Question
A woman agreed to marry a man, but on condition that he may not demand conjugal rights. The man agreed and the nikah was performed. Was this nikah valid? Please comment on the stipulated condition as well.
Answer
The nikah is valid. The condition is nonsensical. It simply falls away. The husband retains his right of conjugal relations.
