The Salafi says that the 'blessed night' mentioned in the Qur'aan Majeed refers to Lailatul Qadr, not Lailatul Baraa't.

There is no need to be dogmatic on this issue. There are two views. The popular view is that it is the 15th Night of Sha'baan.
