The criterion for recognizing an Aalim-e-Haqq is that he is a strict observer of the Shariah and Sunnah; he does not compromise with baatil. He does not have a forked-tongue. He does not halaalize pictures, carrion and riba. He does not condone intermingling of sexes. He does not appear on television, facebook and the like of satanic media. He is a man of Taqwa. He is constant in Amr Bil Ma'roof Nahy Anil Munkar.
