The Sadqah Fitr amount in the country where I live is about $10 (US). In another country the Fitr amount is $2. If I send $2 to that country will my Fitrah obligation be discharged?
Answer
No! It will not be discharged. You have to pay the $10 Fitrah amount of your country even if you send it to the other country.
