Is the executor of the deceased entitled to sell any assets of the estate at will? The Will gives him this power?
Answer
The executor has no right to sell the asset of the deceased. All the assets must be distributed to the heirs. After finalization of the distribution, each heir may do with his/her share as he/she deems fit. The stipulation in the will is haraam.
