Question

A few days back my niece posted on her statuses some pictures (without her face) of herself shooting a bow and arrow, another one of her gun license exams and then one with her jewellery and watch holding a camera infront of her face, so that her face is blocked with the camera but her decorated hands are seen. She knows I saw these statuses posted, which was a major factor in her broken marriage, however if I say anything it leads to lengthy arguments and bitterness. On the other hand I feel like since she knows I saw it, and if I just keep the peace by being quiet, does my silence means no objection.

Answer

Your silence is implied collusion and support for haraam. You are the girl's aunt, hence it is your duty to tell her without any ambiguity that she is involved in haraam and this was the cause for her marriage breaking up. The moment she or her mother presents an excuse, maintain silence. She can present her baatil excuse to Allah Ta'ala on the Day of Qiyaamah.
