What happens if a haji passes away in makkah or madina,before hajj, are they entitled to a prorata refund by the agent or airlines?

Answer

If a Hajee dies in Makkah without having used all the hotel, transport and other facilities for which he has paid, then the agent should make a prorata refund to his estate. The airlines has to refund him for the return journey which he will not be making.
