A boy and a girl committed fornication, and the girl became pregnant. The parents of both got them married. The imaam says that the Nikah is not valid. The Nikah has to be performed only after the girl gives birth. What should they do now?

The imaam is in error. The Nikah of the boy and girl is valid.
