What is the meaning of taufeeq?
Answer
Taufeeq is spiritual buoyancy. One feels enthusiastic for ibaadat and obedience. It is a temporary favour which Allah Ta‟ala bestows to encourage one. It is short-loved. The process of Obedience is Mujaahadah (to struggle) against the dictates of the nafs.
