Question

Muslim motor vehicle dealers not only openly promote and advertise for kuffaar banks and their riba based transactions but also share in the haraam spoils (RIBA) of the Haraam transactions in the form of commissions (staggering figures), which they nonchalantly receive from the riba institutions for signing up clients for these Riba institutions. Is this permissible?

Answer

Obviously it is not permissible to promote riba transactions. The ‗commission' paid for signing up clients is not permissible. It is not permissible for a Muslim dealer to be a party to a riba transaction. The customer should make his own arrangement with the bank.
