Wasiyyat is a bequest which is related to after death. The wasiyyat amount/asset will be paid to the person from one third the value of the estate of the deceased.

You may stipulate in your Will an amount for a nonheir. This amount will be paid to the person after your death. Wasiyyat is not valid for an heir.
