Question
If I send a parcel to a customer via courier and the glasses break during transit and the buyer organized the transport and the buyer will pay for the courier, who is responsible for the broken glasses? If I arrange the transport and pay for it, who is liable for the damage?
Answer
If the buyer had arranged and paid for the transport, he suffers the loss. If you arrange the transport, then you are liable.
