One of the heirs refuses to accept his share.

Question

One of the heirs refuses to accept his share. What should be done with it?

Answer

His refusal to accept his share is not valid. He should accept it, then make a gift of it or do with it whatever he pleases. His share should be held in trust until he makes a decision or until he dies, then it should be given to his heirs.
