Question
The cemetery burial cost for burial in the Muslim section of the graveyard is much more than the cost for burial in the non-Muslim section. Will it be permissible to opt for the non-Muslim section?
Answer
Never be buried in a kuffaar cemetery. It is an abode on which the Curse of Allah Ta‟ala settles. Regardless of the higher price, ensure that burial is in a Muslim cemetery, not in a place which is Maloon.
