Peanut butter and dry fruit are halaal. However, one has to be extremely wary of Chinese food products. They are the most unscrupulous people on earth regarding food. They are liable to contaminate halaal foods with any type of filth and poison. It is best to abstain from all food items manufactured in China.
Doughnuts with chocolate and all commercially prepared biscuits and confectionary are haraam not only the Chinese ones. Even if made in South Africa, biscuits are not permissible.
