Singing the Indian songs which praise idols is kufr. The singers lose their Imaan even if they are not aware of the meaning of the songs. Their haraam listening to such songs eliminates their Imaan. Their ignorance does not save them from kufr and shirk. Consuming poison unknowingly will not save one from the effects of the poison.
