Can the wife's family issue Talaaq?
Answer
The „talaaq‟ issued by the woman‟s family is laughable nonsense. There is absolutely no validity in this stupid „talaaq‟. Only the husband has the right to issue Talaaq. If the wife believes that she has valid grounds for wanting to end the marriage, she should apply local Ulama body.
