Your query is incongruous. The rights of parents, the rights of children and the rights of the husband and wife never stop. The rights of neighbours and relatives as well as the rights of people in general and of animals always remain. However, when there is a clash between persons of Huqooq (Rights), the Shariah will be the determinant. It is not permissible to attend to the rights of anyone in such a manner that the rights of another are trampled on.
