A girl married and was given her mahr, as well as jewellery and other stuff as gifs. She got divorced. Do jewellery, mahr, silver jewellery, artificial sets, clothes and (whatever they gave her) belong to her or does she need to return it to the ex husband?
Answer
Everything gifted to her belongs to her. She does not have to return anything nor do they have the right to repossess anything.
