The only relatives of the deceased are 2 daughters, 3 paternal nephews and 2 paternal nieces. How should the estate be distributed?

Answer

The share of the two daughters is two thirds of the estate. The remaining one third has to be shared equally between the paternal nephews. The paternal nieces do not inherit in this case.
