For some reason a nikah was performed in secrecy. Now they want to renew the Nikah in a Musjid. Do they have to inform the Imaam or anyone that they are already married?
Answer
The Nikah may be renewed publicly in the Musjid without the need to inform of the nikah having already been performed.
