If a person joins the Eid Salaat when the Imaam is about to go into Ruku' or in Ruku', what should he do regarding the missed Takbirs?
Answer
If a person joins after the completion of the Takbeeraat, and if he has confidence of joining the Imaam in the Ruku', then he should first recite the Takbeers, then join the Imaam in Ruku'. If he fears losing the Ruku' with the Imaam, then after Takbeer Tahrimah, he should join the Imaam, and recite the Takbeeraat in the Ruku instead of the usual Ruku' Tasbeeh. And, if before he is able to complete the Takbeeraat in Ruku', the Imaam rises, then he should abandon the remaining Takbeeraat and rise with the Imaam.
