A person made wasiyyat for Hajj-e-Badal to be performed for him. Is the amount of hajje-badal removed from 1/3rd of the estate first, before calculating the shares of inheritance?
Answer
The amount for the Hajj is taken from the one third of the estate. Thereafter the balance will be for the heirs.
