Question
My deceased father is survived by four daughters, three sisters and a son of his brother. There are no other relatives. How should his estate be distributed?
Answer
Two thirds are for the 4 daughters to share equally, and one third is for the 3 sisters to share equally. In this case the nephew does not inherit.
