Is the dim inis hing mushaarakah concept valid? Banks are selling this product as 'shariah compliant'.
Answer
Diminishing Mushaarakah is a haraam stupidity. We have written detailed articles on its prohibition. There is no such concept as diminishing mushaarakah in the Shariah. It is a trick by Mufti Taqi Uthmani to render something haraam into halaal.
