This year a murtad sheikh delivered the Khutbah in the Musjid in Arafaat. What is the state of the Hajj of the masses?
Answer
As far as the masses at Arafaat are concerned, their Ibaadat
will be valid regardless of the person who is appointed by the corrupt government. Since the masses have no power over these matters, they are not accountable. Further, the Khutbah is not among the Arkaan of Hajj. The validity of Hajj is not reliant of the Khutbah, hence the Hajj will be valid.
