There is no Sa-ee after Nafl Tawaaf. However, if one does not want to make Sa-ee after Tawaaf Ziyaarat, then on the 8th after donning Ihraam, make a Nafl Tawaaf, with Idhtiba' and Ramal, then followed by Sa-ee.
