Question
Will DNA evidence be sufficient for identifying a decomposed body and to decree that the decomposed body is definitely that of a certain person who had gone missing and whose whereabouts are unknown?
Answer
There is no certitude in the DNA evidence. On this basis it cannot be conclusively stated that the decomposed body which is not physically identifiable is the body of the missing person.
