The estate of the mayyit was not distributed according to the Shariah. The heirs made their own „equal sharea‟ agreement. Now my brother who is in another country asked me to send his share to him. Is it permissible for me to do so?
Answer
When the shares are the effect of a haraam agreement, how can it be permissible for you to send it to your brother? It is not permissible. You will be aiding in haraam.
