A man wants to convert his house into a Musjid. What is the procedure?
Answer
A house may be converted into a Musjid by the owner verbally declaring that he has made the house Waqf as a Musjid, then allowing people to perform Salaat. His statement alone suffices to convert the house into a Musjid. Once he has made this declaration he will no longer be the owner of the premises. It will be a Musjid.
