Question
If all heirs in their lifetime agree that when the deceased dies they will distribute all the shares equally amongst themselves, is this correct?
Answer
The agreement by the heirs is a major sin. It is haraam. It is to override the distribution fixed by Allah Ta'ala, Himself. It will not be valid.
