If a woman kissed her own son with lust, will her nikah be valid?
Answer
If the wife kisses her son with lust, Hurmat-e-Musaahirah comes into force. If the boy is under 12, then hurmat will not apply. If he is 12 or more, then she is haraam for her husband. She should separate from him, and he should give her Talaaq.
