Question
A person joins the Jamaat, but is unaware of the error of the Imaam in the earlier raka'ts. When the Imaam makes Salaam for Sajdah Sahw, this Masbooq gets up to continue his Salaat. What should he do?
Answer
As long as he has not completed a raka't with Sajdah, he should sit and perform Sajdah Sahw. If he completes the raka't with Sajdah, then he should make Sajdah Sahw at the end of his Salaat.
