The separation between a husband and wife was in terms of Khula'. Is it correct that the Iddat of this woman is 30 days?
Answer
The Iddat of a woman whether separated by Talaaq or Khula is the same. It is three haidh periods if not pregnant. If pregnant, it ends with the delivery of the child.
