Question
Darul Ihsaan (i.e. Darush Shaitaan – The Majlis) is collecting Zakaat funds from which it intends making contributions to a Hindu secular school. Is this permissible? Only the banking details of the Zakaat account are provided by Darul Ihsan (Darush Shaitaan).
Answer
Nothing better is to be expected from an entity consisting of characters who have proven with their haraam misdeeds their wanton disregard for the Shariah. It is HARAAM to contribute any kind of funds to the Hindu school. Even interest money may not be given to them. It is blatant kufr to give Zakaat funds to the Hindu schools. However, the contributors are more blameworthy than ex-mufti Bhayat. They are not so stupid to understand that it is haraam to contribute to a Hindu school. Thus, they are complicit in this villainous crime against Allah Ta’ala. Their Zakaat is obviously not discharged.
