A relative sent us some birthday / anniversary cake. Is it permissible to eat it? If not, what should be done with it?
Answer
It is not permissible to eat birthday and anniversary cakes even if the ingredients are halaal. Give it to non- Muslims. Any food associated with haraam customs should not be consumed.
