After a woman has waived the Mehr, can she reinstate her claim and demand that Mehr be given to her?
Answer
If the waiver was prior to the Nikah, then she may again ask for Mehr to be paid. However, if she made maaf (waived) the Mehr debt after the Nikah, then she may not claim it.
