping the issue of kufr/aqaaid under the carpet, unlike Al-Haq. On the other hand, some Ulama-e-Haqq hold and pro- claim openly the same views as Hadhrat that this is a case of baatil vs baatil, kuffaar vs kuffaar, and that there should be no doubt as to the kufr and abhorrent views of Shiahs. They also acknowledge the zulm and barbarity committed against the Muslims of Pales- tine. However, they say that Iran has, just in the last decade or so (directly or through prox- ies), murdered about 1.5 mil- lion Muslims and displaced more than 15 million in vari- ous lands such as Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen. On the other hand, the Yahoodi state has in about 75 years mur- dered about 140,000 Muslims and displaced about 5 million. The atrocities against Palestine are well-known and highly publicized, but the atrocities of the Shiah (both those of the recent decades as well as throughout history) get much less attention from Muslims and are less well known/ recognized among the masses. Citing this track record of Shiahs having committed even greater (albeit less well known) atrocities against Mus- lims than the Yahood, some Ulama-e-Kiraam say that (regardless of Shiahs being perceived as a pillar of the Ummah), the reality is that Shiahs have been and are far more harmful than Yahood/ Nasaara for the Muslims both in terms of murder/ displacement as well as Aqaaid. Therefore, these Ula- ma-e-Kiraam do not have a preference for a Shiah victory. What is your opinion about this view? Answer The difference is a matter of opinion. Neither of the two views is substantiated by Wa- hi or Nass. Perhaps we are in error with our view, and per- haps the other Ulama-e- Kiraam are in error. Allah Ta‘ala knows best. Neverthe- less, we are concerned with the current scenario, not with the past. What has happened in the past is history. We are con- cerned with what is currently unfolding and what the con- sequences will be of a US- Israeili victory. Israel has always stated its claim of greater Israel to include even Saudi Arabia. It is therefore of imperative importance for Islamic states (and there are none today) to militarily sup- port Iran in the current war. The claptrap slogans and our debates and discussion are all futile, and far from the Re- membrance of Allah Ta‘ala. Our discussions and views of all variety will have no signif- icance on the battlefields where the outcome of the war is being decided. Anyhow to add to the fu- tile debate, imagine the US and Israel are waging this war to colonize the entire Middle East and even Mak- kah and Madinah. Now if in such a scenario where there is not a single Muslim state con- fronting the enemy, if Iran steps forward and blocks the Yahood and Nasaara from achieving their pernicious goal, will it be proper to side with the latter, and de- cry the defence Iran has taken up to prevent the US and Is- rael from capturing Makkah and Madinah regardless of its (Iran‘s) motive for the de- fence? Israeli forces reportedly at- tacked worshippers at the Bab al-Sahira area, firing tear gas toward them, while heavi- ly deploying troops around the Bab al-Amoud area. The clo- sures prevented Palestinians from praying inside or near the mosque, though Eid Tak- birs were still raised from with- in Al-Aqsa. Israeli forces also barred Pal- estinians from entering the Ibrahimi Mosque in al-Khalil, in the southern West Bank, to perform the Eid prayer. This year marks an unprece- dented development since "Israel" occupied eastern Al- Quds in 1967, as Palestinians were completely barred from performing Eid prayers inside Al‑Aqsa Mosque. While dis- ruptions, restrictions, and con- frontations have occurred dur- ing past Ramadans and Eids, worshippers have historically been able to pray inside the mosque or its courtyards de- spite checkpoints and security controls.” (End of report) “Allah is aware of what is in the land and ocean. Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is neither a seed under the earth nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Book” (Qur‟aan) “…..When the First Promise (of Punishment) arrived, We sent against you (Bani Is- raaeel) such of Our servants who were powerful in war. Thus, they penetrated the homes. …….When the second Promise came, they disfigured your faces (with their brutali- ty) and they entered the Musjid (Musjidul Aqsa) as they had entered it the first time, and they ut- terly devastated whatever they over ran.” (Bani Israaeel 5 – 7) Just as Allah Azza Wa Jal had snatched away Musjidul Aqsa from the Muslim Um- mah of bygone times and handed it to the fire- worshipping kuffaar of Iraq who had invaded Jerusalem under their king Bukht Nassar whom Allah Ta‘ala describes „Our servants”, so too has Allah Azza Wa Jal today handed Musjidul Aqsa to the Yahood kuffaar. This is the consequence of the spiritual devastation which the Palestinian Mus- lims have caused to them- selves and the Musjid. Allah Ta‘ala is not oblivious. He does not punish unjustly. Whatever is happening in Al- Aqsa, Palestine and elsewhere is by the Decree of Allah Ta‘ala. Muslims have become treacherous to the degree of kufr, hence they do not de- serve being in control of Musjidul Aqsa. Handing the Musjid to the Yahood kuffaar is a form of punishment which Allah Ta‘ala inflicts on (Continued on page 4) less of history. Ultimately, it is the Decree of Allah Ta‘ala which will prevail. Whether we, ordi- nary people verbally and morally support or condemn Iran, it is all futile. It will make no difference on the battlefield because we are not participating in the battle in any way whatsoever. We only indulge in futile discus- sion, and the discussions gen- erally are stupid and a waste of time and a diversion from Thikr-e-Ilaahi. “All affairs finally return to Allah.” (Qur‟aan). “With His Nusrat, Allah aids whomever He wills” (Qur‟aan) We reiterate, there is no certi- tude for the correctness of any view fabricated by our defective minds. In fact, Allah is your Pro- tector, and He is the best of helpers.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayats 149, 150) Massive upheavals, politi- cal and social, are rocking the world. The Ummah of Islam appears to be the prime target for the nations of the kuffaar. Muslims are fearfully and meekly searching for protec- tion from the enemy – the very kuffaar who are poised to swallow the Ummah. This attitude of Muslims is the effect of extreme defec- tive Imaan or of a devastated Imaan. While professing to be Muslims, they really have no understanding of the meaning of being Muslim. Allah Ta‘ala has been ex- cised from the lives of Mus- lims. Islam remains a skeleton of a handful of rituals. Whilst practicing these rituals haphazardly and lackadaisi- cally, Muslims waste away their lives in gross disobedi- ence, rebellion and treachery without having the haziest conception of the true objec- tive of life on earth. Thus they seek protection, worldly pro- gress and safety in emulating their enemies – the enemies of Allah Ta‘ala and of the Deen. It is this evil and disgrace- ful attitude against which Al- lah Ta‘ala warns us in the aforementioned Qur‘aanic Aayat. Allah Azza Wa Jal ex- plains to us that emulation of the kuffaar will lead to irtid- aad (reneging from Islam). Far from gaining protection from the kuffaar, they will only devour and swallow the Um- mah. Warning us against such deviation, Allah Ta‘ala states that ―only He is our Protec- tor‖. But Muslims have cho- sen to remain deaf and blind to the Call of Allah Ta‘ala. Regardless of what world- ly preparations Muslims make for their safety, never will they succeed if the Nus- rat (Aid/Help) of Allah Ta‘ala is not forthcoming. If Allah Ta‘ala withholds His help, nothing and no power can protect us against our ene- mies. In this regard the Qur‘aan states: “If Allah aids you, no one can then defeat you. And, If He abandons you, then who is there to help you besides Him. On Allah should the Mu‟minoon have trust.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 160) The Aid of Allah Ta‘ala is available only on the platform of Itaa-at (Obedience) and Ibaadat (Worship). There is no other way for the acquisi- tion of Divine Aid. The Nus- rat of Allah Ta‘ala was the secret for all the victories and successes of the Sahaabah. Muslims are not reliant for success and victory on the great technological accom- plishments of the kuffaar. Muslims are reliant on the Help of Allah Ta‘ala about which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Whatever is by Allah is ob- tainable only by means of Obedience.” Obedience to Allah Ta‘ala is in fact described in the Qur‘aan Majeed as ‗helping‘ Allah Ta‘ala. The aid of Al- lah Ta‘ala is reliant on this ‗helping‘ Him: “O People of Imaan! If you help Allah (His Deen), He will help you and plant your feet firmly (against your enemy).” (Muhammad, Aayat 7) The consequences of diso- bedience are severe and pain- ful: “If you are grateful, I shall most certainly increase (Continued on page 7) this Ummah which is ‗Muslim‘ in name. But in re- ality Muslims of today are no different from the kuffaar. Maalikal Mulk (i.e. King and Owner of the entire earth, sovereignty and pow- er)! You bestow Mulk (country/sovereignty/ domination) to whomever You will, and You snatch away Mulk from whomever You will. You grant honour to whomever You will, and You disgrace whomever You will. Verily, You are All-Powerful over (Continued on page 6) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 6 all things.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 26) Bereft of Imaan, these mis- erable plastic ‗kings‘ and pup- pet rulers, because they have no faith in the Divine Proclamations of the Qur‘aan Majeed, hanker after honour and safety which they believe these immoral, impure, najis kuffaar such as Trump the Clown wallowing in kufr and najaasat, will provide. But, the Iranian missile barrage has harshly awakened them from their drunken slumber. With regard to such moron boot- lickers who profess to be Mus- lims, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Inform the munaafiqeen that for them there is a painful punishment. They (the munaafiqeen) are those who take the kaafireen as friends besides (instead of) the Mu‟mineen. What! Do they search for izzat (honour) from them (the kuffaar)! The solution for the plight of the Ummah is only ONE, and that is Inaabat Ilallaah – to turn to Allah Ta‘ala with Taubah, Itaa -at and Ibaadat. Then Allah Ta‘ala will send His invisible armies to help Muslims. Allah Ta‘ala pivots His bounties on our ‗gratitude‘. Gratitude does not mean ver- bal expression of ‗shukr‘ (thanks). On Allah should the Mu‟minoon have trust.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 160) (Continued from page 6) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 8 “Thus did We grant power to those who were oppressed weaklings (making them the inheritors of) the eastern and western regions of the earth which We had blessed…..” (Al-A‟raaf, Aayat 137) Bani Israaeel, the Muslim Ummah of bygone times, was a nation of slaves oppressed and persecuted by Fir‘oun. As a punishment for their rebel- lion and treachery Allah Ta‘ala had imposed the domi- nation of Fir‘oun on them. When the divinely prescribed punishment had run its course, Allah Ta‘ala granted power to this oppressed, weak nation of slaves who became the rulers of the eastern and western regions of the Middle East. Only Allah Azza Wajal is in control and power. It is He who directs every operation in the universe. When Bani Israaeel complained about the brutality and oppression of Fir‘oun, he advised: “Verily, the earth belongs to Allah. He grants it (political power and control) to whomever of His servants He wills. The ultimate result of victory (and success) is for the Mut- taqeen.” (Al-A‟raaf, Aayat 128) For the acquisition of victory over the kuffaar, Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) said to his people: “Seek help from Al- lah and have Sabr (patience).” This is the only solution for gaining the Help of Allah Ta‘ala. Sabr brings in its pur- view Ibaadat and Taa-at (Obedience). All other ways acquired by the kuffaar are inspirations and teachings of Iblees. THE AID OF ALLAH “O People of Imaan! Re- member the favour of Allah when the armies (of the kuffaar) approached you. Then We sent upon them a wind (to up- root them), and We dis- patched such armies (of Angels) which you could not see. Allah sees what- ever you are doing.” (Al-Ahzaab, Aayat 9) Although this Aayat pertains to the occasion of the Battle of Ahzaab also know as the Battle of the Trench, it is of universal significance. It applies for all times and for those who are true Mu‘mineen. All forces in creation are the armies of Allah Ta‘ala. Allah Azza Wa Jal says: “The armies of the heav- ens and earth belong to Allah.” (Al-Fath, Aayat 4) “The armies of the heav- ens and earth belong to Allah.” (Al-Fath, Aayat 7) “No one knows the Armies of your Rabb, except He.” (Al-Muddassir, Aayat 31) Alas! Today Allah Ta‘ala has withheld His Armies from aiding Muslims who are no longer the ‗Mu‘mineen‘ who qualify for His Nusrat. That is why the kuffaar are able to humiliate, pummel and destroy entire nations of Muslims and their lands. It is all executed with the permission of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The genocide in Palestine is the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. “EXPEL THEM FROM ARABIA” During his Maradhul Maut (Last Illness), Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) commanded the Sahaa- bah: “Expel the Yahud and the Nasaara from the Arabian Peninsu- la.” The Command was finally ful- filled during the Khilaafate of Ha- dhrat Umar Ibn Khattaab (Radhiyallahu anhu). This order was not restricted to the Haramain Shareefain. It applied to the entire Peninsula of Arabia. Not a single kaafir was to be tolerat- ed in Arabia. It was with the estab- lishment of the British protectorate of Saudi Arabia that this Command of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was set aside and the door opened for the entry of the Yahud and Nasaara. Today this evil has reached the gut- ter level of kuffaar being allowed right into the Haramain Shareefain. By degrees, idolatry is being re- introduced in Arabia. This is one of the signs of Qiyaamah. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 9 Question: In a „road rage‟ altercation involving two Mus- lims, one Muslim was shot dead by the other Muslim and also the murdered man‟s wife was critically wounded by the shooter. Is the killed person a shaheed? Answer: No, he is not a sha- heed. When a Muslim kills a Muslim, both in fact will be assigned to Jahannam. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When two Muslims confront (each other) with their swords, the qaatil (killer) and the maqtool (the killed one) are in the Fire (of Jahan- nam).” Someone asked: „O Rasulullah! The killer (entering the Fire) is under- stood. But why the killed one (will also be in the Fire?).” Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “He also desired to kill his adversary.” Thus both the killer and the killed one are destined for Jahannam. ‗Road rage‘ is pure shaitaaniyat and it is the ef- fect of takabbur (pride). It is utterly disgraceful and lamen- table that Muslims can resort to killing each other, and over what? This shaitaani-rage is not a valid excuse for ex- pressing anger. The one who has erred should swiftly apologize and promise to make amends if his action had caused any damage to the other person‘s vehicle. If a driver commits a shaitaani act pertaining to driv- ing and ignoring the traffic rules, the other person should suppress his anger, overlook the stupidity of the driver. If a driver swears or pass- es crude remarks, suppress the nafs, engage in Thikrullah and ignore the jahaalat of the other person. The Qur‘aan Majeed says: “When they (the Muttaqeen) hear laghw (nonsense/ stupidity/shaitaaniyat), they ignore it, and they say: „For us are our deeds and for you are your deeds. Salaam on you.” PLOTS & SCHEMES “Verily, those before them had plotted. All plots belong to Allah. He is aware whatever every- one earns (schemes).” (Ar-Ra‟d, Aayat 42) “Verily, they plotted their schemes while their plots are by Allah. Indeed their plot is (of such evil magni- tude) that even mountains will move.” (Al-Hijr 46) All the plots and conspir- acies of the kuffaar are within the knowledge and control of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Their pernicious plots have a divinely prescribed trajectory. The harm and damage caused by their evil schemes are to the meas- ure ordained by Allah Ta‘ala. Muslims should not divert their focus from Allah Ta‘ala. Trump, Israel and the entire world of the kuffaar are all under the power and control of Allah Azza Wa Jal. No amount of vilification and blaming the kuffaar will alter the course decreed by Allah Azza Wa Jal. All forces in the universe are cogs in the Armies of Allah Azza Wa Jal. “The armies of the heavens and earth belong to Allah.” (Al-Fath, Aayat 4) “The armies of the heavens and earth belong to Allah.” (Al-Fath, Aayat 7) “No one knows the Armies of your Rabb, except He.” (Al-Muddassir, Aayat 31) CALAMITY (THE CONSEQUENCE OF SINS) “Whatever calamity befalls you, is the consequence of your hands.” (Qur‟aan) The brother of Hadhrat Mu- hammad Bin Yoosuf (Rahmatullah alayh) wrote to him complaining about the oppression of the rulers. Mu- hamamd Bin Yoosuf replied: ―O my Brother! It should not be hidden from you that the one who sins has no right to complain when the punishment befalls him. The calamity which has befallen you is certainly the conse- quence of sin.‖ AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 10 Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ―The noblest Ji- had is to proclaim the truth to a tyrannical ruler.‖ The tyranny and cruelty of Hajjaaj Bin Yusuf are proverbial. He had put to death thousands of innocent Muslims, including many Sahaa- bah. He would have them sum- marily executed in his presence on the slightest pretext to gratiate his passion for killing. Hadhrat Abdur Rahmaan Bin Abi Na-eem (rahmatullah alayh) was among the very senior Taabi -een. His taqwa and ibaadat were of such a lofty status and so all- embracing that if he had to be informed that Malakul Maut (the Angel of Death) has arrived to take his soul, then too he would not have been able to improve his ibaadat. The news of Malakul Maut‘s arrival would not effect the slightest change in his atti- tude. His entire being was per- petually consumed with the re- membrance of Allah Ta‘ala. Once Hadhrat Abdur Rah- maan went to Hajjaaj and ad- monished him of the dire conse- quences of his cruelty and injus- tice. Hajjaaj was inflamed. He ordered that Hadhrat Abdur Rah- maan be enclosed in a window- less dungeon. The door was sealed. He was literally en- tombed in the intensely dark dungeon in which there was not even a crevice for any light or air to filter through. He remained in the dungeon for fifteen days without any food or water or any other facilities whatsoever. After fifteen days, Hajjaaj ordered that his body be buried. When the guards opened the door of the dungeon they found Hadhrat Abdur Rahmaan en- gaged in Salaat. He was in the same condition as he was on the first day of his imprisonment. When Hajjaaj was informed, he ordered Hadhrat Abdur Rahmaan to be released. He realized that this was an act of Allah Ta‘ala. No one can harm a person when Allah Ta‘ala protects him. Once during the khilaafat of Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) the River Nile dried up. The sustenance of the populace was tied to the River Nile on which they and their livestock depended for the growth of their crops, drinking water and very survival. The people com- plained to Hadhrat Amr Ibnul A's (radhiyallahu anhu), the Governor. He asked if the river had dried up before as well. When they affirmed that it had dried up in the past as well, Hadhrat Amr (radhiyallahu an- hu) asked: "What would you do then?" They said that it was their practice to sacrifice a young beautiful girl to the riv- er. The girl would be killed as an offering to propitiate the river. Hadhrat Amr (radhiyallahu anhu) said that such a custom of jaahiliyyah would never be allowed in Islam. He then wrote to Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) regarding the issue and sought his advice and direction. In response Ha- dhrat Umar (radhiyallahu an- hu) directed a written com- mand to the River Nile. In his letter he addressed the river, commanding it to flow by the permission of Allah Ta'ala. Many people in Egypt mocked at this act which they la- belled absurd, ludi- crous and ascribed it to their imagined pu- erility and senility of H a d h r a t U m a r (radhiyallahu anhu). When the letter reached Hadhrat Amr (radhiyallahu anhu), he has- tened to the River without the slightest doubt or trepidation. A large group of the mockers and critics also accompanied him to witness what they be- lieved would be the humilia- tion of Ameerul Mu'mineen Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu). Hadhrat Amr (radhiyallahu anhu) had made a public announcement regard- ing the written command. Therefore a huge crowd ac- companied him to witness the miracle. When Hadhrat Amr (radhiyallahu anhu) deposited the Command on to the river bed, the river simultaneously began to rise and flow strong- ly. That was the taqwa and ya- qeen of the Sahaabah who had raised the Standard of Islam over the hilltops of the world. They were a different and a wonderful breed of hermits, recluses and monks. FASAAD – ANARCHY ―Fasaad (anarchy, strife, corruption) has appeared on earth and the ocean as a consequence of what the hands of peo- ple have perpetrated, so that He (Allah Ta‘ala) gives them to taste some of the (evil deeds) which they have committed, for perhaps they may return (to Siraatul Mustaqeem).‖ (Ar-Room, Aayat 41) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 11 “Are they searching for the law of jaahiliyyah (the law of shaitaan)? Who is a more beautiful Judge than Allah for people who have Yaqeen (firm conviction).” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 50) “Have you not seen those who think that they have Imaan (belief) in that which has been revealed to you and that which was revealed before you? They desire adjudication from Taaghoot (Shaitaan) whilst having been command- ed to reject him.” (An-Nisaa‟, Aayat 60) “O People of Imaan! If you follow the kuffaar, they will turn you on your heels (to re- nege from Islam), then you will become the great losers. In fact (only) Allah is your Protector, and He is the best of helpers.” (Aal-e-Imraan, 149, 150) In flagrant violation and rejec- tion of the Qur‘aan Majeed and all the Nusoos of the Had- ith, evil scoundrel molvi agents of Iblees, peddling sin- ister agendas, are promoting participation in kuffaar poli- tics. They are encouraging and misleading Muslims into the trap of voting. There is absolutely no co- nundrum for confusing Mus- lims regarding the hurmat and impermissibility of becoming soiled in the shaitaani process of the kuffaar voting system. It is a system of Taaghoot, haraam from beginning to end. Every step leading to voting and every step in its participa- tion are Taaghooti and haraam. Muslims have lost the Path of the Deen. They have di- verted far, very far from Si- raatul Mustaqeem. They have lost their Imaani bearings. The scoundrel molvis who are bar- tering the Knowledge of the Deen for the carrion crumbs of the dunya are further mislead- ing the moron masses into the wolf‘s den. The Qur‘aan states with emphasis: “Allah is suffi- cient for the Mu‟mineen.” While the munaafiq molvis are promoting the law of Taaghoot, Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “Are they searching for the law of jaahi- liyyah (the law of shaitaan)? Who is a more beautiful Judge than Allah for people who have Yaqeen (firm convic- tion).”(Al-Maaidah, Aayat 50) All law processes of the kuffaar are the law of Taaghoot which Muslims are commanded to reject. In this regard, the Qur‘aan states: “Whoever rejects Taaghoot (Shaitaan) and believes (have Imaan) in Allah, verily he has taken hold of a such a power- ful handle which does not break.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 256) That Handle is the Shariah as opposed to the law of Taaghoot which these scoun- drel munaafiq molvis are pro- moting and in which they are entrapping stupid Muslims. Castigating these scoundrels who promote the law of Taaghoot, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Allah is the Protector (Friend) of the Mu‟mineen whom He takes out from the darkness (of kufr) into the Noor (Celestial Light of Imaan). As for the kuffaar, their friends are the devils (shayaateen) who extract them from Noor (and take them) in- to the darkness (of kufr). In- deed, they are the companions of the Fire wherein they will dwell forever.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 257) Those who mislead Mus- lims into the snare of kufr by promoting participation in the voting process of Taaghoot are the Fuel of Jahannam. There is no scope in Islam for the law system of the kuffaar. Every system in conflict with the Shariah is the law of Jaahi- liyyah whose author is Taaghoot (Iblees). For their safety, Muslims should turn unto Allah Ta‘ala with repentance and self- reformation – reformation in terms of the Qur‘aan and Sun- nah. Allah Ta‘ala will then protect us against the vile pre- dations, pillaging and plunder- ing of kuffaar mobs and sinis- ter plotters. “If you help (the Deen of) Al- lah, He will help you and plant your feet firmly (against your enemy). If Allah helps you, no one can defeat you. But if He abandons you, then who is there besides Allah to help you?” AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 12 Making fools of themselves, some juhala publishing their report on a ruling of the Cape Taaghoot court, said: “Setting a groundbreaking precedent for South African family law and Muslims around the country, the West- ern Cape High Court has ruled that the Islamic legal ob- ligation of nafaqah can serve as the foundation for a civil claim for financial reimburse- ment between divorced Mus- lim spouses.” This devil‘s ruling has no validity in the Shariah. There is nothing ‗groundbreaking‘ for Muslims in this piece of kufr law disgorged by the court of Taaghoot. Civil law is kufr/ taaghooti law. There is no confluence between the law of Taaghoot and the Shariah. These two systems of law are widely divergent and mutually repellent. It is in- deed a demonstration of the malfunctioning of brains to shove any Shariah law as- pect into subservience of kufr law. Their can never be a blending of the two oppos- ing concepts. Shariah Law is divine while kufr law is satanic. How is it ever possible to create a fu- sion between that which is divine and that which is sa- tanic? Compounding stupidity ludicrously, they say: “That is a first-of-its-kind ruling that provides a practical legal mechanism to protect Muslim women.” Indeed it is an at- tempt to befuddle moron Muslims and to placate the munaafiqaat (female hypo- crites) who happen to be members of kuffaar law soci- eties, who monotonously pipe the theme of ‗Islam‘s injustice to women‘. They will still experience their compensation in the Blazing Fire of Jahannam for their stark kufr presented in ‗deeni‘ guise. There is absolutely no pro- tection for Muslim women in the Taaghooti ruling of the court of Taaghoot. If there is any carrion benefit for any women, it will be for murtad females masquerading as Muslims. Mu‘minaat will NEVER run to the kuffaar court to acquire a ruling which will expel them from the fold of Islam. True Muslim women follow the Shariah. They know and accept that Allah Ta‘ala has decreed that a divorced woman is entitled to nafqah (maintenance) for the period known as the Iddat. After ex- piry of the Iddat, her ex- husband has absolutely no obligation of nafqah. She is then a strange woman up for marriage to other men. The hybrid attempt by the court of Taaghoot is a mere red herring to fool morons with the Islamic term, nafqah. Whatever the court had ruled was not nafqah. It was zulm (injustice, oppres- sion and usurpation) in terms of the Shariah. It is of imperative im- portance for Muslim women to understand that by seek- ing the aid of the kuffaar court to extract and usurp money from their ex- husbands in conflict with the Shariah is KUFR which ex- pels them from the fold of Islam. Their everlasting abode will be Jahannam. LEADERSHIP? Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Aziz (Rahmatullah alayh), the Bani Ummayyah Khalifah is fa- mously known as Umar The Second for having restored the government of the Islamic Empire to the style of the Khilaafat of Hadhrat Umar Bin Khattaab (Radhiyallahu anhu). Hadhrat Maimoon Bin Mah- raan (Rahmatullah alayh) who was among the illustrious Auliya and Fuqaha of the Tab -e-Taabieen era commented: ―Although Umar Bin Abdul Aziz is more beloved to me than anyone else, I love more to see him as a corpse than seeing him as the ruler.‖ This was the kind of detes- tation for leadership which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had instilled in the Men of Taqwa. Whoever hankers after leadership is doomed in this dunya and the Aakhirah. The Men of Ilm and Taqwa flee from leader- ship. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 13 Istihsaanul kufr means to prefer kufr or to think good of any act of kufr or to give preference to an act of kufr over and above an act of Is- lam. Such a preference ex- pels one from the fold of Is- lam. A great Aalim of Makkah, Shaikh Dahhaan (rahmatullah alayh) narrated an amazing story full of lesson and ad- monition. It is an eye-opener for Muslims of this age who view with disdain many prac- tices of the Shariah. They ac- cord preference to the institu- tions, practices, styles and cus- toms of the kuffaar, and thus eliminate their Imaan. Shaikh Dahhaan (rahmatullah alayh) narrated that once (in very re- cent history) a prominent Aalim of lofty status of osten- sible piety who had died was buried in the Qabrustaan of Makkah (or in Jannatul Baqi of Madinah). The norm in Arabia is to re- open graves and bury others in the same qabr. Within a short while the bodies disintegrate. Since nothing remains, the graves are used repeatedly. When the grave of this famous Aalim was opened, to the amazement of the people the body had not disintegrated. When the kafan was opened, the amazement of the people new no bounds, for the mayyit was that of a beautiful Europe- an girl. Fortunately on the scene there was a man who said that he recognized the girl. She was a French girl who had se- cretly embraced Islam. She used to practise Islam in se- cret, and he used to teach her. This cleared up the mystery as far as the girl's body was con- cerned. Since she was a sin- cere Muslim, Allah Ta'ala transferred her body from the graveyard of kufr to the Qabrustaan of Imaan, namely, Jannatul Baqi. However, there remained the mystery of the Aalim's body. It was logical to pre- sume that the Aalim's body was miraculously transferred into the girl's grave in France. The person at whose hands the girl had embraced Islam was despatched to France to ascer- tain the reality. He went and narrated the episode of the girl to her parents, and finally managed to convince them to have the grave of their daugh- ter opened up to ascertain the reality. This was done. When the coffin was opened every- one was aghast and shocked beyond belief when they saw that it was not the expected corpse of the girl. After this information was transmitted to Makkah, the wife of the Aalim was inter- viewed. The Ulama asked her to describe her husband. She explained that her husband was a man of lofty piety. The Ulama told her to reflect deep- ly as they believed that there must have been some tendency or element of kufr in him which warranted this calamity to befall him. After deep thought the wife said that whenever he required a Waajib ghusl, he would re- mark: "The Christians have it nice. They are not encumbered with a Fardh ghusl." This cleared up the mystery regard- ing the misfortune and calami- ty which befell the Aalim. In view of his preference for a practice of the Christians, the effect of which was dis- dain for a Shar'i practice, Al- lah Ta'ala expelled his body from the Holy Land and cast him into the land of kufr for whose practice he had shown a preference. Muslims should reflect and fear such calamities which may befall them for their evil preferences. May Allah Ta'ala save our Imaan. BOOTLICKING ULAMA Hadhrat Sufyaan Thauri (Rahmatullah alayh) com- menting on the corruption of the Ulama, said: ―We have seen such pious Ulama who preferred seclusion in their homes. However, nowadays the Ulama have become boot- lickers of the rulers.‖ Hadhrat Sufyaan had made this observation about 12 centuries ago. What is the position of the Ulama during this 15th century of Islam? Their bootlicking of rulers, even kuffaar rulers and of kuffaar religions, have trans- formed them into reverends, priests, swamis and pundits. They have betrayed Islam for the miserable worldly carrion crumbs. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 14 The acts and errors of the Saaliheen (Auliya) do not constitute Shar‟i Daleel. The Proofs of the Shariah are the Qur‘aan and the Sunnah on the basis of which the Aim- mah-e-Mujtahideen had for- mulated the Structure of the Shariah. The Saaliheen (pious saints) also sometimes commit errors. However, their errors should not be cited as justification for corrupt views and for audacity to commit sins. Such an atti- tude is kufr, hence, Allaamah Abdul Wahhaab Sha‘raani (rahmatullah alayh) said: “Whoever takes to the obscu- rities (and errors) of the Ula- ma has made his exit from is- lam.” Hadhrat Maulana Ya'qoob (rahmatullah alayh) was an Ustaadh of Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (rahmatullah alayh). He was among the first wrung of Asaatizah of Darul Uloom Deoband. He was an expert of many subjects. Once he de- sired to become an expert in music. Despite his acknowl- edged lofty spiritual state, he soon acquired expertise in the science of music. Music here refers to the art or theoretical rules and regulations of the science of music. It does not refer to music accompanied by musical instruments. Once while he was en- gaged with music, a Majzoob who passed by exclaimed: ―Molvi Sahib, this is not for you. You are meant for some- thing else.‖ This naseehat had a profound effect on Hadhrat Maulana Ya'qoob (rahmatullah alayh). He im- mediately abandoned music and repented. Even the person from whom he had learnt mu- sic, repented. Commenting on this episode, Hadhrat Thanvi (rahmatullah alayh) said: "Even the Saaliheen commit errors. However, when they are warned, they immediately abandon the error and repent." They never justify their errors. Those who cling to the er- rors of the Saaliheen to justify their nafsaaniyat come with- in the purview of the Qur‘aanic Aayat: “They take their scholars and their saints as gods be- sides Allah………” This was the attitude of the deviates of Bani Israaeel. To- day such deviation is dili- gently plodded by the mer- cenary molvis who are ped- dling their knowledge and bartering away their Imaan for the carrion crumbs of the dunya. YOUR DEEDS & MISDEEDS Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Your deeds are your rulers.” Allah Ta‘ala appoints rul- ers in accordance with the deeds and misdeeds of the na- tion. Corrupt and tyrannical rulers are appointed over a corrupt nation. Conversely, Allah Ta‘ala appoints benev- olent rulers when the people are morally healthy. Therefore, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) forbade wasting time vilify- ing the rulers. It is Allah Ta‘ala Who appoints rulers. Nothing happens without the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. We are required to morally reform ourselves and submit to the Sunnah, then only will Allah Ta‘ala change the rul- ers or replace them. Shaitaan diverts the focus of Muslims from Allah Ta‘ala. He succeeds in his scheme of convincing Mus- lims that their plight of de- feat and humiliation is the kuffaar whereas in reality kuffaar domination and op- pression are the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal for Mus- lim treason. mercenary for Trump. By Yashraj Sharma and Mohammad Sartaj Alam Published On 18 May 2026 For decades, the Kamal Maula mosque in Dhar, in central In- dia‘s Madhya Pradesh state, has been like a second home for 78- year-old Mohammad Rafiq. Rafiq has been the muezzin, who calls Muslims to prayer, at the mosque for 50 years. Before him, his grandfather Hafiz Naziruddin used to lead the prayers even be- fore India gained independence from British colonial rule in 1947. But the mosque in the Bho- jshala complex, a protected mon- ument of archaeological im- portance, is out of bounds now for Rafiq and other Muslims in Dhar. The Madhya Pradesh High Court, hearing a petition claiming a tem- ple predated the mosque at the site, ruled on Friday that the me- dieval complex is a temple dedi- cated to a Hindu goddess. On Sunday, the 13th-14th cen- tury monument was awash in saf- fron flags — associated with ―Hindutva‖, the far-right Hindu supremacist movement — as young men danced to religious tunes, filming the rituals on their phones. Local activists installed a temporary idol of the goddess as Hindu worshippers gathered in large numbers amid heavy police deployment. The Kamal Maula mosque in the nondescript town of Dhar is not alone. Far-right Hindutva ac- tivists have made similar claims — that a given mosque was built atop a temple — across India, emboldened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s rise to power in 2014. Even the Taj Mahal, one of the world‘s seven wonders, could not escape the Hindutva crusade to find temple origins beneath Islamic-era monuments. Though the Taj Mahal is a mausoleum rather than a mosque, its 17th- century Mughal roots have also made it a subject of dispute. For millions of Muslims like Rafiq in India, this erasure of memory cuts deep. ―Until last Friday, our mosque was ours; today it is not,‖ he said in a fee- ble voice. ―I had never imagined in my dreams that something like this would happen.‖ „Entrenched Islam- ophobia‟ The site of the Kamal Maula mosque, or the so-called Bho- jshala complex, has been disput- ed for decades, with the earliest Hindu nationalist claims made on the site in the late 1950s. Under a 2003 agreement with the Archaeological Survey of In- dia (ASI) — a government-run agency responsible for the pro- tection of historical monuments — Hindus were allowed to visit the site every Tuesday, while Muslims were allowed to offer prayers on Fridays. Then the Athaab (Punishment) becomes justified. Punishment by destruc- tion is meted out in a variety of ways. Natural disasters, pestilence, drought, famine, in -fighting and warmongers are some forms of the Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala. Currently, the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal is apprehending the Muslims of Palestine and Lebanon. This punishment is in the form of Yahood and Nasaara oppression and genocide. Punishment for the mur- taddeen of the Gulf states and Saudi Arabia has commenced in the form of Iran‘s missiles. Muslims should under- stand well that all occur- rences, whether mighty politi- cal upheavals or the germina- tion of seeds underground, are by the decree of Allah Ta‘ala. Nothing whatsoever occurs without the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Therefore, never delete Allah Ta‘ala from your thinking and scheming. “By Allah are the Keys of the Ghaib. He is aware of what- ever is in the earth and oceans. Not a leaf drops (from a tree) nor is their a seed in the darkness of the earth, nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Kitaab.” (Qur‟aan) The Kamal Maula Musjid having been converted into a Hindu temple of idolatry is an incremental development af- fecting all Musaajid in the land of the cow and idol wor- shippers. The stated policy of the evil cow-worshippers and dung consumers is to con- vert all Muslims to Hinduism and to all Musaajid into tem- ples of idolatry. Muslims should engage in soul searching to understand why is this happening? When the Huqooq (Rights) of a Mus- jid are not fulfilled by the Muslims living around it, then the Musjid invokes the la‟nat (curse) of Allah Azza Wa Jal on the community. Muslims in India as well as in all countries have largely abandoned the very central Pillar upholding the Edifice of Islam, namely Salaat. Salaat is the very first obligation of the Islamic State. In this regard, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “When We install them on earth (as rulers), they estab- lish Salaat and Zakaat, and they command virtue and prohibit evil.” The Musaajid have become desolate. The purpose for which a Musjid is built is no longer being fulfilled. And that is because Muslims have abandoned the Deen. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) lamenting about the deplorable, pitiable and forlorn state of the Musaajid in the era of Aakhiruz Za- maan, commented: “The Musaajid will be aamirah (ornamental struc- tures/ monuments/ external opulence and affluence) but bereft of guidance…….” This is extremely conspicu- ous in all countries. The Mu- saajid are not being utilized strictly for the objective of their establishment. Worldly conversation, political activi- ty, tourist visits under guise of ‗dawah‘, sports, female gate- crashing, inviting kuffaar poli- ticians, interfaith activity, etc., etc., are some of the acts of Satanism with which the Mu- saajid are being polluted. The Palestine Chroni- cle reports: ―A newly released congression- al assessment has revealed the scale of reported US aircraft loss- es during the war against Iran, outlining damage or destruction involving dozens of aircraft and raising fresh questions about op- erational vulnerabilities, replace- ment costs and military readi- ness. The report, prepared for Con- gress using information from the Pentagon, US Central Command and defense reporting, identified at least 42 aircraft losses or inci- dents linked to the conflict launched by the United States and Israel against Iran on Febru- ary 28. The report noted that Acting Pen- tagon Comptroller Jules Hurst previously told lawmakers opera- tional costs linked to the war had already reached $29 billion. Law- makers suggested actual aircraft replacement costs could climb much higher. Current estimates cited in the assessment place air- craft losses at approximately $2.6 billion, though analysts said eventual costs could exceed $7 billion. The report warned that replacing some systems could prove especially difficult because production lines for older aircraft are no longer active. Thus, Trump has opted for the naval arma- da to remain idle out of the range of the Iranian missiles. In fact, some naval ships were struck by missiles. The largest aircraft carrier billowing smoke after having been struck retreated to Cyprus for repairs. Thus the cardboard/ paper status of this phantom ‗superpower‘ should be quite manifest. Although they monotonously and stu- pidly pipe the theme of equality of the sexes, they themselves miserably fail to achieve what is unnatural. Islam is emphatic in the negation of this stupid con- cept. There is no such fig- ment as equality of sexes. Al- lah Ta‘ala has bestowed a higher rank to males. The Qur‘aan explicitly states the superiority of the male‘s rank. The testimony of two women equates to the testimo- ny of one man. The son‘s share of inheritance is double that of the daughter. The right of Talaaq is vested in only the man. A woman requires a male Wali (guardian) to con- tract her marriage. She re- quires a male mahram for a journey. In many aspects have Islam decreed the fallacy of equality. It is a stupid idea of lustful western kuffaar. The only sphere in which these kuffaar have succeeded in establishing equality is in immorality, im- modesty and nudity. That is why they are even exerting themselves to provide the same public toilets for men and women. Their culture is a cult of the toilet. This has always been the underlying motive for the stupid con- cept of equality of sexes. FUEL FOR JAHANNAM “Verily, you and whatever you worship are the fuel of Ja- hannam.” This is the Qur‟aan‟s mes- sage and warning for the munaafiq interfaithers lurking in the community. “O People of Imaan! Do not take as confidants those be- sides your own people (i.e. Mu‟mineen). They (the kuffaar) will leave no stone unturned to ruin you. They wish for such (calamities) which cause suffering to you. Verily, hatred for you has emerged from their mouths, but what their hearts conceal (for you) is worse. Verily, We have clearly ex- plained the Signs to you, if indeed you understand.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 118) (Continued on page 20) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 19 By Simon Speakman Cordall Published On 29 May 2026 After more than two years of relentless bombardment and war – from Israel‘s genocide in Ga- za and the Hamas-led assault on southern villages in October 2023 that preceded it, to the country‘s successive wars and strikes on Iran, Lebanon, Syria and other neighbouring states – analysts, observers, and numerous studies from within Israel have concluded that the country has become moulded by trauma. A recent survey by Maccabi Healthcare Services found that about one-third of Israelis be- lieve they need professional mental health support. Among those who have served in the army, as either conscripts or re- servists, the picture is even starker. In January, Israel‘s De- fence Ministry reported a near- 40 percent rise in the number of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) cases among its soldiers since September 2023, with a 180 percent increase expected by 2028. The government has not pub- lished the number of soldiers discharged due to mental health over the same period, despite a legal obligation to do so, Israeli media has reported. Earlier this month, Magen David Adom, Israel‘s paramedic ser- vice, launched a dedicated men- tal health emergency service af- ter registering a 45 percent spike in the number of calls it was re- ceiving. The majority, it said, were linked to the continued strain of the country‘s multiple wars. The number of suicides, a key indicator of mental health, has sharply increased across society as a whole, but particularly among the military, with 78 per- cent of military suicides in 2024 linked to combat operations in Gaza, the occupied West Bank and Lebanon, The Jerusalem Post reported in February. Incidents of domestic violence, as well as mental health condi- tions such as depression and stress, have all spiked since what many in the country regard as its endless series of wars began in October 2023, as well. Israel‘s President, Isaac Herzog, appeared to acknowledge the trend in late May, referring to the increase in violence across Israeli society itself, including that perpetrated by rampaging Israelis from illegal settle- ments against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, and the spike in violence targeting Christians. Speaking at an awards ceremo- ny, he said, ―I wish I could speak today only about unity. But to my great sorrow, we are living through days in which violence is not the only thing rearing its head. Alongside it, at the mar- gins of our magnificent Israeli society, a terrible process is creeping in – a terrible process of brutalisation. It is a slow and disturbing process, one that threatens to enter the mainstream of Israeli society, and we will not allow it.‖ „Like a switch‟ ―October 7 was like a switch, and the trauma it caused is wide- spread and ongoing,‖ Tuly Flint, an Israeli mental health practi- tioner and combat veteran, told Al Jazeera. ―People‘s sense of security was shattered,‖ he said, arguing that the gap between past conflicts and the present ones had created a false sense of safety, alongside misplaced con- fidence in Israel‘s military and technological superiority, which had kept what he described as the ―occupation and oppression‖ of Palestinians at a secure dis- tance. ―People have lost confidence in their society, government and institutions,‖ Flint said, describ- ing the sense of institutional be- trayal among those who relied on the state for protection, or the moral injury experienced by those who lived through the con- sequences of its failure to do so. ―In some cases, this has led peo- ple to embrace right-wing poli- tics, adopt a more forceful re- sponse to perceived threats, and lose trust in government,‖ he added. It is a trend, he said, that shows no sign of slowing. A poll by the N12 news site of first-time Jewish Israeli voters earlier this year suggested this was true. Of the 18-to-21-year- olds who have come of age dur- ing the genocide in Gaza and seemingly endless cycle of re- gional conflicts, 46 percent said that October 7 had been caused through a ―betrayal from with- in‖, with a majority of respond- ents also showing this generation to be the most right-wing and religious to have existed in Is- rael‘s history. Violence has been intrinsic to Israel since its found- ing in 1948, analysts, such as the noted Israeli sociologist Yehouda Shenhav-Shahrabani, told Al Jazeera, with the events follow- ing October 7 merely giving new impetus to existing currents. ―October 7 was like a new be- ginning,‖ Shenhav-Shahrabani said. ―People create beginnings to erase the trauma of the past. Giving trauma a start date helps explain it.‖ Recounting a conversation he had with his friend, the late Leb- anese novelist, Elias Khoury, who had described to him his idea that Israelis need to experi- ence defeat to become ―more hu- man‖ and less hubristic, Shenhav -Shahrabani said, ―I‘m not sure that‘s happened. October 7 was a defeat, and since then, Israelis have become even more fascist. ―There was always a fascist ele- ment to zionism, but more liberal strands, such as kibbutzim, ob- scured it. However, since Octo- ber 7, it‘s become more apparent. You can see it everywhere,‖ Shenhav-Shahrabani, who has given up teaching in response to endless criticism from a growing number of right-wing students, said. How its current trauma will shape Israel going forward is un- clear, Zahava Solomon, a profes- sor at Tel Aviv University who has researched the phenomenon for the past 40 years, said. Trauma can motivate a society to be strong and aggressive, or to always seek negotiation, she said. For Israel, the past trauma of the Holocaust has, she said, instilled in society an absolute sense of victimhood, one im- printed upon its citizens from the cradle and for whom the mantra of ―never again‖ has become se- cond nature. As for the Palestinians, who have experienced their own victim- hood, this carries ―dire conse- quences‖ for the future. For Flint, however, still on the front line of managing the fallout from the wars‘ collective trauma, ―There‘s no cure‖. ―There‘s just recovery. Once people have crossed that thresh- old, that‘s it.‖ (Continued from page 19) Although this Aayat of the Qur‘aan Majeed was re- vealed to apprize the Mu‘mi- neen of the villainy and ha- tred of the kuffaar, today it applies to even those inter- faithers who masquerade as Muslims. The interfaithers lurking within the folds of the Ummah, masquerading as Muslims, are in reality Mu- naafiqeen who harbour in- tense hatred for Muslims and Islam. But when they meet Muslims, they pretend to be Muslim. Examples of these vile mu- naafiqeen interfaithers are Reverend Bham, Pastor Menk, and the Swamis and Pundits of the Jamiatul Ula- ma Hind. They are snug in the company of the interfaith kuffaar gang. They sit and dine with them. They are the kind regarding whom the Qur‘aan Majeed says: “When it is said to them: „Believe as the People (the Sahaabah) believe‟, they (the munaafiqeen and the interfaithers) say: “Shall we believe as the ignoramuses believe?‟ Behold! They are in fact the sufahaa (ignoramuses), but they do not know (because of the intensity of their stupidity).” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 13) “When they (these munaafiq interfaithers) meet the people of Imaan, they say: „We have Imaan.” However, when they are in privacy with their shayaateen (the Yahood and Nasaaraa interfaith plotters), they say: „Verily, we are with you, we were only jesting (when we said that we are with the Mu‟mineen).” Allah mocks them and grants them respite in their satanic mischief in which they wander blindly.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayats 14 & 15) The attitude of the mu- naafiqeen depicted in these (Continued from page 18) (Continued on page 21) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 21 “We have not omitted any- thing from the Kitaab. Then unto their Rabb will they all be assembled.” (Al-Anaam, Aayat 38) The ‗Kitaab‘ refers to Looh -e-Mahfooth. All develop- ments in the minutest detail are recorded in this Book of Decree. Nothing developing in entire creation has been ex- cluded from the Record in the Heaven. This applies to even birds and animals as is explicitly mentioned in the Qur‘aan. Whatever the outcome of the current War will be, will be the recorded Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal, and it is with this Decree and Com- mand of Allah Ta‘ala that Muslims should reconcile themselves. Whether victory shall be for Iran or the USA, will be decided by only Al- lah Azza Wa Jal. Qur‘aanic verses has been in- herited by the interfaith rev- erends, swamis and pundits of our era. These munaafiq in- terfaithers are completely at home with the kuffaar inter- faith mob. They are therefore comfortable dining, wining and merrymaking with them. Thus, they are snug in church- es and temples. While the Qur‘aan vehe- mently and vigorously casti- gates and rebuts the mush- rikeen, the Yahood and Nasaara for their kufr and shirk, the interfaith rever- ends, swamis and pundits parading themselves as Mus- lims, sit with the kuffaar, so- cializing and fraternizing with them. They have accept- ed the kufr ‗broad- mindedness‘ of the interfaith mob by accepting with a smile their kufr and shirk doctrines. They dare not call their interfaith masters to Islam; they dare not even suggest that their shirk and kufr are disgusting, hateful and punishable with eternal perdition in Jahannam. On the contrary, they sit and have shaitaani ‗iftaar‘ par- ties with the kuffaar, thus pre- senting their façades of ‗toleration‘ and ‗co- existence‘. While Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was sent by Allah Ta‘ala to eliminate kufr and shirk, the interfaith munaafiqeen in our midst have entered into a shai- taani alliance with the kuffaar for sustaining kufr and shirk, and for diluting the Qur‘aanic abhorrence for kufr and shirk to make their brand of ‗islam‘ palatable and ac- ceptable to the Yahood and Nasaara whom they bootlick. “O People of Imaan! Do not take the Yahood and Nasaara as friends. They are mutual friends. Whoever from among you (Muslims) befriends them, verily he is of them. Verily Al- lah does not guide people who are zaalimeen (oppressors).” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 51) “You will see those in whose hearts is a disease (of kufr and nifaaq) racing among them, saying: „We fear that some misfortune may befall us.” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 52) (Continued from page 20) IN SECLUSION When Hadhrat Taaus (Rahmatullah alayh) had secluded himself in his house, dissociat- ing from the community and venturing out only due to dire need, e.g. Jamaat Salaat, the people complained to him of being deprived of his advices, he said: ―I have adopted se- clusion because of the oppression of the rul- ers, the corruption of the public and abandon- ment of the Sunnah. Whoever discriminates between his son and slave in the matter of jus- tice is a Zaalim (oppressor).‖ AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 22 “We have sent (Messengers) to the nations before you. Then, (due to their mischief and evil) We apprehended them with calamties and hard- ships so that they become humble.” “Why then did they not be- come humble (and obedient) when Our punishment afflicted them? Instead, their hearts hardened and shaitaan adorned for them their deeds.” Then, when they forgot the advice they were given (by the Ambiya), We opened for them the doors of all things (of pros- perity) until they rejoiced (in reckless mischief) with the bounties they were given, then suddenly We ap- prehended them. Thus were they confounded (perplexed and wailing when the punish- ment overtook them). Thus were the roots of the re- bellious people cut. And all praises are for Rabbul Aal- ameen.” (Al-An‘aam, Aayaat 42 - 45) Reflect and look at the plight of the Ummah in the Mirror of these Aayaat. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) narrated the follow- ing Hadith Qudsi: " Whoever hurts my Wali, verily, I declare war on him." (Hadith Qudsi is the speech of Allah Ta'ala revealed to Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). It does not form part of the Qur'aan Majeed.) There was a Buzrug who was famous for his tolerance and patience (Hilm and Sabr). Once an insolent person decid- ed to test the tolerance of the Buzrug. He knocked on the door of the Buzrug's home and called him. When the Buzrug appeared, the insolent man said: ‗I want to marry your mother. I have heard that she is very beautiful‘. Along with this statement he made some extremely lewd and immoral suggestions regarding the Buzrug's mother. The Buzrug replied calm- ly without displaying the slightest emotion: "Good! However, she is an adult and an intelligent lady. I shall pre- sent your proposal to her. If she accepts it, I have no objec- tion." The Buzrug had just ad- vanced a few steps into the house when he turned to look. He was shocked to see the man sprawled on the ground with his head cut off. With a heavy heart he commented: "My tol- erance has killed him." In oth- er words, because he did not retaliate to take revenge, Allah Ta'ala took revenge on his be- half. Thus His Wrath slayed the insolent man. A Shiah happened to be a neighbour of Imaam Abu Hanifah (rahmatullah alayh). Shiahs are generally extreme- ly insolent. Due the Shiah's hatred for the Sahaabah, he named his two mules, Abu Bakr and Umar. Shiah's have a deep-seated hatred especial- ly for these two Khulafa and are prone to such insolence. One day one of the mules gave its master such a violent kick that it split open his stomach. When Imaam Abu Hanifah (rahmatullah alayh) was informed, he commented: "It must have been the mule whom he had named Umar. This is the effect of the name 'Umar'". Later it was estab- lished that it was indeed the mule with this name which had kicked his master, the Shiah. The Shiah also re- ceived a befitting punishment for his insolence. Commenting on this epi- sode, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (rahmatullah alayh) said: "There is consid- erable athr (effect) in names. A child was named Kaleemul- lah by his parents. This child always remained sickly. I changed his name to Saleemullaah (One who is kept safe by Allah). From the time I changed his name, he recovered and remained healthy. Kaleemullah also means "wounded/injured" AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 23 The curse of the mazloom (oppressed) never goes unan- swered. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Beware of the dua of the mazloom…….. The dua of the mazloom rises above the clouds and the portals of heaven are opened for it. Then Rabb (Allah Ta‟ala) says: “By My Might and Glory! I shall aid you even if it is after some time.” Once a Sage (Buzrug) was making dua with his hands raised. Above him on a rafter in the ceiling was the nest of a swallow. While the hands of the Buzrug were open, a tiny chick fell from the nest and landed in his palms. In a mo- ment of ghaflat (obliviousness) the Buzrug momentarily closed his hands. When he opened his palms, he discov- ered the chick had died. The mother-bird had observed the enactment of this scene. Soon thereafter, the Buzrug was overtaken by a mysterious illness which weakened him tremendously. He was as- signed to bed. His weakness was such that he lacked strength to even perform Taya- mmum. He could hardly stir his limbs. Despite all his sup- plications to Allah Ta‘ala, cure was nowhere in sight. He con- tinued languishing in indispo- sition and despair until one day a mother-cat carried her kittens into his hut and placed them under the Buzrug‘s bed. Soon after the mother-cat had departed, a snake slithered into the hut and grabbed hold of the kitten. Totally oblivious of his indisposition, the buzroog grabbed his staff which was at his bedside, and struck at the snake. The snake dropped the kitten and slithered away. In his state of concern for the kit- ten and excitement, he had be- come oblivious of his illness. His mental state overcame his physical weakness, hence he was able to grab his staff and strike at the snake. When the snake had grabbed the kitten, the mother- cat had just returned and had observed the entire episode. Soon thereafter, the Buzrug began recuperating, and within a couple of days he had fully regained his strength. There was no sign of the illness in him. Mystified by the sudden onset of the illness and its equally sudden and swift de- parture, the Buzrug supplicat- ed to Allah Ta‘ala to unravel the mystery. Came the Ilhaam (Divine Inspiration/Revelation): “The swallow complained to us, hence the punishment of the sickness. The mother-cat in gratitude supplicated to us, hence the cure.” A LESSON FOR HAROON RASHID Once the Khalifah Haroon Ra- shid took an oath that he would go for Hajj on foot. When the Hajj season was about to begin, an extremely expensive and beautiful carpet was spread from Baghdad to the Baitullah to enable the Khalifah to walk on the carpet from Baghdad. Resting sta- tions with all amenities were established at short intervals along the entire carpeted rout- ed for the convenience and rest of the Khalifah. While the Khalifah was resting at one of these rest- houses, Hadhrat Sa'doon Majnoon (rahmatullah alayh) happened to pass at the spot. Hadhrat Sa'doon was a Buzrug (Saint) who appeared to have lost his senses in his search for Allah Ta'ala, hence the title 'majnoon' (insane). When Hadhrat Sa'doon (rahmatullah alayh) met the Khalifah, he recited a few lines of poetry, the meaning of which is: " Even if the world is with you, will Maut not arrive? What then will the world do (to save you)? Only one mile suffices for you. (This was a reference to the Khalifah's resting after walking a mile.) O searcher of the world! Be- ware! Leave the world for your enemies. Just as the world is making you laugh, it will one day make you cry." When Haroon Rashid heard these lines of poetry, he let out a scream and collapsed uncon- scious. He remained uncon- scious for a period of three Sa- laat. When he regained con- scious, he ordered a search for Hadhrat Sa'doon (rahmatullah alayh). But he had disappeared without trace. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 82 Page 24 Q. Because of the war there appears to be much panic among Muslims. How should Muslims prepare themselves besides spiritual- ly? Should we stock up with essentials? A. The panic is due to defec- tive Imaan. When the focus is not on Allah Ta‘ala, then the heart panics even when see- ing shadows. Whatever hap- pens and will happen will be the decree of Allah Ta‘ala. Muslims should always at all times be in the state of pre- paredness, especially for Maut. The first step of pre- paredness is moral and spir- itual reformation. Physical preparedness while also nec- essary, is of secondary im- portance. Stocking up essen- tials in anticipation of short- ages is permissible. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had permitted such a meas- ure. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Q. My friend says that it is compulsory to obey all the laws of the kaafir country where we live. He basis his view on the Qur‟aan‟s com- mand to fulfil pledges. A. It is not permissible to obey such laws which are in con- flict with the Shariah. Hence, if one is able to circumvent the laws of Taaghoot which conflict with the Shariah, then this will be perfectly permis- sible. If a person who is not a born citizen of a country makes a pledge to the kaafir government to observe its laws, then the pledge be- comes binding. There is no pledge between the born citi- zens of a country and the gov- ernment. On the contrary, the government is installed by the citizens. Therefore, the Aayat pertaining to fulfilment of pledges does not apply to born citizens of a country. Furthermore, immigrants -- foreigners -- who apply for citizenship should understand that it is haraam to sign a pledge which requires one to commit haraam deeds. It is not permissible to migrate to a kaafir country where one has to pledge to abide by even kufr, fisq and fujoor. Thus, those who migrate to kuffaar countries such as Canada, America, UK, etc. where they have to pledge to abide by kufr, are guilty of grave and major sins. Q. It is mentioned in the Had- ith that it is difficult to find a camel in a herd of a hundred to lead. What is the meaning of this? A. The meaning of the Hadith is quite clear. True leader- ship is rare. The ingredients of true leadership are: (a) Detestation for being a leader (b) Aversion for titles (c) Taqwa – genuine fear for Allah Ta‘ala (e) Genuinely believing that one is the most contemptible sinner and that even a dog is better than one (f) Knowledge of the Deen Today you will not find leaders of this calibre. Q. It is mentioned in the taf- seer that Haya (modesty) is the distinct characteristic of Islam. What is the distinct characteristics of Judaism and Christianity? A. The distinct characteristic of Judaism is extreme love for money, deception and cru- elty. You will see it unfold- ing today in the genocide in Palestine. The distinct char- acteristic of Christianity is immorality – zina, pork and wine. INSANITY IN THE WAKE OF BRUTALITY “I wish I could speak today only about unity. But to my sorrow, we are living through days in which vio- lence is not the only thing rearing its head. Alongside it, at the margins of our magnificent Israeli society, a terrible process is creeping in – a terrible process of BRUTALIZATION. It is a disturbing process, one that threatens to enter the mainstream Israeli society…” (Isaac Hertzog, President of the Devil‟s State of Israel). THE DEVIL ALSO SOMETIMES SPEAKS THE TRUTH. SELLING IMAAN Hadhrat Abu Zarr (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: ―Soon there will dawn an age when the price of the Deen will be the gifts and awards of kings (rulers).‖ Hadhrat Sufyaan Thauri (Rahmatullah alayh) said: ―He who has accepted a gift from a Zaalim (ruler of oppression - tyrant) has broken all the handles of Islam.‖ In other words, he has prac- tically dissociated himself from Islam. He no longer has a hold on the Deen.
