The executor who also is an heir in the estate of his deceased father, distributed all the assets to the heirs without paying the creditors about which he was aware. What is the solution now?
Answer
The heir who had ‗stolen' the assets and usurped the rights of the creditors is guilty of an excessively vile sin. All the heirs must return the money and pay it to the creditors. Only if there is any excess after having paid the creditors will it be for the heirs.
